If I could give this business 100 stars, I definitely would. Brad, the owner, is AMAZING to work with . VERY kind, professional, and so easy to work with. We had to reschedule a few times, and he was so generous and understanding and willing to do so. My 2013 Subaru Forrester looks brand new!!! I bought it back in September, and the dealership would not buff out the scratches and what not. I went online, and came across this business. The cost is extremely affordable. You can tell that Brad is doing this because it is what he enjoys, as opposed to trying to make a fast buck, because the cost was way better than I ever thought. He beat out anyone else I checked with. Also, he responds VERY quickly to questions or concerns via text or phone call, so I never had to wonder if I'd hear from him. He was very prompt in his responses, and again, always very kind and professional. I'd definitely recommend this business!!! Any time my car needs something, I'll be utilizing Car Detailing Cedar Rapids with Brad. If you go anywhere else, you're missing out and probably over paying. Give Brad a try. You won't be sorry.

My car is a 2015 Ford Escape. I took my car to Klein’s Complete Detailing. I never could have imagined it would look as good as it did. It looks like the day I bought it new. My car smells so good. How he gets all the cracks and crevices cleaned its amazing. Highly recommend Klein’s Complete Deitailing. I saw someone gave Klein’s a rating of a one and the rest were 5’s . There is no way anyone could give this place a one. I find that hard to believe, they do 5 star work.

A huge thank you to Tim Marsh at TDM Detailing for making my car look incredible. It looks like glass. Tim had to do some major correction work on some pretty bad factory and dealership mistakes. After a long week of corrections to the paint, Tim applied a three step 7 year ceramic coating using SB3 Trinity. If you’re looking to get ceramic coating or a detail then go no further than Tim Marsh. Throughout the entire process Tim was sending photos and videos of his progress. Luu's Detail is always fantastic. I came in to get my car done again before winter. He did NOT disappoint. Interior looks fantastic, he somehow manages to get rid of all the dog hair, and nose prints. My windows were sooo clean it looked like I didn't have a windshield. The water beading treatment was great today, with the rain. I always leave happy and feeling great, with a spotless car (until the dogs get back in) so glad I found him, I will be back again and again. I can't say enough good things!

Ryan applied a single stage paint correction along with a ceramic coat! The car looks better than it has in years! He killed it. Would recommend to anybody that what’s good work done, as well as transparency about how the correction and coatings work and how to maintain them.

A friendly, personal car wash and detail business. I have not had to wait in a long line during any of my visits. This wash is not of the assembly line, automated type. The washing is done by hand, and one thing that I truly appreciate is their ability to wash my truck with my large, hitch-mounted bike rack attached. The crew are always hustling, working quickly and efficiently, and I was surprised at how quickly my vehicle was taken care of. They have multiple levels of care available, and I usually choose the lowest level (basic) as I use my truck for road trips and outdoor adventure, so I feel a fine level of detailing is unnecessary. The waiting area is clean and quiet, with snacks, coffee, and small gifts available. This place is magic! Our car was FILTHY. Like, two summers ago we had a can of dark soda explode in the car and stain the ceiling and pretty much everywhere it reached. No amount of us scrubbing could get it out. Now, it looks brand spanking new! Well worth the money!! I HIGHLY recommend them!

Guy says he shampoo my carpet but definitely didn't. Also I think he did a rush job because he called me saying he wouldn't be done until 8pm because he over slept 2 hours. Then got it done by 4pm do not recommend this was my wife's mother's day gift and I'm going to have to redo all the floors and vacuum and shampoo

My two golden retrievers do a number on my Blazer so I took to Google to look for detailing options in the area and came across Carter's business with stellar reviews. Carter was friendly and quick with communication, clear on the options and prices up front (reviewing photos of my vehicle to give me an accurate quote), and super easy to schedule with. He arrived promptly with the added convenience of being mobile so he was able to complete the service at my house. He did a phenomenal job making my Blazer look and smell brand new and I'll definitely be using him again in the future!

This is a new addition to our Marion neighborhood and I love it. I signed up at the location for the first time and they were super-friendly. My car was spot-less after the wash. I love the vacuums and the instant car mat washers. I saw a sign that says they donate to Water Mission for every car washed and that for me makes it a business worth supporting.

The vacuum hose has to have a button pushed to start it. I would assume that means it would have a decent suction to it, but it does not. My house vacuum does a better job then their hose did. I thought maybe it was only this specific hose and I did try a different one. They both had barely any suction. I had to go over the same spots multiple times to get it sucked up. I would NOT recommend cleaning out your car here even if it's free. It's more of a hassle then it's worth. If they don't have a good vacuum system then I would infer that the actual car wash might not be so great either.

Drove here when they opened at 8am. This place doesn't follow its hours so it's a crap shoot if you can actually get your car washed. If you call the number it says it's not in service. I think they're closed for the winter.

Easily the best car wash in town. They have 2 people that take their time, pressure wash AND scrub the entire vehicle before it ever goes through the automatic wash. Highly recommend!

I really knew better from the start when they told me, " We don't brush Trailers" Nice people and Nice Facility but when u wash trucks and trailers! GOAL IS FOR THEM TO BE CLEAN. U MIGHT START BRUSHING TRAILERS ALSO. I told the guy at 1st u won't get it clean but gave them benefit of doubt. Well I get to Iowa 80 Truck stop( 1hr) later and this is what I find. Truck was ok and People was nice is only reason for 2 stars but this is Not Cool!

After a trip to Florida our vehicle was filled with very fine, white sand. All of the sand was removed and the vehicle was thoroughly cleaned. The service I received was beyond my expectations. I will use them again!

Honestly have no idea why I’m paying so much money for a membership and it never gets my car clean. Never gets the bugs off. They barely pre-spray it at all at the beginning. This misses the entire purpose of a car wash. Brand new car I’m trying to keep clean i got the premium washes even went through twice before and still didn’t even get the bugs off my front end.

The two ladies working on 11/19 at 2:00 did the best pre-wash I’ve had since coming to this location for the last year. My truck was coated in gravel dirt from the recent rain but they took the extra time to spray up and down both sides, plus the back. I’ve had times where I was told if my truck didn’t get clean to just go through again. Great service today ladies, my truck was super clean and looked great! Thank you!!

I have used Tommy's mainly during the winter to try and keep the salt cleaned off. This year I bought some gift cards during their black Friday sale. The 2nd wash and the back window of my pickup got busted out. I filed a claim and am still waiting to hear from Mike the results of his investigation. In the mean time I was quoted almost $1k to replace my power sliding rear window. From reading other reviews I'm not too optimistic about what I am going to find out about the being liable. I don't think that it's unrealistic to want your vehicle to come out of a car wash the way it went in.

Leaving this review to hopefully save others from getting ripped off. We went to Tommy’s for the first time this weekend and will not be back. We got “the works” for about $25 and afterward the car was still dirty and there were scratches on the passenger side door that hadn’t been there before. We called the location asking for a refund and they said the best they could do was have us come through for another wash. Why would we want to bring our car through again when it was scratched up the first time? Since they wouldn’t refund us, we reached out to Tommy’s corporate office and they were unable to issue a refund since all the locations are independently owned franchises. With the insane amount of car washes in Cedar Rapids I’m sure you can find somewhere other than Tommy’s that won’t damage your vehicle or leave it dirty.

The vacuums will eat your money and not work and the car wash will run out of soap. The owner doesn't contact you to make it right or refund your money. Choose another carwash. This place has went downhill.
