I spilled my pot luck lunch for work and they detailed and shampooed my carpets and treated my seat! I expected an additional charge but Sean applied a discount! Best car wash place ever!

Came here twice so far and the most recent time was probably the better experience, with very thorough cleaning. Opted for #3 Deluxe Wash both times and will most likely continue to do so. They have a nice waiting area but you can also watch the team clean your vehicle also. Haven't had a chance to snag a photo during that time, but photos here are of after the vehicle's gone through the high powered drying system. They also have an email distribution list you can sign up for with coupons/deals but haven't signed up for that just yet. Unsure of their winter hours but hope they still have their services available - My previous hand car wash that I used to go to permanently closed.

I paid over $200 for their detailing service and was not impressed. There were liquid streaks in my dash, and didn't really get the hard to reach places. Which is why I took it there in the first place. Carpet cleaning was ok. But for $200 it was not worth it. Could've took it elsewhere for around $150. This place was just more convenient for me.

As a business owner, I would like to know that if and when my manager was out of line...hence this review. This also is a third instance this same manager (bald guy with a beard) spoke to me in such a manner. I drove up this morning and got the deluxe wash (no one in front, no one behind me). Upon exiting the wash, one of the workers motioned for me park on the right and I waited as I wanted to get the car dried (I tip $5 sometimes $10 because those guys do work hard). I saw a manager walking around, eating a sandwich, two other guys just walking around with rugs in hand. The manager came up and I asked "can I get wiped/dried?" And his response was "you're dry already (the car was not) and motioned for me to get out of there" (with an attitude) to which I said "you are just rude" and the manager's response was "yet you keep coming back"... We'll, no more! He could have said "hey, we're super busy and don't have the capacity to dry now"...that's all. Again, not the first time he spoke like that to me but definitely the last. Also, to those commenting on their wheel/tire shine - I agree, it is not good. Do not waste your money!

A2 Auto Detailing is the best place to go if you want your car looking brand new. I came in with a lot of scratches and swirls on my car and he performed a paint correction and crystal coating which resulted in my car looking practically brand new with a glass-like finish. He is knowledgeable on what’s he’s doing and gives very reasonable rates. It’s safe to say I will be coming back in the future for any of my detailing needs.

They didn’t clean my rear window and my3rd row windows both still have finger marks on them you can tell they half ass their job and I still got leaves in my car and they have a sign that says “they are not responsible for what is in the car” they literally man handled my baby camera lost my mat I had to hold my camera still. Definitely don’t recommend this car wash!!

I will never go back to this terrible car wash who damaged my car because they don’t care. Thinking that it would be convenient for me to stop here as it’s on my way home from work. I brought my brand new car, freshly tinted for its first wash after the winter salt. Not only did they not do an undercarriage spray as was included with their super wash, play scratched a chunk out of my brand new passenger side window tint when they pulled out my rear floor mats. Additionally, there was water all over my leather seats , soap still all across the front grill and hood, soap still all in the seams of my trunk, even though they opened it and “dried it”.

I’ve now had two of my cars tinted and ceramic coated at Chicago Auto Pros. My first car, a 2024 Polestar 2 Performance, is still holding up and looks showroom new almost 14 months later. So for longevity, I can certainly say Chicago Auto Pros is on top of it! Today I brought in my spare car because why not?! It is a Volvo V60 Polestar wagon. I’d you didn’t get the gist of it by now, I really like Swedish cars. Given my love of the classy, understated elegance of the Swedish cars, I knew I needed a shop that wouldn’t use subpar tints, or try and get me to completely black out my car. That wasn’t a problem at all. Dom, the advisor who helped me, made sure I picked what was right for me. Not surprisingly, the tints are flawless and there is not a single air bubble or imperfection to be seen. I am taking the Volvo back in 1 week for paint correction and a ceramic coating, so she can match my Polestar in flawless elegance. Without a doubt, I’ll be back whenever I purchase a new vehicle….which is more often than I’m willing to admit. My car was in dire need of some interior TLC. There were crumbs and fruit snacks from my 7-year-old in every nook and cranny. Where other hand car wash establishments typically haven't gotten the crud vacuumed up between my driver's seat and middle console, nor taken the time to move my kid's booster seat to get the real treasures, these guys did not disappoint. I can't believe how thorough of a job they did - my interior (and exterior) is now spotless and shiny. Stellar work - and probably the best hand wash/clean I've had in the area. Definitely will be back.

Very disappointed after my first experience with this place. I paid for the “luxury” car wash and I could swear they barely touched the inside of the car. As you can see from my photos they did a horrible job on the inside. $35 for a wash and this is what I get. This is not how you get customers to come back…

Unfortunately it was waste of money. As you can see on the pictures car was just briefly swiped without any effort. I’m not talking about some hard to access places, but handles, dash board, doors and all other parts are the same way I dropped off before car was “cleaned”. They left all the garbage inside. I was checking reviews on Yelp before I stopped here and I’m really disappointed because service was waaaay below from what I’ve read on those reviews. Waste of $36

I like this car wash. I think it does a good job on the quicks. However, when I looked at my car when I got home, I noticed the tire shine applicator somehow scratched my hub-cap when exiting the car wash. If there was an option to opt out of tire shine in the system beforehand, I would come back. Unfortunately, I think the tire shine applicator is a flawed design. Too bad.

Zippy's is my go-to car wash. Try it every Wednesday, they have a good deal. My car went in thirty and came out feeling like a million bucks, thanks to zippy's magic touch.Definitely recommended to friends and family.

High quality materials and services are provided here. I really don't think anyone can go wrong with this young gentleman. This is an individual-run business, while the owner may lack marketing skills to grab our attention, compared to corporates, the result delivered is through his heart, not money-driven mind of regular businesses. Johnny is a very polite, honest, and easygoing gentleman to work with. He offers either mobile/on-site service. I was very impressed by the quality of work he offered on my three year old car with a full detail coming with a reasonable price. I am actually a very picky person on car care, but Johnny even fully cleaned the hard-to-see areas like the flooring behind pedals, no mentioning shampoo/steam the whole interior, and applied protectants on different interior trims. And his secret wax that expels water like ceramic coating is really impressive as well. There are more other out-of-expectation areas of Johnny's work to talk about, and I won't hesitate to recommend him for anyone who needs a detailing.

WOW, David and his crew are amazing. They did a ceramic coating on my high roof sprinter van and it turned out absolutely perfect. This van is literally 10 feet tall and cleaning it is like cleaning a bill board. When picking it up I gave it a good once over and the entire van was perfect! The paint was buttery soft with a mirror like shine. The van is 4 years old and it looks better now than it did when it was brand new. From my first phone call asking about price, process etc. all the way to pick up they were professional, courteous, and gave me all the information needed to make an informed decision. The wife's 392 Durango had a car back into her and damaged the front bumper. Understated replaced the front bumper and all necessary parts and honestly probably looks better quality than when we picked it up brand new. Great communication and very quality work. Above and Beyond…That’s what the CWPD team does day in and day out. There is nothing easy or routine about building a car wash, and Nick and his team will do whatever it takes to support you. Every step of the way from planning, to development, to construction, to equipment set up, to hiring and training staff, and marketing and running the business, the team at CWPD has you covered. Nick gives you so much personal attention, he’s literally there at every turn, making sure we are 100% satisfied, if there is a problem you call Nick and it gets fixed, immediately. He’s on top of everything going on with the project, he loves what he does and it shows. And more importantly, that carries through with the entire CWPD team. During construction (of any project), there are always curveballs that are thrown at you and I don’t know what I would have done with the CWPD team to assist. They will literally get in the trenches with you to keep things on track. As an example, we had a winter storm come through that took down our construction fencing, and we couldn’t wait for the contractor to come back to repair it, so the CWPD guys just stepped up. Jason, Jimmy and Jarret were out there in the freezing cold and mud, digging it out and getting it back up, it was a huge undertaking. Its things like that (and there were several instances) which set them apart, they don’t just talk about it, they jump in and take action. With Jason, Jimmy, and Jarret, their mantra was always “Whatever it Takes” and that’s what they did, day in and day out, I can’t say enough about their consistent efforts. If there were issues with the Contractors or Construction, having an expert like Les Z to call on for any and everything was invaluable. There are a lot of moving parts and “behind the scenes” things happening with construction and he has a handle on all of it, which took a huge load off my plate. With Marketing and just about everything for the back office, Amy was the best. Little things like when we needed video of our equipment, she puts on a raincoat, goes in the middle of the tunnel and gets completely soaked in order to get the perfect shot. That’s commitment! And after construction, having Jason, Jimmy, and Jarret on site, helping with the intricacies of operating a car wash was invaluable. Dialing in the equipment for both effectiveness and efficiency is key, and they were a huge help in getting our equipment dialed to give a great wash for every customer. The biggest compliment I can give the CWPD team, is they (ALL) treated my project like it was their own, and that means a lot. Nick and his entire staff were fully committed to our project and its success. As an owner, having that kind of support is a real comfort. I know that I can get anyone at CWPD on the phone any day of the week at any time of day to handle any issue that comes up. They pay attention to every detail, no matter how small or seemingly insignificant, if it matters to me, it matters to them, and I can’t say enough good things about their efforts throughout the project. My business partner Kyle and I started looking into different business opportunities about two years ago. A love for cars, technology, and serving others led us to the car wash business and eventually to Car Wash Pro Designers (CWPD). We scheduled a meeting with Nick and his team and they went over the process and their services. After our initial meeting, we visited several of their current clients in the area. All of them were extremely satisfied with CWPD and mentioned that they continued to be at their side even after opening. After several more meetings with Nick, we knew it was a fit. Nick’s extensive experience in the car wash business and his professionalism set us at ease. He’s a solid and trustworthy person that makes you feel like family and doesn’t rest until you’re completely satisfied. We couldn’t have asked for a better person to work with. We finalized our decision to move forward with CWPD, and their team got to work immediately on the initial phase of the project which included site selection, engineering and architecture, zoning, permit approvals, equipment selection, branding, and developing the business plan for financing. They presented our project at the City Council meetings, an absolutely critical phase in car wash projects. They answered all the Alderman’s and Mayor’s questions so well that we got unanimous approval. They also introduced our project to multiple lenders on our behalf and were with us at every step of the way, from the letter of intent (LOI) to the final closing of the loan. After closing the loan, we started the build phase which took around 6 months to complete from breaking ground to washing cars. CWPD and our general contractor were able to do this even despite having some of the most rain in recorded history and other challenges that surfaced during the pandemic (e.g., supply chain issues, etc.). Going with a different car wash developer, or doing it ourselves (we have a general contracting background), would have taken around 12-18 months, which is standard for the industry. This was a key differentiator for us. During the build process, Amy, Jason, Jimmy, and Jarrett from CWPD were on site to make sure both the building and equipment installation were done according to plan. They worked directly with our equipment vendor and equipment installer and addressed several issues before they even ever happened. They also helped us with hiring staff and on the job training. The whole CWPD on-site team is absolutely amazing to work with. They are top notch hard-working professionals who always go the extra mile. They are the kind of people that you can trust and who you look forward to working with every day. Many thanks to Amy, Jason, Jimmy, and Jarrett. We can’t thank you enough! Wow! Alex is the real deal. After an automatic car wash mishap our New Kia Forte had a deep scratch across the entire hood. Many claim to be auto detailers but Alex gets it done to perfection. This was more of a paint correction that required wet sanding. Not something that just anyone can handle. He is personable and even accommodated us on a holiday weekend because we were so distraught over it. Alex was happy because he made us happy. He will definitely be my go to from now on. It is great to see a young man building his own small business. The price paid was reasonable as well. Car looks better than it did being driven off the lot!

My experience at D'Andrea was top-notch. I had a PPF applied to the entire car and ceramic coating applied on top. My car looks better than brand new. It shines so much, I get random compliments in traffic from people on the highway. Jaw-dropping, drool-inducing stares from friends, neighbors, everyone. Booked a detailed cleaning of my car based on reviews. Paid $290.00 for package # 2. I totally regret it. I gave it a star because there is no option for none. I dropped the car at 8am and at 3pm got a call that the car was ready for pick up. I was surprised how fast they did it and now I was worried about the quality. Save yourself the money. The interior of my car is not looking better than a normal quick cleaning. Looks like they didn't even make an effort to vacuum thoroughly the carpets. All windows have wiping marks and I had to wipe them again. The rear view mirror has all over dry spray drops on it. We definitely have different understanding of "detail cleaning". The pictures speak for themselves. I would take a full refund if I could. Definitely not going back.

First and last time coming to this place . They don’t even bother wiping the interior. Did not even throw out an empty water bottle that was in the car . My car was untouched for 10 minutes until the 25 minutes timer was up . Could’ve wiped the interior with that time . 2 stars for leaving a towel in the car so that I can at least finish their job

I am slightly disappointed with the service I got an express detail and shampooing service. The shampooing was great but the detail was not satisfactory as they didn’t pay attention to detail and did not really vaccum. This is after I asked them to vaccum in some of the parts I noticed.

I was having issues with rodents in my engine bay. My mechanic smelled the rodent urine in my engine bay and told me I should get the engine bay detailed as the rats would come back by the smell and cause bigger issues. I researched and found detail doctor as they had a lot of good reviews. I called and Aldo got me in the next day. He did not disappoint. Told me the process to get the smell out of my engine bay and keep the rodents from coming back in. Would definitely recommend Aldo and will most likely be going back to get my interior done at some point.

The touchless automatic car wash did the job as expected. Don't go thru thinking it will clean your car as well as a regular wash. Chicago winters with the salt will not come off with a touchless... bring some rags and maybe spray to finish the job.
