Someone had projectile vomited in my car, front passenger, throughout all of my dash and vents. Adrian had so many good reviews and was extremely flexible with his schedule, gave him a try and was amazed to say the least. It smelled so new that even when my air conditioner was on it actually smelled good. You can tell he didn't cut any corners, and his pricing was extremely reasonable! It’s unbelievable the attention to detail this man has. I brought him my 10yo car that has been driven fast, has been through many automatic car washes and some parts never touched. David took his time and really detailed every part. That means the exhaust tips and the inner side of the rims (never touched). The interior looks, feels and smells like brand new. Unlike the other car wash across Rt. 59, this place feels more personal, with friendly staff and good vibes. All the services were done fast and thoroughly. Wish I could give them a better review since I do think they do a nice job on the wash - but the amount of time I spend waiting for them to get my car in the wash itself is ridiculous. (Even on not busy/not good weather days). Took 38 minutes for them to get my car through the wash this week and put 3 cars in before mine and they arrived after i did. Unless you have an hour to spend at the car wash I wouldn’t waste your time.

I have used this wash many times. Just bought a brand new jeep and went thru wash went to dry jeep off and had a dent and scratches right under passenger mirror!! They took information down and kept receipt for time stamp. Was told manage will call me next morning heard nothing. Called there and he said he has to review video next day which is today and nothing again!! I called and spoke to him again he still did not review video said it will be a few days! I want this fixed it’s 2 mo old and I know this is where it happened. I park far away from cars and I just put bags in that side on seat and I would definitely have noticed dents right there. Found it when I dried my jeep there. I feel I am being blown off and I do NOT like that. This is brand new and I am proud of it and now it has a nice dent right by mirror I need taken care of and nobody seems to care!!!

Decided to try Hydrowash: Vehicle still visibly wet after automatic dryers, don’t have this issue at the wash we normally take our cars to weekly. Hatch on suv does not look like a brush touched it. Was able to drive into the wash with no wait time.

I always know our cars are being taken care of there. The front desk employees are knowledgeable. I've probably talked about cars almost any time I'm in there with a few of the guys there. My wife and I bring our daily driver's there and I also trust them with my hobby car too. A bunch of great guys working at that shop. I try to refer people there as often as I can when talking about vehicle maintenance.
