I recently took my Toyota RAV4 to Divine Shine shortly after my baby's first baby, as my husband decided it was time to give my car some much-needed TLC. Honestly, I haven't done much for myself lately, so this was a total treat! The owner personally took my call and walked me through the options, and I couldn’t resist going with the "busy mom with a dog" package. Haha! I dropped my car off a little early, and the staff was totally chill about it. When I picked it up, it was literally cleaner than the day I bought it. I even had a great chat with the owner, a former Kansan like me who’s now living in Quincy. I highly recommend their services for the top-notch professionalism, friendliness, and—of course—amazing cleaning skills. I recently traded my car in, but I’m already looking forward to bringing my new one in for a good scrub in about a year, when my toddler has officially turned it into a mobile disaster zone. I’m not one to leave bad reviews. But it’s pretty frustrating when you pay for a full detail and multiple obvious spots were missed. It appears they tried on two of the wheels. And then the other two looks like there was very minimal effort at all. The main center council was missed. There were also other areas on the exterior that you could tell were given minimal effort. It appears by the majority of the reviews they do a good job. Maybe they were just having a bad day when mine was being done.

My truck needed a lot of work, scuffs on the paint, dirt/mud stuck everywhere. I couldn't believe the result i got of getting my truck back. Especially because its a big white truck. But this paint is back to new again and its crazy how much better it looks. Terry went above and beyond in everyway. Highly recommend

It's not bad that they have updated the car wash center. This place is a little pricey than a normal car wash center, but it’s OK if you want something a little better, so you have to pay more. I hope they will do a good job.

I absolutely LOVE this car wash! I have an SUV and they always make sure to clean the back window before I go in which is awesome since the automatic washes aren’t able to clean that area as well. They also do a fantastic job of getting the bugs off my windshield. Worth every penny and I enjoy coming here!

While parked in Sam's parking lot Mr Trenters daughter accidentally opened her car door into my 2024 Kia Sportage I had just purchased and not even had for a month. He generously offered me a FULL DETAIL. When we were finally able to set up an appointment he very nicely came to pick up my car. I told him we had just recently returned from vacation so there were a lot of bug guts on the car. He explained to me that when I get bug splatters on my car that I needed to clean them off immediately as they can be acidic and damage the paint which I very much appreciated. He did not say "he was not going to wash my car" as he states in his reply. He returned my car less than 2 hours later. As I was putting the rugs back in my car I noticed that the only thing that had been done was the sand from vacation was vacuumed out of the hatchback part of the vehicle and the vinyl was wiped down. Also he had cleaned two spots off of the back seat that I had pointed out to him. The carpet was still full of dirt, leaves and little bits of food left over from vacation. The car had not been washed nor vacuumed at all, except in the hatchback area. When I questioned him about it, explaining that I was under the impression that he was going to do a full detail as that is what he offered this was his reply (see photos). Granted I didn't pay for the detail but this is what HE offered me. The damage from his daughter was admittedly minute however, when it took it to Hilbing Auto Body I was told it would be expensive to fix because the entire fender above the tire would have to be repainted, so he used touch-up paint to protect it from rusting. I'm not saying Mr Trenter wouldn't do a good job on someone else's automobile but I don't feel this was very good customer service. Mr Trenters reply (also in photos): "Look, lady. The reality of this whole situation is, the tiniest scuff You could ever get on your car is the one that was put there by my daughter, which you had covered up by an auto body shop. All the other damage that has been done to your car since then is far worse than that little tiny scuff. I went out of my way to come pick your car up. I vacuumed it out. I got rid of the sand I got rid of the spots on the seat that you wanted gone and I don't use armor all I use vinyl dressing which I applied to all of your vinyl. I didn't watch the outside of the car because you told me your boyfriend just detailed the outside. I also didn't tell you I was gonna remove the bugs.I said that you have to remove the bugs so that they don't etch the paint."

One of my favorite places to not only clean my car, but also wash my very large breed doggo. This would easily be a 5 star location but the automatic car wash portion is not as impressive as the rest of the offerings available. The dog wash portion is an amazing feature. It is extremely comfortable, user friendly, and makes washing pets fun and easy. They have a large variety of soaps, treatments, and attachments all built in to make pet baths a breeze. The vacuums on the Southside of the building have options to vacuum, shampoo, and deodorize your car interior. The manual car wash bays are also stocked with options to make your car shine like new. I will be returning again to continue to use all the great amenities available at this business and I hope you will too.

I would have really liked to have tried these people out. However, I made the appointment via text message, after submitting an appointment request from their website. I talked with Henry. We figured everything out from what I wanted done to my car, to price, to date, to location. After that, the next day, COMPLETELY GHOSTED. I called, I emailed, I texted and by the end- my messages didn’t even get delivered. I have no idea what happened. I took my wife’s car to work so they could do my car at the house. What a waste of time and effort. Extremely disappointed and annoyed.

I bought an 07 dodge caliber that had sat in the sun for 6 or more years and filled up with water just rotting away. I was desperate for help when it came to getting it cleaned out. I saw King’s Deluxe had the best online reviews and went with it. I am extremely satisfied with how it turned out. I got the highest tier interior cleaning and a basic exterior cleaning. It is a completely different car. I felt like I was stepping into a 2024 vehicle the way it sparkled and felt so fresh. The musty sitting water smell is gone and not a speck of dust was missed.
