We had a wonderful experience! Our car is 5 years old and had never been really deep cleaned… Well after they were done with it came out looking and smelling new on the inside and out. My car was very dirty and I knew some things would not come out. But he could not put the seats back in and there were several areas that were not clean. Garbage was left in the streets. I tipped him and everything. Very disappointed 😞 Update: the man did come back to attempt to rectify the situation which I greatly appreciated. He even did my headlights which were in need. While I do not feel this is a true professional detail like you would get at a dealership the man was very nice and my car is much improved from where it was at when he started working on it so thank you!

Marty is priced very reasonably, and the work is impeccable! My husband had a really bad tint job on his rear windshield which had been on his window for years since purchasing the car. I asked Marty if they could remove it. They told us the risk of messing up the defrost lines, and we chose to continue simply because getting rid of the bubbled up tint was worth the risk! It did compromise the defrost, but Lester was able to meticulously remove every bit of tint from the window by moving back from using a heat gun to pulling pieces of tint off. He ended up charging us a great price for all of that work, and we also happened to be in the right place at the right time and walked out having also purchased our dream fridge, brand new, for a fraction of the cost in stores!! Marty even went above and beyond, and gave me a ride home while the car was being detailed. We are 110% satisfied with both Marty and Lester, and will always reccomend Pioneer Detail.

I purchased a new truck in August. Shortly after I contacted O’Connor detailing about a ceramic coating. He explained the options very thoroughly and guaranteed his work. It was hands down the best decision I’ve made since owning the truck. Makes washing a breeze. You don’t even need to touch the truck just spray it off and wipe it dry! Griffin and his team pay attention to detail, are very professional and responsible. His communication doesn’t fall short either. He contacted me last week about a hand wash before winter hits hard to ensure that the coating is working to its full potential. He made it so convenient to have the service done as well. Picked the truck up and dropped it back off when he was finished. 10/10 recommend Griffin and his team if you have any paint correction or exterior needs. He will have my business for years to come!

Chris from On the Go Detail Pro did a professional job cleaning up my wife's car. The car had coffee stained seats, dirty floor and dash, and an unfortunately moldy trunk from an undetected leak. On the Go Detail Pro took it all in stride and left the car looking cleaner than I have ever seen it. I recently used Sunshine Detailing for a premium detailing service, but my experience was somewhat underwhelming. While the overall cleaning was decent, there were still minor defects on the car that I expected to be addressed, especially given the premium nature of the service. I wasn’t looking for an extremely high-end result, but I did expect that basic issues, like light scratches, would be removed. Unfortunately, those remained even after the detailing. In summary, the service was decent but didn’t fully meet my expectations. It's acceptable if you’re looking for a basic clean, but I wouldn't recommend it if you're hoping for more detailed attention to minor imperfections.

Took my $, wash malfunctioned. Got stuck in car wash, no one answers the number posted on the wall in side. Rocked the car back and forth to finally get it to let me out. Called number listed on Google for details shop, supervisor out for the week, supossidly they will give me token for a new wash. Guy that answered phone said they had been have issues for a while

Just wanted to make others aware, I don’t think this business is operating anymore, at least not at the address listed. It still lets you book appointments, so I arrived at the time I was scheduled. I asked the person who answered the door if the business was located here, and they said “not anymore.” Now I’ll have to wait another week to get an appointment somewhere else, so I’m not thrilled. Wish it hadn’t let me book an appointment 🤷‍♀️

They are the best! Ran into an emergency car issue in the middle of a move. They came to me and did a quick estimate. Fit me in the next morning. The results were excellent. This place is awesome for washing your car! My husband and I have a membership so we can get the underwater for winter and the vacuums. There's a mat washer! It's so cool. Get the membership and come as much as you want!

Liz and Melah were both extremely helpful getting me set up and put through the wash. I’ve also noticed their worker Andre is always keeping the main wash and parking lot very tidy during the afternoon and evening. Second shift workers be getting their stuff done for real ‼️🙌 i never caught the guy with the curly brown hair’s name but he’s a very good worker as well, i see him getting stuff done too just like most of the Tommy’s express workers :) 5/5 stars would wash my car there again in the future

Lied about pricing and did not do what he said he would do. Shampooed my seats and carpet in the front amazing. Did not wash the outside only wiped it with a towel, did not clean my vents, doors, dash, trunk or mats or middle console or vaccum under or between seats. Unprofessional and rude.

I spilled coffee all over my seat and lap. I needed professional help cleaning it off my seat. I called around and everyone else was busy or unreachable. When I called here they said to come in and they will see what they can do to help me. They seemed busy but they still took me in. They said to give them 30 minutes to an hour to clean it up. I'm not sure exactly how long it took because I left and came back. When I came back I was very pleased to see all the coffee cleaned up. It looked like new again. The price was very reasonable as well. I'm very happy with their service. Thank you very much.

Second time, and this was even worse. Last time they did an easy vehicle and missed a couple spots. My van though has lots of compartments, and it looks like they were all skipped. Also had to air out vehicle after and seats had some slippery feeling residue on them.

I am very impressed by the work that was done to my vehicle. It looks like new. I had tree sap that I could not get off and the clay bar and buff did the job. Very reasonable on the service performed. I'm sold on taking my vehicle to this business at least once a year if not twice. Thank you for the extras you did. My wheels look great and the vacuuming of the interior was not expected.

Brought a used Dodge Charger in that was dirty and grimy from the previous owners. The inside was a mess and had a faint smell of smoke. These guys cleaned it and made it pristine again. The interior looks and smells great, the exterior is shining like it's brand new! Highly recommend, and the price was reasonable.:)

Took my new car thru the wash to have it nice for the holidays, never been to red carpet so I thought I’d give it try. Tried to sign up online but never got the email with the coupon. I asked 2 of the workers about it and was told “I don’t know anything about that” so I went with the $29 works so they would clean the inside as well. Now the website doesn’t really say what they do on the inside so maybe I expected too much but it doesn’t look any different than when I brought it in. Plus I still had bugs on the back sides of my mirrors. It’s the day before a holiday so maybe they were busy and in a rush but not the job I was expecting. 🤷🏼‍♂️ And as I read the review I see you have a copy and past response, if u really wanna earn business back maybe put a little more into your responses.

It was hard to schedule an appointment for a full detail; no one answered the phone. We finally went in person and got an appointment for three days later. We chose the dazzler level, since we didn’t need the engine cleaned, just the interior and exterior. We were disappointed with the results. There were small pieces of trash left on seats and in cubbies. If you moved the seats forward or backward, you could see that they didn’t even vacuum under the seats, which is why you pay for someone to detail your car. If I can open the driver door and see dirt, it’s a problem. The back rows of our traverse were obviously quickly done and much was missed. We had to take the vehicle to another car wash to use the free vacuums to finish the job. Very disappointing! Why did I pay for someone to do a mediocre job on this?

So first time going to get my car washed at red carpet on glen in Peoria for its good reputation. The girl that took my order was great very nice explained it all and polite. The wash was not worth the 30 I paid for the premier service. My windows weren't clean the vacuum job was poor and they left all the trash right where it was. The dash was not wiped down good and in some places not at all. I've done a better job in my own driveway.

Such a sad experience. Took my car in to get washed, paid the 29.00 and expected the service I used to get. Gave the guys a 20.00 tip even. Sadly my car had water spots all over it, dust was still on my car, inside was NOT even cleaned well and windows were atrocious. Wheels and rims were spotty. So extremely sad that service has declined at the glen location.

Best place to go in Peoria. The other stores don't compare to the quality and precision these guys and gals take to make sure your car is clean and spotless. I alway get the MVP wash and my truck comes out looking like it did off the lot no matter rain, snow, mud, dirt, oil, grease, brake dust, my truck always looks phenomenal. And if you tip them which you should they grateful yell THANK YOU. You will never find service like this at any of the other washes. They also offer you towels and car fresheners for free if you are a member! Such a great place to go for a clean car guarantee.

I was here on grand opening day and was really impressed by the car wash service, Kate was very helpful when I pulled up to the window and gave me all kinds of information about the carwash, she even gave me a towel to wipe off my dash. The vacuums were also great but I did think the vacuum attachment was a little narrow but still had great suction! When I got home and got out of my car I was really surprised at how beautiful and clean my car was! It was so shiny and here it is 4 days later even after a heavy rain and my tires are still Shining! I will definitely be returning!

My boyfriend had my car detailed as a gift for my birthday and has used Fully Armoured before and trusted them with the job at hand. My car has never been detailed in the 8 years I’ve owned it and it desperately needed cleaned. They guys at Fully Armoured not disappoint! I have never seen my floor boards or dash so clean! My leather seats and steering wheel are nice and shiny and you slide right in. The car smells amazing! They were able to pull up stains and gunk from the leather that had been there much longer than they should’ve been from little gremlins riding in the backseat. The gentleman kept my boyfriend up-to-date on when the car would be done. He walked us through everything he had done and invited us to call if there was anything we needed or found that we weren’t satisfied with when we got home. Customer service was top-notch! Although I didn’t pay for the detail, I know it was a fair price for the work that went into it. There were no upselling or overages and an estimate was given when the appointment was made. If you’re looking for a place to go, this hidden gem is the place for you! (Sorry for the picture quality. I took a video and only pictures could be uploaded. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking to have their vehicle detailed! Our SUV hasn't been this clean since we bought it 6 years ago. For a vehicle pushing 100k miles, this place made it look brand new again. They did more than we imagined - even getting melted candy out of the seats that we haven't been able to get forever. Very dissatisfied. Quick car wash and efficient employees, however it was expensive and the cleaning was insufficient. My cars windows are streaky with cleaner that wasn’t rinsed off enough, the sides of the car still have debris on them, and the front grill has bugs and dirt on it. For a $15 car wash it was disappointing.

I wanted to do a thorough cleaning of my car, and I loved Club Car Wash's experience. The free vacuums work quite well for the most part and I sincerely appreciate the complimentary windex and microfiber towels. I also appreciate the free rubber mat cleaning, although I struggled with figuring out where to go to get it done. The service is quite friendly there as well, and the car wash itself is quite thorough. The trash cans are appreciated, and the mat holders are a nice touch, although they don't hold more than one or two mats. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. The only negative thing I have to say is that the prices are extremely high, unless you get the monthly program. Even then, they can get a bit pricey. But overall, a delightful experience that is very much worth it.

Well I parked in a spot that wasn’t supposed to be park in which I was wrong for so the tall guy ask me to move. I’ve already washed 10 dogs and just had one to rinse and I was going to leave. He ask me again and I said okay but then he started approaching me in a aggressive manner. I put my hand up asking him not to walk up on my like that in fear that he was going to attack me. I started to brandish my weapon but he walked off luckily . I’d advise you old man to calm your temper and stop being aggressive with your customers. Nobody cares about your height. I wouldnt recommend this wash to anybody and I am calling the better biz Bureau to file a complaint.

I do come here a lot. I preferably use the manual wash bays because I like to ride super clean. And the power washers have very high pressure, just how I like it. Overall, good place to wash the car
