Highly recommend DECON. The service is mobile so you don't need to go anywhere and wait in a lobby, drinking bad coffee for several hours while waiting for your car. The service is brought to your home. The business owner brings all required supplies and equipment. You just need to provide an outlet....We have a 12 year old vehicle that is used to transport three dogs. We had significant amounts of dog hair woven into the carpet and other mud and slobber stains on the seats. The car looked nearly new when DECON finished. Very impressed... Business owner has exceptionally personable disposition and high integrity. He'll give you an honest assessment of the level of service necessary to meet your requirement. There were no surprises from what we had discussed on our original phone call... I would never bring my car into a detailing shop again, knowing there is a high-quality service that will come to me. Will definately use DECON again.

Very pleased with the exceptional customer service and all around detail cleaning by Scotty’s! I had the dreaded kid’s vomit incident and way too many crumbs and the team helped clean up my car! They also explained the preference to maintain the integrity of the materials (ie a delicate headliner) and further spot treatment when we discussed my car. 4.5/5 stars for me, but google wont let me do half so I rounded down. I bought a very old and used 2011 Toyota prius which needed some cleaning. I went in with very high expectations based on the google reviews (like pie in the sky sort of miracle that they could get the interior roof stains out without me mentioning it). Booked for 10am, and they called back around 2pm. They made me check the car before I paid which is nice. First glance, it looks pristine and smelled cleaner than before, so I felt all was good and in order. When I got home and could check each nook and cranny at my own pace and found some missed spots. Interior detail: Con: -Rear passenger seatbelt had a stain and still felt greasy. (Not sure if this is covered in this service package tho.) -dashboard air vent still has dust on one side -the gear lever's crevice still has dust. (Was really wishing i didnt have to do this myself bc i dont have specialized tools for this nook&cranny) -cup/keyholder (?) still has a small splotch. -interior roof has 2 main stains. It is still there after the detailing. (I'm not sure if the roof is covered in this service, but i assume it is since it is an interior panel.) -that lever you have to press to open the elbow compartment didn't look clean. -that foot ledge thing (doorstep? Carstep?) when you open the car door still had the old grime. Pro: +almost all stains gone +++cloth seats look like brand new +steering wheel felt easier to turn +rearview mirror's streaks are gone +seats were wet, but they put a complimentary plastic cover for the driver seat +they found my tire pressure pen & didnt keep it for themselves Exterior wash: Pro: +tires look shiny +the layer of dust at the rear was gone +little to no streaks Possible Con: -seeds still stuck in the car edge/trim (idk proper term. it's like a roof gutter, but for the car. I dont know if this is covered in this service.) -plastic tail of car looks splotchy. (I dont know if this part was included in the service, or if the stain is permanent and cant be cleaned) Small con: -a small speck of birdpoop still stuck on the sunroof. And sometimes, the customer is not always right, so here's what I could've done better. It's on me for not being thorough at the sign off, and maybe I should have pointed out the misc stains I was particular about during the appointment. I shouldn't have assumed they'll see it, or that it can be cleaned off. I should've done a checklist of sorts beforehand. My apologies for that/ I will try to remember to do that for next time! Overall, I'm grateful for what they could do in that quick turnaround time (4ish hours). They will get you 95% of the way there, which is still very good! The other 5% you will have to do yourself. I think I'd still recommend this place to others.

Omg! We just got our car back from the car detailing services at Elmhurst Detail Services and our car looks like BRAND NEW!!!!!!!!! We have white leather seats and I can’t believe they are restored to mint condition. These guys are super professional, very responsive and quick turnaround!! I can’t wait to have my other car detailed by them. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Brought my vehicle through on 10/2. About 20 minutes after the wash, I checked the vehicle to see how thorough it was. They scratched the living piss out of my hood. Scratches running up and down and horizontally across the hood. They did not come close to cleaning the bird droppings off the hood either. I paid $22 for them to damage my paint and not even get bird poop off the car. Tried calling to make them aware and you can't understand anything they're saying on the phone. AVOID AVOID AVOID

My wife went there to buy car wash passes for a Christmas gift. They said she can only buy passes if she gets her car washed today. This is a scam and I’ve never heard of a business requiring you to buy their service to purchase a gift for someone else. You really need to revisit your business practices. We’ll never spend another dollar here, don’t even care if the wash is any good.

My experience at D'Andrea was top-notch. I had a PPF applied to the entire car and ceramic coating applied on top. My car looks better than brand new. It shines so much, I get random compliments in traffic from people on the highway. Jaw-dropping, drool-inducing stares from friends, neighbors, everyone. Mike was super polite and kept me informed of progress too, taking videos I could show off. I also appreciated all of the follow-up. I am slightly disappointed with the service I got an express detail and shampooing service. The shampooing was great but the detail was not satisfactory as they didn’t pay attention to detail and did not really vaccum. This is after I asked them to vaccum in some of the parts I noticed.

Would avoid this car wash, their brushes ripped off my gas cap door. They gave me nothing but excuses to make it seem like it wasn’t their fault. Such as “aftermarket” gas cap door even though it had the factory stickers on it specific for a diesel. They claimed they’d call me back about the damages, I’ve received no such thing. COME TO THIS CARWASH AT YOUR OWN RISK!!! I would not recommend at all. Their wash also left splotches all over the hood of my car.

From the consultation to the quote to the drop off to the pick up. Every step of the process was communicated well, and expectations were set properly. These guys got all my holograming in the paint out and a great amount of other surface scratches out. The paint looks like glass. Thank you Chicago Auto Pros, truly a fantastic job.

Recently had my brakes powder coated here. I had nothing but a great experience here. Turn around time was amazing and the results speak for themselves, I couldn't be any happier. I had a small leak during installation which after diagnosing, it turned out that it wasn't due to their work. Even so, Danny went above and beyond and went out of his way to take care of me and got everything fixed. The customer service here is top notch and you will not find anything like this anywhere else. I will not hesitate taking any of my future items here and will be doing so in the near future!

In and out fast and have the option to wash outside only or both inside and out. Friendly staff and they offer towel dry. They take their time to wash it. There is a nice size area to wait for your vehicle.

I have been going here for 11 years. I have been driving from Bartlett for the last 4. They have always done a good job but this time my front plate was ripped off. The employee had to chase me down to give it to me. Grateful that he did! I understand that sometimes plates get bent but mine came off entirely.

This was my first time here and will certainly be the last. They did an awful job - I don't think I've ever had such a shameful car wash experience. The entire car is just as dirty and dusty as when we dropped it off. This was the worst $30 car wash imaginable. They didn't dust the dashboard or any surfaces.

I recently had my SUV detailed with the Showroom package and Engine Detail. My car interior was already very clean and not much was required inside. The exterior paint is a dark blue/black so dust, smudges, micro scratches and water sport easily show. Below are some of pro and cons of my inspection after pickup up my car. The total time was 2 hrs, much shorter than I was expecting. Cons: - bugs and dirty noticeable on grill/front fender (cleaned after I mentioned it) - Trunk door jam is still dirty, photo - Windshield cowl is still dirty, photo -Paint micro scratches are still very noticeable. Perhaps my expectation were too high for a single buff pass but still disappointed since I mentioned this was the most important part to me. -Truck underfloor storage area was not vacuumed, photo -Truck side storage compartment not cleaned, photo - window buttons still dirty - window edge still dirty -The stitching/seams of the leather were not brushed out so small amount of dirty could still be seen underneath -Glove box and center console still had very small bits of dirt, photo Pros: -The engine detail looks nice and most importantly no issue from the wet cleaning -No greasy product used as instructed -The staff are very friendly and good communicators I do not think this was "showroom" level detailing. This is less “detail kings” and more “car wash and wipe down kings”. Perhaps I should have gone with a lower detail package and saved myself a a few hundred bucks. But I was hoping the clay, buff and wax paint would pop and last. I wish they took the full 4 hours not just rush it in 2 hrs. It rained the evening after the detailing. Now the car looks exactly the same as it did before the detailing. This makes me think the clay, buffing, wax were minimal if at all applied. I thought the wax would last and make the water bead and run off. There are water spots and dried on dirt now . I feel like a sucker for paying so much when a regular car wash would have given the same results. I 100% regret paying for package.

HORRIBLE!!!!! DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU HAVE MATTE paint car. Horrible!!! I called multiple times and asked if they washed matte paint cars with safe matte paint soap and knew what they were doing. I was assured he had the right matte paint soap and it was fine. Next thing I know he fineshes washing the car and puts WAX on my matte paint car. Now matte paint is ruined and glossy due to being lied to and not knowing what they are doing. Horrible business!

Where not to go. Was very dissatisfied with the service. We've had positive results in the past with other vehicles, however not this time. The price quoted was $350 for a complete interior/exterior showroom detail. Upon vehicle being dropped off, it was made clear that brand new carpet was just installed along with only two front bucket seats. Very minimal work was needed for the interior. However when the vehicle was returned to our shop, it became clear that the rear hatch was never opened because it represented dirt and debris. We cleaned and detailed it ourselves accordingly. Thankfully we took the time to inspect the work. Reputation is the number one asset of any business. Your company just lost it. We will not be back nor recommend you to anyone else.

Everything went well for me today. Despite the other location being fully booked until Thursday, I managed to find an available slot at this one. David, who happened to be there, agreed to clean my car inside and out for a reasonable price, even though they were only working on retooling for the reopening. Louie did a fantastic job on our GTI. The detailing and opti coat took him longer than expected (paint correction on a brand new car was not expected, so that took some extra time), but this is not something you want someone to rush through just to get done on time. In the end the car looks amazing, and I will definitely be bringing my other cars to him in the future.

I was looking for a shop around me that would replace the headlight housings on my 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee and stumbled upon this place. I called and spoke with Mario, he asked for some information via email which I quickly sent over. Within a few minutes, I had a price and a time scheduled to have them installed. I got the work done at a very fair price and it was impeccable! I was so impressed that I came back a week later and got a Drone Remote Start installed on my Wife’s car. Both jobs were amazing! I’m already looking at other projects I want them to do because they’re good at what they do and are very honest. Something as little as a quick reply to an email goes a long way! I am extremely disappointed with my experience at GEM Car Wash. First off, they don’t even have water available to wash your hands or any cloths for washing your car. How can a car wash not provide these basic necessities? The vacuum cleaner is absolutely useless. It has no power whatsoever, and you’re just wasting your money trying to use it. It barely picks up any dirt, let alone give your car a decent clean. And the soap? It’s a joke! When you pay for soap, you’re just getting plain water, not soap. It’s incredibly misleading and frustrating.

Went there this morning to do laundry and it was great. I had been there before with no issue . This time the place was nice and quiet. Washed my clothes as usual and put them in the dryer . Unfortunately when I got my clothes out of the dryer they smelled horribly of smoke which of course now has both my car and apartment smelling like a burning building . I wouldn't reccomend this place. If anything happens to you or you clothing this place wont do anything about it.

Avoid this place at all cost!!!! They do not do not take responsibility for anything they keep reposting the same response such as “ thank you for your feedback is valuable to us and we will work to address the concerns” but nothing is done. They don’t care about your vehicle. This place has 14 locations but will not take responsibility for minor cost that happen at their facilities. Shame on you the owners and staff that run the place!!!!! My whole rear bumper was taken off as we were going to the car wash, and we felt our car shake during the car wash, and as we pulled out to dry off our car, we realize the whole rear bumper was taken off and nothing is being done about it. We filed a police report and hopefully this will be taken care of if not, we are contacting our lawyer. Karma will get you either way!

Hugo did an incredible detail job on the inside AND outside of my car. Like night and day, I have been soooo happy to get in my car ever since he cleaned it. He even dropped me off at the Starbucks down the street so I could wait the 4 hours for him to clean it. Great price too!!! Hugo and his team did a great job with my 04 TL that I bought a week earlier. The steering wheel, the dashboard, the floor carpets and mats etc everything was cleaned and restored. I had been putting off detailing my car for a couple years because it's not cheap. After some research I landed on Chicago Mobile Detailing Experts. What drew my attention to this business was that they travel to you to detail your car. I'm sure many folks can relate to the convenience of not having to drop your car off somewhere for 4 hours. It was incredibly convenient to have someone come to me and detail my car while I work. This is the first time I've had my car detailed but I've seen others' work on friends' cars. I am incredibly satisfied with Eddie and Elijah's work and they offer a ton of different packages for all sorts of different needs. My car was mildly neglected and I hadn't washed it in months. I chose a Full Detail for $375 which took about 3.5 hours to complete. They brought their own water and only requested access to a power outlet. Their services range from quicker interior details, to more extensive paint correction, all the way to show room details. They really cover a broad selection of services. Eddie and Elijah were professional, friendly and got the job done quickly. Nothing was neglected and areas that others typically miss, were spotless. My car looks cleaner than the day I got it. Nothing but praise for Chicago Mobile Detailing Experts! I am a huge advocate for "you get what you pay for." Eddie and Elijah exceeded all of my expectations, and they'll get my business every time, as well as plenty of referrals.

I had Chicago Mobile Detailing Experts out to clean the interior of my 2010 Corolla. I've had it for many years and never cleaned it and it was in rough shape with lots of dust, grime, and cat hair. I booked the Gold package and they were out right away and got to work. In about two hours they had cleaned everything from food stains to the little pieces of gunk around the parking brake. I was very impressed with their work and would hire them again!

30$ wasted. Date: 06/27/2024. Time: 12:30 pm Business it’s about people. Not money itself. When the owner is in the shop, job is done with a lot of enthusiasm. When the owner is absent, job not done at all. Been telling them to rewash wheel twice, I just give up, paid and left. Also there where trying to show me there attitude like little kids. It’s the worst costumer service I ever had. Do your job the right way and will not get any complaints. However it’s just a car wash, some people don’t even check work. I check, and even after that, it’s not done the right way.

I took my car here hoping for a decent wash, but it was a huge disappointment. Not only did they leave my car still dirty, but it actually looked worse than when I brought it in. There were visible scratches, dust left in spots they should have cleaned, and overall, it was just sloppy work. I expected a thorough clean, but they didn’t put in any effort. Recently had my 2005 Silverado painted and wanted to keep it protected from the elements. Chris got me setup with a paint correction, 5 year ceramic coating, and lined my rocker panels, lower doors/bedsides with Xpel paint protection He Knocked it out of the park! Quality is second to none and will continue to use him for all things from washing to full paint corrections. Very satisfied with the results

I was referred to Chris through two friends who are real car people. I had just bought a new car and wanted it wrapped and some vinyl details. Chris went over the options and we went with the full wrap and ceramic coating to protect the car and a vinyl detail for our GT4. He also suggested changing the side lights and it made a huge difference. What makes Chris the best is that he is meticulous and works on every detail himself. We had debated doing the matte finish, but he put on both to try it and we went with the gloss and it looks perfect. I am so glad we found him, he is our car guy.
