WOW! My wife and I just picked up my car from CM3 Detailing Studio where I had paint protection film and ceramic coating installed to protect the finish from scratches and chips and repel water to look new without having to wax it. This picture doesn't do it justice. It looks way better than I imagined. It looks like a brand new paint job. Find the darkest red part in the picture and that is how the whole car looks. It is a deep, wet, glossy red and it looks AMAZING! Thanks to Cesar and Melissa, the owners who really care about the quality of their work. They want you happy and it shows. I had spilled food on my passenger seat and was worried that the food would stain the cloth seats. The spill happened Friday night and I called Sunday morning and was able to get an appointment for Monday morning. I tried calling a few other places that were busy or didn’t have any openings for days. I’m glad I found detail lab pros. They were quick to answer the phone, provided great service, and my car looks brand new! The price was great and I would highly recommend this place. Posting on my husband’s account, but took my car to Doug and Prime Detailing today, our second trip. Doug is so great! There were scratches all over my car from the scraper side of the snow brush (no it was not me that scratched it LOL), but my car looks brand new! All scratches came out, you can see in the pictures just how amazing my car looks! It looks like a mirror. Doug did such a beautiful job! Thank you so much! Highly recommend this company!

I had my wife’s car detailed and ceramic coated! My wife and are so pleased. Doug explained the details beforehand and answered all of my questions professionally. The previous owner smoked and he explained how cleaning with enzymes would get rid of it instead of flavored smells just hiding the problem. They cleaned the trunk carpeting as well! Everything is so shiny and no smoke smell! We had the two-year ceramic coating applied so I will come back in two years to report the durability promised. The price was very reasonable too! I recently had my Hellcat Durango detailed by this establishment for the application of a protective film and ceramic coating. I was thoroughly impressed with the level of detail and care they took with my vehicle. They even removed the rims to ensure complete coverage of the ceramic coating, including the interior and exterior of the rims as well as the brake caliper housing. Additionally, they provided me with comprehensive instructions on how to maintain the appearance of my vehicle and which chemicals to avoid in order to preserve the paint's finish. As a result, my car looks brand new and even better than when I initially purchased it from the dealership.

I brought my car in for a window tint after a recommendation from a friend. When I got there to just get a quote, Ray was extremely personable and helpful in guiding me to the best tint option for my car. When I came back for the actual appointment he made the whole process a breeze as well as helped me out with a few other things on my car. I now continue to bring back my car for maintenance washes and a wax every once in a while. He truly cares for your vehicle as well as making sure that you are a genuinely satisfied customer. Since then I have already recommended him to people in my family for detailing and I strongly recommend that you as well go to them for your car's aesthetic care!

DO NOT bring your car here for a wrap! I’ve been dealing with both Yosef and Sergio for almost a YEAR now. They asked me to remove a previous review to make things right, but sadly, I’m walking away extremely disappointed in their service and communication—$4,300 lost and an unfinished wrap job which I’ll be paying someone else to fix. When I showed up at the scheduled time to drop off my new car off the lot, no one was there. I had to drive all the way back to the city and return on a different day. They kept the car for 12 days but didn’t finish the job (apparently they ran out of material) and asked me to come back in a month for a "touch-up," which would supposedly take about a day or two. Parts of the car were wrapped in patches and peeling off at the edges. When I brought the car back, they kept it for 10 more days before telling me they had the wrong wrap color. Since we had to wait for new material to arrive, they kept my car for nearly a month. When I finally got it back, it was still peeling and patchy! I tried to communicate with them for over a month and a half about my concerns but got no response. Only after I left a review did they finally respond, asking me to take it down and give them a chance to make things right. But after that, it was just more delays and excuses. Shipping took over another month, and even after dropping off the car again, the wrap was looking even WORSE. I’ve been driving around for nearly a year with an embarrassing wrap that does NOT look like I paid over 4k for, while constantly chasing them for the promised touch-up. The photos included are the FINAL results after many "touch ups" where they just try to glue the wrap down and put tiny patches over it. Besides the horrible job done, knowing their poor communication habits, I would always reach out 2-3 days before to confirm our appointment since they’re over an hour drive from me. I’d receive a text the morning of, just a few hours before drop-off, saying that something came up and they’d need to reschedule. I’m beyond frustrated that I’ve spent this much time, energy, and money dealing with these people. I’ve asked for a reasonable 50% refund on my original payment to cover the cost of fixing it elsewhere, but of course, there’s been no response. If you’re looking for quality work and good customer service, STAY AWAY! EDIT: owner was able to respond to this review despite ignoring my messages, trying to drag his co-owner and business partner by giving a different business name to deal with. My payment was made to Yosef Sirrieh directly, so it makes sense I will deal with this business directly regarding my issue and request for refund as well.

This is a great place and an outstanding value. The rustproofing here is done right at the best price around. I’ve priced a lot of places and this place wins hands down…quality is good too. They do so much more than just detail. I had a bumper that was all scratched up and looked terrible. The body shop down the street was a least twice the price.They painted it and repaired the dent and it looked outstanding. I had another small dent and they were able to take that out too. In terms of value and quality of the work,...great place. The wax they use is also really good. It really does create a protective coating on your car.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this Car wash. My car’s wheel rim was severely cracked. Damage clearly occurred during their service. What made matters worse is that no staff member noticed or addressed the issue, leaving me to discover it myself after the wash. This lack of accountability is unacceptable. I expected better from a professional service, but instead, I now face costly repairs. I don’t recommend this car wash and advise others to think twice before trusting their vehicles here.

I’ll be honest. The brushes marred my paint and I have to get it professionally removed. If you have a nice car or respect your car, stay away. It’s ran by individuals who only care for money. Go there and you’ll find out the hard way. If Google wants me to remove this then I have 100% proof as the owner is in my community. Sad. Absolutely sad. I’ll get my car fixed with my own cash.

Wow! I drove a lot of miles (35K) during the year I've had my 23 Toyota Camry Hybrid and it needed refreshing. I had a scratch down half the length of the car and every time I got into it I would see that scratch and be so mad at myself (I did it with a zipper on my backpack!) Robert and his team did such a wonderful job waxing and buffing that I can barely see a scratch about 2 inches long, which is a HUGE improvement. And it's no longer glaringly white against the black of my paint! Add that to the now sparkling interior that looks brand new, windows that I can now see out of, and hardly a dent in my budget. I appreciate the price almost as much as the service I got, as most places were way more than I paid. The value, service, and the finished product are all reasons you should use Elite the next time you need your car detailed. I highly recommend them (so much I have his business cards and hand them out everywhere!)

I am so glad I checked this place out. It is the only place I will take my car too now. Do know that you are on a first come first serve basis, so this means you might need to wait awhile before you can leave.i usually only wait an hour-but recently waited over two hours. The wait is always worth it, and you can’t beat all of the nearby adventures you can hit up while you wait!

What I love is the service and the fact that there is no bracket where your wheel goes that pushes your car forward. It's flat and ideal for low cars. Mine is lower than some but not slammed and I've had no issues. I also like the free scents they have at the window. They smell so good. Everyone I've dealt with has been awesome and a pleasure.

I'm glad for people who got great service in this place. It wasn't up to me where to clean my car. Toyota dealership in St Charles gave me complementary wash. I know. I know! U gonna tell me: complementary is nothing. I agree. I didn't pay for service. But I didn't ask much: just clean my car (outside only). No interior. No detailing. Nothing special. Anyway.
