Where do I start, the poor interior and exterior detail or service. I had to call 3 times to get an appointment scheduled for a detail. Th first two times I was told I’d get a call back and that never. Finally the third call the gave me an appointment. I dropped off my car at 8am and was told I’d get a call once the car was done. 4:30pm hits and no call so decided to call to check since they close at 6pm. They apologize and say they forgot to call but the car is ready. I pick up my car and realize the mats are missing so I go look in the trunk. Surprise, wet mats thrown on top of my stuff so now my thing smell like humidity and I have wet mats. Then I continue to inspect the car and no surprise at all, the door jams are dirty. By far the worst experience, do not recommend.

I literally paid $50 for number 4 wash which is supposed to be the best level before detailing! When I checked the car before leaving I seen that they didn’t even touch the seats or the doors! They simply just told me that the car needs detail not this wash! I asked why would they charge me $50 and for number 4 wash if they didn’t even touch them they acted like they stared working on it and this was the results in the photos! Never going back there! Disgusting

conveniently located car wash - good prices for a decent wash. i got the best and it did the job (with the exception of one or two marks that didn’t get cleaned). staff was friendly and straight to the point. was pretty quick too. plus the free vacuums work pretty well. only concern is there are not very many vacuums so if it’s busy, you may have to wait for one.

bare minimum effort. didn't clean the dash , didn't vacuum when all i wanted was my vehicle detailed. paid 17 $ for absolutely NOTHING. what a waste of time. I had to go to another car wash to have my car cleaned. i asked for interior cleaning, and detailed. this does look clean to you?

If there was no star that's what I would have rated and I should have read the previous reviews, I just left this place and it all started bad. When I was paying for my car the guy was very rude and wouldn't explain their packages and even told me that he doesn't have time to explain minding that there was only 1 customer behind me . So I just picked one and really not knowing what I am getting I payed $26 plus tip . Than my suv was finished but they never opened the back door to clean the windows and vacuum so they guy cleaning it said that no one told him and I was supposed to let them know I I wanted my windows cleaned and dry off the water from the door? Ok so I get home and here is what my car looked like, this is supposed to be a hand car wash.

Drove 45 mins to get my car cleaned google maps states they close at 6:30. Got here at 6:10 and they were already closed with no cars waiting to get cleaned. Update your hours or put down when you stop accepting customers. Old Lucky’s was the best this new management is not.

They are consistently and absolutely the best at what they do! The way they clean the interior of the car is absolutely phenomenal. I've been a "Whole Thing" member for about 6 months now and I have yet to be disappointed...... I don't expect I'll ever be disappointed about how they clean my car. The exterior clean is terrific, but............ the interior clean is absolutely amazing every time I get back inside my car. The membership is worth it and also the gas savings card is SO worth it. It's a great place. And everyone is always, always so cheerful nice and approachable. I will never go anywhere else.

Worst experience ever!! was charged $60 for a mid sized SUV and NOTHING was cleaned. Could’ve gotten an automatic car wash for $8 somewhere!! The guy named Austin is super rude, they don’t get the job done after having the customer wait for more than 45 mins and on top of it they’re extremely rude!! Never going there again!!

I don’t recommend. This business must be under new ownership because it use to be amazing. I paid more than I wanted to but I was already there and needed a car wash. I speak enough Spanish to get by but for some reason he still charged me for the highest price wash even though I said no. A guy pulled my car forward, sprayed one side of the car with soap and he left. Everyone left. The guy I paid was in an office but never came back out. 2 more cars pulled up behind me. No one ever came back out. After about 20 minutes I left. With my car have sprayed with soap and not receiving a car wash after paying $30. Infuriating.

I’ve now had two of my cars tinted and ceramic coated at Chicago Auto Pros. My first car, a 2024 Polestar 2 Performance, is still holding up and looks showroom new almost 14 months later. So for longevity, I can certainly say Chicago Auto Pros is on top of it! Today I brought in my spare car because why not?! It is a Volvo V60 Polestar wagon. I’d you didn’t get the gist of it by now, I really like Swedish cars. Given my love of the classy, understated elegance of the Swedish cars, I knew I needed a shop that wouldn’t use subpar tints, or try and get me to completely black out my car. That wasn’t a problem at all. Dom, the advisor who helped me, made sure I picked what was right for me. Not surprisingly, the tints are flawless and there is not a single air bubble or imperfection to be seen. I am taking the Volvo back in 1 week for paint correction and a ceramic coating, so she can match my Polestar in flawless elegance. Without a doubt, I’ll be back whenever I purchase a new vehicle….which is more often than I’m willing to admit. Thanks Dom and the entire Chicago Auto Pros team for keeping my wheels in perfect shape! Also forgot to thank Dan for his excellent detailing skills!

High quality materials and services are provided here. I really don't think anyone can go wrong with this young gentleman. This is an individual-run business, while the owner may lack marketing skills to grab our attention, compared to corporates, the result delivered is through his heart, not money-driven mind of regular businesses. Johnny is a very polite, honest, and easygoing gentleman to work with. He offers either mobile/on-site service. I was very impressed by the quality of work he offered on my three year old car with a full detail coming with a reasonable price. I am actually a very picky person on car care, but Johnny even fully cleaned the hard-to-see areas like the flooring behind pedals, no mentioning shampoo/steam the whole interior, and applied protectants on different interior trims. And his secret wax that expels water like ceramic coating is really impressive as well. There are more other out-of-expectation areas of Johnny's work to talk about, and I won't hesitate to recommend him for anyone who needs a detailing.

They didn’t clean my rear window and my3rd row windows both still have finger marks on them you can tell they half ass their job and I still got leaves in my car and they have a sign that says “they are not responsible for what is in the car” they literally man handled my baby camera lost my mat I had to hold my camera still. I will never go back to this terrible car wash who damaged my car because they don’t care. Thinking that it would be convenient for me to stop here as it’s on my way home from work. I brought my brand new car, freshly tinted for its first wash after the winter salt. Not only did they not do an undercarriage spray as was included with their super wash, play scratched a chunk out of my brand new passenger side window tint when they pulled out my rear floor mats. Additionally, there was water all over my leather seats , soap still all across the front grill and hood, soap still all in the seams of my trunk, even though they opened it and “dried it”.

Basing my review on my walk in experience looking for an interior detailing. Based on an experience at the other location I knew to expect 4-5 hours for detailing services because they run a smaller crew. $225 before tax and tip. Very detailed cleaning which removed stains from seats and dog hair from nooks and cranny’s. I can understand other reviewers frustration with price transparency based on my experience. However for a full detailing I know to expect to pay a premium for a premium cleaning. Would return with the charge for this detailing comparable to another car wash in the area I’ve enjoyed.

I wish I could give them -100 stars. This is the worst customer service I've ever experienced. When your shop closes at 6 PM, it should be open until then, not 5:55 PM. I approached the employee to ask why I wasn’t helped, as I had been standing there SINCE 5:55 PM. He ignored my question, dodged my inquiries, and then yelled at me, saying they were closed. Additionally, earlier this week, they scratched my car's paint because one employee used a towel to clean the muddy rims and then used the same towel on my car's hood. You can’t run a business without prioritizing customer satisfaction.

This place was recommended by a neighbor, I recently drove through fresh oil on a fixing road work and my entire jeep was full of tar, to my luck my jeep is white. This spot rook me on the spot and gave my car back in 4hrs fully detailed in and out. I mean, my car looked brand new. I highly recommend this place even just for a standard wash.

This service is OK. I got the $45 interior detail plus the $19 basic package. I was most concerned with the windows being cleaned on the inside. They did OK, but not stellar job of that. Otherwise, it was fine. Don’t expect a real “detailing” effort for $45 and you won’t be disappointed.

A2 Auto Detailing is the best place to go if you want your car looking brand new. I came in with a lot of scratches and swirls on my car and he performed a paint correction and crystal coating which resulted in my car looking practically brand new with a glass-like finish. He is knowledgeable on what’s he’s doing and gives very reasonable rates. It’s safe to say I will be coming back in the future for any of my detailing needs.

Horrible service. I paid $42 ($35 top service and $7 tips). My car still got all sorts of grime and bugs on the front bumper. No one tried to clean it at all. Complete waste of time and money. I can literally write on the dust that’s how dirty it is. They also skipped a lot of steps. That’s not a $50 wash. It’s a complete ripoff. STAY AWAY!

Went back to them and they say “we squirted water in there to clean it”…ok well you still ruined the wheel well. And “those are rock chips” except it’s a perfectly rounded scratch line along the fender

First and last time coming to this place . They don’t even bother wiping the interior. Did not even throw out an empty water bottle that was in the car . My car was untouched for 10 minutes until the 25 minutes timer was up . Could’ve wiped the interior with that time . 2 stars for leaving a towel in the car so that I can at least finish their job

They literally TRANSFORMED my car! It is brand new!! And several weeks later it still feels fresh and like new. I cannot be more thankful for the care they took and their attention to detail. I will not be taking my car anywhere else to get it cleaned. There were other places that had a lower estimate but the detailing they did under the hood alone was worth every penny!!! I was having issues with rodents in my engine bay. My mechanic smelled the rodent urine in my engine bay and told me I should get the engine bay detailed as the rats would come back by the smell and cause bigger issues. I researched and found detail doctor as they had a lot of good reviews. I called and Aldo got me in the next day. He did not disappoint. Told me the process to get the smell out of my engine bay and keep the rodents from coming back in. Would definitely recommend Aldo and will most likely be going back to get my interior done at some point.

First one on Sunday morning. I must say, these guys are here to work even after losing an hour to daylight savings. They took my road ice melt crusted SUV and made her look new again. They are efficient and quick. Inside spotless as well including floor mats. In my humble opinion, they are worth it plus tip.

I recently purchased a brand new 2025 Z07and drove it right from the dealer to Ross and his team. I found him via word of mouth and couldn’t be more pleased with Midwest Autobahnd’s work. They did a meticulous paint correction and then applied Xpel PPF, followed by a ceramic coating. All along the way I received videos from Ross regarding the scratches being removed and the progress on the car. I needed the car finished before the weather got bad and Ross made that happen without sacrificing quality. They did an excellent job at a fair price, and I highly recommended Midwest Autobahnd for any paint protection and/or detailing.

I had neglected the exterior of my 2020 RAV4 for four years. I brought my here and talked to Ross. When I got my car back. The paint was back to 99% perfect, dents were removed, vinyl work was redone and the entire car is protected in a white matte finish. My car looks new again and stands out with the matte paint protection film. I highly recommend.

Classic Car wash damaged my car. The brushes were not properly aligned and violently hit my bumper causing damage. I showed the worker and he told me that a lot of people cars have been damaged and that I had to call management.I called them, then emailed the owner Hafiz proof and they said that they would not pay because their machines were in good working order; even though they were at fault and their very own employees admitted that their machines were faulty.Then I told them that I would be calling my lawyer. I then drove past the next day and they were closed down and were repairing the machines. Why were they closed and repairing good machinery ? They knew that they were responsible and that their machines were defective . I will never go here again because if their machinery causes damage to your car, they will not take responsibility!

A couple of months ago, I noticed a promotion for first-time car washes. After providing my phone number and date of birth, I received a $20 birthday gift via text during my birthday month, offering a free car wash. However, when I tried to use the barcode to pay, it came up as invalid. I attempted to speak with an employee, but they had no knowledge of the promotion and couldn’t offer any helpful solutions, other than directing me to contact management. Not wanting to hold up the line, I paid $7 for a basic car wash. However, when I finished, there was still dust on my car, soap residue under it, and the machine forcefully closed one of my side mirrors. This place feels more like a scam, especially considering other locations offer similar basic services for $5–$6. I won’t be returning and would suggest going to gas stations for a quicker and cheaper car wash, especially since many offer discounts when you purchase gas.

The touchless automatic car wash did the job as expected. Don't go thru thinking it will clean your car as well as a regular wash. Chicago winters with the salt will not come off with a touchless... bring some rags and maybe spray to finish the job.

My car was in dire need of some interior TLC. There were crumbs and fruit snacks from my 7-year-old in every nook and cranny. Where other hand car wash establishments typically haven't gotten the crud vacuumed up between my driver's seat and middle console, nor taken the time to move my kid's booster seat to get the real treasures, these guys did not disappoint. I can't believe how thorough of a job they did - my interior (and exterior) is now spotless and shiny. Stellar work - and probably the best hand wash/clean I've had in the area. Definitely will be back.

Very disappointed after my first experience with this place. I paid for the “luxury” car wash and I could swear they barely touched the inside of the car. As you can see from my photos they did a horrible job on the inside. $35 for a wash and this is what I get. This is not how you get customers to come back…

We have been getting our land cruiser detailed every year for the past 10 years at Suds car wash. It is worth every penny. Our truck has over 125,000 miles and it looks brand spanking new. I strongly suggest when you get your vehicle detailed to ask them to also do the engine!

WOW, David and his crew are amazing. They did a ceramic coating on my high roof sprinter van and it turned out absolutely perfect. This van is literally 10 feet tall and cleaning it is like cleaning a bill board. When picking it up I gave it a good once over and the entire van was perfect! The paint was buttery soft with a mirror like shine. The van is 4 years old and it looks better now than it did when it was brand new. From my first phone call asking about price, process etc. all the way to pick up they were professional, courteous, and gave me all the information needed to make an informed decision. If you're looking for perfection, then go to 4 Star Autobody! I was backed into by a large truck and the front of my car was completely wrecked. The insurance company gave me a low-ball offer for repairs, but 4 Star was able to work with them directly and ensure my car was back to factory quality. She’s never looked better! Joe and his team are quick, dependable, and honest. I cannot recommend them enough. I have a number of friends who have also taken their cars here for repairs and they all say the same thing… 4 Star’s THE BEST!

More cones than a construction zone! Would be great if anything worked!!! Five bays had cones in front of them and the other two I tried were cash only as the card readers weren’t working. That or my credit card information was just stolen by some shady owner. May open my own self service car wash nearby just to show this owner how a business should be operated. Again that’s only if this truly is a legitimate business.

I strongly advise against visiting this place due to a recent experience I had. Last week, I visited the facility to wash my car and inserted my credit card into the payment machine. Initially, the machine charged me $10, indicating that the payment was pending approval in my account. After three days, the payment was approved, but I was subsequently charged $25 for only five minutes of service, without receiving any full service. I promptly reported this incident to my bank as a fraudulent transaction to secure the return of my funds. I strongly recommend that you avoid wasting your money and time at this establishment, as you may not receive the full service you expect.
