First time using Thompsons touch. My vehicle got very dirty and buggy From a road trip. I was very short on time and needed to get my vehicle cleaned up before some car shows lined up for the weekend the car is a part of. They were prompt and on time and ensured I was happy with the finished service before taking off for the next customer. Very convenient for busy people as well or for folks who have high end luxury/performance vehicles and prefer a higher end service than a typical white glove wash. I needed my car interior detailed prior to installing a carseat for a new baby, and they did an INCREDIBLE job. My car was in really bad shape since it's just never had a deep clean and it's a 2009, and they made it look completely brand new on the inside. I highly recommend this service. This is a residential business, so be prepared to either walk down the block to Starbucks to wait for the service or have it scheduled on a nice day so that you can sit in the yard. I didn't know this as I was 38 weeks pregnant and scheduled the service on a 95 degree day, but they were kind enough to drive me and my husband to Starbucks a block or so away so that we could wait in air conditioning. They really went above and beyond for us, and we appreciated it so much. The service was also reasonably priced for what we got in return. Thanks R&R! :)

I had been putting off detailing my car for a couple years because it's not cheap. After some research I landed on Chicago Mobile Detailing Experts. What drew my attention to this business was that they travel to you to detail your car. I'm sure many folks can relate to the convenience of not having to drop your car off somewhere for 4 hours. It was incredibly convenient to have someone come to me and detail my car while I work. This is the first time I've had my car detailed but I've seen others' work on friends' cars. I am incredibly satisfied with Eddie and Elijah's work and they offer a ton of different packages for all sorts of different needs. My car was mildly neglected and I hadn't washed it in months. I chose a Full Detail for $375 which took about 3.5 hours to complete. They brought their own water and only requested access to a power outlet. Their services range from quicker interior details, to more extensive paint correction, all the way to show room details. They really cover a broad selection of services. Eddie and Elijah were professional, friendly and got the job done quickly. Nothing was neglected and areas that others typically miss, were spotless. My car looks cleaner than the day I got it. Nothing but praise for Chicago Mobile Detailing Experts! I am a huge advocate for "you get what you pay for." Eddie and Elijah exceeded all of my expectations, and they'll get my business every time, as well as plenty of referrals.

I had Chicago Mobile Detailing Experts out to clean the interior of my 2010 Corolla. I've had it for many years and never cleaned it and it was in rough shape with lots of dust, grime, and cat hair. I booked the Gold package and they were out right away and got to work. In about two hours they had cleaned everything from food stains to the little pieces of gunk around the parking brake. I was very impressed with their work and would hire them again!

I went for the top-tier, $20 wash and the front of the car came out looking exactly how it went in.The vacuums were good and there’s air guns at every station, but the wash itself was bad quality for the price. I would drive a little further and go to Buddy Bear instead.

Top notch!! I called to get more information as to services and appointments. 6 hour road trip and unfortunately I became ill driving back home to Chicago. Long story short, took care of myself and immediately called about detail services, sanitizing and deep thorough cleansing and beautifying to my vehicle. Due to a cancellation, Pro Auto was able to take me on yesterday instead of Monday. PHENOMENAL!!👏☺❤. THOROUGH, ATTENTIVE, DEDICATED! It was 16.48 and I have a megacab truck so you get what you pay for but they missed a lot of spots and there's hand prints all over from the guys why dried it- if they would have dried the lower part of my truck by hand there wouldn't be dirty spots either. I won't be back

First time here and it was the worst! They gave me their most expensive wash and my car was still dirty ! They cleaned nothing honestly just sprayed water on the Matt’s and when I told the owner she gave me attitude. And said I didn’t pay for inner cleaning which I was confused because I payed for their expensive package and I was told it was inner cleaning but either way my car didn’t get clean got attitude from the owner she gave horrible customer service wouldn’t recommend and make sure to check everything is still in your car before leaving because they also threw away my handicap.

This place was amazing from calling in to speak to someone about a quote for a full car detail, to scheduling it and answering all my questions. I was left in awe from when I got the car back. I’m going to let the pictures do the talking, but big shout out to Julie & her team as they did an amazing job on my car! S/N: My car had a scuff on the back rear panel and they were able to get it out and leave the car looking like the day I drove it out the lot! Increased their prices for basic wash from 5 to 7 and 10 to 14 for monthly membership, still a good wash, but not enough locations so it’s always packed. I miss the 3$ washes, they still have one on North Ave luckily. Also the vacuums aren’t as good as what some other competitor locations now offer.

Do NOT go here to get your car washed! They left the exterior of my car with scratches, the interior was not cleaned well, and left smelling damp. I usually clean my own car, so I know my car well! I also got paint job done a few months ago so I know it did not have those scratches prior. When I spoke to the man up front, politely, he just dismissed the scratches as me not noticing because the car was dirty. For one my car was not that dirty for two I know very well it did not have those scratches. After saying “you just didn’t notice” he walked away and went inside. Do not go here! It was such a waste and my car was left in worse condition then when I brought it. I am so upset and it frustrates me more that they did not own up to it. Not sure what to do from here.

Great people, and great at what they do too! We had a car issue that had been unresolved for 2years (despite going to other mechanics). Things deteriorated to the point we couldn’t use our car. They diagnosed all the issues and our car has ran with no drama for close to a year now. Note: They do charge more than any other mech we have used, but they deliver.

No I don't like it,the basic car wash is $8 with dry, $7 without dry and $1 for vacuum everything is separate for me is too expensive in other places include the vacuum and the car doesn't look clean.

Went here on a Tuesday at 1PM finished around 2:00 with platinum service. There was a long line so that made me think the level of service is good. But yeah, the wait was a while and it took a while to actually wash. I would say it’s priced fairly, compared to the city, and they do a good job. Just be ready to wait a while. Probably going back to get ceramic coating.

This is the first time I had my car washed by hand and this place does not disappoint! The lobby area is really clean and sleek and the prices are not that bad. It took around 10 minutes for my car to be cleaned in and out! When I inspected my car, there are a few spots where they have missed both outside and inside especially between the front seats where your pennies and quarters will fall into. I'll definitely come back to this place for my next car wash 👍

Do not go here !!! The man at the register over charged me for a car wash and when I asked why was it so much he looked me dead in the face and said that was the cost for armour all in and out. I asked another customer with a vehicle same size as mine if he had the same wash and he said yes and had been charged cheaper. This guy is a thief and their car wash is mediocre. I always have to clean up areas they missed. Also even if they are not busy they rush the job and are done in less that 5-10mins which is another reason their wash sucks. I only came here a hand full of times because it’s 2mins from my house but never again. I’ll take the 25 min drive to another place. If you do go here make sure you’re not over charged especially if your a woman. I hope the couple extra bucks is worth the reputation of your car wash.

Went to KLEAN DETAIL 2 years ago for a paint correction & ceramic coating, Angel charged me $1300 on my tahoe and gave me a 3 year warranty, this summer I noticed the hood turn blemishy and reached out to Angel called and through text, after showing him, he asked me if the truck was out of state ? Because the sun probably messed up the clear coat, I sent him a copy of the car fax and truck has been in Illinois all its life, he stopped answering calls or returned texts, waited a week to hear from him , nothing!!! 🚨WARNING 🚨 WORD TO THE WISE!!! He won’t honor the warranty and won’t take responsibility on the trucks hood, will blame it on the WEATHER OR SUN!!!! THATS WHY HE DOSNT GIVE RECEIPTS AND CHARGES CASH, STEER CLEAR OF THIS BUSINESS I DO NOT RECOMMEND !!! Smiles at the moment when you pay him but once you come back on warranty work won’t answer phone!!!!!!🚨 BEWARE!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!🚨 look at the hood in the pictures! I took my truck to brushless car washes after to take care of it and always garage kept it, YOU BEEN WARNED!! OVER PRICED AND NOT A MAN OF HIS WORD!!👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

I highly recommend Klean Detailing, owned and operated by Angel and his team. Besides being very communicative and professional, the results were amazing! I entrusted my 2023 Mazda CX-30 Carbon Edition with its luxurious red leather seats to their care, and I must say, the results were extraordinary. Despite my initial budget of $180, Angel's expert advice led me to opt for a more comprehensive package, which was a wise decision given the state of my car that had been neglected for a few months. Can’t say enough good stuff about this place! The service was next level. From first entering the wash, where a staff member walked me through all of the options (I recommend the Gold Wash), to the sweet man at the end of the wash who gave my car a thorough wipe to make sure there were no smudges. Even the manager came and made sure I had everything I needed while I was vacuuming out my car, post wash. What a great find!

I have two vehicles. I washed my other vehicle at a different location yesterday(3out of 10) I washed my wife’s at this gem of a location, and I was floored at the quality of the wash. The machines were gentle on the vehicles. The hand dry and tire shine were great. If you have time go here. The staff will take care of you.

This wash is close to my house so I went there many times and unfortunately most of the time car is still dirty after the wash. Even when I bring pretty much clean car it’s still in dust and they don’t even touch the area for the cups. Today I took one of the work cars and this is AFTER the wash. I hate giving bad reviews but this is maybe 6th time of 8 when the car is still dirty…. Unfortunately. I did get a regular wash which includes inside cleaning.

Second time getting a car wash here. First time was fabulous. I paid $30 for a super wash and I left very upset. The back seats were still dirty, my dash and cupholders were the worst. Im not sure if it was new staff or poor actions today, but im upset that I didnt get what I paid for.

My goodness, where do I begin? I stumbled upon A Plus Auto Detail during a frantic search for a reputable detailer to fix another shop's HORRIBLE excuse for a paint correction. I initially went to Detail Doctor up north to fix holograms a body shop put all over my black Wrangler and this detailer returned my Jeep with even worse holograms! Art took time during the initial consult to walk around my Jeep with LED lighting and point out all the swirls/ scratches still in my paint that you can't see in the sun; it looked even worse than I thought. I sent the initial detailer video of this and immediately received a refund because he knew he didn't do a proper paint correction. When I brought my Jeep back to Art and his team, they took time to skillfully remove not only the holograms but literally MOST of the swirls/ scratches in my paint. If you know anything about black paint, that is not an easy task. And to top it off, he did this at an extremely reasonable price. I am so grateful; I literally smile every time I see my Jeep and get compliments about how shiny it looks. Art remedied an extremely stressful situation and taught me so much about paint correction and maintenance in the process. I plan to bring my Jeep back not only for paint concerns but all my audio needs as well. Highly recommend!

Turtle Mobile Detail was AMAZING! They came to my house and detailed all 3 of our cars in one day. Normally I'd have to bring the cars one by one to a detail shop and then has someone follow me or Uber home for an extra cost. This was a big money saver and CONVENIENCE. We had a ton of tar stuck to the lower wheel areas of our Volvo and he was able to get it off which I was shocked. Our interiors were like brand new after winter. Recommend highly!

I’d heard great things about Chicago Auto Detailers and I thought I would give them a try. I have an old conversion van that I use for hauling everything from groceries, dogs and furniture to building materials. Needless to say, it can get pretty dirty inside and out! I haven't had it formally detailed before, but I was having family coming to town and would be chauffeuring them around, so I needed a clean van. I was so pleased with the job that they did. I didn't think it was possible to get the seats and carpet so clean. Every surface shined! I also love that they are a small business and I will definitely use them again. 4.5/5 stars for me, but google wont let me do half so I rounded down. I bought a very old and used 2011 Toyota prius which needed some cleaning. I went in with very high expectations based on the google reviews (like pie in the sky sort of miracle that they could get the interior roof stains out without me mentioning it). Booked for 10am, and they called back around 2pm. They made me check the car before I paid which is nice. First glance, it looks pristine and smelled cleaner than before, so I felt all was good and in order. When I got home and could check each nook and cranny at my own pace and found some missed spots. Interior detail: Con: -Rear passenger seatbelt had a stain and still felt greasy. (Not sure if this is covered in this service package tho.) -dashboard air vent still has dust on one side -the gear lever's crevice still has dust. (Was really wishing i didnt have to do this myself bc i dont have specialized tools for this nook&cranny) -cup/keyholder (?) still has a small splotch. -interior roof has 2 main stains. It is still there after the detailing. (I'm not sure if the roof is covered in this service, but i assume it is since it is an interior panel.) -that lever you have to press to open the elbow compartment didn't look clean. -that foot ledge thing (doorstep? Carstep?) when you open the car door still had the old grime. Pro: +almost all stains gone +++cloth seats look like brand new +steering wheel felt easier to turn +rearview mirror's streaks are gone +seats were wet, but they put a complimentary plastic cover for the driver seat +they found my tire pressure pen & didnt keep it for themselves Exterior wash: Pro: +tires look shiny +the layer of dust at the rear was gone +little to no streaks Possible Con: -seeds still stuck in the car edge/trim (idk proper term. it's like a roof gutter, but for the car. I dont know if this is covered in this service.) -plastic tail of car looks splotchy. (I dont know if this part was included in the service, or if the stain is permanent and cant be cleaned) Small con: -a small speck of birdpoop still stuck on the sunroof. And sometimes, the customer is not always right, so here's what I could've done better. It's on me for not being thorough at the sign off, and maybe I should have pointed out the misc stains I was particular about during the appointment. I shouldn't have assumed they'll see it, or that it can be cleaned off. I should've done a checklist of sorts beforehand. My apologies for that/ I will try to remember to do that for next time! Overall, I'm grateful for what they could do in that quick turnaround time (4ish hours). They will get you 95% of the way there, which is still very good! The other 5% you will have to do yourself. I think I'd still recommend this place to others.

Great Job! He puts in the time to get it right. This 2019 wasn’t easy as it had a very stubborn glue residue left on it from being previously wrapped! Now no traces of glue (that dirt would stick to) and he got rid of the wear and tear of years on the road to make it look brand new! Very Happy! Thanks for the hard work and professionalism! Touch less car wash with 4 options 7 8 9 11 dollars. The cheapest option has no air dry and the highest option has a triple rinse. They have dollar vacuums. All machines accept credit card and there is a change making machine. They have $1 drying towels. If you go during the day staff will spray tire wash on tires. 10/10 review

It's definitely a touch-less type car wash system, so for those concerned about swirl marks after a wash, worry no more! Additionally, I liked the fact it takes a considerable amount of time for the cycle to finish. This allowed for all corners to be covered. No vacuum on site though, so this will be an in and out experience. Clean palace. Well recommended.
