I discovered FA Detailing 8 years ago after a new vehicle purchase for a ceramic coating. Not only did they coat my vehicle but also trained me in techniques that would help me to properly maintain the finish. I just replaced that vehicle but even after 8 years the finish looked new. Thanks so much Landis for doing such an awesome job today! Due to unmarked yellow road striping on Market Streer, my black equinox had yellow paint everywhere! It was in the tire wells and on the side of my car. I was told by an autobody shop that it could be about $9000 to replace everything !!! Ultra Gold was highly recommended and now I can see why!!! Regarding my rating, the service work completed was great and I had the pleasure of being assisted by Pablo. He did great work and was very helpful in addressing all my concerns and provided timely updates. However, the customer service during my experience was not up to par. When arriving to pickup my vehicle and pay, I simply informed the female receptionist that I’d like to look over the vehicle before paying. When you are spending money somewhere, anywhere, you’re obligated to ensure things are accurate and correct before leaving. If you buy food or clothes, it’s on you to check that “order” before leaving and getting home because sometimes things are missed. The receptionist was verbally combative with that request and in a way made it sound criminal and treated me very impolite. I never even asked for the key just to be pointed in the direction of my car. When I tried to explain further I was met with an unprofessional attitude and then customer service went right out of the window. She then implied either I pay or implied my vehicle would be held hostage or something crazy like that. I just wanted to be directed to my vehicle, and was met with rudeness as if I was a thief. Then I asked to speak with whoever was in charge because I wanted to communicate that issue, and then more verbal combat ensued. This experience soured my perception of this shop. I was interested in building a rapport and have already spent nearly $800. Experiences stick with us and customer service should be the utmost priority everywhere. Professionalism matters and no intelligent individual should spend their money and get insulted at the same time.

I have been coming to All About Auto for years, first with my '04 Honda Accord and now with my Honda Fit. I've had the pleasure of seeing them operate out of their first building off of Adelaide and now off of Division. I can say with 100% confidence that they're the absolute best. Truly. Whether it's a larger issue or something minor, they are timely, honest, and realistic. They'll also never charge you for work that they don't think is necessary. No place I'd rather take my cars. I plan to go to them as long as I can.

I was having a hard time working the self-serve bay, but called for help and was upgraded without additional charge for spending extra time. We were on a cross country road trip when the bottom shield of our car came lose. We pulled off at this exit and pulled into this carwash to get a rinse and take a look. My fiancé was on the ground under the car looking and the owner came over - he was super nice and offered assistance. Was totally understanding of our situation and it was much appreciated! Found this car detail shop through local search. Austin was very professional, examined the car, gave recommendations, and honored discount for inside and outside services. Made appointment and he was present when we arrived. Returned to see he had done an excellent job cleaning the vehicle- better than when I bought it used, particularly the carpet and seat upholstery. Also, the engine was spotless! Would recommend and return.

I had my interior deep cleaned and detailed by Austin and he did an incredible job! He was able to fit me in a very short turn around before I left town for work. I frequently have my large dog in the car and drive around my family so there were lots of spills and LOTS smells (spilled milk that started smelling spoiled - yuk!), but with Austin’s service it came out smelling brand new and I have a light beige cloth interior so really incredible job! Affordable prices compared to other detail shops in the area. Great service, fast communication, great price, I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Bought a car from them cash. They waited over a month to send the paperwork to Springfield. Now I must wait at least 2 months on top of the month they wasted by not sending in the paperwork. In my opinion, 3 months to get a license and title is ridiculous.

It was a while back that I had work done on my car at Bob Zook's but I have nothing but positive things to say. To take it back to what all was done. My couple month old GTI had a run in with a deer that did some pretty significant damage to the passenger side. I was pretty upset and worried about finding a body shop that could match the cornflower blue color. My brother recommended me to Bob Zook's because, he had work done on his mustang that turned out flawlessly. Armed with that knowledge, I took my gti up there where I met Bryan. To say he has an eye for detail would be an understatement. He went over my car and even found things my insurance missed. Throughout the whole process Bryan and his team were great at keeping my updated with a timeline for parts and where they were with my car. This happened during covid times, so getting parts was a struggle. The final product of all their work is simply stunning. I can't tell that it was ever even in an accident. I can't thank them enough. So, if you need work done on your car, I highly recommend these guys!

I strongly advise against using this company. They completely ruined my truck. The roof wasn't sealed properly, the paint job is terrible, and they installed a replacement headliner after burning the original one. The owner lied about the damage, and other employees confirmed the burning. They also broke my block heater, left wires hanging, and unnecessarily replaced the bumper. The truck is covered in overspray and black tar. They charged me for a window switch and rain guards that were never installed, and they reused a damaged headlight. The grill was damaged and poorly repaired, leaving the turn signal out of place. Please avoid this company to save yourself from a terrible experience.

Used the car wash to wash my bike, all equipment worked properly and you can tell it is well maintained. Some washes you go to the chemicals are out or stuff is broken, not here. Very pleased, I will be back. Pressurized air drying system was very nice for blowing the water out of the gears/chain on my bike and other crevices.

Went in for a remote start and window tints, came out with a screw in my brand new tire! Jason was unwilling to claim any responsibility and told me it was more likely I picked up a screw along veterans parkway than their shop/ parking lot. Also, hoping these bubbles in my window tint naturally resolve so I don’t have to go back there!

This was my first time at this car wash. Very much impressed with the staff and throughness of the wash. The cashier was informative and very courteous, along with being professional and helpful. My Terrain still has a great shine and smooth to the back of the hand rub. The vacuums and cleaners and microfiber towels were very well stocked and the whole area coming into the wash and inside the wash and detailing areas were very clean and pleasant to the eye, especially to a first time out of state customer. Please recognize your staff for a job well done and I will be returning.

Went there for the first time on Saturday and will not return. Purchased the $20 option since it had the undercarriage and it didn’t even clean my Jeep. There is still so much dirt on my Jeep and the undercarriage. While the car wash was fast, I’d rather have it clean vs fast.

Great experience! Got a promo for $10 per month for 3 months for the top wash. Outstanding car wash with God vacuums, rags and cleaners, mat wash, and more. Car looks outstanding, and I can wash it daily. Best car wash, I've gotten in town! Highly recommend and better value and cost experience than in other places.

Most horrible car wash. It damaged my car. I felt there wasn’t enough water used during start of the wash itself and only brushes rubbed my car. I immediately noticed and informed the representative. He took my details and pictures and then apologized for damage, informing me that someone would contact me to resolve the damage. Till now nobody contacted me. Never go to this place for car wash. They damage your vehicle.

NEVER USE THEM! Damaged my vehicle from front to back on the right hand side. We're talking obvious ticking and deep scratching to the top and sides. Went to speak to a representative and even before he had seen the vehicle he asked/stated that it was on the right hand side. He took my details and pictures and then apologized for damage, informing me that someone would contact me to resolve the damage. Finally get the call 4 days later and the guy, Dalton, tries to tell me that it wasn't caused by the car wash, even though they were down for repairs earlier, and that all this damage is not consistent with the machine as there would be "tick marks". I immediately drive down there and physically show him the damage and tick marks. Dalton starts to get flustered as he knows he's going to have to outright lie to my face, which he does. We even watched the camera footage of it damaging my vehicle and he still denied it. Cancel your membership and save yourself the money. It will cost you a lot more in the long run if you dont. To anyone reading this comment: The reply to this comment from Rainstorm is just a way to make it look like they might do somethingif you just contact them. They won't. They are silent and refer the claim decision to the area manager Dalton Cunningham, who is the exact guy I met with, and he lied straight to my face as he is paid to do. They will scratch your car from front to back and then absurdly deny it while you point straight to it. You have the right and expectation to not have your vehicle damaged by using their services, regardless of any disclaimers posted.

After reading some of the reviews i wanted to share my experience. I use a car wash quit a bit i plow snow do landscaping weed control a lot of things. So I'm washing equipment trucks and thing quit a bit. Anyway so i pulled in to was plow and spreader off. I swiped card and then realized wand was broke. So I called the number posted on the door which is the wrong number. That would be my only complaint the number should be updated. But not a huge deal since we all have a cell phone we can use google which i did and called the number listed. A guy answered after telling him what had happened he offered full refund. I got the check in the mail around 10 days later. So not sure what was going on before now but that's my experience. I like going here cause i feel like the car wash is kept nice and clean and its just a smooth experience outside of the time with the wand and to be honest stuff happens. So anyway I highly recommend this car wash. Have a Great Day/Night

Vacuums were mediocre. Opted out of manually washing my car today. Chose to use my club membership pass and went to another automatic car wash instead. Wasn't very busy, so I had plenty of time to vacuum and clean the interior of my car without feeling rushed. Trashcans were emptied while I was there, so I had no problems getting rid of some junk that had piled up in my car. Went on a Sunday morning. It was cloudy, so not many people and no wait times!

Updated 11/4/24: The new owner called and apologized as well as offered to redo the detailing at no extra cost. I am very appreciative that he took the time to call. I did have my car redone, and I have to say the second time around was so so much better. You can see a 100% difference than the first time. They clearly took their time and cleaned everything completely. Seats and floors shampooed, everything inside cleaned/conditioned. The outside looks so great, and the tires too! If this is what I can expect each time going forward, I will definitely be back again. Thank you so very much!! Not even worth $140 that I paid, not to mention I was charged $10 extra for an oversized vehicle. I drive a Honda Civic! I was told on the phone when I made the appointment , it would be $130 for a Complete Detail. But when I came in, I was charged $10 extra for an oversized vehicle. I was literally told that anything bigger than a clown car is considered oversized, but yet on their website, it list something completely different for oversized vehicles. Then she had the nerve to ask if I wanted to add a tip. That $10 extra you charged me is the tip! The cleaning was okay at best. My seats were not shampooed, only the floormats, but they didn't even put my floor mats back. Just tossed them in the trunk in a pile, STILL WET! The dashboard was still dusty, and the center consule was still dirty by the cup holders. The tires were not even dressed as stated on the website. This was a complete rip-off. I could have done better and spent less. I will not be coming back!!

WOW!! I'm from Decatur. This Bloomington location is much better for vacuuming your car!!! The hose nossles are awesome, more powerful like Billingsley gas in Decatur and MUCH easier to park and get out!!! I also felt like I got a better wash 🤷‍♀️ Attendant super friendly!!!

Took my BRAND NEW CAR to this car wash and when we got out we noticed a huge scratch down the passenger side! We know for a fact that there were not any scratches on the car as we had looked the car over beforehand. I'm super upset and will never come back to this car wash. Beware! Your car might end up with scratches, and not "fine scratches". I even paid for their highest tier of car wash 😭

Horrible car wash!! I spent $25 to get everything done. While I was there half of the vacuums weren’t in service. The bug prewash bucket was gone. I went through the car wash came out and still bugs all over the front and side mirrors. I’ve tried calling the number and it’s not in service. I suggest if you want your car actually washed you pick a different car wash!
