We had a 15yr old sedan to sell. The rear seat was badly stained (pro tip: don’t leave a 12pack of Diet Coke in your car in sub-zero temps!) and knew it wouldn’t fetch top dollar as is. I almost went with the interior-only detail, but sprung for the exterior last minute. I’m glad I did. The interior looked new and the exterior “felt” new. Success Auto applied a Ceramic Coating on my beloved VW Beetle last fall. The other day someone opened their door in a parking lot and scraped the side of my car:( I called Mike and asked if he could “fix it?” He replied back immediately and said he would try. I can’t say enough about Super Clean Car Care! I run a home daycare and have a 15 passenger van that for the last 5 years has Tooted around so many kids and dogs. The dog hair was beyond embarrassing in this thing. When I called and scheduled the appointment I was honest and said what I had, what I did for a living, and that the dog hair was out of control in the van. She didn’t even seem to blink an eye on the phone and happily scheduled my appointment. They arrived at my house… (yes came to me)… promptly at 8:00 a.m. on the dot. Worked for endless hours cleaning the inside of that van, removing 98% of the dog hair, stains that were in the van prior to me buying It. I was amazed how well It looked when they finally got to leave my house at 4:30 p.m. They were nothing put professional and hard workers! And the price is hands down unbeatable! I will 100% be using them again for my car cleaning needs in the future.

After 82+ miles on gravel road and 750 miles of bugs from Denver after visiting Madison Counties covered bridges my car looked awful. One drive thru car wash later at this place it looked great. Highly recommend

I'm so glad I started the membership program at Take 5. Even if I don't have time to do a full detail on car, I know I can at least drive thru for a rinse off and quick vacuum for under $1 a day. Even if you go through once a week, it is still cheaper than gas station washes and vacuums. Customer service is great...they are open on cold days! And I've noticed they took extra time to pre-spray the car during a winter visit,really getting into wheel wells. Their brushes are foam, so they don't leave scratches like I experienced at another car wash membership in town, and I like that they have so many locations for when I travel. Highly recommend!

The quality of the detailing is not just bad, it is EXCEPTIONALLY BAD! I have done a complete detail on my car from here. Here is my review: Exterior: The exterior was done well, not perfect. There were clear water spots on my windows, near the trunk, and the door handles. I was OK with it considering the price is significantly lower than others. Interior: This is where they did a horrible work. The owner keeps saying he has 37 years experience, but frankly speaking even I can perform better detailing than him. There were water spots all over the place: on my door, on the dashboard, on the screen, on the speedometer, near the cupboard - you name it - EVERYWHERE. When I called them to point out my concerns, they were telling me some of most non-sensible things I have ever heard in my life. They speculated that I might have opened a champagne bottle in my car, the spots remained there, and even after wiping they came up. Like what? It would have been very clear if I had ever opened a champagne bottle in my car, you don't have to speculate it. They just would not admit that they did a terrible job at wiping. Now that I brought the car to them to point out how horrible their work was. They admitted to it and took the car to "straighten" it out. After 20 minutes, they came back. I have not idea what they did in this 20 minutes, but seems like they only spent 1 minute wiping out some of the spots I showed them. I literally took my cleanser out and cleaned a bunch of spot in front of them to show them it does not take a whole lot of time to take care of these spots. Then they were like - "Oh, we don't do it here. If you want have spot-free cleaning, you have to pay another $100." This is perhaps the one of the most unprofessional services I received. You take a car for cleaning and leave it with water spots all over the interior and then ask additional $100 to clean them up? Wow!

I paid $10 to wash my car on August 24 around 1:40 through their touchless wash. I came out of the wash and I still had bird poop on my windows, bird poop on the side of my car and the top part of my car. The roof doesn’t even look like it’s been washed. There’s still a bunch of stuff on top dirt and grime. I basically paid $10 just to have my car run through water. Not happy.

My neighborhood car wash just installed solar panels. Not just on their west roof but on the east roof too. This will make me feel even better about washing my car. Now I know that some of the energy to wash it will be coming from on-site solar generation. I hope other businesses and homeowners will follow their lead and put solar panels on their roofs. This is a great place to get a car wash too. They have completely touchless bays which are great for not getting swirl marks and other paint abrasions due to brushes.

IF YOU LOVE YOUR CAR, DONT GO HERE. I had Went through this carwash and it had ripped my valve stem out of my tire and scratched up my lower side skirt. Did an accident report and they said they would pay for just the tire. A week goes by and I hear nothing. Call them again and now they said they won’t pay for it because the tire caps weren’t plastic. My car was spotless and I take care of it all the time. Lesson learned on touch carwashes. In response to their comment: there wasn’t pre existing damage. I wasn’t shown no footage when asked. They just wanted to see the car when fixed. They look for anything they can to not repair what their business does.

I have brought my car here three times and I have had a excellent experience each time. The first time they accidentally messed up the AC system (while replacing something unrelated). I picked up the car late on a Friday evening, so their mechanics were out and it couldn't get fixed until Monday. They helped me out and loaned me a car (for free) for the weekend. The second time they went out of their way to get a replacement radiator delivered in time before I left for a road trip. The third time they spent 3 days trying to diagnosis an issue I thought had but they couldn't replicate, and they didn't charge me for it. What you get here are honest mechanics who charge a fair price and take care of their customers. 10/10 would recommend.

All I wanted them to do was mount 4 tires and balance them but I had problems with my air tire sensors they figured it all out got it done got everything back on the road everything's working great tires feel really good at 75 miles an hour down the road. Keep in mind there's 2 Hansen automotive places one is tires and brakes the other 1 is more motor stuff and other things but together they can do most everything you need for a car or a truck.

I recommend this place so much!! I was stressed by a hit-and-run. Kaleb in K2 Collision helped me to repairing my car. After the insurance company suggested junk-yard part, Kaleb helped me against the insurnace. At the end, my car was a total loss, he helped me until I left. Although I could not get any paid service, he sent the email more than 20 times to help me. Lastly, I lost my wedding ring in the car. A mechanic I usually go could not find it, but he found it!!! I am more than happy for his service. I hope not to visit the store again, but definitely I will visit him as long as I need to go body shop. This place is the best body shop ever.
