I have amended my review to 2 stars. We brought our first car in last week where they did a great job. They told us then if we gave them a 5 star Google review they would give us a $50 discount so I gave them a 5 star review and took the second car in yesterday. Unfortunately they did an extremely careless job. There are bird droppings that were not cleaned up outside and food crumbs inside the car that were never cleaned up. My husband was picking up the car end of the day when they were in a hurry to leave. I called this morning to complain about the fact that they had not cleaned up several issues with the car. The person on the phone was extremely rude and said the things should have been identified at pick up. He said I could have made a mess myself since last night and that’s why the car is dirty. He was extremely condescending. 5 stars for first car, 0 stars for the second one and negative stars for the rude customer service.

Best interior detail I've ever had. They completely removed stains on my fabric seats that other companies had told me were impossible to remove. Little things I've never had other companies clean, such as my overhead mirrors, were such a delight to discover had been washed. They were also so courteous and pleasant to communicate with. I'll definitely be coming back.

Great shop, very responsive and friendly. I brought them a car, they’ve done everything super fast and did a perfect job overall. I was amazed, even though they’re pretty busy and the job itself was custom. The shop is cool btw. Waiting area is nice, I love it. 10/10 experience, would definitely recommend!

No lottery sold here,convenience store very small,station doesn't have air pump for customers with flat tire. (Had to drive to another gas station to fill up air in the tire) car wash after renovation is low quality wash,weak dryers leave spots on car,compared to previous car wash here that was touchless and pretty decent, this one is no good and higher price than the previous wash.

Came for an exterior detail, Robert took good care of me and my car and accommodated my requests for a hand wash and leaf removal from the cowl. The folks at Raceway also vacuumed the interior and cleaned the engine bay when they didn't have to. Very impressed with the professional & friendly service and the results I got.

Got a full detail after a long road trip to the beach with dogs. They did an incredible job inside and out. There was sand in/on everything and now there is no trace. Would recommend 10/10.

One of the only hands free car washes in the area. They do a pretty decent job, and although prices have gone up a few times since new ownership has taken over about a year ago, it’s worth while knowing your vehicle is being cleaned properly. They could expand on opening hours and pay a little more attention to the details (bugs) and smudges on the glass and interiors, but other than that, they’re still a go to place for several family vehicles.

I'd rate ten stars if I could. The facility is spotless and easy to navigate. The staff are experts. They gave me critical guidance and taught me more than I've ever learned in a couple hours' time. I'm not aware of any other facilities like it, but I'm not sure it could be done any better than this!

I have been using Exotic window tint for years! They’ve done all my cars (and throughout the years, I’ve had quite a bit!). I have zero complaints. Staff is awesome! Work is great! I have followed them to all their locations, and even now, though still fairly local to me, worth the extra driving minutes! Because when you find something good, you don’t steer away! I previously had my two cars tinted there and they did an amazing job. They do more than just tinting, so I had them do my chrome delete and was not disappointed. It took a day or so longer, but I was ok with it because they were in constant contact with me about the progress. I received pictures of how the project was going and the final product was amazing! Great team, great communication, and amazing attention to detail. They treat your car like it’s one of their own. Would recommend to anyone even if it’s a small project like tints.UPDATE: Went back to finish the project Justin and I started. After doing the chrome delete, the last step was to get the rims powder coated. No words for how they turned my vision into reality and left me speechless. Once again their attention to detail is next level and they re did one of the rims because they didn’t like how it looked. The fact that they treat the cars and projects like their own is something that can’t be underestimated and is hard to find nowadays. Would recommend to anyone

Got the platinum plus wash, and it was worth every penny. I wanted a head-start on fully detailing my car and these folks did a great job. The exterior was cleaned perfectly, even the bug smash stuck to the leading edges of the hood. The interior got a good cleaning and disinfecting, with very little fine detail work left for me to complete. This team has been here a long time. You can have confidence that they will treat both you and your car right.

Thank you so much for taking excellent care of me and my car! Not only did they do a fantastic job detailing the interior of my car, but their customer service was top-notch. Will picked up and returned my car to my house and put me at ease after a very stressful morning, where I found the remnants of a raccoon party in my car. He even assembled a team of 3 people to finish the job 2 hours quicker than anticipated, so I could have my car back in time to pick up my son from school. He was so understanding and helpful and I would recommend him to everyone I know!!

Booked a detailed cleaning of my car based on reviews. Paid $290.00 for package # 2. I totally regret it. I gave it a star because there is no option for none. I dropped the car at 8am and at 3pm got a call that the car was ready for pick up. I was surprised how fast they did it and now I was worried about the quality. Save yourself the money. The interior of my car is not looking better than a normal quick cleaning. Looks like they didn't even make an effort to vacuum thoroughly the carpets. All windows have wiping marks and I had to wipe them again. The rear view mirror has all over dry spray drops on it. We definitely have different understanding of "detail cleaning". The pictures speak for themselves. I would take a full refund if I could. Definitely not going back.

When you want Above and Beyond..... then let " ATTENTION TO DETAIL " answer all your detail needs. I found this company off of Google while in such need of a car wash / detail need for a DUMP TRUCK / TRAILER AND EQUIPMENT. Due to the location and having a BIG TRUCK and plus more, I called first. Just to see if they could even help me with my situation. And Low and behold.... Soon as I called I was met with proper professionalism and customer service. Was directed to the Jeff and explained my complicated situation. After the discussion of my needs and The job needing done. I PULLED UP to the staff waiting on my arrival with open arms and attentiveness. PETE did a professional and very thorough job cleaning this equipment. I couldn't try and Rush anything because He Took time and Paid ATTENTION TO DETAIL. It was so appreciated that this location catered to what I needed done even on a weekend too. Thank so much to this establishment and I will be back.

Do not trust. I made two car appointments 2 months ago. They gave me information about checking in time being between 8 and 9 AM- it would be first come, first serve. I live about 1 hour away so I asked what if I cannot make it. They said it is fine, your car just starts later and you pick it up later. So that was fine with me and I made the appointments. I arrived at 9:40 today and the guy told me I am late so he called a customer on the wait list and he cannot take my car. When I asked him why he didn't call me, he said he doesn't call people. But he does call people- the people on the wait list and NOT the one with the actual appointment. In my opinion, they should have just said YOU MUST BE HERE ON TIME. And the guy completely lacked a basic customer service skill set. Since they did not give clear information, they should have worked with me towards some sort of compromised solution. But instead I was completely blown off. Anyway I read most of the other reviews, I am glad I didn't go to them. For now they seem to have plenty of customers so they are fine with losing some here and there. But I wonder if that will always be the case...

Booked an appointment a month in advance, was never put in the books. Told it doesn't matter if I have an e-mail confirmation from the owner, I can reschedule or be done at 6pm or later when I was the first person in there and just one other women, no one else even there for their car drop off. Sucks, because I tip well. For another place close by with better prices, was taken right away, nicer lounge, so at least something good came out of it.

I am slightly disappointed with the service I got an express detail and shampooing service. The shampooing was great but the detail was not satisfactory as they didn’t pay attention to detail and did not really vaccum. This is after I asked them to vaccum in some of the parts I noticed.

Damaged front left rim on both of my cars. Wheel caught on something and sharply pulled to the left. I realized what happened 2-3 weeks later, called them and I was told that I’m on my own now.. I was supposed to file a report the day of.. I’m very careful with my wheels, so I’m 100% sure I didn’t just hit a curb but oh well..

I have been a member of this car wash for almost a year if not more at this point. Recently I was driving through downtown Chicago and a group of people threw eggs at my car. I went to ever clean and the workers were so kind power washing and scrubbing the eggs off. They even flagged me down in the parking lot and offered me goo gone and some rags.
