Brought my jeep in on Fri & they did a great job. BUT the customer service was horrible. When I called & scheduled, they said 3-4 hours & when I called at 3..they were still not done until about 4:30 & I dropped off at 8am. No one called to tell me they were running late. When I picked up I literally panicked & thought my jeep was missing. The young girl had no idea where it was. She tried giving my keys that weren't mine twice..I told her those are not my keys. Finally she located my jeep but was not done yet. I liked the job & reasonable price but probably not going back again. Would recommend if you don't need your car for an entire day.

Paid $37 for a wash. Inside still dirty. They don’t wipe the doors, cup holders or inside door handles. Outside looks good but need to pay more attention to inside.

Zeto Stars ! Rip OFF! Left unclean - dirt & dust and not vacuumed. Councel not even wiped down steering column not whipped down. Too Fast Eddies !!! 5min clean for 37.00. It's not even what I asked for. 37.00 cash for a 5.00 car wash I could have got at the gas station ! Rip off ! An Amazing Job at an Amazing Price! Best hand car wash I have ever been to. The attention to detail and care they took with my vehicle was incredible. I’m very grateful to have come across such a great shop with such passionate employees. They even polished/removed some tree sap I had on my trunk at no extra charge. This family owned business was truly exceptional! We had them detail our cars and our parents cars. They did such a great job that all our cars look like brand new. My dad’s car had all kinds of stains, including coffee stains and curry smell in his 2005 Prius and they were able to clean and get rid of the stains and smell. They were very professional, competent, kind and honest people. We highly recommend them and have to our friends and family.

I had previously taken a 12 yr. old Honda sedan to Jimmy's and was very pleased with the work, recently took a 2010 CRV there for the 170$ package. The car (which between dogs and my daughter's Dunkin' runs was in need of a good cleaning) came out looking brand new! That deserves a 5 star review but what really impressed me involved a tip I had left. I had been to bank and the bills were brand new & the 20$ bill I had intended to give had a $50 'stuck' to it. I had not realized that yet but the owner (Jimmy's wife?) called me to inform me of my error and let me know when I could pick up the excess - i was so impressed by the honesty, friendliness and professionalism of this business I will always take my cars there.

I've been a patron of Matt's car wash for 6 years. We signed up for the monthly washes and have visited this place 300+ times over the 6 year span. I've noticed a decline in the products used to clean our vehicle. No matter what day you go in, there's always a broken brush. The drying portion has never dried the vehicle and you're forced to hand dry the vehicle. Most importantly, these brushes scratch your vehicle. Tons of scratches from this car wash all over our vehicle. Seeing as this is the only car wash we were accustomed to, we thought this sort of behavior from a car wash was normal. I'm sure rocks get lodged on the brushes and cause damage, etc. Well, most recently, July 2nd, there was black tar all over one corner of our vehicle, driver's side rear. Since we have to hand dry the vehicle every single time we use the car wash, we've become familiar with the scratches and marks on the vehicle. There are multiple slashes of this black tar, almost looks like it was applied with a large rotating brush, on the tail light and bumper of our vehicle. I immediately reported this to the staff of the car wash. Pictures were taken and I was asked to fill out a report. Fast forward to August 3rd, one month after the incident. 4 phone calls to the car wash and still no resolution for my vehicle damage. I went to the car wash today, August 3rd, and spoke to the "Manager" on duty. He claims there's no way their machine could have done that. I know people drive through with much dirtier vehicles and on that day, I could have easily picked something up from a contractor vehicle, etc. I asked the Manager the date on my report, he said a month ago it was filled out. I could tell he was getting frustrated with me, but I waited a month for someone to ask me multiple questions about the incident even though pictures and a form were filled out and then they told me there was nothing they could do. It's clear that my small amount of $40/month did not matter to this Manager. We will be taking our vehicles to another car wash in the area moving forward. I hope Matt's starts to invest back in to their car wash improving the reliability of their equipment and the quality of their products. Save your hard earned money, try another car wash in the area.

Prices are good, but the kid guiding the cars almost didn't put his phone down in time to guide me and I finished my wash with bugs still on the front because I was only given a spritz of bug wash.

Recommend getting a membership if you wash your car more than once a week. I love that they have Under Blast, which cleans the bottom of the car. You don’t want to let the calcium chloride mess up your underbody during winter. Free vacuum and airgun, mat washer is a good perk. I keep her spotless thanks to Swift Wash.

Praise God for this place! Husband got the $10 month membership, I like to say I am very pleased. Great customer service, great amenities for car wash. Vacuum AND mat cleaning for free! I have not tried the mat cleaning yet but will start using my floor mats to try it. I am very happy with their power pressure blower tool too. Through the membership they will recognize your license plate and will automatically let you in, so convenient. They will also have options for extra detail cleaning available. Going to continue getting my car wash from here.

Hunter and the team at Sharper detailing are fantastic. I appreciated the customer service: calling me on a Sunday, super friendly and professional, picking up the car and returning to my work. I rate this a 1 star this was terrible. left dirt on rims, left dirty water on the leather bmw seats. left a foot print of dirty water mark , SOAPY MATS. didn't fully vaccum left hair. I can go on and on and on. charged $30 for this when I could do better myself at the $4 self serve. REFUSED REFUND and said I had to come back for them to "review it" before they can fix it. I don't trust them to fix it. THUMBS DOWN IF U HAVE BMW,MERCEDES,TRUCK,PORCHE ETC. DONT GO HERE!!!

Detail Dan Smits did a great job on my 2017 Nissan Sentra today. There was dried up tree sap and bird poop all over my car and Dan got my car looking brand new. He even came out to my job so I didn't even have to go anywhere. He was straight to the point and knew what he was talking about. We took our crumb-covered, toy-filled, kid-hauling disaster of a van to Unicorn Details McHenry, and let me tell you, they performed pure magic! I don’t know what kind of wizardry they used, but our van went from looking like a landfill on wheels to sparkling like it just drove off the showroom floor. Not only did they find enough lost toys to start a second daycare (seriously, it was like a surprise Christmas haul), but they also managed to suck up crumbs I thought were part of the upholstery at this point. Me and my daughter came to get both our cars washed and were very disappointed. We paid 36$ for a wash each and tipped our guys 20$ and when I look at my vehicle they did not clean my dashboard properly and then they tell me doors are not included or seats. You guys are literally robbing people. I have got a full service wash in Chicago for 40 with everything included literally. They didn’t even vacuum the cars properly. I would rather drive 45 min to Chicago then ever take my vehicle there again.

Wow! Great job. Purchased the plus ceramic coating plan with wheels off option. Full exterior coated - paint, trim, glass. Car has never looked better. Required more paint correction than expected. Prep work makes all the difference. Had it done a few days ago - hoping it holds up for years! Vary according to our schedule. Good communication, answered all our questions as we were deciding. Did a walkthrough of the car on pickup and shared how to keep it looking new. Nice people who do quality work.

If I could give -10 stars I would. I just went here for the first, and last time with my new vehicle. My parents have gone to this place for years with smaller vehicles and have had no complaints, as well as older vehicles so they probably couldn’t see the damage that was being done. My vehicle had no marks/scratches prior to getting my car washed here, and now has multiple scratches on both sides of the vehicle, as well as on the headlights. Majority of the car looks like it wasn’t even cleaned. If you have any care for your vehicle, I would take your car literally anywhere else unless you want it to look like your car has been keyed. I regularly check my vehicle for scratch and dents, and never have I been more surprised to see my car littered with scratches after what was supposed to be a nice clean vehicle. Keep in mind this is a normal sized SUV. I don’t think their equipment is sized properly for a car produced within the last 10 years. Hopefully this helps anyone wanting to use this as a regular car wash, to find somewhere else.
