We’ve been using your facilities since you opened your rock island store and we were pleased with the work. However most of the wash line no longer work. Had a van detailed, was quoted $130, but when van was finished they tacked on $20 extra claiming excessive pet hair. Which really must mean, if you have any hair, it's going to be excessive. The detailing was an ok job. There were streaks and areas in exterior paint especially near plates where wax dried and wasn't wiped. There was very little detail paid to cleaning the dash, and fuzz from the rags was left behind. Door jambs weren't wiped or cleaned. Stickers weren't removed. Windows had smears in the corners where dirt gets trapped. Leather seats looked as if they had been washed with soap and water and the soap dried on it, whereas before cleaning the seats were shiny. The car did however smell good and looked like it had a basic cleaning done, similar to if you had done it yourself. The carpets were lifted and lightly cleaned. Since most other detail places averaged around $250 for basic detailing, $150 might seem like a good deal. If you're looking for a true detail though, this isn't the shop I'd pick.

Took my 2008 Buick Lucerne to be detailed. I get my car detailed every year, however my wheels were really in rough shape. My car came out absolutely awesome and I would highly recommend QC Shine Shop. My car looked brand new. Jeff paid attention to every possible detail. I had a coffee stain on the front passenger floor board that had been there for about 6 months .... I did not think they’d be able to completely get it out, but you can not tell there was anything there at all!!! Wonderful job.

I got my car as a gift and it really needed a cleaning. I dropped it off at 8 in the morning and didn’t get it back till 5 pm for it to not feel very clean at all. I only wanted the interior cleaned such as the vents carpets and ceiling which all came back not clean. I’m not sure what they took all day to clean. There is dust still everywhere and weird stuff in my vents I wanted out that wasn’t even touched. I took everything out of my car nothing in my center council and that was not ever looked at or whipped at all I simply went home and got a wet cloth and it came up easily.

SAD! I stopped coming here because the service was getting worse. It's been a few months and I figured I would stop by today for a quick wash. I bought the $22 wash but wish I paid the 10 bucks instead. I live around the corner and parked in the garage. Just look at the pics, dirt all over the back and at the bottom of the car. Only 2 rims were wiped down but the passenger side not even touched. Definitely won't be back again. What a waste of money. SAD!

Never again. Normally I wash my own cars, but it was superbowl Sunday, so I figured I'd stop for a quick wash. Pull up and get the best one they have at $38. It comes with interior vacuum and window cleaning. Nope! Windows are streaky and still have prints (grandkids). I didn't expect them to be perfect, but I don't think they touched them. Their hand dry is a joke, I mean they did get it dry, but don't use lint free cloths so now I have red lint all over the vehicle. Just terrible and shoddy all around. Will never be back! Windows are hard to see the prints/streaks in the pictures but they are there.

Years back this was fairly decent place to wash ones vehicle. I'm talking 15 years back, or more? Whom ever owns this facility currently , doesn't update or maintain anything. No warm or hot water? Dilapidated building. Certain places of the buildings integrity are non- existent and coming down. When using coin operated machines, they don't switch from wash to rinse or wax and so on. Time you get while dumping your life savings into these machines, is also non existent. If you like your vehicle, Do not and I repete ,do not use this car wash .

This is highly recommended. The car wash is awesome and oh my gosh the dog wash!! Can’t say enough great things! I tell everyone at the dog park about this place. Very clean too. I see the owner there every morning cleaning both car stalls and making sure dog is also cleaned. Hidden gem for sure!!!

I spent $12 on the works, my under carriage is dry and loaded with dirt still, it sprayed soap and rinsed off thats it! Never washed the wheel, the brushes never turned on, I have soap all over, what an absolute waste of $12!

Just went here. I think it may have broken in the middle of my wash. Waste of $7, paid for the double wash and dry cause my windshield is caked with bugs, my car is still dirty and now will have water spots all over because the dryer didn't kick on. After sitting there for a couple minutes with no water spraying or instructions on the board I left. The post that sprays water was still behind my car when I left but not doing anything.

I called around to a few places that I’ve had window tinting and work done on a few of my cars. Called these guys up they quoted me a good price and I went with it. I’m a car guy and you can tell these guys are to. Witch is nice and made me feel like they cared personally about my car and they treated it with respect. As if it was there own. Much better experience than taking it to a bigger company hiring on any kids that say they can work on cars and detail. These guys took pride in there work and I would recommend them to anything. Amazing work! My car was in an accident and SCD fixed it right up and it's good as new! Clay bar and waxing made it shine better than the day I bought it. My interior was never that clean either! Would recommend to anyone and everyone!!!

First off, I hate giving businesses bad ratings, that being said, being disappointed with the service I got on my first visit is an understatement, went in for a full service as the interior needed a good cleaning, my truck came off almost as dirty as it was before, they only water the floor mats, a lousy vacuum to the seats, and quick pass with a rag. This was a ripoff, not the way to run a business, I've gotten way better cleaning for half the price. This was a scam, I did not received the service I paid for, never going back.

I was first recommended to Rick and his team from my buddy after having the front of his Audi RS5 painted from rock chips and was very impressed. First job was my Audi Q8 with minor damage to the front and rear and wanting some custom bedliner sprayed. The work was amazing and very reasonable for body and paint work. Second job after this incredible experience is my Audi R8 and i am very picky on who i have work on this car and would not have taken to anyone else. Work included correcting paint chips all over the front and doors, some custom paint on the rear, installation of some new side skirts, and paint correction on the rest of the car. The work is amazing and my paint job is better then original and can't say enough about how much this team cares about your project. Highly recommended and i would not use anyone else for any body and paint work.

Jackson Auto Body did a great job on some fussy body/paint work around and replacing a broken windshield on my car. There was additional work discovered once the window came out, but they went ahead and addressed it without any additional cost or fuss. I was very happy on how they tackled the fix. They made sure to provide the best fix not the easiest. To a person, they were all very nice folks who know what they are doing. They were very fair with the pricing. Plus, they have two of the sweetest larger dogs at the office. Good dogs...another sign of good people! I would highly recommend them.

This is the second time I’ve used my month pass to go through the car wash and I pull into the bay only for it to wash the front of the car, and then immediately tell me to pull out of the bay. When you try to go back through it says cannot use until 24 hours. I tried calling the number and no one ever answered the phone. I had to go to kwik star to get the shop off the front of the car. I’m canceling once I get ahold of someone

Drove 2 hours to look at a car they had on their lot for sale. It was extremely misrepresented. In fact, it had a bullet hole in the side if it, doors were different colors, rust etc. All of this was undisclosed and not represented by the listing. I would not recommend doing business with this dishonest business.

Dangerously incompetent. I had break pads changed there and they did a horrible job. First they put Anti-Seize on the pads. Which ruined the rotors. First time driving it the breaks hot driving it that it was smoking and did damage to calipers. When I took it in there they kept telling me the owner will be in at 9 then 11 then 1. He never showed then they got him on the phone he said it was his they off. Did not take ownership of the situation. Ended up having to take my vehicle somewhere else and have to replace both back orators and pads because of the anti seize put on them.
