I don't review companies generally. However, this was such an exceptional experience that I had to share it. Dan and his team did a phenomenal job from start to finish. From the consultation to the quote to the drop off to the pick up. Every step of the process was communicated well, and expectations were set properly. These guys got all my holograming in the paint out and a great amount of other surface scratches out. The paint looks like glass. Thank you Chicago Auto Pros, truly a fantastic job.

4.5/5 stars for me, but google wont let me do half so I rounded down. I bought a very old and used 2011 Toyota prius which needed some cleaning. I went in with very high expectations based on the google reviews (like pie in the sky sort of miracle that they could get the interior roof stains out without me mentioning it). Booked for 10am, and they called back around 2pm. They made me check the car before I paid which is nice. First glance, it looks pristine and smelled cleaner than before, so I felt all was good and in order. When I got home and could check each nook and cranny at my own pace and found some missed spots. Interior detail: Con: -Rear passenger seatbelt had a stain and still felt greasy. (Not sure if this is covered in this service package tho.) -dashboard air vent still has dust on one side -the gear lever's crevice still has dust. (Was really wishing i didnt have to do this myself bc i dont have specialized tools for this nook&cranny) -cup/keyholder (?) still has a small splotch. -interior roof has 2 main stains. It is still there after the detailing. (I'm not sure if the roof is covered in this service, but i assume it is since it is an interior panel.) -that lever you have to press to open the elbow compartment didn't look clean. -that foot ledge thing (doorstep? Carstep?) when you open the car door still had the old grime. Pro: +almost all stains gone +++cloth seats look like brand new +steering wheel felt easier to turn +rearview mirror's streaks are gone +seats were wet, but they put a complimentary plastic cover for the driver seat +they found my tire pressure pen & didnt keep it for themselves Exterior wash: Pro: +tires look shiny +the layer of dust at the rear was gone +little to no streaks Possible Con: -seeds still stuck in the car edge/trim (idk proper term. it's like a roof gutter, but for the car. I dont know if this is covered in this service.) -plastic tail of car looks splotchy. (I dont know if this part was included in the service, or if the stain is permanent and cant be cleaned) Small con: -a small speck of birdpoop still stuck on the sunroof. And sometimes, the customer is not always right, so here's what I could've done better. It's on me for not being thorough at the sign off, and maybe I should have pointed out the misc stains I was particular about during the appointment. I shouldn't have assumed they'll see it, or that it can be cleaned off. I should've done a checklist of sorts beforehand. My apologies for that/ I will try to remember to do that for next time! Overall, I'm grateful for what they could do in that quick turnaround time (4ish hours). They will get you 95% of the way there, which is still very good! The other 5% you will have to do yourself. I think I'd still recommend this place to others.

Louie did a fantastic job on our GTI. The detailing and opti coat took him longer than expected (paint correction on a brand new car was not expected, so that took some extra time), but this is not something you want someone to rush through just to get done on time. In the end the car looks amazing, and I will definitely be bringing my other cars to him in the future.

I recently had my SUV detailed with the Showroom package and Engine Detail. My car interior was already very clean and not much was required inside. The exterior paint is a dark blue/black so dust, smudges, micro scratches and water sport easily show. Below are some of pro and cons of my inspection after pickup up my car. The total time was 2 hrs, much shorter than I was expecting. Cons: - bugs and dirty noticeable on grill/front fender (cleaned after I mentioned it) - Trunk door jam is still dirty, photo - Windshield cowl is still dirty, photo -Paint micro scratches are still very noticeable. Perhaps my expectation were too high for a single buff pass but still disappointed since I mentioned this was the most important part to me. -Truck underfloor storage area was not vacuumed, photo -Truck side storage compartment not cleaned, photo - window buttons still dirty - window edge still dirty -The stitching/seams of the leather were not brushed out so small amount of dirty could still be seen underneath -Glove box and center console still had very small bits of dirt, photo Pros: -The engine detail looks nice and most importantly no issue from the wet cleaning -No greasy product used as instructed -The staff are very friendly and good communicators I do not think this was "showroom" level detailing. This is less “detail kings” and more “car wash and wipe down kings”. Perhaps I should have gone with a lower detail package and saved myself a a few hundred bucks. But I was hoping the clay, buff and wax paint would pop and last. I wish they took the full 4 hours not just rush it in 2 hrs. It rained the evening after the detailing. Now the car looks exactly the same as it did before the detailing. This makes me think the clay, buffing, wax were minimal if at all applied. I thought the wax would last and make the water bead and run off. There are water spots and dried on dirt now . I feel like a sucker for paying so much when a regular car wash would have given the same results. I 100% regret paying for package.

Amazing shop! I've been coming to Detail Kings for a few years and they never cease to impress. The proof is in the pictures... I dropped off a very muddy Bronco this morning, and picked it up showroom clean this afternoon. Where not to go. Was very dissatisfied with the service. We've had positive results in the past with other vehicles, however not this time. The price quoted was $350 for a complete interior/exterior showroom detail. Upon vehicle being dropped off, it was made clear that brand new carpet was just installed along with only two front bucket seats. Very minimal work was needed for the interior. However when the vehicle was returned to our shop, it became clear that the rear hatch was never opened because it represented dirt and debris. We cleaned and detailed it ourselves accordingly. Thankfully we took the time to inspect the work. Reputation is the number one asset of any business. Your company just lost it. We will not be back nor recommend you to anyone else.

Everything went well for me today. Despite the other location being fully booked until Thursday, I managed to find an available slot at this one. David, who happened to be there, agreed to clean my car inside and out for a reasonable price, even though they were only working on retooling for the reopening. The car looked brand new when he finished, just like it did after the previous detailing session. I will definitely continue to be a loyal customer.

Great experience. Car came out looking shiny new. They have multiple wash options. Equipment must be new and well maintained for them to be able to clean to this level of perfection. HORRIBLE!!!!! DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU HAVE MATTE paint car. Horrible!!! I called multiple times and asked if they washed matte paint cars with safe matte paint soap and knew what they were doing. I was assured he had the right matte paint soap and it was fine. Next thing I know he fineshes washing the car and puts WAX on my matte paint car. Now matte paint is ruined and glossy due to being lied to and not knowing what they are doing. Horrible business!

My experience at D'Andrea was top-notch. I had a PPF applied to the entire car and ceramic coating applied on top. My car looks better than brand new. It shines so much, I get random compliments in traffic from people on the highway. Jaw-dropping, drool-inducing stares from friends, neighbors, everyone. Everyone on the team is super friendly. You really feel like you're a part of their operation when you're there. I had them do a lifetime ceramic coating to my 2020 Volvo S60. I just bought it this year and the previous owner beat it to hell. The guys at Elegant Aurmor detailed it really well and were able to remove all of the paint swirls. Then, they applied the coating (top notch stuff). They'll touch up the coating every six months to maintain the lifetime warranty (no extra charge for touch ups). Super happy with the results, definitely will be a lifetime customer!

Highly recommend DECON. The service is mobile so you don't need to go anywhere and wait in a lobby, drinking bad coffee for several hours while waiting for your car. The service is brought to your home. The business owner brings all required supplies and equipment. You just need to provide an outlet....We have a 12 year old vehicle that is used to transport three dogs. We had significant amounts of dog hair woven into the carpet and other mud and slobber stains on the seats. The car looked nearly new when DECON finished. Very impressed... Business owner has exceptionally personable disposition and high integrity. He'll give you an honest assessment of the level of service necessary to meet your requirement. There were no surprises from what we had discussed on our original phone call... I would never bring my car into a detailing shop again, knowing there is a high-quality service that will come to me. Will definately use DECON again.

Recently had my brakes powder coated here. I had nothing but a great experience here. Turn around time was amazing and the results speak for themselves, I couldn't be any happier. I had a small leak during installation which after diagnosing, it turned out that it wasn't due to their work. Even so, Danny went above and beyond and went out of his way to take care of me and got everything fixed. I am slightly disappointed with the service I got an express detail and shampooing service. The shampooing was great but the detail was not satisfactory as they didn’t pay attention to detail and did not really vaccum. This is after I asked them to vaccum in some of the parts I noticed.

I had my wife’s car detailed and ceramic coated! My wife and are so pleased. Doug explained the details beforehand and answered all of my questions professionally. The previous owner smoked and he explained how cleaning with enzymes would get rid of it instead of flavored smells just hiding the problem. They cleaned the trunk carpeting as well! Everything is so shiny and no smoke smell! We had the two-year ceramic coating applied so I will come back in two years to report the durability promised. The price was very reasonable too! Three different cars, five stars for each one. This detail shop is an hour from my home, and is by far the best one I’ve ever experienced. Most of my vehicles are black and that’s a difficult color to polish up without swirls or streaks. From the professional, friendly service, fair pricing, and top-notch job the shop has it all. Amazing service from Taso. The employees at this company seemed happy from the first time I walked into their shop area. That's how I knew I was on the right place. I arrived at 755, 5 minutes before opening, and the workers were already waiting and Taso walked right up and greeted me. Very professional. Just looking at the cars inside I knew I was in the right spot for quality. Took my 2020 Chevy Silverado for ceramic tinting and they did it in 3 hours. Looked clean the second I was dropped off to pick up my boy blue. Very happy with the results. Now my shop wants to go here and get either tint out a full blown ceramic coating. The employee had to chase me down to give it to me. Grateful that he did! I understand that sometimes plates get bent but mine came off entirely.

I visited today this newly opened car wash. At first i was confused whether to try the expensive car wash or not but then I tried there service and choose there $26 car wash option and to my surprise when i saw my car it was not properly cleaned from roof till back tail of the car. I mean for $26 is this the quality of car wash? Extremely disappointed by this car wash and the prices are crazy for the service. Never gonna visit again.

Horrible experience due to wash brushes taking off my vehicle’s side mirror during the wash. I was shocked at the aggressiveness of this wash. I have 20 years of car wash experience without any incident like this. Wash Attendant provided no apology until after I filled out her paperwork, and of course no mention of a reimbursement for the $25 wash. It’s been 3 days and nobody from Tidal Wave has reached out to me yet on next steps for repair. Based on this experience as of now I would recommend STAY AWAY. WHEN this issue gets resolved, I will provide more detail on my experience end to end depending on if tidal wave can resolve this properly or not.

This is a great car wash! It's reasonably priced and gets your car thoroughly clean. Even better is the manual towel dry at the end, they do a great job of making sure you don't have streaks, smudges, or sap drops remaining.

I've used this detailing shop a few times in the past 10 years and the owner has always been nice. I've had a couple small dings removed in the past, they did a good job. I've had my car hand buffed and washed a few years before Covid, they did a great job. Went there recently and asked if they could remove a little clear over spray around the edges of my headlights. "No problem, we can do it, anything else you need"? Well I just drove 45 miles so why not buff and wax the car it if you have time. Mind you the paint and shine were fine, it just hadn't been waxed since Covid. They finished and I did a quick check around and pointed out a couple blemishes I saw around the front hood...they wiped at it and I left. It was sunny out and other than the hood I didn't notice much. Drove to the grocers on the way home and looked a little closer in the parking lot. Upon close inspection there were swirl marks and scorched discoloration in the clear coat on both sides where you could clearly see the imprint of the buffer as if the pad was too old, dirty or it was held too long in place marring my clear coat. I ran my hand across the blemishes and it was smooth and in the clear coat on both sides of my car. I understand black cars can be hard to buff, but if you are a professional detailer that should not have happened, AND on both sides of my car. Like I said it wasn't the first time I used their service. I also told them outside only and the few items I had under my driver and passenger seats were thrown on my backseat and my clean floor mats in the back were now wet. I paid $175 for a sloppy service that now I have to find and pay someone else to correct. I understand there's turnover at car washes and people come and go, but the guy that buffed my car should not be using a machine on anyone's car and I even tipped him $10. I don't like leaving negative reviews, but for the last week when I look at my car it ticks me off. It's only been out of the garage 2X in the past week because I have to find someone to correct it. I won't be back.

This was my first time here. I told them that (thinking first impression is everything). I was so excited only to be disappointed. I paid $35 for interior and exterior. They did not wipe off the dash or the door jams. They also left a puddle of water in the cup holders. The sun was shining too bright, so I was unable to get clear pics. I feel ripped off 😪 I don't think I'll be returning.

Great customer service. I have been using there service for over 10 years. I usually do the ceramic or castle wash which is good. I just did a full detail to my 11 years old car with headlight restoration treatment and wow. My car is like new again. Check this place out.

I've been going here for years! Never had a bad experience until today. I always get the ceramic wash which is $38. My truck was half washed, barely vacuum, and windows full of lint and debris from their towels being dirty. I ask if they could vacuum the rugs again and I was told "you have Ruff carpet nothing else will come up" What is Ruff carpet? That's what the high powered vacuum is for correct? Next I speak with the manager whom comes out and checks it himself and then he cleans and vacuum it again. I always pay $60 total, $38 for the wash and $22 for the tip, but this was definitely my last time going here. The new workers they have there doesn't even listen to management they refused to clean my truck again which is why the manager did it himself. Make sure you check your vehicle before leaving if you frequent this spot.

Avoid this place at all cost!!!! They do not do not take responsibility for anything they keep reposting the same response such as “ thank you for your feedback is valuable to us and we will work to address the concerns” but nothing is done. They don’t care about your vehicle. This place has 14 locations but will not take responsibility for minor cost that happen at their facilities. Shame on you the owners and staff that run the place!!!!! My whole rear bumper was taken off as we were going to the car wash, and we felt our car shake during the car wash, and as we pulled out to dry off our car, we realize the whole rear bumper was taken off and nothing is being done about it. We filed a police report and hopefully this will be taken care of if not, we are contacting our lawyer. Karma will get you either way!

Unfortunately, I have to give this location one star today. So I just came through the car wash and halfway through the wash the rollers broke down and everyone had to back out. The worst thing is you would think those few cars that had to back out, they would pull out a hose or something just a hose off the soap from the car. That option wasn’t given. I was able to get an interior wash, but the exterior is all full of dried up soap. I also go to the location in Naperville, but unfortunately that one has been shut down for a few weeks for remodeling…. as I waited, I would’ve used the restroom, but unfortunately, that was broken down too. You would think for as much money as they charge. All of the stuff wouldn’t be broken down at the same time. And on top of that, of course they forgot my new car fragrance. Probably out of the 10 times I come here, nine out of 10 times they always forget..

Just had my carpets cleaned by Antonio at the Westmont facility. They were really dirty and covered with hair from my son’s husky. Antonio spent at least 15 minutes scrubbing them, and returned them spotless. He then took the time to reinstall them in my car perfectly. What a pleasure to get such exemplary service!!

Lost another one! Just got the "expensive" car wash option. And when I came out the there was extra tire shine on my wheels. Went to find a rag to wipe in the IN/OUT line of vacuums. Then an attendant came up to me and said I needed to move. I told him I have extra tire shine on my wheels that that's why I grabbed the rag. No you need to move to that line over there unless you got full service. So I started speaking Spanish to him and said in Spanish, you understand then that I am simply trying to remove the extra off my tire. He's like yes, but you need to move. So instead of just helping me out you needed me to move FEET AWAY. Great customer service. Lost another local customer 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Acquired a truck from a family member that smoked in the vehicle and took to final finish for interior detail. They did an amazing job of cleaning the interior and the smell is just about gone. Truck looks brand new now on the inside and very pleased with their work

My mother has been here a few times and she says these guys always do a great job on her truck. She's got dogs so they really put effort into it to make it look great again. I tried to get my car cleaned up too but the logistics just didn't work on my end BUT they were very responsive and tried to work with me and my schedule. I appreciate that!

Today was my first visit to Wheaton car wash. the quality of the detail was mediocre at best. The manager was impolite and un-apologetic when I returned after realizing my windshield was not properly cleaned. There are better options in the area, I will not return and I would not recommend this business.

Recently had my 2005 Silverado painted and wanted to keep it protected from the elements. Chris got me setup with a paint correction, 5 year ceramic coating, and lined my rocker panels, lower doors/bedsides with Xpel paint protection He Knocked it out of the park! Quality is second to none and will continue to use him for all things from washing to full paint corrections. Very satisfied with the results

I was referred to Chris through two friends who are real car people. I had just bought a new car and wanted it wrapped and some vinyl details. Chris went over the options and we went with the full wrap and ceramic coating to protect the car and a vinyl detail for our GT4. He also suggested changing the side lights and it made a huge difference. What makes Chris the best is that he is meticulous and works on every detail himself. We had debated doing the matte finish, but he put on both to try it and we went with the gloss and it looks perfect. I am so glad we found him, he is our car guy.

1 Check-In A friend of mine recommended this car wash a few days ago. So, today was my first time bringing my car here. I usually get it washed at another place but they always miss areas of my car for instance cleaning my trunk, or leaving used napkins in my door. Haha. I'm pretty impressed with ShinePros. They did an AMAZING job. It's partly because it's a hand wash and the guys know what they're doing. They made my car look brand new. I go hiking a few times a week so my car looked like it had been deserted for months. Lol. I would highly recommend this place. No wait time, respectful staff, and their work is wonderful.
