This review is long overdue. I had my car detail last year and Oscar and his assistant did an amazing job. One of my second jobs is delivering food and the smell can build up pretty bad in there. He did a good job of cleaning everything out very well. I did not care for the smell of the chemicals used in the cleaning, but that dissipated after a few days. I would definitely recommend Oscar for anyone looking for detailing at home. His prices were very acceptable.

I had this wet sand stain on the passenger seat and I made it worse by using soap, water, and resolve carpet cleaner. Problem was “RESOLVED” (ha, get it?) after I got my car detailed here! He did an excellent job on the interior of my car! I highly recommend this place! Great service too.

Hours on Google don't reflect correct times . Looks like somebody's home , wasn't even sure it was the correct business. Contacted them denied my phone call then texted Me, no customer service skills at all. Didn't even let me know correct hours of business. Won't even try to come back .

They are very attentive & hard working, my car always comes out super clean makes me feel like I just bought a new car, the owners are very friendly & hard working. I spilled boba inside of my car for two times and they cleaned my car like new. + the owner was so nice! Actually, I got my another car detailed from them around 3 years ago but everything was too slippery and I could smell something like cleaning product so every time I drive my car I had a headache. This time, they did an awesome job and if I spilled boba again, I’ll definitely visit them again.

This guy quoted me $600 is his regular price but he is running a special that cost 400 for full detail (includes engine bay cleaning). Price is just flat out ridiculous. For 600 I can probably have Macco paint my car. Smh..... Average full detail price in and around Lake County is about 220. *Edit* Notice this guy's response. Smh.... Keep it professional boss. No need to be mad. I just voiced my opinion. Your price is way to high for the service you offer. Them just facts.

Is an ok car wash, I think that the attendants should pay more attention. There have been times when I need my windshield spray for bugs, and they don't do it, some times they don't even give you cleaning wipes, and I have the most expensive membership.

The Facility team are great team members. They help you when help is needed and the quality of the wash is above and beyond expectations. The only issue I have is the accounting team. They charged 3 Months during remodeling. and they refused to give the credit back.

This was my first time getting my car a detailed wash here. They have nice schemes to avail with their annual membership. I enjoyed the free vacuuming service too. The suction was good and cleaned up all the dirt and food particles on the floor. I would definitely come back for their services in the future.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I recently moved here and I was excited to try a car wash, bought a membership there, I was a bit scared of running my car thru the brushes since I’ve always done touch-less, I should have known better from the other reviews please PLEASE AVOID this place if you don’t want to end up paying to get get your car scratched/dented. I paid for the membership and didn’t even get a FULL refund for canceling after this incident since they “aren’t liable” DO NOT GO THERE. Was definitely not worth it now I have to fix my car out of pocket. Definitely regret it. The more I look, the more damage it did, there’s A lot of scratches from the brush everywhere. No way I “hit something “ when you can clearly tell it was the wash. Car was not like this before I went thru.

Couldn’t be happier with the service! After seeing some reviews and seeing that the service was mobile (i.e. they would come to me) I decided to give them a call and I’m so glad I did! Great work, super thorough and left my car looking spotless. The guy said they offer other things like paint corrections and coatings so I’ll be reaching out again for the spring and definitely to get him to detail my fiancé’s car. He even left me a couple of cards so I’ll be handing those out at the office. Highly recommend to anyone looking for great work!

Professional. Understanding. Incredible work. I brought my 30 year-old Mercedes convertible to Mac and his team for level one paint correction and a full detail. While they offered to get it done in a day, I left the car with them for a few days and was blown away by the results. They cleaned everything, and I mean everything! The leather seats were getting dry and the conditioner they used brought them back to a near-factory spec. When I brought my vehicle to Mac to be assessed, he knew exactly what he was getting because he's owned W124s in past. He has a great sense of humor, an ability to convey what to expect, and holds firm to his deadlines. If you have an older car, this is the team.

I took my new car in for a 3month Ceramic Coating. This is a brand new car barely a month old, there were some mineral stains on the rear bumper which they claimed could not be removed by their decontamination process. They called to authorize an extra $100 for a polish. I told them no, as the car couldn't have picked up that much in the month I'd had it. So I went in to inspect the area. Had I gone in and seen that it was a real problem I would have authorized it once I reviewed the area in question. The effected surface area might be 3 square feet on the rear bumper, and the deposits were absolutely visible but incredibly minor. My impression is they did not even attempt removing it with a solvent after the baseline wash, they just called to authorize a $100 job. Now I will have to have another party finish coating the car, because you cannot apply a ceramic on top of those stains, which at least I appreciate they did not. However the job was unfinished. While that might end up costing me more than $100 I'll pay another party. Removing the mineral stains myself will likely take less than five minutes and require no abrasive or polish. I haven't done it yet, perhaps I'll update my review if the removal process ends up taking longer than the five minutes I estimate. To top this off when they pulled my car around, it had not been completely dried, I took my car home and with a clean microfiber towel dried it myself. At that point I found debris in the front diffuser which was still wet, salt and some other small road debris. It's possible I picked that up on the 5 minute drive home but it did not look as though the front diffuser had been paid attention to at all given the interior was still wet. So I cleaned that myself as well. While I did not pay extra for additional interior cleaning the $150 service included wiping down the interior and cleaning the floormats. The rubber floormats were not well cleaned at all and there were fingerprints, on the windows, on the center console and on the illuminated trim. If I took my car in for a wax instead of the ceramic, I probably wouldn't be writing this terrible review, because it would have been polished out. I would have maybe knocked a star off for the finger prints on the interior, I was there for an exterior service for the most part. Incredibly disheartened, as I enjoy supporting the local businesses in our town, they were incredibly informative and courteous on the phone when booking but the execution and attempt at overcharging isn't something I will look past.

Very disappointing. I wanted to surprise my sister by having her car cleaned…3 kids and dual working parents, so yes, the mini van was dirty. But MANY areas were not even touched at all. By the time I paid, went to the restroom, and barely sat down they were already done…. spent less than 15 minutes, for $40+. I get my car cleaned elsewhere (I live out of town) and I have much better service. Go elsewhere.

Reese is a very professional and skilled gentleman who went above and beyond. He did an interior and exterior detail along with a wax job which made my car look brand new! Based on the reviews I read, everyone was correct about how well their vehicles turned out. My wife has some disabilities and is unable to keep her SUV as clean as she likes it. He spent over 7 hours to bring it back to a like new condition and even got all of the pet hair removed. He’s very meticulous, detail oriented, hard working, & has a great personality. My wife was very thrilled with the final results. Happy wife - happy life!

It seems that the quality has completely gone down hill here after paying for their tier 5 wash. They didn't do a thorough job of wiping my interior down even thought that is what I paid for and on top they didn't even touch the cargo area of my vehicle. After years of coming here I will not be returning.

Do not use this place unless you are okay with them breaking items in your car. I have had a review mirror broken, center console latch, and now a rear view camera wire stripped. I gave them three chances and am finally moving on. I understand that mistakes happen, yet 3 different items and I rarely use this place. If I went at least once a week, I would understand. Find another place as they will only break items on your car.

These guys are the bomb. I left my sunroof open with massive rain. Horrible mildew smell for two weeks. Car was also a mess in general. These guys spent two days cleaning the car and carpet. It wasn’t cheap but I am three weeks out now from the cleaning and the car still smells brand new and looks awesome. I would highly recommend them.

I called Prestige to make an appointment and was able to get in within a week. On the phone I was provided with verbal quotes, understanding that things may change depending on the condition of my vehicle. On the day of my service, I was greeted and my car was taken back promptly for an interior and exterior detail. I received a text message when my car was complete and shown around the car for specifics. The engine compartment has never been touched before and it looked brand new! Kenneth did a wonderful job removing all of the bugs on the hood and paid extra attention to the interior surfaces and rims that needed a clean. Fantastic work!
