Went there to get a detail/odor removal done on my truck. The detail job was immaculately done. The odor removal was a bit tough to eliminate thoroughly but Erick was willing to try another attempt at no extra cost. This is very good business practice on his part and I understood that the odor removal was not 100%. He disclosed that upfront and was willing to work something out after the work but it is definitely improved by at least 90%. ***Update: I am actually choosing to replace the seat foam and factory covers since the odor from previous owner is still lingering. The back cushion cannot be replaced but in working with Erick, he was willing to run the foam back cushion through ozone treatment and should sterilize the foam. Grateful for this! Also had front windows tinted and it was done perfectly by his partner and very satisfied. Overall, these guys run a good business with professionalism and genuine customer service. I will definitely be a return customer.

We had the interior detailing package and Raphael did an amazing job on our car! He vacuumed, deodorized and sanitized it and also washed it. It smelled and looked as clean as the day we bought it, inside & out! We'll definitely be referring family and friends! Sorry the pictures aren't the best because it was dark.

Stopped here after my doctor appointment to get a car was and they cleaned it so well! I paid $30 and they vacummed and did a full hand dry and wipe down! Best service!!!! Absolutely loved them will be back. My car hasn't shined this good in forever

I got a full interior and exterior detail on my car today. They shampoo’d the ceiling, and even got all the dog hair out of the carpet fibers. Everything is spotless! I’ve never had my car detailed before and I have been scared to do it for some reason. They made it very easy for me and it was pretty reasonably priced for all the work they did. I believe David was the one who worked on my car today and probably others. They also got me in right away which was awesome. Very nice staff. I will recommend to others and I will be back. :) Also, my rims are so sparkly and beautiful!! They look brand new. My whole car looks better than the day I brought it home.

I hired Bago detailing to clean my car and SUV and I'm very pleased with the results. All of the dirt, grime and dust I had to look at on the interior surfaces of my vehicles are now gone and I really enjoyed getting into my car today to take a drive. I commute every work day for nearly two hours so having a nice, clean interior is a bit of a stress reliever at the end of a long workday. wonderful experience! they were very thorough and competent explaining the different packages over the phone, i got in same day because it was snowing and they did the best package in just about 2.5 hours. i had such a big spill of cat litter in my trunk that i felt bad about having an extra mess but they said no problem and took care of everything; when they heard i was staying to wait in the lobby, one of the employees even offered and put a space heater right in front of me to make sure i wasn’t cold with the door opening all the time! shut my door for me on my way out, put a cover on my chair and the floor since it was still doing the rest of the way, and everything is very clean and fresh :) thank you for the speedy and proper service! i’ll be back.

Was not impressed. Didn’t blow out mirrors. Salt water running all down the entire black vehicle on the way home. If you’re looking for a spotless wash and attention to detail this is not the place for you or your vehicles.

He did an amazing job, and my ride looks better than it did the day I bought it! All the plastics and synthetics shine, the glass sparkles, and all the upholstery has its color again. 🚩🚩🚩If you value your vehicle, don't come here. I ended up with scratches on my truck after getting a wash from this location. Also, don't pay extra for the hand dry because they use dirty towels! Tried calling no answer. Should've read the horror story reviews before coming here! Hopefully they can resolve this issue.

I rarely leave reviews but Wow Car Wash did deserve one today. I paid $50 and my car was left looking like this🤡 I asked why back mats were not washed when I specifically paid for it extra and was told that I only paid for front which is BS because there is no option on the screen to choose front or back or both. They barely vacuumed front and I feel like back wasn’t vacuumed at all. See the pictures. Guess they were hoping I won’t look in the back. Just horrible. Keep in mind two months ago I came to this car wash and for $40 they washed my car clean and hung an air freshener. Today for $50 I basically just went through drive through wash.

Seriously a great experience from start to finish. He's a true professional. Listens to his clients needs and he was ridiculously accommodating with my personal situation. A chrome delete took longer than expected and delayed the ceramic coating but he was so understanding, even when I told him to take his time he prioritized my vehicle knowing I'd been without my vehicle for a few extra days. This man worked through the night for my vehicle! I plan to use him for all my detailing needs in the future and regular maintenance on my ceramic coating. Great guy and super professional. Highly recommend.

Usual Car wash station. There are no problems for now. This is not a hand car wash exterior but by a machine so it is not a perfectly clean out every hidden spot, but it was acceptable and satisfying for me. I had newly moved to Illinois and for the first time driving in a snowy area couldn’t imagine snow making the so dirty the car. I’m really glad to find out here.

- I went to mister car wash on E.State to get my truck cleaned & to get the salt off , I left mister car wash with a damage front end & hood due to the dryer piece coming down . It scratched the front of my truck really good & took the paint off . I also now have scratches in my hood . I’ve called multiple times this week & have not got a phone call back as of yet . I would not recommend this place .

Well, we're shocked. Normally I wouldn't share some before pics (save ourselves the public embarrassment), but in this case it's worthy. After 7+ years of babies/kids smashing goldfish crackers and spilling ice cream, and giant dogs, our car was despicable--we thought it wasn't worth trying to ever care for it. Based on reviews, decided to try out detailing with this biz, and my husband can't stop laughing because we both thought it was a hopeless cause. In fact, my husband was against the idea of interior detailing because he thought it was pointless in our case. Except a couple of very deep, old, permanent marker stains (which are almost invisible now) the car looks brand new. The kids were laughing, jaws on the floor, as were we. Insanely grateful to y'all! Thanks for being quick to get us in, communicative, kind--y'all didn't flinch at our car state, and professional. We'll be back and promise it won't be in 7+ years with a car in this state.

I am so delayed in writing this review as we took my boyfriend's Ford SUV to be detailed back in October, but I knew I needed to leave a review as this place did an amazing job. The interior of the SUV was so dirty from one of dogs and the detailer did a fabulous job. There were parts of the carpeting that had been disgusting and when we got the vehicle back, everything was spotless. I don't know what magic they performed at this place and I wish I had before and after pictures but I know for certain that we will for sure be going back. I found the detailer on FB. They were very responsive and prices were reasonable considering the type of job. The only part the detailers don't clean is the interior top/roof of the car but my boyfriend was told that when he dropped the vehicle off. Definitely 5-star service! We will for sure be back!

I have used Hopprod’s because he does quality work. I have a car that gets used DAILY. I have drinks that have some electrolytes replacements in them. Sometimes they leak leaving salty residue on my seats. Erik and his team work to get that and the road salt out of my carpet/mats and undercarriage. I love the look and smell of my “new” almost 6 year old car. How do I know the quality is ABOVE excellent? He is my son and he has always taken care of our trophy winning show cars ( and his) . Beyond that look at the work!! Pictures don’t do justice!!! Your car is generally your second biggest investment next to your home. Take care of it !!!

It’s a great wash with the best prices is town. This car wash always leaves my car in excellent condition with the tire shine and waxes. I really like the lights in the wash and my daughter does too. The employees are the best thing about it, they seem to love working there. Christian is always there to greet me when I come in and always does it with a smile. The parking lots are always clean and up kept. The vacuums have good suction and work great. Would definitely recommend to my friends and family.

I purchased a package of unlimited washes for 30 days. With our sloppy weather I thought it might be worthwhile. But the representative never told me that I would be automatically billed every 30 days for renewal. That might have been worthwhile information. I also had a bit of trouble with their app and decided that this company was more bother than it is worth. Fortunately, there are a lot of choices for car washes. They won’t see me again.

As everyone said this place will ruin your front license plate. I had to cut mine in half at the bottom it had ruined it so much. I have the top membership but am currently looking for a better place. I drive a full size suv and it half ass dries it. And there's ALWAYS soap left on the back end and sides. I just went thru this evening where a small mid size suv went in and as he pulled out his entire back end was still covered in soap. I've spoke with you guys already. You looked at what I was talking about, refunded me for last month, but never fixed the problem. I love my vehicle and keeping it shiny,... if complaints aren't actually took as an initiative to fix the issues then it's time to move on. Good luck!

I took my new car to Adan to get tint applied. I reached out last week, and he said he’d be able to fit me in the schedule for the next day! I couldn’t make that work, but I gave him a day the following week and he was able to get me scheduled. He was very friendly, professional and efficient and definitely reasonably priced!!! He had my car for only 2.5 hours, when it was all said and done.
