My car wasn’t massively dirty but it was extremely difficult to get the crumbs out so to the low suction vacuums at the car wash. I had crumbs on my carpet/seats, finger prints on my console, and a very difficult to remove film on interior windshield. I got a complete detail done on my car including the engine and my car looks brand new! I’ve gotten so many compliments from family members on how clean I keep my car but it was really Francia. I would 100% get it done again, it was definitely worth having every bit of my car clean. Furthermore on the website they stated 6 hours but it only took 4 and I was able to pick up my car early.

Went to KLEAN DETAIL 2 years ago for a paint correction & ceramic coating, Angel charged me $1300 on my tahoe and gave me a 3 year warranty, this summer I noticed the hood turn blemishy and reached out to Angel called and through text, after showing him, he asked me if the truck was out of state ? Because the sun probably messed up the clear coat, I sent him a copy of the car fax and truck has been in Illinois all its life, he stopped answering calls or returned texts, waited a week to hear from him , nothing!!! 🚨WARNING 🚨 WORD TO THE WISE!!! He won’t honor the warranty and won’t take responsibility on the trucks hood, will blame it on the WEATHER OR SUN!!!! THATS WHY HE DOSNT GIVE RECEIPTS AND CHARGES CASH, STEER CLEAR OF THIS BUSINESS I DO NOT RECOMMEND !!! Smiles at the moment when you pay him but once you come back on warranty work won’t answer phone!!!!!!🚨 BEWARE!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!🚨 look at the hood in the pictures! I highly recommend Klean Detailing, owned and operated by Angel and his team. Besides being very communicative and professional, the results were amazing! I entrusted my 2023 Mazda CX-30 Carbon Edition with its luxurious red leather seats to their care, and I must say, the results were extraordinary. Despite my initial budget of $180, Angel's expert advice led me to opt for a more comprehensive package, which was a wise decision given the state of my car that had been neglected for a few months. Top notch!! I called to get more information as to services and appointments. 6 hour road trip and unfortunately I became ill driving back home to Chicago. Long story short, took care of myself and immediately called about detail services, sanitizing and deep thorough cleansing and beautifying to my vehicle. Due to a cancellation, Pro Auto was able to take me on yesterday instead of Monday. PHENOMENAL!!👏☺❤. THOROUGH, ATTENTIVE, DEDICATED! I cant thank Daniel and Ivan enough for the mobile wash (carpet steam/car wash) on my wheelchair van. Daniel set up my appointment right away but with less than a week to go I had to change appointment date and Daniel happily obliged. He came thru on time and it was a pretty chilly day at that! They're stand up guys and did a great job on the stains on the carpet that were who knows how old. $3 car wash anywhere is better than the $15 here. Wheels 1/2 clean more tire shine on the wheel than on the actual tire. Tailgate barely touched. Tree sap still on the hood. You can still see the outline of the wipers on the windshield. All the bugs still on front grill because no pre spray.

Hello, I came to the car wash and asked for help in order to do the monthly subscription and I wanted to get the regular wash, but the person who helped me when he looked at the car window saw that you have an Uber sticker and then he told me that you cannot take the regular subscription because you will come every day. I had to take the average or highest paid one and when I asked him why, he told me that these are the instructions of the car wash owner. I do not advise anyone to subscribe with them. Their treatment is not good.

Great first wash! I'm in the car of the month car wash my car is never dirty, all year round. The first wash very impressive. Yet alone it was free... Turned around after car wash and signed up for unlimited car washes monthly club. Great hours 8 to 8 best staff and so friendly he was so polite and very informative. Which made a wonderful experience the first visit. Watch out Rainstorm you have BIG competition... I'm a new customer with Encore in Oak Lawn now.

My car was in bad need of a cleaning on the inside, and I decided to make an appointment to get it detailed. When I called he was very flexible with me on when I could bring it in. He literally took only an hour and half and when I seen the inside of my car I thought I was just getting from the dealership, he cleaned my car so good I was amazed. I would definitely recommend taking your car here if you want an excellent cleaning. He was very professional and he does great work

Before & After photos attached. Scott did a terrific job! This car was a dusty AF and full of dog-hair. (It was sitting for 5 years and I bought it dirt cheap) — so to be absolutely honest I wanted an interior detail, but knew that I had to set my expectations low because of how dirty the car was. BUT I’m telling you, this dude exceeded those expectations by far! The pics speak for themselves. Scott was available immediately and his pricing was very fair for the amount of work. (I called 4 other detail spots in area and they were either not available for awhile or WAY too pricey) I would highly recommend him to anybody who needs a detail. He works out of a car wash in Summit, renting out one of the bays. He’s super professional and very communicative. He accepts both cash or zelle.

I've been looking for a hand car wash for a while by me and I think I found it! They were thorough!! They did the interior and exterior. They would wipe it down then soap it up and wipe it down then go in again and really make sure they get every nook and cranny. They vaccumed tons of stuff inside the car too. Any trash they got rid of it. The car even had a new car smell to it. It was great! Highly recommend them!

I usually go to different car wash a bit south but today I’ve sent my truck with friend of mine to Super Shine Car Wash. I believe i have received my truck the same way I have sent it. The only difference is that I’ve spent $45 which i now regret. I’ll stop writing now and let you all watch the pics and decide. Not recommended

Perhaps a little too eco. Came by and did the $10 wash. We did not see any rinsing being done not the blowers blowing the vehicle dry. Upon parking, we looked around the car to see that it was still fairly dirty and the carwash did a poor job. I've been to gas station car washes that have washed my truck better than this place.

FIRST AND LAST time going to this car wash. On July 2nd 2023 we made a quick stop to this carwash before heading on the expressway to buy fireworks for my kids. Once we parked at the firework shop my husband noticed the cover of the sideview mirror on the passenger side (i was driving) was not there. I immediately called the Carwash and spoke with Mohammed, told him i was there 30min ago and if he could look for this part. After he put me on hold to look for the part he said it is here. I asked if it was scratched or broken and he said no it is fine. He said to come to the office to get it from him. Once there Mohammed gave me the part and i immediately noticed the hinges to connect to the main mirror were broken off. I asked him what could i do and he said i can make a report in which we did that same day. The next day I received a call from Manager Caden in which he said they reviewed the footage and the part blew off at the end when the dryers were drying the car so the part was probably broken already. I told Caden i would like to review the footage as that is impossible as the part was not broken to begin with. Caden told me i had 2 options, 1. to go through my insurance to request the footage (which i am not as my deductible would be more than what that part would cost) or 2. Write an e-mail through their website and request the footage for a fee. After i hung up with Caden i sent an email for the footage, that was July 3rd. Yesterday since i did not hear back at all i called and left a vm and sent another email. I get a call today July 26th from Mike stating that he received an e-mail from higher ups to tell me that the only way to view the footage is to go through my insurance. What cowardice to hide behind an employee instead of calling me and doing things the right way. What a shame on this Company, its service and its management.

They call it FULL SERVICE!!! First after I recognized what they did I came back. It took them 1.5H to fix few spots as on the pics. Then after I came back to home and try out my rubber mats on the place I saw they are still dirty. I have to wash them in my bathtub. Next day morning I found lot of SCRATCHES on my dashboard. If you want to use their service GOOD LUCK!

I’ve seen this place for years, but this was my 1st time using them.The water pressure was good, there were signs of no hand washing or buckets when others are waiting. I brought my bucket, and luckily there wasn’t anyone waiting, so I was able to clean my car good. $3 for 4 minutes, is fair I suppose, I spent $6. but to really get it done in 4 minutes, I probably needed another hand. If you’re alone, you gotta hustle, unless you’re doing a light cleaning. Love the spot free rinse. My car was clean and spot free. This will be my new spot for sure!

I had recently had surgery and as you can imagine can’t clean my own car, I had contacted Eric because having two dogs and moving from one home to the other my car became gross. Eric came to my home and detailed my car inside and out. He took his time with my car and it looks like I purchased a brand new car. These guys are awesome! They come to your house and detail your car. There's no way you would get these results if you put your car anywhere else. My van literally looks brand new. Even my kids were so impressed and asked me if it was the same van lol. As a busy mom of 4 it was super convenient to have them come to my house. They were able to get stuff out i never thought would get out such as melted crayons! Their prices are reasonable too. Im definitely treating my van to this more often.

Called the place to informed the I am assuming is the owner he was so careless with my concerns Seems like the employees be rushing and I understand it’s a busy car wash but I am paying for a service so I expect to have the service done. He just needs to reinforce and double check on the employees work cause that place ain’t cheap to wash your car. I would not take your vehicle to get washed/ detailed here. I brought my new car here for its first hand wash. There were some stains and smudges left on the paint which I was able to take off myself with a rag *after the wash. Not to mention the interior seats were stained with an oil of some kind which I’m having difficulty removing. Definitely not worth what you’re paying. I’d take your vehicle elsewhere.

My vehicle had a complete detail for it's exterior and interior! My exterior used to have many scratches and Christian was able to get rid of all of them with a new ceramic coat. I am extremely happy with the work that was done for the exterior and interior as you can see from my photos. I would like to point out that all stains were removed from my seats. I bought a membership, just for it to last only 4 days. Every time I would go through the fast pass lane my pass wouldn’t work they replaced it and said it would work, the second one still wouldn’t work. Then trying to continue to go I had to have an employee manually let me through, I tell them my issue and its a fight just to get my car through the wash when I paid for a membership. Last thing they called me and tell me my pass is discontinued after not even getting a week use out of my membership. New owners are horrible and employees are very rude telling me Im not active and acting like I want a free car wash. I paid for a MONTH membership not even to use it for 5 days… Big scam. Liars and thieves..

Close to home so convenient unfortunately last 2 experiences with them very poor! Purchased $25 wash and nothing activated no wax no tire shine no rainx then decided to try again about a week later rainx only! Watch closely what you pay for be sure your services activate. In both situations pulled around with receipts and mysteriously manager scanned his card wash worked perfectly! I decided not to return and take $100 a month elsewhere for both mine and wife’s vehicles! Just disappointed when you take pride in your vehicles!

Christmas Eve was my 1st time going to Eco Car Wash. They left the car looking clean and sparkling. The vaccums are pretty powerful which I especially liked! I locked my keys, phone & purse in the car😩But Darcy was very friendly and patient & extremely helpful!!!! She went above & beyond to help me get my door unlocked. Thank you Darcy🙏 Mike the manager was also very nice. My overall experience was great at Eco Car Wash, orher than getting locked out. A year later and this is still THE BEST car wash around by far. Nothing else comes close. We have 2 car washes closer to home but we drive here b/c it's always clean, no lines, and the employees are always super helpful. We never feel cramped here and their free vacuums are awesome. Did I mention that the price is right?! Even their cheapest $5 wash does an great job. This is no ordinary car wash - they use the best wash products that work hard and they never skimp on soap and drying time. My boyfriend and I both have the unlimited car was plan for $10 a month each. It's just friggin' awesome and you can wash your car ever day but I think only once a day (fine by us ;). I have to give this place an honest review so here it is I brought my car here to give it a wash so I bought the $15 option thinking it was going ti get pretty clean. It did not, it felt like they gave me the cheapest wash that they offered. And so I complained and went to talk to the worker there and gave me another wash and the same thing happened the car was not washed properly again! And so then I went to talk to the manager asking for my money back and he said that because of the company’s policy he can’t refund me my money but he said he can give me another wash, the best car wash offer that they offer there which it was a wash of $20 and so I agreed I said let’s wash it again. These pictures are after the third wash I washed the car! The car still didn’t get cleaned. They say it was a $20 wash but I believe they are scamming people and have their cars washed with the cheapest option, at least that’s how it was for me! After I got out of the car wash I took pictures of how “WELL“ it was cleaned, you can see the top of the car, the rear ended of the car, the wheels, you also see the hood and back trunk that were not cleaned and this was after the 3rd time of washing it, the dirt could easily come off just by wiping it off with my finger! Take your car somewhere else to wash your car! THIS PLACE IS A SCAM !

Do not book. Complete scammer. He quoted me $600 for 4 cars, $150 per car. He said he could do 4 cars in 1 day. When he came late, he took 7 hours, til 10 pm to get 2 cars done. Then he proceeded to charge me $220 for one car, $160 for the other, for a total of $380 for 2 cars. He left both of them dirty, even though I paid him $80 more than what he quoted me. He said he would come back the next day but then he blocked my number and never came back, even though I pre-paid him extra for a “sand bomb” service he said he would do the next day. I have all the pictures to prove it, attaching it to this review. Don’t hire this guy, he’s unprofessional. Hire someone that knows what they’re doing, don’t get scammed by this guy. I found a much more reliable detailer for a better price. All the pictures attached to this review are after his detailing service.

Ozzy did an excellent job on the interior detailing of my Toyota Camry , Soptless ! I was super impressed . We take both our cars to this wash and we are more than satisfied about the results. The price is favorable, you may have a bit of a wait depending on when you go. However, this one of the best spots. Seating is a little small, but you’re getting a car wash not a hotel room. Read a book, leave a tip please. The people work hard and as such, give them a tip! I always do.

They don't deserve even one star. In 25 years of taking my cars to the wash, this has been the worst of the worst, and I paid for the deluxe. My Yukon was left all muddy inside. They didn't even take the time to arrange the mats correctly. It was the first time and I won't be going back. Whoever reads this, I hope you think about it many times before going there. This spot is under new ownership. This weekend was the grand opening and they were offering FREE car washes, so we stopped in. There was quite a few cars in line, but they did a good job of managing the line. We got our FREE car wash and it was a good one too! I hadn't been to the old one, but it seems like the equipment is new. Our vehicle came out nice, clean and dry - oh and the vacuums are free all the time.
