We had asked for just an interior detail, which was quoted at $100. Everything seemed fine, and we brought the car the next day. However, the owner claimed to have asked if we wanted both inside and outside detailing, but I don't recall him asking. We had clearly stated the previous day that we only wanted the interior done for $100. To our surprise, when we received the receipt on our phone, we were charged $150 plus a tip. While the interior detail itself was well done, we were ultimately disappointed with the entire experience.

Our dog had an accident all over the trunk of my car and even though I thought I cleaned it well, it still smelled horrible so we took it to get detailed. James did an incredible job! No more dog hair, dog smell, poop smell or dust! It smells and looks brand new. Highly recommend! We’ll be taking our other vehicle here and keeping up with regular detailing!

This guy is magic at detailing. The before pictures don't show how dirty this actually was due to the black carpet. Dog hair and stains everywhere. Didn't recognize the car when I got it back. Hasn't been this clean since day one. Highly recommend to everyone. Amazing service at an affordable price.

I have a 2024 Camry SE I finally got around to tinting this October, I have 0 regrets what so ever. I have friends who have been waiting to get their car windows tinted as they have heard horror stories over the web with the process. The work matches the reputation and my friends want their windows tinted now too… lol. VIDA did an amazing job on my Cybertruck! It is now protected in black satin PPF, darkened front door tints, and ceramic coated. They even add embossed Foundation lettering. Every edge is perfectly tucked and the embossing looks absolutely stunning against the wrap. Thank you!

V.I.D.A. did a fantastic job detailing our Volvo SUV. It’s 6 years old, but came back looking like new. They even somehow managed to get some blemishes out of the paint that were damages left over from a previous cleaner trying to get sap off the car. Had an appointment on 9/1 confirmed and received reminders of. Showed up on time and no one was there, doors locked and no answer. Sent a text message and left a voicemail and still never heard back. If they were not going to be open that weekend (I assume because of the Monday holiday - which would be understandable but again there wasn’t any indication of that) it should have been blocked on their schedule or at least a phone call would have been nice letting me know it wasn’t actually an available time.

Decent price, the interior work is quite nice, but I think where this shop really shines is in its exterior work. My paint looks like it’s never stepped off the dealership lot, even managing to get a lot of some of the deeper scratches out/ nearly invisible from my Wyoming off-roading days. Looks absolutely stunning. He’s extremely nice as well and I felt my vehicle was well cared for. 10/10 would recommend

I do A LOT of driving. Whether I’m in town or on gravel roads it’s important to me that my car gets a good wash between road trips. Between tree sap, bugs and road dust, my car can get pretty filthy on the outside. It’s convenient to have a monthly subscription to A BETTER CAR WASH. I should also mention the free vacuum stations too. I don’t need them often but when I do they have plenty available.

We were charged $180 for a detailing. seat were soaked by spots and didn't touched the trunk area. when we opened the trunk he didn't vacuum or clean anything in the trunk area. too sad 😔 unfortunately I cannot recommend this place for a detailing. now the seat have the water marks 😞

This car wash is pretty good. They are so close to getting a 5/5. I got the full service interior and exterior wash. My car was pretty dirty. They did a pretty good job and I'm very pleased with the cleanliness of my car, but they did miss a few spots here and there, so I can't give them a 5/5. But for the price, it's very good work, and I'd definitely recommend.

This carwash has went drastically down hill. Use to be the best place to wash your car, Now, I wouldn't even use them for a bucket of water. No soap or Presoak in most the Bays and Never anyone there... Don't waste your time or money because most of the equipment doesn't work.

After paying for my car wash, an older gentleman stops you from going into the car wash, brushes your car with what I can only guess is a pre soak? When he finished he knocked on my window insisting I tip. I told him I didn’t have cash. He told he I could tip his “old lady” via cash app after the wash. I felt very uncomfortable as he was very pushy. When I finished up the car wash, him and his lady were waiting for me on the other side. I was very nervous and drove off. I don’t know if he works there or not but it was not a pleasant experience. My car did come out clean, so the wash part was great, just the before and after that were not okay.

Cons: -I put in 4 quarters into a vacuum here on 7/02/2024 and the vacuum did not turn on. -No button to push to manually return the coins back out in the return slot -Lost out on the $1 and left with un-vacuumed car. -one of the token machines was out of order. -Also parking lot had a lot of scattered debris in it including a screw that thankfully didn’t go into my tire and I threw away. -No staff member on duty in sight to ask about the $1 lost money and broken equipment -tons of potholes in parking lot and surrounding areas around car wash Pros: -Big open trash cans by vacuums to throw out trash and clean out your car -nearby parking lots to sit and detail your car if needed, just lock ur doors bc not the best part of town lol

Was horrible got 3 minutes in to washing our work truck and the employee ran us off cause our work truck is muddy and he was mad that he'd have to pay someone to clear the bay out. Mind you we work on solar Fields

Great experience. It supports credit cards (another place in Urbana I went to doesn't). This place has 7 step self car wash system. Maybe I was slow, but I had to swipe my card multiple times every time the clock resets. If I recall correctly each swipe lasts 4mins (I may remember it incorrectly). Overall I spent $10 my first time using this self-service system. My next time would be better and more efficient? Enjoyed it.

We were in route to our vacation destination when our car started acting up. I googled a mechanic in the next town and ended up here. Patrick is a wonderful human. He is knowledgeable about cars, diagnosed our problem, reassured us it was safe to get to our destination. Once there, my husband was able to fix the ABS sensor. He refused to take any payment. If I lived in the area I would be loyal to his business.

Picked up my daughter from UIUC today and the engine light went on and the transmission was not shifting. I googled a mechanic in the area and by chance, this place was open. I met Patrick who did a diagnostics analysis to find the issue. He said it was okay to drive back to Chicago. He was very courteous and honest. Would highly recommend this place, they did not take advantage of the situation.

The entrance being one-way with no assistance available when the machine malfunctions is unacceptable. We inserted money into the machine, pressed the help button, and ended up having to direct incoming cars ourselves just to exit. No help ever arrived, but fortunately, the malfunctioning machine issued a $12.00 voucher for a return visit once it’s operational. What a frustrating and poorly managed experience!

Stopped by to get a car wash, first time in… but their system wouldn’t take a card. I tried the other machine and it still wouldn’t accept cards they wanted to take my card inside and it felt super sketchy. I don’t know if they’re stealing cards or what but I backed all the way back down the little drive and left. No wonder it was a ghost town. Also, the gas station 1 minute away had more people going through the car wash and did I took my card the first time.

They once charged me $700 for a simple inspection (it's just light not working) and did not tell me the cost of inspection in advance. This means they can claim a workload (hours used for inspection) and ask for money as much as they want. This is not fair. I am an illinois student and I want to remind students avoiding this place unless you are rich. Believe me: The good reviews here are fake.

I used the wash it yourself station and it was really easy. I can use a credit card and select the type (soap, rinse). The power washer was powerful. I have a small car and it was only 4 dollars and change for soap and rinse. Great deal! Be careful in the winter because ice can form on the floor in the bays.

I’ve been a regular customer here, visiting twice a week with my friend. Today, I parked briefly on the side, preparing to go through the car wash with my friend, when an employee came over and immediately began yelling at me, saying it wasn’t a parking spot. It was clear we were just about to enter the wash, so the reaction felt unprofessional and unnecessary. Additionally, the automated wash itself is weak, and the dryer doesn’t perform well. Overall, I was shocked by the treatment I received and disappointed in the quality of the wash but now that I was treated bad, I won’t be coming back and can’t recommend this place.

Definitely in need of some upkeep. The brushes don't make contact with the car the whole time, particularly on the rear window, so a lot of dirt is missed. Additionally the air dry is useless because the system continues to drip the entire time it passes over your car putting water right back. There are definitely better car washes, even other Circle K car Washes, in town.

I needed a car wash and didn't look at the price of gas in the 'Paign. I sent my son inside to get the receipt because the pump didn't print it, which is why I gave them only two stars. BTW, unless you are buying a LOT (over 40 gallons) of gas, it's never worth the savings unless you need a car wash.
