SAD! I stopped coming here because the service was getting worse. It's been a few months and I figured I would stop by today for a quick wash. I bought the $22 wash but wish I paid the 10 bucks instead. I live around the corner and parked in the garage. Just look at the pics, dirt all over the back and at the bottom of the car. Only 2 rims were wiped down but the passenger side not even touched. Definitely won't be back again. What a waste of money. SAD!

Never again. Normally I wash my own cars, but it was superbowl Sunday, so I figured I'd stop for a quick wash. Pull up and get the best one they have at $38. It comes with interior vacuum and window cleaning. Nope! Windows are streaky and still have prints (grandkids). I didn't expect them to be perfect, but I don't think they touched them. Their hand dry is a joke, I mean they did get it dry, but don't use lint free cloths so now I have red lint all over the vehicle. Just terrible and shoddy all around. Will never be back! Windows are hard to see the prints/streaks in the pictures but they are there.

Five stars x 100. D&K Solutions is the absolute best place to have your vehicle detailed. My car was definitely not clean inside nor out, but now it sparkles!! Interior was shampooed, steam cleaned and conditioned. It's immaculate! The wheels were dressed, and the exterior is white as snow. Shiny, sparkly and slick! Daniel was extremely nice and respectful to this 70 year old woman. I highly recommend him and D&K.

Francisco did such an amazing work on removing all the EGG from the exterior of my car. He took his time to explain the process and made sure I was satisfied. I am very content with the outcome. I was wanting to get my car ready and protected for the winter, closest place couldn’t get me until January so I seen no point in going. So I ended up messaging and got in right away and he did amazing on my car, it looked better than what it did when I first bought my car. The roller brush that is used to apply the tire shine scratched the bottom of my car. The brush operates in a rolling motion only. There was more tire shine on the side of the car instead of the tire. The manager on shift was super nice and took some great photos. Can anyone guess what the claims department said?? Love the car wash. They spray off your car even before you enter the car wash. Love it... so it don't carry in dirt/ mud onto the shames. They offer towels to dry additionally or clean your windows with. They have air sprayers to get water out of mirrors and crevices, and have glass cleaner available. Their vacuums are good. I've been a member since they opened!

I recently tried to take my dog here to use their dog wash space and the machine refused to take my cash, just kept spitting it back out immediately. I tried to call their number but no one picked up, could not see any workers around either without leaving my dog unattended. I will give them another try soon to see if this has been fixed, but was otherwise a let down since this is the closest dog wash station in my area. :(

I was so surprised to drive up and get offered a month of car washes at $1. Price will go up after a month, but it's a wonderful way to see if I like it. After my first car wash, I am greatly satisfied. It did a great job and totally hands free on my part!! I loved the colorful ride/wash!! (Pictures added!) Edit: BEWARE!! They do not make it easy to cancel after that first month. I went online and cancelled it, but they then charged me. So I went to the Moline location and it reaked of Marijuana strong in the office. They told me you cannot cancel online - although the email said you could and the link to the website offered it. I asked for my money back - trust me, you won't get it back!! They do have free vacuums and the car wash does a decent job, which is why I gave it a 2 star. But if it is out of your way, as it is for me, it is hard to get there.

I didn’t even wanna give this a bad star due to giving it a second chance going in after the first bad wash but this is honestly ridiculous after the second wash in a row, you can’t charge 40$ for the best car wash to have a car scratched up and still dirty after going twice in a row in the car wash.

The old manual car wash was 1000x better. Barely sprays or washes vehicle. Employees came out and warned us that They may not be able to wash the vehicle. vehicle did not dry at all and very little spacing in between cars because they were busy. Does an extremely poor job would not recommend at all.m!!!

First I was accused by the attendant of stealing my membership because I didn't have the sticker in my window. Even though I had been going to this car wash 2-3 times a week until that point. Was in contact with Drew and was supposed to have my month comped for the issue. Never heard anything back so called and asked for them to cancel my membership. Now I get charged a month later after I asked for them to cancel my membership. Don't waste your time with this place. Car wash itself is fine. Terrible management and a complete joke of how to run a business

I had a coffee stain on the front passenger floor board that had been there for about 6 months .... I did not think they’d be able to completely get it out, but you can not tell there was anything there at all!!! Wonderful job.

I have been searching for a touchless drive-thru car wash, hoping this would be the right option for me to purchase a monthly membership. Unfortunately, the price is the same as other car washes that offer staff to dry off your car and provide free vacuum services. I expected it to be a bit less expensive, given that there is no manpower involved in washing and drying my car.

Nice car wash. Was not impressed with the blowers that help dry your vehicle. Fresh coat of was on it, and there was still alot of water left on the vehicle. Would still recommend, but honestly I think I would just do the self serve next time.

Had a van detailed, was quoted $130, but when van was finished they tacked on $20 extra claiming excessive pet hair. Which really must mean, if you have any hair, it's going to be excessive. The detailing was an ok job. There were streaks and areas in exterior paint especially near plates where wax dried and wasn't wiped. There was very little detail paid to cleaning the dash, and fuzz from the rags was left behind. Door jambs weren't wiped or cleaned. Stickers weren't removed. Windows had smears in the corners where dirt gets trapped. Leather seats looked as if they had been washed with soap and water and the soap dried on it, whereas before cleaning the seats were shiny. The car did however smell good and looked like it had a basic cleaning done, similar to if you had done it yourself. The carpets were lifted and lightly cleaned. Since most other detail places averaged around $250 for basic detailing, $150 might seem like a good deal. If you're looking for a true detail though, this isn't the shop I'd pick.

We’ve been using your facilities since you opened your rock island store and we were pleased with the work. However most of the wash line no longer work. Kinda disappointed with the lack of maintenance that is being done on the main product of this business. Hopefully this will change soon. I have tried numerous detail places since McLaughlin closed in downtown Moline. I have always been dissatisfied. Daniel who is the owner and detailer did an excellent job on my car and it looked brand new when it was finished with his detail. I highly recommend his work. He's a little bit hard to find because of his address but he is right behind East Moline Chiropractic Clinic on Avenue of the Cities in a Blue and Gray building

Said the we’re going to replace bedside cause it was mangled, instead they pounded out the dents and filled with bondo, the whole bedside is caved in at least a inch after their “repair” , the bed no longer matches the cab on that side of the truck, absolutely the worst body shop in the quad cities by far!! They are absolute hacks!!!

QP did an outstanding job with my BMW 535. They fixed a few minor exterior scratches and cases of parking lot rash and cleaned the interior to the point where I didn't immediately realize that I had kids when I got into my car (at least temporarily). All in all a good value and solid recommendation if you're looking for the extra care that a corporate car wash can't provide.

It's okay. Was better when it was $0.⁵⁰. At $2. Per wash you have to move quick if you need the scrub brush. The water doesn't seem to be heated. That fact that it is never busy is a plus. Has coin changer. Also takes bills at each stall.

Had my C7 in for a top of the line ceramic coat. All I can say is WOW!! I'm thoroughly impressed with the attention to detail and knowledge that the installer, Cody, has. I was passing through a foreign city in a foreign state when my car's front driver side tire lost 3 of 4 lug nuts. In a moment of desperation, I called J&J who promptly visited me on the highway and helped me avoid a costly towing fee after determining my car could be driven the short distance to their garage on the one remaining lug nut. James was completely transparent with me during the entire repair process (which he let me observe through its entirety) and kept to his promise to have me back on the road that same day. He was incredibly hospitable towards me and did his very best to save me money wherever possible without compromising the quality of the repair. In case you needed further convincing, you should know that this all took place on Father's Day; James took time away from his family to help a stranger in need which is perhaps the best testament I can give regarding this man's upstanding character. I wouldn't wish a highway break down on anyone, but if it had to happen somewhere I am glad it happened in Moline, IL.

Took my girlfriend's Chrysler PT Cruiser to have water pump and timing belt replaced. Took this clown over a month to get the car ready for pickup only to find out that it was in better shape when I dropped it off than it was when I picked it up. Very shotty mechanic. Over priced labor and breaks things that weren't broke before he got his hands on it. Spend the money and go to a real mechanic. Just because he has nice tools doesn't mean he knows how to use them. I wouldn't take a toy wagon to this guy to fix.

Super Great Experience! I am currently working in the Moline area and needed to get my brand new work van tinted. I called on a Tuesday and was able to get scheduled for the following morning! I was given some options and recommendations and let me tell you they did not disappoint. My windows are limo tinted in the back which is where my mobile office is and 15% on the front two with a 5% visor! It’s exactly what I wanted and solved my privacy issue! Everyone who sees my van ask how dark are my windows and where did I get it done at. Thank You So Much LA Tint!

Does good work, nice guy.. But he ruined my armrest on my brand new car with 150 miles on it.. It will now cost me $920 for a new door panel as it's all 1 piece. I haven't received a call back.. All I asked for was the price to tint my windows back, $250.. Thought that was more than fair. Very Disappointing.

Nice car wash. I swing by for the $3 wash once a week to knock the mud and dust off from the gravel roads. Use the vacuums for a quick floor clean up and out. If I get there at the wrong time at lunch you will wait a few cars in line. Only wish there was a blow drier, I’d pay for it. Easy in and out. Nice job!

Not real happy after having my rack and pinion replaced for $1100.00. I was told when the reservoir came in i had to locate,they would change it out for free since it was just a 15 minute job. Price went up by $65. Best advice get it in writing and stick to it!

Incredibly honest and knowledgable guys! They will tell it how it is straight up. Went in for a diagnostic on an oil leak and the service was unbelievable. No wait time and didn't try to upsell me on anything at all. Great advice man to man. Showed me the subframe was all rotted out and even waived the diagnostic fee because "you got enough problems as it is." Amazing! I will definitely be coming back for a pre purchase inspection next time I buy something off Facebook marketplace.

My wife and I have been driving to North Brady Imports Plus in Davenport, Iowa for nearly 30 years! We have always been treated with great respect and concern for our automobile issues. All of the staff encountered have been extremely polite, professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. The people at North Brady Imports Plus have always been able to solve our automotive mysteries and repair minor and major issues with a higher degree of expertise and at a significantly lower cost than most dealerships' service departments! The staff at their new sister location in Moline, Illinois are just as capable, well-trained, and efficient in diagnosing automobile issues as their counterparts in their other location in Davenport! I had unknown problems with my Lexus' air-conditioning system and wisely brought my vehicle to the Moline location. In a matter of a few hours, they were able to trace the problem to a faulty switch, probably saving me 100s if not 1000s of dollars in unnecessary charges! (Other less-qualified mechanics elsewhere would likely have resorted to swapping out components until the system started functioning again)! Thank you for a pleasant automobile repair experience!

I've never left a bad review because I'm a fairly patient, and understanding person. However, this visit with Farm and Fleet was one of the worst if not the worst service I have experienced ever. I went in to get 4 tires replaced. My tire sensors were working just fine before I took it in. I got home afterwards, and I was notified that my tire sensors needed to be serviced ( it wasnt reading any of my new tires psi)... I called Farm and Fleet since they clearly messed up ( everyone makes mistakes and I wasn't too upset since it wasn't the biggest issue) I called them and they told me to bring it on back down so a mechanic can take care of it.... they failed to mention anything about having to pay more for THEIR mess up. I drove back down to be told that I have to pay another 250+ dollars just to fix the mistake they made. Absolutely absurd. They also tried telling me that it wasn't functioning before they started working on it, but I know that to be false since I'd never had an issue until I got it back after the work they did. I DO NOT recommend Blain's for any of your automotive needs because they will just try to rip you off. Talk about a money hungry company that doesn't care about the community whatsoever. Edit: Wish I could give a 0 star to this company. I paid 509 dollars just to walk out with more problems than I came in with (My car didn't have any issues before I took it in...)

Descent for the most part. Doesn’t stand apart from any other tire shop attached to a chain store. The Folks working the place seemed nice and was pretty quick for the most part and I got outa there in just over an hour tires balanced and rotated for the season.

I got my car as a gift and it really needed a cleaning. I dropped it off at 8 in the morning and didn’t get it back till 5 pm for it to not feel very clean at all. I only wanted the interior cleaned such as the vents carpets and ceiling which all came back not clean. I’m not sure what they took all day to clean. There is dust still everywhere and weird stuff in my vents I wanted out that wasn’t even touched. I took everything out of my car nothing in my center council and that was not ever looked at or whipped at all I simply went home and got a wet cloth and it came up easily.
