I had a fantastic experience with the guys at Pro Era! I was able to get my car in immediately after inquiry, and the work took maybe 7 hours (my car was pretty dirty on the inside) at a fair price. When I picked up the car, I was astonished by how clean it was. I really didn't think they would be able to get the stains out of the seat, but they were able to with no complaints! I would recommend anybody take their vehicle here. Their work is excellent. Side note: The dirt in my car from the after pictures is from my boots due to the nature of my work, not Pro Era.

Wonderful price outstanding service. It's often said that the best sort of publicity is by word of mouth. When I first heard of early mobile detailing, I was skeptical. Above and beyond. Those are the words that best represent Lewis, the owner's, work ethic and quality. He did a PPF application for me and an interior detail. The work was top tier and justifies the phrase you get what you pay for. Lewis has been detailing for 18 years and the wealth of knowledge is apparent, as is the skill. Like many, I'm willing to drive from a long way away to get service. I'm not sure I could endorse this business more.

First time visiting Chicago and needed a place to wash my car. I had heard of The Bays on YouTube and did not want to miss the opportunity to check the place out. Booked 2 hours on a Friday morning. Since I am from out of town and the visit was not planned, I had to buy a few things from the store before I could start the wash. Ended up spending a good half hour browsing and buying stuff. Everyone at the store was really helpful and they ended up moving my appointment forward by 45 minutes without me even asking which essentially gave me 2.25 hours in The Bay. I was even given the first hour for free since this was my first visit along with a discount on my purchases. My son and I had a lot of fun here and we really wish they open up one in my town. Keep it up. If I ever drive to Chicago again, I will make sure I bring a dirty car.

Outstanding facility with top notch equipment including hot water, high flow pressure washer, DI water for rinsing, wash buckets, compressed air, car dryer, etc. Just super convenient to use. Josh is a great guy and super friendly. Recommended without reservation. 1/21/2024 update Just a great facility with great people. I left a bottle of Carpro Lift last time I was there and they kept it for me until I returned.

Olivia is just one of the many friendly staff members that make every time getting my car washed a good experience. Great wash, friendly staff and good prices. I brought my car in to be detailed, at $330 dollars for my Hyundai palisade…this was a Christmas gift to myself-and I was so excited for greatness! Side note: We go here frequently to use their top shelf interior and exterior quick wash-which has always been great. I was expecting my beige seats to be shampooed and scrubbed, it looked like they were vigorously wiped with a solution…still discolored with stains at pickup. They shrugged it off as if They couldn’t be bothered. As I further inspected the car I noticed large crumbs(goldfish crackers) in the track of the passenger seat, so I went back in to request they go over the tracks and cracks to check for missed spots. They took it back for 10 minutes and brought it out again. At final review, I noticed the third row had crusted food in the track under the seat. I easily scratched it off with my nail. When I asked if they could revisit that area, I was told they don’t have tools to clean that area….there were random areas that looked neglected as well. The rest of the car seemed optimal…but I wouldn’t plan to go back again with the lack of customer care. I was told they would send a free top shelf cleaning to my mobile number due to my obvious disappointment, and I still haven’t received.😔 If you know a good local detailer that is willing to take responsibility for a job well-done, please share!

Had my wife's Telluride fully detailed at Saza's shop recently. Exceptional work both inside and out. As many will say after having a car professionally detailed, it was cleaner and nicer than the day we bought it. Fantastic attention to detail, and on top of that, great communication during scheduling and when completed. Shop is clean and well stocked. Will be bringing my vehicle in for his services as well soon! Thanks again for the excellent job on the Telluride, can't wait to see my Charger looking better than new again! UPDATE: Now I had my black Charger fully detailed at Saza. David again did an amazing job! I even got the engine bay done and it also looks better than new. Interior is amazingly clean and his attention to detail yet again impresses. Car looks like a mirror on the outside. Nothing can beat a mirror finish on a black car. :)

These guys are the best in the game!!! i know there’s a lot of other detailers and coating specialists out there, but at Rockin Auto Solutions the service was GREAT!!! from the beginning when i first talked to emilio to the video explanation of the service i was getting then to the updates as my car was getting ceramic coated. before my car was even done i knew it was going to be amazing! i would HIGHLY recommend these guys i got a ceramic coating done and a paint correction and it looks amazing. i also thought why not get an interior done while i was at it and they did it all for me! they also do mobile detailing in the chicago land areas and have a shop in downtown joliet, which i thought having 2 options was amazing and definitely worth it!! don’t hesitate to work with these people if i could give 10 stars i would’ve!

Had a great experience here when I got my interior detailed. My car ended up smelling fresh as the same as the day I got it. Stains removed, all fabric was deep cleaned, and all dirt, muck and debris completely removed from the car. David was extremely nice and clearly knows what he’s doing.

It’s unbelievable the attention to detail this man has. I brought him my 10yo car that has been driven fast, has been through many automatic car washes and some parts never touched. David took his time and really detailed every part. That means the exhaust tips and the inner side of the rims (never touched). The interior looks, feels and smells like brand new. (Actual brand new smell, not the gas station scent.) He followed up with me every day on the process with photos of the results. David you earned yourself a lifetime customer. TAS is truly like no other! I called them a couple hours before they closed with an emergency. I was in an automatic car wash and somehow my trunk got popped open and instantly flooded with water. I had no idea what to do and on such a short notice I had low expectations. However, they were more than happy to help and assured me they could take care of me. As soon as I arrived they welcomed me and got right to getting all the water out of the trunk. Even though they were closing soon, they did not rush and took their time with the process. You guys were truly life savers. I will 100% be coming back for a full detail and will send everyone their way! Thank You guys once again!

Brought a new minivan for our camping trip then was devastated to see all the dust from the outdoors and gravel roads we were driving on ALL OVER the inside of my vehicle, on the door panels, the dashboard, the inside of the windows, and all over the insides of the door and trunk frames. And there was a thick layer of bugs all over the front of the vehicle and mirrors that didn't come off even after running it through the car wash and I was worried about the paint. Based on the Yelp and Google reviews I took my car to TAS and Tim did not disappoint. He gave me an upfront estimate and the price was very competitive if not lower than some of the other places I have seen. Thanks to TAS my car looks just the same as it did when I drove it out of the dealership and I could not be more pleased! TAS will definitely be my go-to detailer after our next road trip! I purchased the full service option for $30 today, which included both interior and exterior cleaning. However, the interior was not cleaned thoroughly, and my windshield was somehow damaged (I swear the crack wasn't there before). I only noticed these issues after I left. Overall, it wasn’t a good experience.

I clean my car multiple times a week and I am always trying to find the best car wash. This is my new favorite place . Vacuums work extremely strong . There is also a floor mat cleaner for free . Car wash does a great job . I bought the $6 standard wash . Very excellent job . Great staff also. The man showed me how to use the carpet cleaner this morning

This grease monkey is the best! 6 out of 5 stars! Bill is an amazing person and mechanic. He is extremely friendly, helpful, and straightforward. I first brought our cars there just for oil changes, but now he’s our main mechanic. He provides the prices of parts and labor before doing anything, so you know what to expect beforehand. We will always bring our cars here first. The team that works there is also great! They are all friendly and they don’t try to sell you all the extra stuff the other oil change chains will try to sell you. They have only offered me those services/parts when they were necessary. Even then they are not pushy about you purchasing those services/parts. They top up the other fluids when you purchase an oil change and vacuum the interior of the car. The waiting area is nice and there is a fridge with complimentary water for customers while they wait. You don’t have to wait long though, because they get you in and out promptly. The prices are also great! We cannot recommend this grease monkey more, whether it’s an oil change or any other work needed on your vehicle.

They have a very nice area to sit while you wait definitely get there early, call or make an appointment it's first come first serve but they are great here their Bathrooms are clean and price is average

I purchased th $18 carwash only to find out my car is too low to go in the carwash. The wheel guards hit my chin spoiler. After I backed out and gave the attendant my information, he said I would have to call later and speak with Brian to get my refund. I call 2xs, 2 days later and 1st time no one answered. The second time the line was hung up. No voicemail box or anything. Very shady. Just want my $18 back. Not unreasonable.

Aka Rainstorm Car wash Some vacuums sometimes don't work. The place is expensive but it gets the job done if you don't want to clean your car yourself. The tire shine here last about 3 days, it's better to buy a can of meguiars from Walmart and do those yourself at least since it's better quality shine and will last weeks, plus you will have the can to give you like 10-15 tire shines put of it.

I have been a monthly pass subscriber for about a year now and have been very happy. The staff when needed is very helpful and generally pleasant. The facility is kept up well and all vacuums work well. For me the location is perfect, having to basically drive by on the way to work daily. Get there before 9AM and you usually have zero wait, it can often get pretty busy in the afternoon and weekends, but the lines move well, and staying in the members line usually helps. Overall I am very pleased with the car wash and the service.
