This place is the best. It is so hard to find a place that cares about customer service and let me tell you they care very much. Not only was it a great experience they are about quality when it comes to your vehicle. The owner is so nice he explained to me the steps for rejuvenating the paint. The inside looks as good as the outside very please with how it turned out. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who cares about their vehicle. They do anything from a car wash to much more.

They did a phenomenal job on my car. they took me in right away and took care of my car like it was their own. Very professional and watched them clean my car from the waiting room, which was pretty cool to me. 100% would recommend. Did not get the guy‘s name who cleaned my car, but I could tell he took very good care of it.

This was the worst full service car wash I have been to. Pulled up and the guy told me $60. I told him no and then he offered me the rest of the packages. I chose the silver full service package. I got my car back after 10 minutes. Outside was washed and dried as were the inside windows, but there is no way they took a vacuum to the car, which is part of the service I paid for. There was still candy and popcorn in the back seat as well as hair and regular debris. Didn’t clean around the gear shift, the cupholders, the doors - NOTHING. I didn’t even bother asking them to redo it— I ended up at a self service vacuum afterwards and cleaned everything myself. Won’t waste my time or money here again.

Haven’t cleaned my car in a while, also on the back seat a can of sprite exploded all over the seats. I called a few places to do detailing on it they quoted me crazy high prices, was able to find Arthur at Optima Detailing and he did an amazing job, quick, and at a decent price. Also bought a smell from them for a car. Was very happy with service and experience. Definitely would recommend!!🚀

I recently took my car to Optima Detailing and I am beyond impressed with their service. From start to finish, Arthur demonstrated professionalism, attention to details, and a genuine passion to help. I had a recurring issue with a stubborn coffee stain on my passenger seat and a lingering odor that no other service seemed able to resolve. I had tried multiple shops, and while they all promised results, the stain always reappeared, and the smell lingered. Optima Detailing not only removed the stain completely but also used their specialized cleaning process to eliminate the odor entirely for even cheaper price. Five stars all the way!

My experience at D'Andrea was top-notch. I had a PPF applied to the entire car and ceramic coating applied on top. My car looks better than brand new. It shines so much, I get random compliments in traffic from people on the highway. Jaw-dropping, drool-inducing stares from friends, neighbors, everyone. Mike was super polite and kept me informed of progress too, taking videos I could show off. I also appreciated all of the follow-up. 4.5/5 stars for me, but google wont let me do half so I rounded down. I bought a very old and used 2011 Toyota prius which needed some cleaning. I went in with very high expectations based on the google reviews (like pie in the sky sort of miracle that they could get the interior roof stains out without me mentioning it). Booked for 10am, and they called back around 2pm. They made me check the car before I paid which is nice. First glance, it looks pristine and smelled cleaner than before, so I felt all was good and in order. When I got home and could check each nook and cranny at my own pace and found some missed spots. Interior detail: Con: -Rear passenger seatbelt had a stain and still felt greasy. (Not sure if this is covered in this service package tho.) -dashboard air vent still has dust on one side -the gear lever's crevice still has dust. (Was really wishing i didnt have to do this myself bc i dont have specialized tools for this nook&cranny) -cup/keyholder (?) still has a small splotch. -interior roof has 2 main stains. It is still there after the detailing. (I'm not sure if the roof is covered in this service, but i assume it is since it is an interior panel.) -that lever you have to press to open the elbow compartment didn't look clean. -that foot ledge thing (doorstep? Carstep?) when you open the car door still had the old grime. Pro: +almost all stains gone +++cloth seats look like brand new +steering wheel felt easier to turn +rearview mirror's streaks are gone +seats were wet, but they put a complimentary plastic cover for the driver seat +they found my tire pressure pen & didnt keep it for themselves Exterior wash: Pro: +tires look shiny +the layer of dust at the rear was gone +little to no streaks Possible Con: -seeds still stuck in the car edge/trim (idk proper term. it's like a roof gutter, but for the car. I dont know if this is covered in this service.) -plastic tail of car looks splotchy. (I dont know if this part was included in the service, or if the stain is permanent and cant be cleaned) Small con: -a small speck of birdpoop still stuck on the sunroof. And sometimes, the customer is not always right, so here's what I could've done better. It's on me for not being thorough at the sign off, and maybe I should have pointed out the misc stains I was particular about during the appointment. I shouldn't have assumed they'll see it, or that it can be cleaned off. I should've done a checklist of sorts beforehand. My apologies for that/ I will try to remember to do that for next time! Overall, I'm grateful for what they could do in that quick turnaround time (4ish hours). They will get you 95% of the way there, which is still very good! The other 5% you will have to do yourself. I think I'd still recommend this place to others.

I am writing to report an incident that occurred at your location. While going through the car wash, the car in front of me stopped moving unexpectedly, and I ended up bumping into it. Although the damage was minimal, with only some scratches, I am disappointed by how the situation was handled. It felt as though the issue was disregarded, which left me feeling upset and unsupported. I believe incidents like this should be addressed more professionally. I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter and ensure proper measures are taken to avoid similar situations in the future and nobody answer the phone.

Just signed up for a plan and went to get another car wash yesterday due to the snow/salt on my car. Drive by two times and it was not open, had cones blocking the entrance, and didnt give a reason for it not being available. Having just signed up having it already having issues doesn't make me confident in this place being reliable. Three Oaks charges more but its full service and is open anytime they are supposed to be. Do better Dream Clean.

Posting on my husband’s account, but took my car to Doug and Prime Detailing today, our second trip. Doug is so great! There were scratches all over my car from the scraper side of the snow brush (no it was not me that scratched it LOL), but my car looks brand new! All scratches came out, you can see in the pictures just how amazing my car looks! It looks like a mirror. Doug did such a beautiful job! Thank you so much! Highly recommend this company!

I had my wife’s car detailed and ceramic coated! My wife and are so pleased. Doug explained the details beforehand and answered all of my questions professionally. The previous owner smoked and he explained how cleaning with enzymes would get rid of it instead of flavored smells just hiding the problem. They cleaned the trunk carpeting as well! Everything is so shiny and no smoke smell! We had the two-year ceramic coating applied so I will come back in two years to report the durability promised. The price was very reasonable too! I am slightly disappointed with the service I got an express detail and shampooing service. The shampooing was great but the detail was not satisfactory as they didn’t pay attention to detail and did not really vaccum. This is after I asked them to vaccum in some of the parts I noticed.

30$ wasted. Date: 06/27/2024. Time: 12:30 pm Business it’s about people. Not money itself. When the owner is in the shop, job is done with a lot of enthusiasm. When the owner is absent, job not done at all. Been telling them to rewash wheel twice, I just give up, paid and left. Also there where trying to show me there attitude like little kids. It’s the worst costumer service I ever had. Do your job the right way and will not get any complaints. However it’s just a car wash, some people don’t even check work. I check, and even after that, it’s not done the right way.

I took my car here hoping for a decent wash, but it was a huge disappointment. Not only did they leave my car still dirty, but it actually looked worse than when I brought it in. There were visible scratches, dust left in spots they should have cleaned, and overall, it was just sloppy work. I expected a thorough clean, but they didn’t put in any effort. I won’t be coming back here and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for quality service.

I was finally able to get as close to my dream car as I could. I knew I wanted to protect my investment. Ceaser and Melissa helped me do that. The front end was PPF and the rest of the car ceramic coated. I am so unbelievably happy with the end result. She shines like she just had a fresh wash. Definitely worth the cost. WOW! My wife and I just picked up my car from CM3 Detailing Studio where I had paint protection film and ceramic coating installed to protect the finish from scratches and chips and repel water to look new without having to wax it. This picture doesn't do it justice. It looks way better than I imagined. It looks like a brand new paint job. Find the darkest red part in the picture and that is how the whole car looks. It is a deep, wet, glossy red and it looks AMAZING! Thanks to Cesar and Melissa, the owners who really care about the quality of their work. They want you happy and it shows. Called in to get a spot cleaning in my perforated leather seats. The owner of the business said they only do the whole car and didn’t offer me anything less. Quoted me $200 for an interior only detail that I didn’t even need, so I went down to fullers car wash on elmhurst and asked them if they offer spot cleaning and they happily obliged got the stain out and so I got the exterior detailed since i was happy that they would accommodate the customer over making an extra dollar. To the owner of this business, start making meaningful relationships with customers and stop being so greedy and you will thrive.

I will preface this by saying the main reason I went to H20 interior/exterior detail is because I had a dent in my door from a car opening their door into mine. I couldn't find a body shop to fix such a small dent, and couldn't find a detail shop close to me that would also fix dents/scratches. Also, the Itasca location does a nice job on their regular washes, but doesn't do body work. That being said...it was absolutely the best detail job I've ever seen. I have a black 2013 Jeep Patriot and it looks like it just drove off of a new car lot!!! They did not miss a single spot, in or out, and black shows everything!! They also fixed the dent to where you never knew it existed, and buffed-out a scratch with the same result! And Tony, who (I believe) is the manager there was fantastic to work with between my crazy schedule and annoying questions for him!!! ;) I'll be back in the Spring for another detail and going forward!!! We have the monthly plan that comes with an access sticker they place on the windshield. Pull up, scanner reads and let's you in for the plan you choose, and in you go. We'll worth the cost to be able to wash my vehicle whenever and as often as I like. Great place.
