Today was my first visit to Wheaton car wash. the quality of the detail was mediocre at best. The manager was impolite and un-apologetic when I returned after realizing my windshield was not properly cleaned. There are better options in the area, I will not return and I would not recommend this business.

My experience at D'Andrea was top-notch. I had a PPF applied to the entire car and ceramic coating applied on top. My car looks better than brand new. It shines so much, I get random compliments in traffic from people on the highway. Jaw-dropping, drool-inducing stares from friends, neighbors, everyone. Mike was super polite and kept me informed of progress too, taking videos I could show off. I also appreciated all of the follow-up. This shop is an easy win for any of your detailing needs and high-quality coatings. It is no surprise they have a perfect 5 star rating.

The car wash is the best within the chain and probably the area, which is why there are the 2 stars. However, I will no longer be getting my oil changed here. First time I’ve got my oil change here, my car came in fine but left with a dead battery. Okay, could’ve been a fluke. My car is newer and it shouldn’t have happened, but it was winter so I just assumed that it was just one of those things that happen. I went for an oil change this past week, car went in fine but now my check engine light is going off with 4 different faults out of nowhere that won’t clear and now I need service on my vehicle which will be a few hundred dollars minimum. I would love to say I just have bad luck after oil changes, but I’ve never had an issue with any oil change and I very rarely drive now. Very disappointed, I really loved the idea of this being a one stop shop for my needs.

Avoid this car wash! I went there for a single $19 car wash in September. The next month, they began charging me $34 per month for a subscription which I did not sign up for. When I called and spoke with an employee, they were unable to find any of my information in their system, so they could not help me resolve the issue. Then, once I disputed the charges with my credit card provider, the challenged the dispute. Find another car wash, this place isn’t worth the hassle.

I don't review companies generally. However, this was such an exceptional experience that I had to share it. Dan and his team did a phenomenal job from start to finish. From the consultation to the quote to the drop off to the pick up. Every step of the process was communicated well, and expectations were set properly. These guys got all my holograming in the paint out and a great amount of other surface scratches out. The paint looks like glass. Thank you Chicago Auto Pros, truly a fantastic job.

I recently had my SUV detailed with the Showroom package and Engine Detail. My car interior was already very clean and not much was required inside. The exterior paint is a dark blue/black so dust, smudges, micro scratches and water sport easily show. Below are some of pro and cons of my inspection after pickup up my car. The total time was 2 hrs, much shorter than I was expecting. Cons: - bugs and dirty noticeable on grill/front fender (cleaned after I mentioned it) - Trunk door jam is still dirty, photo - Windshield cowl is still dirty, photo -Paint micro scratches are still very noticeable. Perhaps my expectation were too high for a single buff pass but still disappointed since I mentioned this was the most important part to me. -Truck underfloor storage area was not vacuumed, photo -Truck side storage compartment not cleaned, photo - window buttons still dirty - window edge still dirty -The stitching/seams of the leather were not brushed out so small amount of dirty could still be seen underneath -Glove box and center console still had very small bits of dirt, photo Pros: -The engine detail looks nice and most importantly no issue from the wet cleaning -No greasy product used as instructed -The staff are very friendly and good communicators I do not think this was "showroom" level detailing. This is less “detail kings” and more “car wash and wipe down kings”. Perhaps I should have gone with a lower detail package and saved myself a a few hundred bucks. But I was hoping the clay, buff and wax paint would pop and last. I wish they took the full 4 hours not just rush it in 2 hrs. It rained the evening after the detailing. Now the car looks exactly the same as it did before the detailing. This makes me think the clay, buffing, wax were minimal if at all applied. I thought the wax would last and make the water bead and run off. There are water spots and dried on dirt now . I feel like a sucker for paying so much when a regular car wash would have given the same results. I 100% regret paying for package.

Amazing shop! I've been coming to Detail Kings for a few years and they never cease to impress. The proof is in the pictures... I dropped off a very muddy Bronco this morning, and picked it up showroom clean this afternoon. In addition to the exceptional quality of work that they preform, the service and professionalism of the entire crew here is fantastic. I won't trust my vehicles to anyone else!!

I came to these guys after moving my office. It was a surprise to me to see so many layers of dust on my shelves, folders, documentation and all the other office crap so car seats and cargo were my biggest concern. However, these guys are professionals, literally in a matter of minutes, they returned my car to a new look and there was no trace left of my move. I got it back the same as when I bought it. I’m happy with my experience with R59, highly recommended, and I will know who to do business with in town next time. Fast, efficient and friendly service.

Where not to go. Was very dissatisfied with the service. We've had positive results in the past with other vehicles, however not this time. The price quoted was $350 for a complete interior/exterior showroom detail. Upon vehicle being dropped off, it was made clear that brand new carpet was just installed along with only two front bucket seats. Very minimal work was needed for the interior. However when the vehicle was returned to our shop, it became clear that the rear hatch was never opened because it represented dirt and debris. We cleaned and detailed it ourselves accordingly. Thankfully we took the time to inspect the work. Reputation is the number one asset of any business. Your company just lost it. We will not be back nor recommend you to anyone else.

Everything went well for me today. Despite the other location being fully booked until Thursday, I managed to find an available slot at this one. David, who happened to be there, agreed to clean my car inside and out for a reasonable price, even though they were only working on retooling for the reopening. The car looked brand new when he finished, just like it did after the previous detailing session. I will definitely continue to be a loyal customer.

Let me start by saying I managed a car wash for 10 years with 7 years detailing experience. This is one of the best, if not THE beat car washes I've ever been to. It left my truck (which I hadn't properly washed in about a year) with a nice shine. And my little coupe shiny as ever. Car wash left no missed spots or water marks. Plus having the hand dry was a nice touch. Perfect amount of pressure on all its water nozzles and the wheels always come out CLEAN. Prices are more than affordable, and the actual wash is thorough from beginning with the attendant spraying the vehicle with a high pressure hose and scrubbing the rear. Brushes seem soft and well taken care off. And absolutely NO SWIRL MARKS! My new go to car wash for any of my cars. I highly recommend it.

HORRIBLE!!!!! DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU HAVE MATTE paint car. Horrible!!! I called multiple times and asked if they washed matte paint cars with safe matte paint soap and knew what they were doing. I was assured he had the right matte paint soap and it was fine. Next thing I know he fineshes washing the car and puts WAX on my matte paint car. Now matte paint is ruined and glossy due to being lied to and not knowing what they are doing. Horrible business!

30$ wasted. Date: 06/27/2024. Time: 12:30 pm Business it’s about people. Not money itself. When the owner is in the shop, job is done with a lot of enthusiasm. When the owner is absent, job not done at all. Been telling them to rewash wheel twice, I just give up, paid and left. Also there where trying to show me there attitude like little kids. It’s the worst costumer service I ever had. Do your job the right way and will not get any complaints. However it’s just a car wash, some people don’t even check work. I check, and even after that, it’s not done the right way.

I took my car here hoping for a decent wash, but it was a huge disappointment. Not only did they leave my car still dirty, but it actually looked worse than when I brought it in. There were visible scratches, dust left in spots they should have cleaned, and overall, it was just sloppy work. I expected a thorough clean, but they didn’t put in any effort. I won’t be coming back here and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for quality service.

1 Check-In A friend of mine recommended this car wash a few days ago. So, today was my first time bringing my car here. I usually get it washed at another place but they always miss areas of my car for instance cleaning my trunk, or leaving used napkins in my door. Haha. I'm pretty impressed with ShinePros. They did an AMAZING job. It's partly because it's a hand wash and the guys know what they're doing. They made my car look brand new. I go hiking a few times a week so my car looked like it had been deserted for months. Lol. I would highly recommend this place. No wait time, respectful staff, and their work is wonderful. Thank you Gary and Harry for all your help! I'll definitely come back!

Three different cars, five stars for each one. This detail shop is an hour from my home, and is by far the best one I’ve ever experienced. Most of my vehicles are black and that’s a difficult color to polish up without swirls or streaks. From the professional, friendly service, fair pricing, and top-notch job the shop has it all. Amazing service from Taso. The employees at this company seemed happy from the first time I walked into their shop area. That's how I knew I was on the right place. I arrived at 755, 5 minutes before opening, and the workers were already waiting and Taso walked right up and greeted me. Very professional. Just looking at the cars inside I knew I was in the right spot for quality. Took my 2020 Chevy Silverado for ceramic tinting and they did it in 3 hours. Looked clean the second I was dropped off to pick up my boy blue. Very happy with the results. Now my shop wants to go here and get either tint out a full blown ceramic coating. Definitely quality work

Our garage door didn't go all the way up when we had a recent polar vortex. As a result, I knocked off the dolphin cover over the antenna when backing out of our garage. We brought my Lexus to Mike. He was very professional and gave us a written estimate. After the part we ordered came in, we called him to make an appointment. The car was ready in one day! (They even "tested" the new cover to make sure the seal was solid by power washing the roof to make sure there were no leaks.) I also had two scratches on the bumper. We asked for an estimate on the scratches, deciding to get them repaired, as well. The car was ready the next day. They even washed my car for us! Reasonable prices. Solid attention to detail. Polite and professional staff. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend precision polish in West Chicago. Why? Because Mike does what he says and he did a great job on my brand new Subaru outback We have the Subaru cosmic blue. It’s a very cool color, but it really stands out now that the ceramic was put on it. It looks much deeper. I specifically did not buy ceramic at the dealer because I wanted to find someone local who would do it correctly and really do it I called Mike on the phone and talked to him about the process what he does and the results is exactly the same The ceramic really works There are a lot of videos on it But it matters on how It is put on the car. I bought my car brand-new with 10 miles on it. I purchased the ceramic coating package from the dealership and it came back with swirl marks over the entire car! I took it to Precision Polish Auto Detail and it looks brand-new again! They did paint correction and ceramic coating for me. I just picked up my car yesterday after work. On my way to work this morning from Bartlett to Batavia, it rained. 30 minutes after it stopped raining I went outside to see how the car looked in the sunlight and it was still beautiful without a spot on it! I already received my warranty information via email this morning. PSA - DO NOT HAVE A DEALERSHIP CERAMIC COAT YOUR CAR! HAVE IT DONE AT PRECISION POLISH AUTO DETAIL! I highly recommend this company to anyone that cares about their vehicle and maintaining the exterior and paint. If I had come here to begin with, I would have saved a lot of hassle AND money. WELL WORTH EVERY PENNY! (Yes, the dealership did refund the money I paid for them to send out my car to have the ceramic coat applied).

4.5/5 stars for me, but google wont let me do half so I rounded down. I bought a very old and used 2011 Toyota prius which needed some cleaning. I went in with very high expectations based on the google reviews (like pie in the sky sort of miracle that they could get the interior roof stains out without me mentioning it). Booked for 10am, and they called back around 2pm. They made me check the car before I paid which is nice. First glance, it looks pristine and smelled cleaner than before, so I felt all was good and in order. When I got home and could check each nook and cranny at my own pace and found some missed spots. Interior detail: Con: -Rear passenger seatbelt had a stain and still felt greasy. (Not sure if this is covered in this service package tho.) -dashboard air vent still has dust on one side -the gear lever's crevice still has dust. (Was really wishing i didnt have to do this myself bc i dont have specialized tools for this nook&cranny) -cup/keyholder (?) still has a small splotch. -interior roof has 2 main stains. It is still there after the detailing. (I'm not sure if the roof is covered in this service, but i assume it is since it is an interior panel.) -that lever you have to press to open the elbow compartment didn't look clean. -that foot ledge thing (doorstep? Carstep?) when you open the car door still had the old grime. Pro: +almost all stains gone +++cloth seats look like brand new +steering wheel felt easier to turn +rearview mirror's streaks are gone +seats were wet, but they put a complimentary plastic cover for the driver seat +they found my tire pressure pen & didnt keep it for themselves Exterior wash: Pro: +tires look shiny +the layer of dust at the rear was gone +little to no streaks Possible Con: -seeds still stuck in the car edge/trim (idk proper term. it's like a roof gutter, but for the car. I dont know if this is covered in this service.) -plastic tail of car looks splotchy. (I dont know if this part was included in the service, or if the stain is permanent and cant be cleaned) Small con: -a small speck of birdpoop still stuck on the sunroof. And sometimes, the customer is not always right, so here's what I could've done better. It's on me for not being thorough at the sign off, and maybe I should have pointed out the misc stains I was particular about during the appointment. I shouldn't have assumed they'll see it, or that it can be cleaned off. I should've done a checklist of sorts beforehand. My apologies for that/ I will try to remember to do that for next time! Overall, I'm grateful for what they could do in that quick turnaround time (4ish hours). They will get you 95% of the way there, which is still very good! The other 5% you will have to do yourself. I think I'd still recommend this place to others.

Louie did a fantastic job on our GTI. The detailing and opti coat took him longer than expected (paint correction on a brand new car was not expected, so that took some extra time), but this is not something you want someone to rush through just to get done on time. In the end the car looks amazing, and I will definitely be bringing my other cars to him in the future.

I've used this detailing shop a few times in the past 10 years and the owner has always been nice. I've had a couple small dings removed in the past, they did a good job. I've had my car hand buffed and washed a few years before Covid, they did a great job. Went there recently and asked if they could remove a little clear over spray around the edges of my headlights. "No problem, we can do it, anything else you need"? Well I just drove 45 miles so why not buff and wax the car it if you have time. Mind you the paint and shine were fine, it just hadn't been waxed since Covid. They finished and I did a quick check around and pointed out a couple blemishes I saw around the front hood...they wiped at it and I left. It was sunny out and other than the hood I didn't notice much. Drove to the grocers on the way home and looked a little closer in the parking lot. Upon close inspection there were swirl marks and scorched discoloration in the clear coat on both sides where you could clearly see the imprint of the buffer as if the pad was too old, dirty or it was held too long in place marring my clear coat. I ran my hand across the blemishes and it was smooth and in the clear coat on both sides of my car. I understand black cars can be hard to buff, but if you are a professional detailer that should not have happened, AND on both sides of my car. Like I said it wasn't the first time I used their service. I also told them outside only and the few items I had under my driver and passenger seats were thrown on my backseat and my clean floor mats in the back were now wet. I paid $175 for a sloppy service that now I have to find and pay someone else to correct. I understand there's turnover at car washes and people come and go, but the guy that buffed my car should not be using a machine on anyone's car and I even tipped him $10. I don't like leaving negative reviews, but for the last week when I look at my car it ticks me off. It's only been out of the garage 2X in the past week because I have to find someone to correct it. I won't be back.

This was my first time here. I told them that (thinking first impression is everything). I was so excited only to be disappointed. I paid $35 for interior and exterior. They did not wipe off the dash or the door jams. They also left a puddle of water in the cup holders. The sun was shining too bright, so I was unable to get clear pics. I feel ripped off 😪 I don't think I'll be returning.

Always like coming here. Best part about this car wash is that it uses a flat track to move your car along thru the wash, which means low car friendly 👏🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽 There's a bucket with solution and a long handled brush before you go thru the wash that you can use for free like a pre wash for caked on stuff. Plenty of wash options that vary in price. Cheapest wash is $5! I usually go for the $10-15 wash, as I only bring my daily here- the fun car gets hand washed. They have a new loyalty program- they give you a card (no sign up no personal information required at all) and scan the card everytime before you get a wash. Once you rack up a certain amount of washes, you get a free $20 wash. I believe it is after your 11th wash. There's vacuums here (strong af), and a little precise air blower to get water out small nooks and crannies. Well lit at night , garbage cans available. Bathrooms and vending machines inside. Hand wash/detailing is not available here. They take cash or card and there's usually always someone outside by the kiosks to help you pick your selections

Terrible car wash. Paid $20 plus tire shine and my car was barely cleaner than before I had it washed. Dirty hard water spots all over car. Tire shine was a glob of goop on part of the front wheels and nothing on the back wheels. I’d never go back because it’s a complete waste of money. That $20 car wash was honestly not even worth $5.

I am slightly disappointed with the service I got an express detail and shampooing service. The shampooing was great but the detail was not satisfactory as they didn’t pay attention to detail and did not really vaccum. This is after I asked them to vaccum in some of the parts I noticed.

Dan and the team did an outstanding job. I went with the silver ceramic pro coating package and 35% window tint. My car looks incredible. The small swirl scratches and other minor imperfections are gone, car protected! Highly recommend them, I will be bring my other car for the same.

Everyone on the team is super friendly. You really feel like you're a part of their operation when you're there. I had them do a lifetime ceramic coating to my 2020 Volvo S60. I just bought it this year and the previous owner beat it to hell. The guys at Elegant Aurmor detailed it really well and were able to remove all of the paint swirls. Then, they applied the coating (top notch stuff). They'll touch up the coating every six months to maintain the lifetime warranty (no extra charge for touch ups). Super happy with the results, definitely will be a lifetime customer!

It’s hard to find a quality hand wash place anymore. I’m not a fan of automatic washes, not sure why. When my normal place was backed up today (10/10) I decided to take a gamble with Hector’s. The gamble paid off. They washed and vacuumed and even air hose dried the car in about 30min. Cost was very affordable. The staff was friendly. Definitely will be back in the future!

The entire process from booking, dropping off, and picking up the car was seamless. When I went to pick up my car I was blown away by the quality and attention to detail of the work done. Great experience. Car came out looking shiny new. They have multiple wash options. Equipment must be new and well maintained for them to be able to clean to this level of perfection. Also their vacuum cleaners are really very powerful and helped to thoroughly clean up the car's interiors. Will visit again for sure when I 'm in the area.
