This was my first time at here at Hand car wash pro details and let me tell you the car looks better than when I bought the car on the show room floor. The one who took care of me is named Alex. He took care of my car as if it was his. Did an amazing job and couldn’t complain. Great Job! He puts in the time to get it right. This 2019 wasn’t easy as it had a very stubborn glue residue left on it from being previously wrapped! Now no traces of glue (that dirt would stick to) and he got rid of the wear and tear of years on the road to make it look brand new! Very Happy! Thanks for the hard work and professionalism! Last month, I took my 2020 Dodge challenger widebody to Legion Detailing for the following services: PPF on the front of the car, and Ceramic coating over all of the car. They did an amazing job, and kept me updated during the whole process, which took about 3 days. I've received so many compliments on the car's finish. Two weeks after the work was completed, they brought me back for a complimentary car wash. During this time, they made recommendations on the proper way of detailing the car for the new finish. I was blown away on how water now comes off the car so quickly during the drying process

Unfortunately I can't take my truck to an automatic car wash & Hand car washes are expensive & for 7 dollars I can wash my truck, clean my mats & vacuum my truck. I put in a little work to vacuum & dry it my self but it's worth it. 35 to 45 bucks verses 7. Nothing is broken down and the water pressure is just right.

I’d heard great things about Chicago Auto Detailers and I thought I would give them a try. I have an old conversion van that I use for hauling everything from groceries, dogs and furniture to building materials. Needless to say, it can get pretty dirty inside and out! I haven't had it formally detailed before, but I was having family coming to town and would be chauffeuring them around, so I needed a clean van. I was so pleased with the job that they did. I didn't think it was possible to get the seats and carpet so clean. Every surface shined! I also love that they are a small business and I will definitely use them again. Definitely a 5 star worth rating. Very happy with Michael’s service, here’s my experience: The city where I live was doing spray painting on the fire hydrants and my van was parked in my driveway next to where the hydrant is located, the person doing the job did not use any protection so all of the paint in the air went straight to my red van, thankfully my city and the company that did it, responded and they paid for auto detailing of my choice, I called a few places with more than 2 weeks waitlist and then Michael, he was very fast responding to calls and texts, straight to the point, etc. communication was great as well as forms of payments. We had to reschedule due to rain forecast because the service was provided at my home address with no extra cost, he was very flexible, the day of my service, he arrived right on time, worked very fast and he did a fantastic job removing the paint (which by the way was very think and hard to come off). I will definitely bring my business to Deluxe Image again because my experience was extremely pleasant, besides his personality is super relax and happy. Here are some before and after pics

Alex at Auto Enhancement Pros has been a life saver when it comes to getting my cars detailed. Like many people, I am very particular with how my car gets cleaned because I’ve had experiences in the past of other places scratching and ruining my car. Wow! Alex is the real deal. After an automatic car wash mishap our New Kia Forte had a deep scratch across the entire hood. Many claim to be auto detailers but Alex gets it done to perfection. This was more of a paint correction that required wet sanding. Not something that just anyone can handle. He is personable and even accommodated us on a holiday weekend because we were so distraught over it. Alex was happy because he made us happy. He will definitely be my go to from now on. It is great to see a young man building his own small business. The price paid was reasonable as well. Car looks better than it did being driven off the lot!

It’s Mother’s Day today, I pay for the unlimited interior and did not get a successful clean. Thank you, Jermell for doing touchups at the end for me which truly helped. But once I pulled away, I also noticed some small details that are a basic, and quick doing. my rearview mirror wasn’t wiped, my dash and steering wheel was not wiped, my radio wasn’t even wiped. I feel like nothing was wiped down because both doors in the front are pretty dirty as well. Very unsatisfied I’m gonna stick with the Crestwood location for now.

If I could give 0 stars I would. To start let me say I've been to this delta sonic many times. Today 9-16-2024 at about 8:40am. I pull in, girl welcomes me asks if I'm doing both, inside and out. Yes I'd like both done, she asked if I had a 3rd row of seats if so it would be an extra $5.00 if I wanted that row also. Yes I'd like the 3rd row vacuum also. Ok it'll be $41.00. Sounds good. Then she says do you want the super kiss wash which gives you the extra two washes. Yes that's what I want. That'll be $61.00. EXCUSE ME??? how did we just go from $41.00 to $61.00? She says, the $41.00 is for the inside. Again, EXCUSE ME!!! $41.00 to vacuum, wipe down the dash and wash the interior windows. I don't think so. Give me back my card, I'll go vacuum my own damn car. Be very careful folks delta sonic is taking you for a ride if you let them. In response to the owner. $41.00 total is what it used to cost me to have my car washed and the inside cleaned. Yes I'm sorry. $61.00 is ridiculous and everyone of my friends agree.

Very impressed with the way in which tom and his crew pride themselves in the work they do. I brought my truck in there with an alarm issue and as you can see, there's a lot going on in this truck replace tail lights headlights. Both bumpers added a wench tons of lights. Custom wheels, radar detector dash camera, front and back and an easy flash for the lights. Admittedly when they first took a look at my truck. They kind of had the mindset of we don't really wanna touch this truck because there's too much going on and if we wiggle some wires and something stopped working, we don't want To be responsible for that, but after I walk them through what each of the modified/aftermarket things were that have been done to the truck They felt better about it and were able to fix the alarm issue in just a few days, but on top of that they ranFlexible, coverings on a bunch of the wires I had underneath the hood which is a lot and they kind of look like crap before . The top of my battery box was broken, and they went to the dealership all on their own and bought me a new top for the battery box now when you pop the hood, it looks much more put together. It's hard to find anyone who has that much integrity not to mention has been in the business as long as they have. to actually know what they're doing with that being said short of the dealership it's the only other place I would bring my vehicles from now on!

I sold my 24 year old Ram with a Rhino lining spray in liner, and rust proofing that was performed by this team of experts. Still being amazed at how well it held up and how great it looked after all those years, I knew there was only one place to bring my brand new F-150 to have the same services done. Once again, they absolutely knocked it out of the park! I get nothing but complements on how neat and professional the work they performed is! I recommend them whenever I can! I would not trust my truck in the hands of anyone else! I had the Rhino spray in liner, under body coating and rust proofing, PPF on my front painted bumper, as well as my front windows tinted. Every service they performed completely exceeding my expectations!

I brought my 1968 VW Beetle over to get a two step polish and the interior cleaned. I was amazed at how clean the interior was. The interior headliner and sun visors were brighter than I could ever get them. The outside of the vehicle was almost a complete transformation. I picked up the car at night and you could tell from the little bit of light that it was really well done. Before I left I was told any problems at all just give them a call back and they explained everything that was done to the vehicle as we walked around it. When I pulled into the garage at home (that is very well lit) I could not believe how great the car looked. I walked around it just simply in awe at how great the paint looked and could not wait to take the car out to “show it off”. They were a very reasonably priced and took the time to go over what they could do for the vehicle. I was extremely happy with their professionalism and dedication to detail in their work. I would definitely return and cannot wait to take my other vehicles into their shop.

Buckle up, this is going to be a long review. I called Run One Auto Spa off of google because of their outstanding reviews, and boy did I make the right choice. I was quoted a reasonable price for my car detailing and could not believe the results. I was told I wouldn't recognize the car once the detailing was completed, and that promise was entirely accurate. Stains removed, dog hair gone, windows clean, under the hood looked pristine, exterior of the car was coated with a wax to protect the car that looked incredible and felt great to the touch. The car is 8 years old and I took care of it for the first two, but after 150,000 miles there's only so much you can do. Believe me when I tell you this car looked like it was fresh off of the car lot. Secondly, the staff. I was greeted with smiles, enthusiasm, given advice, treated well, and had some great conversations about my car and cars in general. Run One Auto Spa employs a staff who have a passion for cars, customers, and outstanding service. This is a company that has a passion for cars and people from the top to the bottom. Last but certainly not least, the owner Jacob. After my car detailing was completed I had a 45 minute conversation with Jacob about his business, his business philosophy, and his staff. Prior to starting my Real Estate career I worked in management for 10 years and Jacob truly understands how a business is run. The customer experience comes first, and if you do right by your customers and exceed their expectations, success in business will follow. That is exactly how this business runs. Jacob treats his customers extraordinarily well, cares deeply for his staff, and both their professional and personal success. It's no secret why the staff at Run One Auto Spa are so fantastic and do such a great job, they work for someone who truly cares and wants to see them succeed. Took my car for a wash. They said it’s under construction and so I had them do a hand wash which obviously cost more. They pulled my car around. Said it was ready. I left thinking the keys were in my cupholder as I had left them. I was wrong now I’m stuck because once you turn your car off if you do not have the key fob, you cannot restart it. I cannot reach them by phone, so here I am stuck. I will never return !!! There’s absolutely no reason they needed to take my keys out of my cupholder

I was a previous customer of theirs less than a year ago for a partial vinyl wrap on my new vehicle and their work is very good. I purchased a new vehicle a couple weeks ago and called to have the same thing done and the young lady at the front counter informed me that the same partial wrap would be $400.00 more, no discounts for previous customers. I have to say when you don't value your previous clientele you eventually die as a business. And her explanation was "well prices went up in the past 11 months". IF YOU ARE A CUSTOMER THAT IS LOOKING FOR A COMPANY WERE THEY HONOR YOUR PREVIOUS BUSINESS AND PRICES, THIS ISN'T THE ONE!"

I tried this shop two years ago and I hated their service but I was in the area this past month and apparently they changed the whole management and it was bought by new owners so I gave it another try, I have a luxury car so I really like to take care of it, the best service honestly and the best prices in the southwest area. Love it and I’ll be back for sure. I usually don’t review business but I feel bad all the bad reviews were on the old owners and mangers, different everything since new owners took over the place. My car came out just the way it was when I first bought it from Wesmont.

We hired merry detailing to do a full interior detail on our Mazda CX-5. The communication from start to finish was very good. He arrived at the time he said he would which is a big plus. PSA…. I know better from all the stories I’ve heard but was lazy and decided to go to Fullers Car Wash at 15610 S Harlem, in Orland Park. Well this was the result!! Sadly there is no recourse because I can’t prove these scratches weren’t on there prior to getting car washed. Going to have to eat a $500 paint job!! It’s hand wash or touchless from now on!

I want to bring your attention to my recent experience at Fuller's Car Wash. Unfortunately, the customer service I received was extremely disappointing and I do not want anyone else to have the same experience. I have been a member for approximately six months and I have the most expensive plan that they offer, which gives me unlimited interior and exterior washes for $90 a month. However, when it comes to the inside of my vehicle, I am always disappointed with how they take care of it. As you can see in the attached pictures and videos, it doesn't look like much was done. For instance, I have WeatherTech mats, and while I understand that they are not included to be cleaned of all the salts from the snow, I do expect them to pull up my WeatherTech mats and vacuum the actual carpet, not just the mats. Additionally, they didn't wipe down the dash or spray and wipe down the kick panels. They didn't even vacuum the back of the seats, and it looks like they didn't wipe down the doors at all. When I brought this to the attention of the manager, he came out and told me that everything looked good, which was extremely frustrating. This car wash is convenient for me because it's right around the corner from my home, but I am now considering other options. In fact, I VISITED TINLEY PARK Car Spa right after my experience at Fuller's, and I was pleased to learn that for only $59 a month, they offer unlimited interior and exterior washes, and they wipe down everything from top to bottom. I am not one to criticize a business without reason, but after multiple disappointments with Fuller's, I have decided to switch to Tinley Park Car Spa, Detail, and Oil Center, which is only a few minutes down the road. I hope you can understand my frustration and disappointment, and I hope that Fuller's can work to improve their customer service and quality of service.

I came to this car wash to get an outside wash and vacuum inside. I personally prefer to vacuum my car first and then get a car wash afterwords so I can be Ready to go. As soon as I drove by the vacuums, I was approached by a bearded brown skinned gentleman, saying that you have to get a car wash to use the vacuum, Even though it says Free vacuums. I told him it’s OK sir, I will surely get the car wash after I vacuum my vehicle. So I started vacuuming and then 15 minutes later, I am approached by a white teenage with girl with tattoos whom yells in my face and puts her fingers in my face and tells me you didn’t get a car wash get out aggressively. I advised her that the gentleman knows I’m getting a wash afterwards. Then that gentleman comes and starts, saying that I talked badly to his employee, which I never did. I told her only to not raise her voice at me. And then he started telling me if I don’t leave he’ll call the cops. And started threatening me that the cops will physically remove me out all for just vacuuming my car and getting a wash afterwards so I can be ready to go. Also their crash wash is 8 not 5 as displayed on the front. I’m just surprised of how horribly this place treats their customers. I will never come back her or refer any of my friends and family to this place. They force you to get a car wash in order to use the vacuum that’s actually free and I was actually going to get car wash to respect the business . Honestly, the owner of this place is a real d- bag. He runs around the vacuums harassing customers like a chicken with his head cut off!! It's a car wash bro, chill out!! I am also a business owner and it’s not only you that has a business. Anyways I would never recommend anyone to go and spend their money with ignorant business owner like this one. I recommend going down the street for a dollar less and a better car wash

Not impressed at all with this carwash. I brought our "new to us" truck in for a wash today and, unfortunately, the vehicle in front of me stopped at the blowers which in turn stopped the drive belt/rollers - once it restarted what I believe was the blowers, started back up and proceeded to dislodge the roof strip which was now left dangling from the side of the truck (see picture) banging against it from the dryers. I pulled out to the vacuum area and was able to put the trim piece back into its groove though it is not snug and will likely need to be resecured somehow. As if that wasn't bad enough the carwash itself was quite bad as well - fresh bird poop from no more than 2 hours prior was still stuck to the windshield (see 2nd picture). Not happy at all and will definitely be avoiding this carwash in the future for the big name carwash not much further down the road! UPDATE: Thank you for your professional response. Not the first time this vehicle has been through an automated carwash and never had an issue before, I'm certain it was caused by the abrupt stop of the vehicle in front of me and restarting of the equipment but that's quite ok if you don't want to own up to that, it's not YOUR fault and I get that, why apologize for another customers fault. 5/16 Discovered today that there's even MORE damage on the top of my truck cab - there is about a 12" x 8" scuff mark from something rubber like on the paint and a portion of my moonroof glass which, again, I can only assume is from one of the rollers or something from when the carwash started up again. (Picture added) INFURIATING!!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!

Usually I have a good visit when washing my car here. They have good pressure for the do it yourself stalls and you can get a lot done with just a couple bucks. Sometimes the bill slot in the stalls will act up and you have to edge the bill into the slot. The automatic brushes are good but do not do a good job at cleaning brake dust off the rims. Therefore I am giving 4 of 5 stars.

These guys did a fantastic job getting a few dents and scratches out of my wife’s telluride. They also detailed the inside and outside of the car and made it look brand new. Not only did they exceed my expectations on the work, but the price was by far much less than anyone in the surrounding area. Definitely will be bringing both of my cars back here again!
