Came in to get an interior cleaning 7/31, I was helped by the manager, I believe his name was Kevin. He went above and beyond to find a solution to get my perforated leather seats cleaned out, I was in and out in no time. I will definitely be coming back for all my wash needs. This is definitely the place you want to come to where you will be taken care of.

3rd time and last time no more chances for full service paid $32. How hard is to clean the freaking windows and seats? Every time i come into the car the windows are still dirty and seats not cleaned after the dirt dog brings, done with this place. Visible dirt in plain sight not cleaned, save your money go else where.

I paid over $200 for their detailing service and was not impressed. There were liquid streaks in my dash, and didn't really get the hard to reach places. Which is why I took it there in the first place. Carpet cleaning was ok. But for $200 it was not worth it. Could've took it elsewhere for around $150. This place was just more convenient for me.

As a business owner, I would like to know that if and when my manager was out of line...hence this review. This also is a third instance this same manager (bald guy with a beard) spoke to me in such a manner. I drove up this morning and got the deluxe wash (no one in front, no one behind me). Upon exiting the wash, one of the workers motioned for me park on the right and I waited as I wanted to get the car dried (I tip $5 sometimes $10 because those guys do work hard). I saw a manager walking around, eating a sandwich, two other guys just walking around with rugs in hand. The manager came up and I asked "can I get wiped/dried?" And his response was "you're dry already (the car was not) and motioned for me to get out of there" (with an attitude) to which I said "you are just rude" and the manager's response was "yet you keep coming back"... We'll, no more! He could have said "hey, we're super busy and don't have the capacity to dry now"...that's all. Again, not the first time he spoke like that to me but definitely the last. Also, to those commenting on their wheel/tire shine - I agree, it is not good. Do not waste your money!

Unfortunately it was waste of money. As you can see on the pictures car was just briefly swiped without any effort. I’m not talking about some hard to access places, but handles, dash board, doors and all other parts are the same way I dropped off before car was “cleaned”. They left all the garbage inside. I was checking reviews on Yelp before I stopped here and I’m really disappointed because service was waaaay below from what I’ve read on those reviews. Waste of $36

I had the absolute worst experience with WashU Car Wash in Des Plaines. I signed up for a monthly subscription but decided to cancel. Despite visiting them 15 times, they still failed to cancel it! I kept getting charged repeatedly, which is beyond frustrating. The managers were not only unhelpful but also incredibly rude every single time. Their customer service is non-existent, and dealing with them was a nightmare. Beware, people! Avoid this place at all costs—they are horrible!

I wanted to get a monthly subscription to this car wash. The employee took my credit card and did not give it back to me, When I got home I noticed that I had four transactions written off at this car wash, total amount is $55, although they don't even have such services for $55, When I returned to the car wash, they gave me my credit card back, and the employee also gave me the manager's number and promised that they would return the money they had taken from me. I contacted the manager, a week has already passed and no one has returned my money. 🤷🏻‍♂️ 🤦🏻

The person at the car wash asked which one I wanted chose the $20 wash he proceeded to scan a previous customer receipt to give 50% off I gave a $20 bill and he attempted to keep the change and refused to give me my receipt with another 50% off coupon to attempt to scam the next person! Would give 0 stars if I could do not trust the attendants here!

These guys did a great job on the paint repair for my Maserati. Looks good as new! Paid only 1/5th compared to what the other body shop wanted to charge that my dealer "recommended." Don't get ripped off by those other body shops.

Amazing job! Sean is always working hard and never fails to make me a happy customer. It’s worth every dollar because they pay attention to detail! I spilled my pot luck lunch for work and they detailed and shampooed my carpets and treated my seat! I expected an additional charge but Sean applied a discount! Best car wash place ever!

Came here twice so far and the most recent time was probably the better experience, with very thorough cleaning. Opted for #3 Deluxe Wash both times and will most likely continue to do so. They have a nice waiting area but you can also watch the team clean your vehicle also. Haven't had a chance to snag a photo during that time, but photos here are of after the vehicle's gone through the high powered drying system. They also have an email distribution list you can sign up for with coupons/deals but haven't signed up for that just yet. Unsure of their winter hours but hope they still have their services available - My previous hand car wash that I used to go to permanently closed.

Booked a detailed cleaning of my car based on reviews. Paid $290.00 for package # 2. I totally regret it. I gave it a star because there is no option for none. I dropped the car at 8am and at 3pm got a call that the car was ready for pick up. I was surprised how fast they did it and now I was worried about the quality. Save yourself the money. The interior of my car is not looking better than a normal quick cleaning. Looks like they didn't even make an effort to vacuum thoroughly the carpets. All windows have wiping marks and I had to wipe them again. The rear view mirror has all over dry spray drops on it. We definitely have different understanding of "detail cleaning". The pictures speak for themselves. I would take a full refund if I could. Definitely not going back.

Bernal is the best place to wash your high end toy (and not only) in the whole surrounding area. I have 3 cars and been going there for 7-8 years. He wash them the very same way I would wash. He is well known for taking care of all exotics in the area. Talking about lambos, ferrarris, mclarens, porsches, rollses, etc. Takes about 2 hours for a wash so I always leave my cars and come back later to pick up . If you took your $10k-$20k junk over there and planning to leave a review how expensive a $100 wash is (which is pretty much $50 an hour hard labor including his expenses) go somewhere else. In fact there is an automatic $3 car wash right behind his bays. Don't forget tipping! You'd leave 20% on a $100 bill at a mediocre restaurant for the waitress that only took your order ( considering they are having food runners and busboys) , but won't throw at least $20 for the guy who is doing all kinda physics for 2 hours... Seriously ?! Get the strap. Let's go.

Called in to get a spot cleaning in my perforated leather seats. The owner of the business said they only do the whole car and didn’t offer me anything less. Quoted me $200 for an interior only detail that I didn’t even need, so I went down to fullers car wash on elmhurst and asked them if they offer spot cleaning and they happily obliged got the stain out and so I got the exterior detailed since i was happy that they would accommodate the customer over making an extra dollar. To the owner of this business, start making meaningful relationships with customers and stop being so greedy and you will thrive.

A2 Auto Detailing is the best place to go if you want your car looking brand new. I came in with a lot of scratches and swirls on my car and he performed a paint correction and crystal coating which resulted in my car looking practically brand new with a glass-like finish. He is knowledgeable on what’s he’s doing and gives very reasonable rates. It’s safe to say I will be coming back in the future for any of my detailing needs.

I’ve now had two of my cars tinted and ceramic coated at Chicago Auto Pros. My first car, a 2024 Polestar 2 Performance, is still holding up and looks showroom new almost 14 months later. So for longevity, I can certainly say Chicago Auto Pros is on top of it! Today I brought in my spare car because why not?! It is a Volvo V60 Polestar wagon. I’d you didn’t get the gist of it by now, I really like Swedish cars. Given my love of the classy, understated elegance of the Swedish cars, I knew I needed a shop that wouldn’t use subpar tints, or try and get me to completely black out my car. That wasn’t a problem at all. Dom, the advisor who helped me, made sure I picked what was right for me. Not surprisingly, the tints are flawless and there is not a single air bubble or imperfection to be seen. I am taking the Volvo back in 1 week for paint correction and a ceramic coating, so she can match my Polestar in flawless elegance. Without a doubt, I’ll be back whenever I purchase a new vehicle….which is more often than I’m willing to admit. Thanks Dom and the entire Chicago Auto Pros team for keeping my wheels in perfect shape! Also forgot to thank Dan for his excellent detailing skills!

High quality materials and services are provided here. I really don't think anyone can go wrong with this young gentleman. This is an individual-run business, while the owner may lack marketing skills to grab our attention, compared to corporates, the result delivered is through his heart, not money-driven mind of regular businesses. Johnny is a very polite, honest, and easygoing gentleman to work with. He offers either mobile/on-site service. I was very impressed by the quality of work he offered on my three year old car with a full detail coming with a reasonable price. I am actually a very picky person on car care, but Johnny even fully cleaned the hard-to-see areas like the flooring behind pedals, no mentioning shampoo/steam the whole interior, and applied protectants on different interior trims. And his secret wax that expels water like ceramic coating is really impressive as well. There are more other out-of-expectation areas of Johnny's work to talk about, and I won't hesitate to recommend him for anyone who needs a detailing.

They didn’t clean my rear window and my3rd row windows both still have finger marks on them you can tell they half ass their job and I still got leaves in my car and they have a sign that says “they are not responsible for what is in the car” they literally man handled my baby camera lost my mat I had to hold my camera still. I will never go back to this terrible car wash who damaged my car because they don’t care. Thinking that it would be convenient for me to stop here as it’s on my way home from work. I brought my brand new car, freshly tinted for its first wash after the winter salt. Not only did they not do an undercarriage spray as was included with their super wash, play scratched a chunk out of my brand new passenger side window tint when they pulled out my rear floor mats. Additionally, there was water all over my leather seats , soap still all across the front grill and hood, soap still all in the seams of my trunk, even though they opened it and “dried it”.

WOW, David and his crew are amazing. They did a ceramic coating on my high roof sprinter van and it turned out absolutely perfect. This van is literally 10 feet tall and cleaning it is like cleaning a bill board. When picking it up I gave it a good once over and the entire van was perfect! The paint was buttery soft with a mirror like shine. The van is 4 years old and it looks better now than it did when it was brand new. From my first phone call asking about price, process etc. all the way to pick up they were professional, courteous, and gave me all the information needed to make an informed decision. I am slightly disappointed with the service I got an express detail and shampooing service. The shampooing was great but the detail was not satisfactory as they didn’t pay attention to detail and did not really vaccum. This is after I asked them to vaccum in some of the parts I noticed.

Eduardo and his crew did a spectacular job on a complete interior/exterior detailing today. There were deep dark stains embedded in the leather middle seats from my grandkids early diaper days. I didn't think the stains could be removed, but Eduardo was able to make the leather seats spotless. He was also able to polish out the scrapes and paint from a parking lot encounter with another vehicle. The entire car is perfectly clean and shiny now. Thanks for a great job. I'll be back!

Got the platinum plus wash, and it was worth every penny. I wanted a head-start on fully detailing my car and these folks did a great job. The exterior was cleaned perfectly, even the bug smash stuck to the leading edges of the hood. The interior got a good cleaning and disinfecting, with very little fine detail work left for me to complete. This team has been here a long time. You can have confidence that they will treat both you and your car right.

I like this car wash. I think it does a good job on the quicks. However, when I looked at my car when I got home, I noticed the tire shine applicator somehow scratched my hub-cap when exiting the car wash. If there was an option to opt out of tire shine in the system beforehand, I would come back. Unfortunately, I think the tire shine applicator is a flawed design. Too bad.
