I was only looking for a freshen up of my Nissan Armada. We have several dogs and I knew it would be a bit of a job to get it back to "show room new". I can not express how impressed I was. Came out for a facebook free coupon to try out the new building, and was treated like a king the entire time . Guy came out and greeted me, helped with my coupon, pre handwashed the car, and upon exiting I got out to put my mirrors back out and just admired the job it did. Been through alot of car wash places and this is hands down the nicest. Will be returning for sure.

Jay and his crew took meticulous care of our Mercedes. We got it fully detailed, paint correction, cremation coated the body, removed the wheels and ceramic coated the rims and calipers. My car left clean, and the staff was pleasant. The reason for my 2 star review is actually damages to my vehicle. At the end of October I took my car through the wash to get it ready to trade in that same day. When I came out of the wash, multiple large chips of paint had been removed from the hood of my car. My trade in was reduced by $500 due to the damage. I filed a report before I left and was told someone would call me. A couple weeks past and no call, so I call and was told they would email the site manager and to call them back in 3-5 days. I did and was told the same thing. This process has continued several times. Today I called and the representative was really nice and said she would email them again and escalate it to their claims team. Everyone has been nice, but it has been over a month since the incident and still no call or follow up. If this was handled quickly, I'd be leaving a different type of review, but the complete lack of follow up has been so disappointing.

Have the unlimited subscription. Went through the wash today and my paint got totally obliterated. Pictured is just one small section of my front end. There is over 10 different spots like this where the paint is totally stripped. Not even sure how this is possible!!

This was the first time I had used Ratchford Detailing for my 37 Chevy and I am extremely happy with the results. My Chevy’s paint seems to just flow like velvet and the additional touchup with paint on chip‘s were unexpected. Overall this is one of the finest detail jobs I’ve had on my car. Moe was awesome to deal with, explaining the different service options without gimmicks or high-pressure sales tactics. I was pretty disappointed in the soft touch drive through wash. My truck was dirty from gravel roads, but I thought the soft touch would have done better job. It was also super tight with my Dodge 1500. It does sit a little higher than most from the airbags(no lift kit). I personally will not drive through this one again. See pictures.

Been going here for 6 years now and this place has slowly declined. No maintenance on the machines whatsoever. The dryers suck, half of the car is always wet. The power washers lost the pressure they once had and the rinse cycle still leaves soap behind on the car. In bay 3 one of the dryer nozzles is broken and has been since a few months now. There’s no reason a ceramic coated car should be this wet after being “dried”Definitely not coming back to what used to be my go to place for all of my cars. I used to use this place twice a week and everytime I run my car through it twice per visit. Not anymore. Didn’t want to write this review but seeing the lack of effort made me do it. Something as simple as replacing a dryer nozzle is being ignored.

I frequently use this car wash, and I would rate it a 4 out of 5. However, there are a couple of things that could be improved. Firstly, there is a delay when switching the selection knob, which can be frustrating and wastes time and money. Secondly, clearer instructions for using a card for payment would be helpful. There's a super loud, super annoying buzzer that starts going off when you have one minute of wash time left. A credit card swipe only gives you four minutes of wash time which means 25% of your wash has to be done listening to this annoying buzzer. It takes at least sixteen minutes for me to wash my car which means I'm listening to this buzzer for four minutes of my wash. Also, the pressure on the spot free rinse is too low

Oh my goodness. I took a 2011 Honda Ody in there today as it was a mess... like 4 months of vacationing with 3 kids mess. Now I did take everything we owned out of the van but his crew did an incredible job. I felt like I needed to take my shoes off prior to getting back in. I would 1000% use Rick's again when I need a deep clean and would have no problem recommending his service. Beware using your card on the do it yourself. Went through the do it yourself lane. Used my card. Time started running, but not water or soap came out for 30-plus seconds. Then, only soap came out in a drip. Then, I turned to rinse and more soap for 2 more minutes straight! Had to go to spot free with a light spray of water. Took an extra 5 minutes just to get the soap off. But no bugs or hardly anything else came off. So my card was billed double. This wadls my favorite car wash. But not any more. I will go back for now, but I won't use my card ever again!

I'm very frustrated I paid for a car wash last night and I tried to go through and it only did a spray of water and then nothing happened and I waited a little to see if something would happen and nothing did. So I tried to go through again and I put my card in and the same thing happened again with the spray of water and nothing else happened. I am very disappointed of this car wash because last night I called twice and left my info and then this morning my mom tried to call them twice and haven't heard anything from them yet when they say there office hours are open. Also my mom emailed them as well today and told them the whole story and they have yet to get back to her and refund me my money back. All in all this carwash is not the one to go to at all and you would much rather want to go to a Kwik Star carwash so you know for sure if it's working or not and they are able to get back to you as soon as possible. Recently I was there in three different occasions, about 3 day in a row. 1st wash was not done well at all, lot of spots of road salt was not even touched, then my second car I gave it a try manually, used CC to pay for and was charged $15 for maybe around 2 minutes wash. Then today went there again wash another car drove on the gravel road. Used automatic ultra wash, after finishing car was dirty as much as it was before wash, kinda just rinse the dust off. In the past I used this place and always have some issues, called owner several times but hey good luck get him answered. Forgot about how poorly this place is. I’m going to avoid it max and if you have time to wait little bit in the line, there is much more better places to go! I gave 2 star just because it does something, self service is ok but to expensive if you use CC to pay for.

I got the Primo Package for $26.99. Reasonable price and lots of items considering. I had an extremely well cared for 2004 Jaguar X-Type that I rarely if ever allowed detailed by wash shops, but it had been a longtime without my personal care and I wasn’t going to be up to the tremendous task anytime soon. I pointed out several specific requirements I expected and noted many tedious areas needing extra effort that I didn’t expect to meet my standards for excellence. I also noted the need for handling with “kid gloves” due to the age and delicacy of my vehicle. The Supervisor was very attentive, polite and graciously respectful of my concerns and communicated with certainty this as his workers converged upon my vehicle like a fine-tuned machine. Although there were only brief observations thereafter by me, it was apparent that the Supervisor had repeatedly monitored and personally aided in the work processes for my vehicle while seamlessly servicing a line of several additional vehicles simultaneously. I observed a series of several quality control checks and double checks orchestrated on my vehicle before I was summoned from the lobby area to receive my completed detailed vehicle. Even from a distance and more so as I approached it was absolutely no doubt the level of service I received and the extent of detail met every level of my expectations. Even beyond that I had explicitly explained and got satisfied there were many additional implicit satisfactions as well. Highly recommended!

I tried Tommy's Express Car Wash for the first time and was very pleased with the service. I got the super wash for $16 and my car looks so nice! It was fun just sitting back and moving through the car wash. The cashier was friendly and helpful and the guy doing the prewash was helpful, too. Will definitely be back! Great service!!

I locked my keys in our truck, just as we were getting ready to leave for an appointment at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN. We called and explained our situation and the locksmith came to our rescue within minutes! He was so helpful and had the truck open for us in less than 10 minutes! We were on our way and made our appointment on time! We are so grateful for his wonderful service! We could not have asked for more!!

OMG!!! Best tint shop around town, locally owned, was sent over from a friend and the tint just turned out amazing. I’d recommend these guys over and over again. They are very professional and got my tint done in just a couple hours and gave me a very good price! Not happy at all. Took my car in for a small dent and paint job. They filled in the dent with a little putty, not even the same color as my paint, and put a few scratches on my car in the process. I could have done a better job myself with some bubble gum and nail polish.

I went to This place for the first time' just Because my go to car wash closed down. And I hate that they closed. My truck came outta the wash when it came to wiping it down *OMG it was 3of the laziest workers doing it' then the person who actually got into the truck to clean' he left a horrible smell' it was so Ridiculous. Management i guess do not believe in there employees having a Proper hygiene. 🤦🏾🤦🏾🤦🏾 I will Never ever GO BACK!!!!

DO NOT DO THE MEMBERSHIP!!! Canceled my membership today an they charged my card $50. Refused to refund my money. Haven't even used this car wash in 5 months because of this car wash scratching up our new vehicle, the wash didn't even clean the vehicle dirt was still everywhere. The kids working don't know how to space the cars out. It's an accident waiting to happen. I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK! UPDATE 7/16/23 took my new car an now I have gashes in car an now full of scratches! My husband talk to an employee about getting the manager and the manager told us they were busy an we would have to wait because the car wash was malfunctioning! We waited an no one came out. Canceled my membership over the phone by calling corporate (the only way to cancel which is ridiculous imo) they asked for numbers on sticker for my vehicle (Ram 1500) which I gave them and somehow it was also linked to a Ford Focus. Had issues arguing back and forth about how it could be linked to two vehicles. Very rude to work with calling customer service. I was told they canceled my membership - so I thought. Checking through bank statements, they’ve still been charging me these last 6 months. Called corporate again. They never canceled membership. They were going to listen back through our recorded phone call to refund money. They called tonight - couldn’t find call. “Nothing they can do”. Car wash cleans vehicles well most the time. Corporate and customer service is horrible.

It was okay, not too pricy. All car washes I’ve been to though they need more angles for the water jets. I have a bit of an overhang on the back of my Kia Sorento and it’s kinda blocking the car washes ability to properly cover the full surface of the vehicle. Plus the dry time is insufficient so when I get home and check it out you can see streaks. There was still bird poop on my window during the wash and after..
