Erik not only reversed the damaged but filled some chips in the hood. He communicated throughout the process and gave a fair price. I’ll be using them in the future and highly recommend you do too! Die Hard Detailing in Rockford, Illinois did a fantastic job detailing my car last minute. I called to inquire on a couple “detail” specials they had posted online and this man literally gave me the run around on prices. It was actually quite comical catching him lying about prices! He jacked up the price on me to $250 for an interior/exterior detail and couldn’t explain why. When I asked him where he was getting these prices from he said “you must not be listening to me” no way to talk to a potential customer if you ask me. Nonetheless, I’m glad I seen straight through his lies and decided to take my business elsewhere. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!

He did an amazing job, and my ride looks better than it did the day I bought it! All the plastics and synthetics shine, the glass sparkles, and all the upholstery has its color again. I hired Bago detailing to clean my car and SUV and I'm very pleased with the results. All of the dirt, grime and dust I had to look at on the interior surfaces of my vehicles are now gone and I really enjoyed getting into my car today to take a drive. I commute every work day for nearly two hours so having a nice, clean interior is a bit of a stress reliever at the end of a long workday. Did a great job detailing my car but I picked up my car with a huge crack in my windshield!! The crack was a 100% not there when I dropped it off and the store hid it from me. They didn’t tell me about it when I picked it up. The first thing I noticed was the cracked windshield and they said they didn’t see it. It’s very obvious it’s there and then continued to say it wasn’t their fault! I’m absolutely furious!

I got a full interior and exterior detail on my car today. They shampoo’d the ceiling, and even got all the dog hair out of the carpet fibers. Everything is spotless! I’ve never had my car detailed before and I have been scared to do it for some reason. They made it very easy for me and it was pretty reasonably priced for all the work they did. I believe David was the one who worked on my car today and probably others. They also got me in right away which was awesome. Very nice staff. I will recommend to others and I will be back. :) Also, my rims are so sparkly and beautiful!! They look brand new. My whole car looks better than the day I brought it home.

I rarely leave reviews but Wow Car Wash did deserve one today. I paid $50 and my car was left looking like this🤡 I asked why back mats were not washed when I specifically paid for it extra and was told that I only paid for front which is BS because there is no option on the screen to choose front or back or both. They barely vacuumed front and I feel like back wasn’t vacuumed at all. See the pictures. Guess they were hoping I won’t look in the back. Just horrible. Keep in mind two months ago I came to this car wash and for $40 they washed my car clean and hung an air freshener. Today for $50 I basically just went through drive through wash.

My son brought his car here and paid for a full service wash and then an additional $20 for interior cleaning. This is how the car looked when he arrived home. Was not expecting a full detail but at least dust off the dash and vacuum out the cup holders. All they did was run the vacuum on the mats, which is included in the full service wash. What was the extra $20 for. Terrible service. Should’ve read the reviews first. I see most people are complaining about this place as well. Take your car to Windsor Auto. It wil look clean when you leave. Amy

I gave 5 stars because I support small businesses. With that being said, My vehicle was really clean. It's a real tight turn into the bay if you have a large vehicle, but after that, it's ok. If your vehicle is 7ft or higher, you're risking it, as their overhead doors are exactly 7ft high. And if you go there in the winter, it's really cold in there so be prepared. BUT if you need a hand wash for your really nice car, I recommend them........ in the Summer 😬

They did a poor job. I got an ultimate wash and a basic whip down on the inside. They didn’t whip everything down on the inside. There were soap spots left all over the outside. I open the trunk of my SUV, and there’s dirt spots all along the where the door meets the bumper. I don’t recommend going to them. Zero attention to detail. I went yesterday. 1/2/24

It’s a great wash with the best prices is town. This car wash always leaves my car in excellent condition with the tire shine and waxes. I really like the lights in the wash and my daughter does too. The employees are the best thing about it, they seem to love working there. Christian is always there to greet me when I come in and always does it with a smile. The parking lots are always clean and up kept. The vacuums have good suction and work great. Would definitely recommend to my friends and family.

I paid $30 for a half a** job my. My dash board was still dusty in some parts. They didn’t vacuumed under my seats. The inside side of my door was still dusty and dirty. They were supposed to clean my Matt’s they just wet them and not washed them as soon as they dried they were with white ash or salt I don’t know but they were still dirty. worst car wash I ever been to save your money and go somewhere else.

It was nice to see the renovations of the facility and the friendliness of the staff. However, I paid $42 and my seats still have crumbs stuck in them, they didn’t wipe off the ice cream spill on the side of my center-council or the spill on the perimeter of the cup holders and the screen. I was told they don’t wipe down seats but an employee did one seat for me to be kind. The car smells nice and they power washed my car mats but didn’t dry them. For the price, I would have expected a bit more attention to detail, especially considering there were like 2-3 people vacuuming out my car and “wiping it down”. I had high hopes for the new owner ship but it’s the same as every other car wash around.

I took my new car to Adan to get tint applied. I reached out last week, and he said he’d be able to fit me in the schedule for the next day! I couldn’t make that work, but I gave him a day the following week and he was able to get me scheduled. He was very friendly, professional and efficient and definitely reasonably priced!!! He had my car for only 2.5 hours, when it was all said and done. This is such a super deluxe car wash. It is January and I have some terrible tree and bird droppings all over my car. It was so bad that I was embarrassed to drive anywhere. The most expensive wash didn’t get it all off, but I returned the next week and got great results. I do highly recommend this carwash. The attendant was very helpful, pleasant and professional.

Do not go. I never leave reviews but this place was so bad I felt it was necessary. The hose has the lowest pressure I’ve ever death with. It kept beeping for more money. Had to swipe my card 4 times. My hands are blue. Could have got a full detail for what it cost. Zero stars!!! AVOID !!!
