I’ve been going to Ralph’s Car Wash in Sycamore IL, near DeKalb, for over a decade and, overall, they do a pretty good job. The staff is nice and the place is always well kept. I can’t comment on their car detail service because I’ve never purchased a full detail, but their standard exterior vehicle wash is what you would expect in terms of quality and price compared to other full service car washes I’ve been to. The guys who do the final wipe down on the vehicles come-and-go and don’t always do the best job at wiping your vehicle down once it’s washed, otherwise I would have given them 5-Stars. Nevertheless, that’s to be expected and I would still recommend them, especially considering they have no real competition in the area.

My experience at D'Andrea was top-notch. I had a PPF applied to the entire car and ceramic coating applied on top. My car looks better than brand new. It shines so much, I get random compliments in traffic from people on the highway. Jaw-dropping, drool-inducing stares from friends, neighbors, everyone. Mike was super polite and kept me informed of progress too, taking videos I could show off. I also appreciated all of the follow-up. Love this place! My absolute favorite car wash. They are always very kind and courteous granted you have any questions. I have the membership here, amazing value, get a wash per day for $40 a month (all the details) love it! Free vacuums are great too.

Unfortunately, this car wash has really gone downhill. I’ve lived nearby and have used them for years. However, I’m getting scratch marks on my car now. And I know other people that this is happening to. Plus, I know people who have signed up for their monthly car wash and unbeknownst to them started getting charged a fee every month. Believing they had to buy monthly they bought three different memberships and come to find out all three were reoccurring charges and were being charged to their card monthly. This car wash refused to give them any of their money back. Sycamore Express needs new management and new equipment. I will not be returning unless something is changed.

WOW! My wife and I just picked up my car from CM3 Detailing Studio where I had paint protection film and ceramic coating installed to protect the finish from scratches and chips and repel water to look new without having to wax it. This picture doesn't do it justice. It looks way better than I imagined. It looks like a brand new paint job. Find the darkest red part in the picture and that is how the whole car looks. It is a deep, wet, glossy red and it looks AMAZING! Thanks to Cesar and Melissa, the owners who really care about the quality of their work. They want you happy and it shows.
