The team did a great job and I thought they deserved some kuddos! They quoted me a good price for an internal detail and let me know it would cost a bit more for pet hair or set in stains so I appreciated the clarity. They were very thorough! I’ve had this car for years and I’ve never seen it so clean in every nook and cranny. They also left a surprise gift of an emergency car kit with jumper cables, a flashlight, ponchos, etc which was a nice touch. They are a great option if you’re looking for a good price and impressive results!

Got a wash on 12/8/24 and although the wash somewhat missed the difficult to reach crevasses in the back, it definitely did the job and put a good shine on my car. What stood out to me was the nice attendant, Aiden. He explained to me very well about how the wash works and got me to sign up, after the wash I accidentally vacuumed something up and I asked him for help to retrieve it and he did while being very generous and outstanding towards me. Overall good wash and great service.

I was excited to get my new car washed for the first time here. I’ve been here before with my old vehicle and had a neutral experience. I felt the car looked worse after the car wash and I wasted $18. The car looked streaky. I paid for the dry + buff and the water droplets dried down grayish brown. I drove the car straight home, not through mud or anything like that. The car wasn’t too dirty before hand I was just wanting that extra shine and am left feeling disappointed and like I wasted money.

Nice car wash. Did a really good job on the sides and tires of my truck. The removal of bugs on the front could have been better. Truck was pretty dirty so giving them the benefit of the doubt. Loved the free vacuums, great suction, good set up. Will go again and if a better job on bug removal I will be a monthly member.

Perks did a phenomenal job on my work truck. It was trashed and I honesty had every intention of getting rid of it once I got it cleaned up. But, when I picked up my truck it looked amazingly clean and made me want to keep it a while longer! The transformation was unbelievable. They are very friendly and easy to work with. DSM detailing was the right call for me. I bought a car with so much dog hair and caked in dust from a farm road that it was gross to drive in. They were miracle workers cleaning it up. They were spot on with their time estimate and pricing. I highly recommend using them. I feel I received better service than when I take my vehicle to the Chevrolet dealer, which is much more expensive. They did amazing and I’d say give them a shot it’s worth it.

This is a great car wash the bug remover actually works and so does the tire cleaner. Always clean and ready to use. It's also under $1 a minute which is the standard for me to decide if it's a good wash for the money. The bays are also big enough to fit a 3500 pro master plus a dually. Great wash.

Great, clean car wash. Good pressure. Lots of self-service wash options, and the spot-free rince has enough flow to cover the truck pretty quickly. I just moved to the area, and I am definitely making this the place I go to wash my personal and work vehicles.

I highly recommended Hanson Auto Spa! I had months old dried tree sap all over my car. The other shops I called before did not provide tree sap removal as a service, and another turned me away and told me it was too late, most likely permanent damage has been done and I should look into getting my car repainted. Hanson Auto Spa was able to get the tree sap off and make my car look brand new! I only paid for an exterior + tree sap removal but when I picked up my car, Todd told me that he cleaned out the interior a little bit too. My car was vacuumed, dashboard was dusted, I got a surprise air freshener put in, it looked and smelled wonderful inside. He said he also saw the engine was looking dusty so he took care of that for me too. I am truly so grateful as they went above and beyond. They were also very accommodating and offered to drive me to work after I drop my car off (even if it was before operating hours) and then come to pick me up from work to get me back to shop after. I declined as I had a ride but for those who might not or cannot afford it, that is such a kind thing to offer your customers!

Bought best wash and didn’t even get bugs off windshield. Complained and they said they don’t do standard bug spray and offered to run it thru again and manually bug spray. Don’t happen and same result. Won’t come back. Shine shop on the north side from now on.

The wash was fast and easy, I think a bit too fast, the attendant didn’t have time to finish spraying the right side of my windshield then I was sent into the wash. Also watch out on the right side after the wash! The drive way is very curved…. It was my first time here and I ended up driving on the right curb…

Best detailing in DSM. I got my car detailed here and they did an amazing job. We got the car buffed, and now it looks new. The interior is cream but had gotten grungy from time. They restored my leather seats. Beyond how good they did on the car, their customer service was incredible. They asked me to inform them if they missed anything. You can tell they take a lot of pride in their work. The car looks new again, they did such a good job!

You have to give these guys a shot!!! I was in from out of town and wanted some damage done on my car (from a carwash) fixed right away! Nobody else could get me in for weeks. I called and Best Drift got me in right away! The owner was very sweet and they were able to completely restore the damage that was done to the plastic on my vehicle- shines like new! They were very affordable and I would HIGHLY recommend. I'll be honest, it's not a great part of town and it doesn't look like much from the building but this is a little family-run business and I would take them over a big, expensive chain ANYDAY! It's a safe place, don't judge from the location. These are good people just making it from their little family-owned business. I gave the owner a hug I was so pleased with their work. I thought my Range Rover was ruined! I actually paid them more than they charged me.

Unfortunately was not impressed with this detailing company and I didn’t even get to experience their work yet. I made an appointment with a certain rate, then was messaged the morning of the appointment that they messed up and will actually be charging a mileage rate. I ok’d it. Once they got to our house, they said there would be an additional $75 fee for deep cleaning. I asked them to explain the difference between a complete package detail and the need for a deeper cleaning that’s included and they couldn’t. We had a detailing company previously, so I had my husband call them to see what the issue was, and essentially they did not have the proper chemicals to remove dirt build up or something is what he got out of the phone call. The truck was used as a work truck and this was the purpose of the detail. Looks like my husband will be doing it himself to get the job done! Here’s pictures of where it appears they tried to use steel wool or something to remove dirt off of leather?? Here’s the overall car. It needs cleaned up for sure, but I don’t really understand the $75 extra charge. Aside from that, I never said no to paying $75 more, I just asked for a reason why it fell under the extra fee category. It has dirt but shampooing removes quickly and doesn’t take much excessive time, based on experience. I was honestly very disappointed that we counted on reserving an appointment with this company and we were let down.

This was the 2nd time I utilized Master Mobile Detailing’s services and to say they are fantastic is understatement! They do an amazing job. I had them detail my 4 door sedan to include an engine cleaning. I really like the fact they come to you and they are completely self sufficient, including them being their own water! Doctor Detail did an absolutely stellar detail of my 10-year-old Prius. I am not exaggerating when I say they made my gross disgusting interior look nearly as good as when I drove it off the lot 10 years ago. I was blown away. Also, the engine now looks immaculate, and the exterior looks incredible. On top of that, their service was super friendly, and the price was very reasonable. I'll start by saying I've never had a vehicle detailed before and wasn't sure where to set my expectations. We took our filthy 2014 Mazda CX-5 here for an interior only detail. There was stains on the fabric ceiling of the car from last winter when a can of pop exploded. No trace of the ceiling stains or anything else in the car when we picked it up. Highly impressed and satisfied with the end result, it's like driving a new vehicle. What expectations I did have were completely blown out of the water. This place is absolutely amazing. Their prices are competitive, and they are very convenient and easy to work with. (And the staff I spoke with on the phone and when they came were very friendly!) I had a paint spill in my car. Called around a few places, many wouldn't even try and others would have me wait 4+days to schedule an appointment, by that time the paint would have dried! I am SO thankful for this place. Hopefully you don't have to use them for as bad of a mess as I had, but if you do, they do a great job!

9/3/24 at approximately 430pm on 2nd, Euclid, and MLK. Drives 10-20 over the speed limit, religiously. Tailgates constantly when unable to speed. Almost rear-ended me 3x on Euclid because he was too busy paying attention to his passenger. Great driving skills while in a rolling billboard!

I was in at 4:23 pm today 6-14-24 and it didnt clean my car. It still is dirty. I have used this before and I am so disappointed. A wasted $16.00. I tried to call the number I found to ask for another car wash so I could go back and phone disconnected. Not happy. Car should not still be dirty. I drove home after wash and parked it!

Purchased a 14 dollar wash for a dusty vehicle from harvesting. Wash left a 3-4” stripe along both sides of the entire truck. Appears out didn’t even rinse the area. Where it actually cleaned it did a good job.

Very disappointed had some paint in the wheel wheels. Yellow paint they couldn't get it off or I should say they wouldn't get it off. They said they don't take paint off of anything. If they couldn't see it, they didn't clean it or if they thought any one else couldn't see it. They didn't clean. I got a $100 detail. And it cost me 250 bucks.Very disappointed won't be back

In the past I have had pretty good luck with the truck and livestock trailer washed I've gotten but...last night was not a good experience. There were several missed spots on the truck and I have to get it washed again somewhere else to have it look decent. The manager was pushing the workers way faster than I've seen before and it made all the difference in the quality of work. The side that I couldn't see (passenger) while they were working on it had an entire panel that wasn't even touched. I'll try to find a better place to use in the future to spend my $189.71.
