I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter and ensure proper measures are taken to avoid similar situations in the future and nobody answer the phone.

Just signed up for a plan and went to get another car wash yesterday due to the snow/salt on my car. Drive by two times and it was not open, had cones blocking the entrance, and didnt give a reason for it not being available. Having just signed up having it already having issues doesn't make me confident in this place being reliable. Three Oaks charges more but its full service and is open anytime they are supposed to be. Do better Dream Clean.

I was finally able to get as close to my dream car as I could. I knew I wanted to protect my investment. Ceaser and Melissa helped me do that. The front end was PPF and the rest of the car ceramic coated. I am so unbelievably happy with the end result. She shines like she just had a fresh wash. Definitely worth the cost. WOW! My wife and I just picked up my car from CM3 Detailing Studio where I had paint protection film and ceramic coating installed to protect the finish from scratches and chips and repel water to look new without having to wax it. This picture doesn't do it justice. It looks way better than I imagined. It looks like a brand new paint job. Find the darkest red part in the picture and that is how the whole car looks. It is a deep, wet, glossy red and it looks AMAZING! Thanks to Cesar and Melissa, the owners who really care about the quality of their work. They want you happy and it shows. They are very friendly and easy to work with. I can't stop smiling!

Do not come to this place if you don't want to leave with scratches on your rims. Their system, which pushes your car through the tunnel, scratches the rims. Moreover, the staff who wipe your car are completely incompetent. They wipe the dirtiest parts first and then move on to the rest of the car, leaving scratches. When you approach the main manager with this issue, you won't prove anything to him — it's like talking to a wall. He will insist that it wasn't their fault. I love my car very much, so there are no scratches on it. I do not recommend this place — terrible customer service In the photo below, you can even see the quality of their rim cleaning. And for this, you pay $30. You leave not only with dirty rims but also with scratched ones.

I went to the car wash yesterday to wash my car. It's been 1 day since I bought my car and trusted them to wash it. Terrible car wash! Disgusting! The attitude is rude! They made a scratch on the wing of the car. And stood there arguing that they didn't do it. Terrible attitude towards the customer! I don't recommend this car wash even for a $1000 car! It would be better if this car wash closed.

Posting on my husband’s account, but took my car to Doug and Prime Detailing today, our second trip. Doug is so great! There were scratches all over my car from the scraper side of the snow brush (no it was not me that scratched it LOL), but my car looks brand new! I had my wife’s car detailed and ceramic coated! My wife and are so pleased. Doug explained the details beforehand and answered all of my questions professionally. The previous owner smoked and he explained how cleaning with enzymes would get rid of it instead of flavored smells just hiding the problem. They cleaned the trunk carpeting as well! Everything is so shiny and no smoke smell! We had the two-year ceramic coating applied so I will come back in two years to report the durability promised. The price was very reasonable too! This place is the best. It is so hard to find a place that cares about customer service and let me tell you they care very much. Not only was it a great experience they are about quality when it comes to your vehicle. The owner is so nice he explained to me the steps for rejuvenating the paint. The inside looks as good as the outside very please with how it turned out. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who cares about their vehicle. They do anything from a car wash to much more.

The feel of this place is just elegant. I was treated respectfully by the staff. Good value, especially the monthly membership if you need your car washed more than twice/month. It's worth it to me to drive 7-9 miles from home to get my car and SUV professionally washed at Wash Werks. The free vacuums are self-service, but very powerful, easy to use, and plenty of vacuum stations for all.

I will preface this by saying the main reason I went to H20 interior/exterior detail is because I had a dent in my door from a car opening their door into mine. I couldn't find a body shop to fix such a small dent, and couldn't find a detail shop close to me that would also fix dents/scratches. Also, the Itasca location does a nice job on their regular washes, but doesn't do body work. That being said...it was absolutely the best detail job I've ever seen. I have a black 2013 Jeep Patriot and it looks like it just drove off of a new car lot!!! They did not miss a single spot, in or out, and black shows everything!! They also fixed the dent to where you never knew it existed, and buffed-out a scratch with the same result! And Tony, who (I believe) is the manager there was fantastic to work with between my crazy schedule and annoying questions for him!!! ;) I'll be back in the Spring for another detail and going forward!!! We have the monthly plan that comes with an access sticker they place on the windshield. Pull up, scanner reads and let's you in for the plan you choose, and in you go. We'll worth the cost to be able to wash my vehicle whenever and as often as I like. Great place.

Got a mid-range car wash yesterday to wash off something that was splashed on my car. Car wash couldn’t wash it off. When home and washed it off with warm water and dish soap. I suppose this place is good for a quick expensive rinse. You can get the same for $3 or $4 at Speedy Xtreme Wash a few miles away.

I love this car wash! Since it’s been under the new management with Arturo, I have seen a big difference in the service and quality of my car wash. He and his employees are always so kind and friendly. They are always ready to help with any issues. I had an issue with another patron that had blocked my car in while leaving the office to make a change on my account. As a result it escalated quickly because the other patron would not move his car. Arturo was able to de escalate my concern by returning my call and assuring me that he would have his employees enforce customers parking correctly to avoid alterations. I had spilled food on my passenger seat and was worried that the food would stain the cloth seats. The spill happened Friday night and I called Sunday morning and was able to get an appointment for Monday morning. I tried calling a few other places that were busy or didn’t have any openings for days. I’m glad I found detail lab pros. They were quick to answer the phone, provided great service, and my car looks brand new! The price was great and I would highly recommend this place. I am slightly disappointed with the service I got an express detail and shampooing service. The shampooing was great but the detail was not satisfactory as they didn’t pay attention to detail and did not really vaccum. This is after I asked them to vaccum in some of the parts I noticed.

I used this car was mostly in summer. Most of vacuum’s work well but last time one of them was not helpful. I needed just to clean the rugs and the worker at the entrance charged me 2.50 for each. The quality of cleaning was ok, because the salt didn’t come off fully. I used to use their car washing but lately they scratched the paint on the grill of the car and i don’t do it any more. I give 3 stars only because the staff is very friendly and nice. Otherwise I would give 2 stars.

Don't bring your car here. If something breaks, you will get the run around. No one answers the phone and you leave a message and they never call you back. If you talk to the people that work there, they're all going to tell you their employees. You have to call their boss which doesn't exist. Good luck Bad business practice

Called in to get a spot cleaning in my perforated leather seats. The owner of the business said they only do the whole car and didn’t offer me anything less. Quoted me $200 for an interior only detail that I didn’t even need, so I went down to fullers car wash on elmhurst and asked them if they offer spot cleaning and they happily obliged got the stain out and so I got the exterior detailed since i was happy that they would accommodate the customer over making an extra dollar. To the owner of this business, start making meaningful relationships with customers and stop being so greedy and you will thrive.

Great car wash, but most importantly great people. Victor, who (luckily for the world) is there every morning, noticed that my brake line was hanging dangerously low and took 45 minutes of his own time to physically crawl on his back under my car to secure it, using his own tools. He did so cheerfully and insistently and refused even a cup of coffee in return. He is my guardian angel today. This is exactly the type of business we should all support.

Brought my RS3 here about 2 weeks ago, Martin and his team did a paint correction & ceramic coating on my car. I brought it from the dealership straight here not realizing how much better it could get. They did an amazing job, what a brand new car should look like. I’ll be back in 2 weeks for a chrome delete. When I moved out of the area not too long ago, I was shocked to see that there were no Infiniti dealerships around me so getting work done was a challenge. So just this weekend, I decided to call the day of my commute back up north to get a simple synthetic oil + filter change done (with MPI). Dropped the car off and within an hour, I got a comprehensible multipoint inspection sheet, itemized next/recommended services, and a tread depth VIDEO sent to me since the service was complete — something new I think! So what gives this review 5 stars? Well, it’s quite simple really…. The entire team within this service department truly deliver a world-class experience. From the service advisors (SHOUT OUT TO ANTWAN HICKS!!) to the service technicians, they go beyond a “white-glove” experience to show their clients how much they care. Not only did they clean the outside of my vehicle, but I noticed they also cleaned the inside! All that aside, this is the one and only service team I would drive over 2 hours to bring my Q60 to. So without further ado — THANK YOU INFINITI HOFFMAN ESTATES SERVICE DEPARTMENT!!!! See you again soon!

I usually don’t enjoy leaving bad reviews, but since I was constantly recommended Delta Sonic, I felt the need to share my experience to inform others before purchasing an Unlimited Plan or even a car wash here. I recently signed up for Delta Sonic’s unlimited wash plan, which normally starts at $44.99, but I got a discounted price of $19.99. The attendant who signed me up was great, and I don’t have any qualms or issues with the actual employees—they’ve all been friendly and helpful. My disappointment really comes down to the car wash itself and the services offered. After my first wash, I noticed an egregious amount of water spots left all over my car, even after choosing the optional hand drying. I thought they might have just missed a few spots and wiped it down myself. Unfortunately, after getting another wash a few days later, the same thing happened—my car was covered in water spots again. It’s incredibly disappointing to pay for what’s advertised as a top-tier wash, only to leave with my car looking just as dirty, if not worse, than when it went in. While this plan offers other services at a discounted price, I haven’t been able to get a reliable wash, so I don’t trust that I’ll get quality service from the other perks either. Because of this poor experience, I will be canceling my subscription. I’ve attached pictures showing the egregious amount of water spots left behind after the wash.
