These guys are the best in the game!!! i know there’s a lot of other detailers and coating specialists out there, but at Rockin Auto Solutions the service was GREAT!!! from the beginning when i first talked to emilio to the video explanation of the service i was getting then to the updates as my car was getting ceramic coated. before my car was even done i knew it was going to be amazing! i would HIGHLY recommend these guys i got a ceramic coating done and a paint correction and it looks amazing. i also thought why not get an interior done while i was at it and they did it all for me! they also do mobile detailing in the chicago land areas and have a shop in downtown joliet, which i thought having 2 options was amazing and definitely worth it!! don’t hesitate to work with these people if i could give 10 stars i would’ve!

I went in specifically for animal hair in a newly purchased vehicle. Car still had fur in it, and the cleaning fluid was not removed. White residue on the doors, the black console was greasy looking. Still had an allergic reaction the day after. Exterior was sparkling clean.

It’s unbelievable the attention to detail this man has. I brought him my 10yo car that has been driven fast, has been through many automatic car washes and some parts never touched. David took his time and really detailed every part. That means the exhaust tips and the inner side of the rims (never touched). The interior looks, feels and smells like brand new. (Actual brand new smell, not the gas station scent.) He followed up with me every day on the process with photos of the results. David you earned yourself a lifetime customer. Decided to try Hydrowash: Vehicle still visibly wet after automatic dryers, don’t have this issue at the wash we normally take our cars to weekly. Hatch on suv does not look like a brush touched it. Was able to drive into the wash with no wait time.

Someone had projectile vomited in my car, front passenger, throughout all of my dash and vents. Adrian had so many good reviews and was extremely flexible with his schedule, gave him a try and was amazed to say the least. It smelled so new that even when my air conditioner was on it actually smelled good. You can tell he didn't cut any corners, and his pricing was extremely reasonable! I will definitely be going back to him.

Took my car in for the top package. It still had dirt on the body of the car and bird poop on the windshield, not vacuumed, dash and console not wiped off 😡 When I mentioned this to the attendant his response was “this is all I do “ and walked away!!! I could have done a better job myself! NEVER AGAIN, I had higher hopes for something owned by John Bays.

This is my go to for oil changes, a free wash is included which can be used within 30-days. The facility is clean, location’s convenient, quick service, and the price is right. Free vacuums are nice and there’s an optional “scrub center” before you enter the wash. Above all, the staff are kind and informative.

I had a fantastic experience with the guys at Pro Era! I was able to get my car in immediately after inquiry, and the work took maybe 7 hours (my car was pretty dirty on the inside) at a fair price. When I picked up the car, I was astonished by how clean it was. I really didn't think they would be able to get the stains out of the seat, but they were able to with no complaints! I would recommend anybody take their vehicle here. Their work is excellent. Side note: The dirt in my car from the after pictures is from my boots due to the nature of my work, not Pro Era.

I was there Saturday 11 4 23 Just bought a Van wanted to get it detailed Young lady told me it would take $226 to clean my vehicle with 2 specials on the menu one was for the upholstery of the car and the other 1 was for shampoon of the rugs and then washing outside I told OK why you do that I'm gonna go get the license plates for the vehicle because I had just bought it can you back with the license plate the Van was still dirty and when I asked lady what happened she said the dirt couldn't come out so I'll see if for $200 you'd better get all that dirty part of that Van when any way she took a picture and I had to go inside of the shop to get the invoice so I could make a stop payment on that receipt For that wash I have photos and everything folks I did not get the VIP treatment at that location New Lennox Off of Lincoln highway

Called because there was an issue the night before that covered my car in a grease that was very difficult to remove. Whoever answered the phone was very rude and cut me off with an attitude as if i was inconveniencing then. Make sure your car isn't covered in an oily substance after you go through.

This is the worst detail shop. They didn’t even touch my inside doors. The carpet still had dirt spots. I told him that I could get it cleaner than that. I went home and cleaned it and took it back to show him. He ask me what did I use. He didn’t take any accountability for the lack of service.
