My mother has been here a few times and she says these guys always do a great job on her truck. She's got dogs so they really put effort into it to make it look great again. I tried to get my car cleaned up too but the logistics just didn't work on my end BUT they were very responsive and tried to work with me and my schedule. I appreciate that!

My wife and I are incredibly happy with the job Arthur and the team at Final Finish. They spent extra time to recondition my wife’s vehicle prior to applying a 3-year ceramic coating. It looks and feels fantastic! My car already had a ceramic coating but was overdue for a hand wash and interior detail. It looks better than new. Final Finish is our new go-to.

Not fast, but only because they were working hard to get my car clean. They exceeded my expectations. I’ve had three kids climbing around my with boots all winter and was ready for an interior (and exterior) clean. I went on a Thursday afternoon when it was not super busy and got some work done in the spacious waiting area while they worked magic on my car. Total process took almost an hour but it was worth the time and cost.

I have 2 dogs who routinely ride in my car and I couldn’t get their hair off so hired Adam. I’m SO mad I forgot to take before pics because it was so hairy - but Adam did an extremely thorough job, spending more time on the car than he thought he would need to, and it literally looked new when he was done. This place might be fine for a quick drive-through wash in a pinch, but definitely avoid it at all costs for any drop-off services or detailing. I’ve had great experiences at other Fuller’s locations, but this one is an absolute scam. I left the car with them for over 4 hours, returned to find it still dirty with just a layer of wax applied right over all the dirt and bugs it arrived with and a bill totaling over $200 - absolutely ridiculous.

Save time and money and go to jet brite. Much better car wash and when you pay for rims to be cleaned jet brite does a MUCH better job. Maybe that’s why jet brite has a line.

Had heard about the ministry auto detailing from my neighborhood website. Had been wanting this done, so timing was great. Scheduled an appt. Was met by Michael, who described services. He was kind enough to show me where I could wait, and that there was an attached gift shop.The gentleman working the front desk was very nice. Once the detailing was completed, I met Max, who described the work that was done. Both Michael & Max were extremely courteous & respectful. My vehicle looked like it had just come off the showroom floor, it looked brand new!! I am thrilled that I found this facility, the price was amazing, the attention to detail was superb. I could not ask for a better place to have my vehicle cared for. Thank you all!

*update* I was given a full refund when I spoke to customer service about the experience. Everyone raves about this car wash so we decided to try it out…. Extremely disappointing, expensive and my car still had the soap suds on after going through it twice! Also to add, I was not even charged for the service I asked for, but a completely different one for which I said “no thank you!”

He guided me to the services best needed for my situation while being conscious of cost. The interior cleaning was awesome and having the mats cleaned added the final touch! Alan S. worked meticulously on the mats and ensured I was satisfied with every facet of the interior. I particularly appreciated his service attitude and his thoroughness. This so called hand car wash place is nothing different than any gas station. Vehicle has terrible dried water spots like it would just dry up in the sun. Interior is almost not touched, dirt on the seats and dashboard. Why do y’all think I brought my car to you agreed on that $50 inside/outside fee? Is it so hard to get that car fairly clean? What a waste of time

Wish I could give them a better review since I do think they do a nice job on the wash - but the amount of time I spend waiting for them to get my car in the wash itself is ridiculous. (Even on not busy/not good weather days). Took 38 minutes for them to get my car through the wash this week and put 3 cars in before mine and they arrived after i did. Unless you have an hour to spend at the car wash I wouldn’t waste your time.

Where not to go. Was very dissatisfied with the service. We've had positive results in the past with other vehicles, however not this time. The price quoted was $350 for a complete interior/exterior showroom detail. Upon vehicle being dropped off, it was made clear that brand new carpet was just installed along with only two front bucket seats. Very minimal work was needed for the interior. However when the vehicle was returned to our shop, it became clear that the rear hatch was never opened because it represented dirt and debris. We cleaned and detailed it ourselves accordingly. Thankfully we took the time to inspect the work. Reputation is the number one asset of any business. Your company just lost it. We will not be back nor recommend you to anyone else.

Everything went well for me today. Despite the other location being fully booked until Thursday, I managed to find an available slot at this one. David, who happened to be there, agreed to clean my car inside and out for a reasonable price, even though they were only working on retooling for the reopening. The car looked brand new when he finished, just like it did after the previous detailing session. I will definitely continue to be a loyal customer.

I took my car for basic wash on 6/21/24 and this car wash cracked my windshield. When I told the staff they said they'd get back to me in 2 days. It's been one week and they finally called to let me know the crack was from "high temperatures and cold water used in the machine" despite the claim I filed clearly stating that both my passenger and I watched the front roller lift my windshield wiper abruptly and slam it back onto the glass causing this crack. They are now "sending my claim up the chain", and I'm sure it will be another week before they avoid taking accountability for their machine's error. The least they could do is give my five dollars for the wash back, but they should be fully reimbursing me for this windshield. STAY AWAY.

This has been my go to car wash. As an updated review, I would like to suggest the car wash now change out the vacuum end attachments since they are getting somewhat worn and unrefined. Don’t ever want to scratch our surfaces in the car. I also would like to suggest for the top tier membership that Jet Brute have a designated area with air hoses to blow out debris out of your car and offer microfiber towels and sprays. I visited some very nice car washes out of state recently in Florida and in Colorado and they offered these extra amenities.

Don't come here ! Wish I can give it a no star! I came to this wash to get my car cleaned , only the car is not fully clean to find out I would get rear ended by another car. On top of this the employee was not paying attention where the other car had pushed my car all the way to the exit instead of someone stopping or hitting an emergency stop for the car wash, nope no one was paying attention ! It was at least 30seconds of car bumper to bumper. Also they blame me because I drive a Tesla . Car was in wash mode the entire time and stayed in neutral. This was a very frustrating event not only no one was taking the fault for it and nor ask if we was ok after the fact. Do better ! Oh yeah also notice my rim was also scratch's from the rollers or rails This happened today Jan 8 around 9:30 am

HORRIBLE!!!!! DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU HAVE MATTE paint car. Horrible!!! I called multiple times and asked if they washed matte paint cars with safe matte paint soap and knew what they were doing. I was assured he had the right matte paint soap and it was fine. Next thing I know he fineshes washing the car and puts WAX on my matte paint car. Now matte paint is ruined and glossy due to being lied to and not knowing what they are doing. Horrible business!

From the consultation to the quote to the drop off to the pick up. Every step of the process was communicated well, and expectations were set properly. These guys got all my holograming in the paint out and a great amount of other surface scratches out. The paint looks like glass. Thank you Chicago Auto Pros, truly a fantastic job.

Above and beyond. Those are the words that best represent Lewis, the owner's, work ethic and quality. He did a PPF application for me and an interior detail. The work was top tier and justifies the phrase you get what you pay for. Lewis has been detailing for 18 years and the wealth of knowledge is apparent, as is the skill. Like many, I'm willing to drive from a long way away to get service. I'm not sure I could endorse this business more.

I came to these guys after moving my office. It was a surprise to me to see so many layers of dust on my shelves, folders, documentation and all the other office crap so car seats and cargo were my biggest concern. However, these guys are professionals, literally in a matter of minutes, they returned my car to a new look and there was no trace left of my move. I got it back the same as when I bought it. Generally good experience with car wash, except my car never dries completely. Also, for the ‘better’ option wash dirt still stays on the inside rims of doors and wheel wells. Is it possible the sunroof glass break with the pressure of touchless car wash? When the jets hit the ceiling it sounds scary!

It is one of the better touchless ones around. I loved it when they were part of EverWash but they dumped that and are now delayed at the deployment of their new app/ system. Managed well as a car wash but not so able to manage digital technology or vendors I guess. Guys. You should have developed, tested, confirmed and deployed. You know that whole PDCA cycle of business and all ? They have however raised their prices. Fairly significantly. I would guess that their new monthly rate is going to also be much higher than before. When they get it going that is……It is apparently now January but I am skeptical. They must be much more profitable with the raise in prices and no monthly plan and I guess that the new app will be further delayed. It is a shame. But I will only use it in winter now. I will. Do at home in summer.

1 Check-In A friend of mine recommended this car wash a few days ago. So, today was my first time bringing my car here. I usually get it washed at another place but they always miss areas of my car for instance cleaning my trunk, or leaving used napkins in my door. Haha. I'm pretty impressed with ShinePros. They did an AMAZING job. It's partly because it's a hand wash and the guys know what they're doing. They made my car look brand new. I go hiking a few times a week so my car looked like it had been deserted for months. Lol. I would highly recommend this place. No wait time, respectful staff, and their work is wonderful.
