These guys are the best in the game!!! i know there’s a lot of other detailers and coating specialists out there, but at Rockin Auto Solutions the service was GREAT!!! from the beginning when i first talked to emilio to the video explanation of the service i was getting then to the updates as my car was getting ceramic coated. before my car was even done i knew it was going to be amazing! i would HIGHLY recommend these guys i got a ceramic coating done and a paint correction and it looks amazing. i also thought why not get an interior done while i was at it and they did it all for me! they also do mobile detailing in the chicago land areas and have a shop in downtown joliet, which i thought having 2 options was amazing and definitely worth it!! don’t hesitate to work with these people if i could give 10 stars i would’ve!

Decided to try Hydrowash: Vehicle still visibly wet after automatic dryers, don’t have this issue at the wash we normally take our cars to weekly. Hatch on suv does not look like a brush touched it. Was able to drive into the wash with no wait time.

On 03/07/25, I brought my 2024 Chevy Colorado Trail Boss in for a ceramic coating from Gtechniq! Detailer Ulises(Chewy) did a phenomenal, outstanding, perfectly job by doing the Winter Package! Very knowledgeable and very nice! Definitely will be rerfering friends & family! He even told me the last detailer shop, pressed too hard on their orbital! I have used this company many times for just a wash and vacuum and had great results. So when we needed to get a car detailed there was only one choice. So we called and explained what we wanted and they told us the price, but because the car was only a year old they said the cost may come down due to not having to work as hard to get the new car shine. So we drop it off and they do the work. And let me say the car looks great. But when they said it was ready for pick up they said the price went up due to it being a hatchback. The three stars is for a great looking car. But the up charge will not win my business in the future. One and done

I was looking for someone to detail my car asap and was contacted my JPW mobile detailing right away. They responded in a timely manner and also came to my location with no problem. They were available as soon as the next day at 9am which was perfect. I needed an interior detail and had some significant staining on the seating and he did a wonderful job with cleaning not only the seat, but the overall interior. Pricing was also good and I highly recommend this company. I’m overall very satisfied with the service.

David was amazing from start to finish. He is a kind, professional, genuine guy. Incredible to work with and his work is phenomenal. He gave exactly what I wanted out of a detail job. I gifted the detail job for my husband’s Explorer for Christmas, so I was hoping that it would be up to his standards and it completely is. It looks like it just came off of the manufacturing line. Had a great experience here when I got my interior detailed. My car ended up smelling fresh as the same as the day I got it. Stains removed, all fabric was deep cleaned, and all dirt, muck and debris completely removed from the car. David was extremely nice and clearly knows what he’s doing.

I would give this place 5 stars if the manager wasn't so rude to customers. I been coming to this business for over 30yrs and never experienced NO rudeness until these past 2yrs. If they didn't do such a good job I would definitely go elsewhere, but don't get it mistaken, I will find elsewhere if this rudeness continues. Not going to spend money where I get treated rudely at. Other than that the business and other employees are great.

At first glance I thought they did a good job but when I got home and really looked it over I literally had to rewipe my entire vehicle due to the numerous spots that were missed I paid extra for the floor mats to be clean & they were still dirty I should’ve listened to the others reviews smh never again

Had my wife's Telluride fully detailed at Saza's shop recently. Exceptional work both inside and out. As many will say after having a car professionally detailed, it was cleaner and nicer than the day we bought it. Fantastic attention to detail, and on top of that, great communication during scheduling and when completed. Shop is clean and well stocked. Will be bringing my vehicle in for his services as well soon! Thanks again for the excellent job on the Telluride, can't wait to see my Charger looking better than new again! UPDATE: Now I had my black Charger fully detailed at Saza. David again did an amazing job! I even got the engine bay done and it also looks better than new. Interior is amazingly clean and his attention to detail yet again impresses. Car looks like a mirror on the outside. Nothing can beat a mirror finish on a black car. :)

Someone had projectile vomited in my car, front passenger, throughout all of my dash and vents. Adrian had so many good reviews and was extremely flexible with his schedule, gave him a try and was amazed to say the least. It smelled so new that even when my air conditioner was on it actually smelled good. You can tell he didn't cut any corners, and his pricing was extremely reasonable! I will definitely be going back to him.

This is my go to for oil changes, a free wash is included which can be used within 30-days. The facility is clean, location’s convenient, quick service, and the price is right. Free vacuums are nice and there’s an optional “scrub center” before you enter the wash. Above all, the staff are kind and informative.

Had a problem with the machine upon entry it stated cashier will be with me shortly he never arrived I finally got it to work. When I git around to the guy I asked a question he had to stop the machine he hit the machine so hard. I was a bit perplexed because I just had a question. The car still a lot of dirt on the car. Customer Service was horrible. A place I would never go again nor recommend anyone to go. Customer Service goes a long way
