Posting on my husband’s account, but took my car to Doug and Prime Detailing today, our second trip. Doug is so great! There were scratches all over my car from the scraper side of the snow brush (no it was not me that scratched it LOL), but my car looks brand new! All scratches came out, you can see in the pictures just how amazing my car looks! It looks like a mirror. Doug did such a beautiful job! Thank you so much! Highly recommend this company!

I had my wife’s car detailed and ceramic coated! My wife and are so pleased. Doug explained the details beforehand and answered all of my questions professionally. The previous owner smoked and he explained how cleaning with enzymes would get rid of it instead of flavored smells just hiding the problem. They cleaned the trunk carpeting as well! Everything is so shiny and no smoke smell! We had the two-year ceramic coating applied so I will come back in two years to report the durability promised. The price was very reasonable too! Got a mid-range car wash yesterday to wash off something that was splashed on my car. Car wash couldn’t wash it off. When home and washed it off with warm water and dish soap. I suppose this place is good for a quick expensive rinse. You can get the same for $3 or $4 at Speedy Xtreme Wash a few miles away.

I love this car wash! Since it’s been under the new management with Arturo, I have seen a big difference in the service and quality of my car wash. He and his employees are always so kind and friendly. They are always ready to help with any issues. I had an issue with another patron that had blocked my car in while leaving the office to make a change on my account. As a result it escalated quickly because the other patron would not move his car. Arturo was able to de escalate my concern by returning my call and assuring me that he would have his employees enforce customers parking correctly to avoid alterations. Thank you Arturo for resolving my issue and assuring me a solution. Keep up the great work! You are doing an amazing job and I appreciate your problem solving skills. You deserve a raise! 👍

I was finally able to get as close to my dream car as I could. I knew I wanted to protect my investment. Ceaser and Melissa helped me do that. WOW! My wife and I just picked up my car from CM3 Detailing Studio where I had paint protection film and ceramic coating installed to protect the finish from scratches and chips and repel water to look new without having to wax it. This picture doesn't do it justice. It looks way better than I imagined. It looks like a brand new paint job. Find the darkest red part in the picture and that is how the whole car looks. It is a deep, wet, glossy red and it looks AMAZING! Thanks to Cesar and Melissa, the owners who really care about the quality of their work. They want you happy and it shows. My experience at D'Andrea was top-notch. I had a PPF applied to the entire car and ceramic coating applied on top. My car looks better than brand new. I had spilled food on my passenger seat and was worried that the food would stain the cloth seats. The spill happened Friday night and I called Sunday morning and was able to get an appointment for Monday morning. I tried calling a few other places that were busy or didn’t have any openings for days. I’m glad I found detail lab pros. I will preface this by saying the main reason I went to H20 interior/exterior detail is because I had a dent in my door from a car opening their door into mine. I couldn't find a body shop to fix such a small dent, and couldn't find a detail shop close to me that would also fix dents/scratches. Also, the Itasca location does a nice job on their regular washes, but doesn't do body work. That being said...it was absolutely the best detail job I've ever seen. I have a black 2013 Jeep Patriot and it looks like it just drove off of a new car lot!!! They did not miss a single spot, in or out, and black shows everything!! They also fixed the dent to where you never knew it existed, and buffed-out a scratch with the same result! And Tony, who (I believe) is the manager there was fantastic to work with between my crazy schedule and annoying questions for him!!! ;) I'll be back in the Spring for another detail and going forward!!! We have the monthly plan that comes with an access sticker they place on the windshield. Pull up, scanner reads and let's you in for the plan you choose, and in you go. We'll worth the cost to be able to wash my vehicle whenever and as often as I like. Great place.

Avoid This Car Wash! I recently visited this car wash, and it was a complete disappointment. The service was terrible—staff members seemed completely uninterested and didn’t listen to my requests at all. The blasters were ineffective, leaving my car just as dirty as it was when I arrived. It’s clear that they don’t take pride in their work. Save your money and look for a place that actually cares about customer satisfaction.

Great car wash, but most importantly great people. Victor, who (luckily for the world) is there every morning, noticed that my brake line was hanging dangerously low and took 45 minutes of his own time to physically crawl on his back under my car to secure it, using his own tools. He did so cheerfully and insistently and refused even a cup of coffee in return. He is my guardian angel today. This is exactly the type of business we should all support.

Another great Spirit of America location. I come here regularly to spray off my work truck. Bring a $5 bill with you and you'll get 10 full minutes of wash time. Every wash bay I've been in has always worked perfectly and I've never felt like I was getting scammed. The pressure sprayer is strong but not strong enough to blow the paint off your car. The wash brush option almost has too much soap! I have used the automatic bays since my truck doesn't fit but from what I can see, people are in and out of them quickly.

I noticed that the dryer, particularly in the touch-free car wash section, is not functioning properly. This significantly impacts the vehicle drying process and overall customer experience. I kindly request the car wash management to: Repair the existing dryer system Replace the malfunctioning dryer equipment or Add additional air blowers to improve drying efficiency I suggest Conduct a thorough inspection of the current drying equipment Assess the need for maintenance or complete replacement and Install supplementary air blowers to enhance drying performance It will Improved customer satisfaction • More effective water removal Reduced risk of water spots on vehicles Enhanced overall car wash service quality I recommend management review the drying system and implement necessary improvements to ensure optimal vehicle drying performance. The quality of the washes are consistently bad. I've gone 5 tiems now and the last 4 washes left soap all over. They only rainx half the windows too they never make it to the passenger side or back and their tire shine doesn't even work. The first wash was good thats why I've been going back but after this 4th bad wash in a row I'll be going elsewhere.

So disappointed with this place. Was stuck in a 5-car line of cars while a slow clerk sold a membership at a turtle's pace. 6min into the transaction I tried to back out of the line and couldn't get out. Pulled forward to the window and told the clerk that was the slowest transaction I'd ever witnessed. He responded "huh?" And I repeated my statement while holding out my credit card. He refused the card and said he wouldn't tolerate that. Tolerate what? Being told he's slow? Oh well. On to another... better... car wash. And cheaper too. Do better.

Came to this car wash because I thought I could used my membership at every Everclean car wash, turns out the Everclean in Elgin never activated my account. Thank God I came to this one because the Gentlemen who took the time to help me where awesome! Helped me find my account using my license plate and turns out the people who did it at the other Everclean car wash only put my license plate as my last name which is why they couldn’t find it in the first place ! My worst car wash experience. I went there for first time and I paid through my card through window to a person and before I could close the window. That man started spraying soap water without informing or seeing if window is closed or not. The soapy water chemical went into my eyes and he didn’t even stopped there. How ridiculous. After finishing car wash I went to him saying I am pregnant and regardless this was very careless or unprofessional. That employee replied, “it happens, what do you want me to do?” I am like is this how you respond? He said “I am sorry, what do you want me to do? We are all humans” I told him you talk like this or you would have reacted same way ? He showed me bad attitude and said what do you want me to do. WORST EMPLOYEE TO CHECK IN AND PRESOAK CAR . I will never go this place again!

My Credit Card was stolen by the workers. My monthly pass has expired and no longer wanted to renew. They offered to remove the barcode sticker on my windshield. Only to find out the next day that there’s a Mr Carwash Transaction without my approval. The worker who removed my barcode sticker re-used it for his own car. What a dishonest person and I wonder if the company is in on it. Mr Carwash, if you care, reply to this message and I will speak to you about it.

This place is never open “track broken” “dryer is broken” Out of all the everwashes it’s the most beat up. Vacuums are always weak so is the car dryer. They are the worst everwash Hanover is way better and the one on 59 and north is even better than Hanover.

This business is not an up standing business neither does it follow the rules ! I was sold a vehicle by the owner of company and not told that it was a salvaged rebuilt title vehicle. I explained that this car was a gift and that I had not drove in 2 years and the owner took advantage of that just to make a sale. He did not give me a car fax, or any other information on the vehicle at the time of the sale nor after I requested the information .The law states that he was supposed to give me documents stating that the vehicle was a salvaged rebuilt vehicle. I’m posting this to let any one else who may have children or family members who may need a car or body work done in my opinion should not go here . He also made his self out as not to be a business owner and sold me a car. I hope this helps someone else as I have now had to take this Matter to court after attempting several times to work with the owner to right this wrong .Unfortunately my attempts were ignored . Sincerely Concerned for the safety of the body of Streamwood customers past, present and future!!

Went for a routine maintenance for my company vehicle, which is a large oversize van. Called ahead and told me to come on by and they got me in right away for an oil change, tire rotation, and brake inspection. I inspected the vehicle prior to bringing it in and I can verify that they performed the work I requested, and did a great job in a timely manner. Staff was really friendly. I think this is a good neighborhood mechanic.

Took my car in for a burning smell and slight smoke from the rear. I sat and waited for almost an hour for them to not even take it in the shop or call me back. I walk back in and a worker told me he drove it around and didn’t notice anything wrong. After taking it somewhere else for peace of mind, turns out I had a seized up caliper that burned up the brake pad and rotor. Definitely didn’t feel even close to a priority to these guys so the other shop gets my money.
