If I could give this business 100 stars, I definitely would. Brad, the owner, is AMAZING to work with . VERY kind, professional, and so easy to work with. We had to reschedule a few times, and he was so generous and understanding and willing to do so. My 2013 Subaru Forrester looks brand new!!! I bought it back in September, and the dealership would not buff out the scratches and what not. I went online, and came across this business. The cost is extremely affordable. You can tell that Brad is doing this because it is what he enjoys, as opposed to trying to make a fast buck, because the cost was way better than I ever thought. He beat out anyone else I checked with. Also, he responds VERY quickly to questions or concerns via text or phone call, so I never had to wonder if I'd hear from him. He was very prompt in his responses, and again, always very kind and professional. I'd definitely recommend this business!!! My car is a 2015 Ford Escape. I took my car to Klein’s Complete Detailing. I never could have imagined it would look as good as it did. It looks like the day I bought it new. My car smells so good. How he gets all the cracks and crevices cleaned its amazing. Highly recommend Klein’s Complete Deitailing. I saw someone gave Klein’s a rating of a one and the rest were 5’s . There is no way anyone could give this place a one. I find that hard to believe, they do 5 star work.

Detail Plus offers fair pricing in return for very conscientious work. On short notice (same day) they fit me into their schedule for exterior detailing and allowed me to provide my preferred wax; Hybrid Solutions Ceramic + Graphene Paste Wax. The real stars of this shop are Travis and Logan. After washing and drying the car, applying and removing the wax, they took the car outside to insure no areas of wax were missed. Because of their outstanding work, wheels and tires too, I was able to go home and apply a second coat the next day building upon their foundation. I will definitely be back in the Fall for a repeat application.

This place is magic! Our car was FILTHY. Like, two summers ago we had a can of dark soda explode in the car and stain the ceiling and pretty much everywhere it reached. No amount of us scrubbing could get it out. Now, it looks brand spanking new! Well worth the money!! I HIGHLY recommend them!

Magic put a glassy shine on my Tundra with a ceramic coat. I also had him touch up some light scratches in the paint. I couldn’t remember where they were when I picked it up. Spencer provides a top notch finish and great customer service. Definitely worth it!

Fantastic "brushless" car wash in Cedar Rapids.. First time customer!. I am very impressed with the brushless wash that I had done this afternoon on my F-150. The guys in the prewash bay were fantastic. My truck was extremely filthy with all the brine that's been sprayed on the roads. As well as my undercarriage. The guys in the prewash bay soaked my truck with soap and let it sit for a bit and washed it off before entering the automatic wash. I paid extra to get the Rainex treatment as well. Very impressed with how it came out! And the undercarriage looked just as clean as the exterior! The truck is spotless!. If you are looking for a great car wash that's reasonable, and brushless look no further! I like that this is a locally owned business and not a chain!. Remember to get the coupon for your next wash!. I highly recommend Mickey's.. Love how my truck looks and they definitely deserve ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ for making my truck look awesome! I will be back! I checked the website for prices but when I went to the car wash the prices we're totally different and I was unable to back out. The prices have since raised to $12, $13 and $15!!! I have to say I was disappointed because I had just gotten out of the line waiting at the Kwik Star car wash. The website show the totally different prices so I thought I'd give it a try. The men were nice but they didn't get a lot of my spots out where was dirty. I guess I won't be going back there.

This place is legit. Great guys that care about their customers. I just came in with a dually, trailer, and equipment on the trailer coated in mud. They got it done fast and looks good. This place can be expensive, but you get what you pay for.

After a trip to Florida our vehicle was filled with very fine, white sand. All of the sand was removed and the vehicle was thoroughly cleaned. The service I received was beyond my expectations. I will use them again!

Not only is this carwash overly priced but it doesn’t clean your car. When I did a full walk around of my husbands car when I got it home I realized that it was still filthy and the license plate was bent. I contacted the carwash to be told the not only is a bent license plate a common issue (which it should not be let alone happen) that I would have to come in person for them to come up with a solution. So I went back up there for the high school shift leader to walk around the car and realize it was still dirty then tell me that all he can offer me was another run through the wash. Ummm absolutely not I want a refund of my money. He proceeded to tell me that there is no refund all he can offer is a wash guarantee. You damaged my husbands car the first time and called it a common problem so let’s not take my car back through and damage it more. It makes sense I guess to them. I could see if I paid for a cheap car wash option and it not be 100% clean but I bought the top tier one with an expectation of ZERO damage to my husbands small car and it actually come out clean. I’ll be reporting to the BBB this is absolutely ridiculous.

The car wash employees were fantastic. However they cracked my windshield during the wash and it had to be replaced. I filled a damage claim with them (internal to Tommy's) and did not get any response from the manager.

I have used Tommy's mainly during the winter to try and keep the salt cleaned off. This year I bought some gift cards during their black Friday sale. The 2nd wash and the back window of my pickup got busted out. I filed a claim and am still waiting to hear from Mike the results of his investigation. In the mean time I was quoted almost $1k to replace my power sliding rear window. From reading other reviews I'm not too optimistic about what I am going to find out about the being liable. I don't think that it's unrealistic to want your vehicle to come out of a car wash the way it went in.

Please save your money. I paid for the $25 car wash and it didn’t even come close to getting my car clean. I’ve had better luck with the least expensive car wash option at Casey’s down the road, take your business there instead! On top of that they have a super aggressive/nosy sales pitch about getting a membership. Some or us just want to get a car wash without being answering a million questions.

Got an estimate to clean a filthy car that we just bought for $238. We ended up cleaning most of it ourselves but still wanted to get the carpets shampooed and the wheels polished. They said it would probably be cheaper since we did some of it already. We took it in and they did polish the wheels and shampoo the carpets but they missed quite a few spots on the inside and we still got charged $238..

Honestly have no idea why I’m paying so much money for a membership and it never gets my car clean. Never gets the bugs off. They barely pre-spray it at all at the beginning. This misses the entire purpose of a car wash. Brand new car I’m trying to keep clean i got the premium washes even went through twice before and still didn’t even get the bugs off my front end.

The two ladies working on 11/19 at 2:00 did the best pre-wash I’ve had since coming to this location for the last year. My truck was coated in gravel dirt from the recent rain but they took the extra time to spray up and down both sides, plus the back. I’ve had times where I was told if my truck didn’t get clean to just go through again. Great service today ladies, my truck was super clean and looked great! Thank you!!

Washed our van here after a trip from out of state. It did the job. It cost us $8 for the very bottom tier automatic wash (cheapest). They offer soft touch or touch-free. We opted for touch-free with some of what our van has. We were concerned it would disturb things, but it did not damage our vehicle or disturb it. It was still clean enough to suit our purposes, too.
