First off Prices are high! I know cost of living is going up. And I wouldn't have complained or had an issue paying the $20 that I did if it would've cleaned my car!!! Second the vacuums suck. The have no power suction nor does it pick up any debris. Third will not be going here. I don't recommend this location. I used to like it when it was fullers and prices were affordable and the $3 wash actually cleaned. ZERO STARS! **added the photos so u can see "My Cleaned car"** it didn't do nothing but leave it worst my windshield is horrible.

Horrible Horrible Horrible Car Wash was closed but when I pulled up I was able to enter my $10 for a Super Wash It accepted my $10 but then no lights no movement no sounds I looked to the left where you insert your money at and it says car wash clothes not in a bold way easily to be missed it's a total ripoff in a scam the machine should not accept your money if they're closed cuz when you pull up there's no big bright open or closed side I wrote a note, I slipped it under the door of the business and have yet to hear back from them in regards to returning my $10. From the moment I arrived, an employee came out to greet me and provided a detailed explanation of their packages. I was invited to wait in their amazing lobby, which featured a full-service bar and delicious food from Harold’s Chicken. I opted for a full exterior and interior service, and to my surprise, it was completed in under 45 minutes. The quality of the work was exceptional, and my car looked brand new. The entire experience was seamless and enjoyable. I highly recommend Berwyn Auto Spa to anyone looking for top-notch car care. I rarely leave reviews unless I am genuinely impressed with a place. I had been wanting to visit this establishment for quite some time, and today presented the perfect opportunity. I am delighted that I decided to stop by. My initial impression upon entering was that of a welcoming and friendly environment. While waiting, customers have the option of ordering a beverage and utilizing the space to work on their laptops which worked out perfect for me since I had to finish up some work. 💪 . Anyway they did a great job on my car , my car was so dirty and now it looks brand new ! I highly recommend this place.

If you are looking to get your car cleaned inside out- I would highly recommend them. I am very meticulous about my vehicle. I had my Audi S4 Quattro in for a full body wash and interior clean and the results were AMAZING! absolutely love the shine gloss finish. It was like getting a brand new car. Brought my car here twice and neither times have a been disappointed. My car is always spotless afterwards. It is always as clean as it was when i drove it off the lot. It was 16.48 and I have a megacab truck so you get what you pay for but they missed a lot of spots and there's hand prints all over from the guys why dried it- if they would have dried the lower part of my truck by hand there wouldn't be dirty spots either. I won't be back

This car wash system needs a upgrade the blowers don't blow to dry car. The vacuum needs to be updated also it doesn't even suck out to clean the car right. The best one so far is on Cermak and Rockwell!!....

I needed my car interior detailed prior to installing a carseat for a new baby, and they did an INCREDIBLE job. My car was in really bad shape since it's just never had a deep clean and it's a 2009, and they made it look completely brand new on the inside. I highly recommend this service. This is a residential business, so be prepared to either walk down the block to Starbucks to wait for the service or have it scheduled on a nice day so that you can sit in the yard. I didn't know this as I was 38 weeks pregnant and scheduled the service on a 95 degree day, but they were kind enough to drive me and my husband to Starbucks a block or so away so that we could wait in air conditioning. They really went above and beyond for us, and we appreciated it so much. The service was also reasonably priced for what we got in return. Thanks R&R! :)

quick service, they’re on a rush, car in front and behind me were very close they should leave a bigger gap just to give enough time to finish the drying time at the end of the carwash, left with water marks everywhere that later dried and left spots from the outside.

I have been here for years. I came to get gas. It gives you the option of purchasing a car wash. Before you'd be able to buy it and it reduced your price by 10 cents. That was nice because you kill two birds with one stone with a deal. Now it cues you to go to speak to the attendant. I went to speak to him. He gave me a lot of attitude. Refused to answer any Qs. He simply said, "That's how it is now, if you want to get your car washed buy it separately". He was tall, has locks, heavy set, with a pyramid tattoo on his right arm. Worst customer service I've received for a simple question. There was no line behind me. Never coming back here again.

I came in to get a wash for an SUV. The owner greeted me at the bay door. He was very friendly and accommodating. The workers inside the shop did an excellent job cleaning the inside and outside of the SUV. Also, there is a really pretty shop cat named Pinta that hangs out here. I highly recommend giving this little local shop a try!

Under new ownership: fair prices, good work and they’re opening up a new slots and bar area while you wait to get your car wash! Anyone with toddlers knows how bad they stain the back seats, but they were able to make it look fresh and sleek again.

Excellent service and very flexible with scheduling. I had a much needed interior cleaning for my car and service was exactly as promised. Even provided some buffing of an exterior scratch (after asking first) at no additional cost. Will definitely be back for any additional detailing needs.

First time using Thompsons touch. My vehicle got very dirty and buggy From a road trip. I was very short on time and needed to get my vehicle cleaned up before some car shows lined up for the weekend the car is a part of. They were prompt and on time and ensured I was happy with the finished service before taking off for the next customer. Very convenient for busy people as well or for folks who have high end luxury/performance vehicles and prefer a higher end service than a typical white glove wash. I went for a car wash. As I’m 2 minutes into using the vacuums they shut them off and say that the car wash closed, passed by again 1 hour later and cars are getting washed and the vacuums are on! HORRIBLE PLACE! payed for a wash to just get the vacuums and didn’t even get the service

these people are unorganized ! . i came in at like 330 and it’s 430 and the guy managing keeps putting other vehicles in front of me . btw if you haven’t been here before that is an abnormal amount of time . it’s just a wash and vacuum essentially. still haven’t gotten the interior done . this is some bs . do not bring your car here! definitely worth spending a bit more for better service . My car air dried with all the water marks all over. i voice my complaint and the guy wants to come at me trying to argue.

To have wasted 4 hours of my time, I expected much better than what I received. The people here are very nice and friendly, but the work was horrible and I would not recommend them to anyone. Precision does not begin to explain the lack thereof of a wash that I received. There are multiple smudges in my windows and it look like it was just smeared and this is after I had them clean up and clean again in between the seats this was not worth my time nor my money and I would prefer if people stop pretending cars getting the stuff that you can see instead of really cleaning them like they're supposed to. No bueno! 👎👎

Horrible Horrible Horrible from the auto detailing to the customer service. They gave me my car back and it wasn't completely dry. The car began to smell really bad and still looked really dirty. They told me all they can do is dry my car out (something they should of did the first time). They dont want to redo my car because they are not getting paid for that. They also told me they couldn't give me a refund because I used a groupon. Would recommend them. Very unprofessional and dont take accountability for poor job. The least they can do is shampoo my car again and make sure its dry before you give it back to me.

I am truly satisfied with how my LED halo kit headlights came out. Oscar really went above and beyond with the installation. I was unaware of some damage to the driver side headlight, and he did an amazing job fixing it. And at a really fair price too. Truly dedicated to his work. I highly recommend.

It was suppose to be a Pick up and drop off service, that didn’t happen. I called them over five hundred times to pick me back up from work I got hung up on, they stole my DJ sluggo mix tape and my car was not detailed, they said nothing about fixing the problem so rude and heartless , this is how they left my truck and on top of that they turned on my engine used my gas and heat to dry my sets not kool I spent $200 I don’t have money to burn nor give away

Steer clear away from this place smh,I went in with a bad tire so I needed a new one,as soon as I pulled in I asked him how much for the tire for my car and did they have my size,he proceeded to take my tire off my car without even saying if he had the size I needed,long story short,I waited about 30 min,as I’m sitting in my car I see him taking my tire off the rim,he still hasn’t came and told me anything,about 15 mins later he came with a tire and proceeded to put it on my car. Fast forward,I leave and as I’m getting out of my car a little while later I notice something hanging out of my tire with hard sticky stuff on it so I go back to the shop where he tells me oh I told you the tire had to get plugged 🤦🏽‍♀️he never once told me it had to get plugged he just went on and on about how good the tire was and how long it would last me all winter according to him,mind u all the tire was plugged on the outside (Not good) my warranty is still good so if he doesn’t give me my money back or a new tire I was told I could sue and will be doing so.

Went to get air in all four tires. Pretty disappointed. Stan never got out of his car to supervise the two young (teenagers?) who were servicing my car. I had to give direction (too much, add more, good stop). I called Stan to find out price of service and should I give one of the service providers the money. Yes, train our children in working the family business and give good customer service during the process. I'll continue to use Stanford's because it's convenient and I'd like it to remain in business. I'll say more to Stan if this happens again. The appearance of business has declined quite a bit.

Do NOT go here to get your car washed! They left the exterior of my car with scratches, the interior was not cleaned well, and left smelling damp. I usually clean my own car, so I know my car well! I also got paint job done a few months ago so I know it did not have those scratches prior. When I spoke to the man up front, politely, he just dismissed the scratches as me not noticing because the car was dirty. For one my car was not that dirty for two I know very well it did not have those scratches. After saying “you just didn’t notice” he walked away and went inside. Do not go here! It was such a waste and my car was left in worse condition then when I brought it. I am so upset and it frustrates me more that they did not own up to it. Not sure what to do from here.

These guys assured me it wasn't an issue and arranged pick up & drop off for no additional fee and charged me a very fair price for the detail. I had a ceramic coating put on a vinyl gloss car wrap and it turned out amazing! Brandon was quick to respond and provided updates or answer any questions I had. They are also open later than most places so I was able to drop my car off after work and pick it at a later day. He even went the extra mile and washed and cleaned my wheels and shined up my tires, which is not part of the service I got but it was a nice touch because he really cared about making the car look its best. I would definitely recommended this place and go back.

Do it Right, DID IT RIGHT! I had a last minute need, and they went above and beyond. The vehicle hadn't been driven in a while, and it was a mess. I was actually embarrassed to even drop it off. I called last minute and they were able to work with my time constraints. They made my car look like NEW! It's beautiful, and they price was perfect. They were timely and detailed in their work. I would not only recommend them to everyone, but highly suggest you also recommend them to everyone!

Top notch!! I called to get more information as to services and appointments. 6 hour road trip and unfortunately I became ill driving back home to Chicago. Long story short, took care of myself and immediately called about detail services, sanitizing and deep thorough cleansing and beautifying to my vehicle. We take both our cars to this wash and we are more than satisfied about the results. The price is favorable, you may have a bit of a wait depending on when you go. However, this one of the best spots. Seating is a little small, but you’re getting a car wash not a hotel room. Read a book, leave a tip please. The people work hard and as such, give them a tip! I always do.

They don't deserve even one star. In 25 years of taking my cars to the wash, this has been the worst of the worst, and I paid for the deluxe. My Yukon was left all muddy inside. They didn't even take the time to arrange the mats correctly. It was the first time and I won't be going back. Whoever reads this, I hope you think about it many times before going there. Brilliant idea by coming to your home to do the work. Ian came prepared with everything he needed. I respect the hustle, this isn’t easy work. Took time to make sure the car detail was done very well. Also, may I ask what car wash soap you use? It’s better than going to the commercial car wash. My car wasn’t massively dirty but it was extremely difficult to get the crumbs out so to the low suction vacuums at the car wash. I had crumbs on my carpet/seats, finger prints on my console, and a very difficult to remove film on interior windshield. I got a complete detail done on my car including the engine and my car looks brand new! I’ve gotten so many compliments from family members on how clean I keep my car but it was really Francia. I would 100% get it done again, it was definitely worth having every bit of my car clean. Furthermore on the website they stated 6 hours but it only took 4 and I was able to pick up my car early.

My fiancé’s car was neglected and in need of a good wash and vacuum. I went for the top-tier, $20 wash and the front of the car came out looking exactly how it went in.The vacuums were good and there’s air guns at every station, but the wash itself was bad quality for the price. I would drive a little further and go to Buddy Bear instead.

Never coming again. Used to be a really good carwash with guys who took pride in how your vehicle left the wash but now I feel the guys just want to push the cars through to get them done quickly. The crew wasn't rinsing the cars off before starting to scrub the salt away leaving surface scratches all over my truck. The truck is going to need a buff. Interior dressing still leaking on the door cards and not even attempted to whip correctly. And leaving salt stains still on the outside of the truck. Not worth the $32 dollars for a platinum wash.

06/10/23: I wanted to give them a second chance. In March of 2022 they broke my shift knob. Today, yet again they broke a price of my seat and just left it in my trunk with out saying anything. By the way, they are not responsible for damage things on your vehicle. BEWARE. They will leave scratches on your vehicle and damage things and they will not tell you. 06/11/2023: They do not acknowledge their mistakes to try to do better. But they are saying this is a fake review and from competition?? I have been a customer for years but after this I will not be coming back!

Went to KLEAN DETAIL 2 years ago for a paint correction & ceramic coating, Angel charged me $1300 on my tahoe and gave me a 3 year warranty, this summer I noticed the hood turn blemishy and reached out to Angel called and through text, after showing him, he asked me if the truck was out of state ? Because the sun probably messed up the clear coat, I sent him a copy of the car fax and truck has been in Illinois all its life, he stopped answering calls or returned texts, waited a week to hear from him , nothing!!! 🚨WARNING 🚨 WORD TO THE WISE!!! He won’t honor the warranty and won’t take responsibility on the trucks hood, will blame it on the WEATHER OR SUN!!!! THATS WHY HE DOSNT GIVE RECEIPTS AND CHARGES CASH, STEER CLEAR OF THIS BUSINESS I DO NOT RECOMMEND !!! Smiles at the moment when you pay him but once you come back on warranty work won’t answer phone!!!!!!🚨 BEWARE!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!🚨 look at the hood in the pictures! I highly recommend Klean Detailing, owned and operated by Angel and his team. Besides being very communicative and professional, the results were amazing! I entrusted my 2023 Mazda CX-30 Carbon Edition with its luxurious red leather seats to their care, and I must say, the results were extraordinary. Despite my initial budget of $180, Angel's expert advice led me to opt for a more comprehensive package, which was a wise decision given the state of my car that had been neglected for a few months. Angel took the time to educate me on certain products, which I really appreciated. His team's attention to detail was impressive, and the final result was impeccable. Working with Abby has been a blessing - he gave me a quote back in March for body work needed and a wrap for what I feel was reasonable. Because of financial issues I could not get the work done yet - so I asked for a refund for the deposit. Abby said that this is not common practice but he made an exception for me and returned it. My car takes a beating. Driving from the job site 5 days out of the week. It gets hard to keep up with care…so I came to check out Drive green. They did a great job! From explaing all the different services to their customer care! Everything was spot on. Yes I dropped a pretty penny getting the steam detail plus the ceramic/wash but well worth it cause my truck was filthy. Wish I had a before and after so I can show the difference. They did a great job and I will be back! 10/10 you’re paying for quality and quality is what you get!
