I needed a really good car wash after a long road trip and my car filled with imprints of flying insects and debris. Of all the automatic car washes I visit, this by far is my favorite and the best quality!! I can't believe all the different cycles of soap and washes that my vehicle's journey goes through. I left with a spotless car and very pleasant experience. I echo the other positive reviews on staff. Michael, John , and the attendants are always friendly and responsive to my questions. The car's journey through the car wash is perfect timing with top quality solutions and equipment. I dried my own car with my own materials but used their free vacuum system which has strong suction too for the beach sand. All the insects and bugs from my road trip were washed off which is extremely rare to happen on an automatic car wash. Best quality and service at Swift Car Wash! Keep up the excellent management!

I have been using Swift car wash for a couple years now and it is by far the best wash I have ever had. I have been to 3 of the 4 locations, Carpentersville Woodstock and Crystal Lake, and all 3 have been great. The staff at all have been great as well. And if you join the club the cost is reasonable as too.

The front end was PPF and the rest of the car ceramic coated. I am so unbelievably happy with the end result. She shines like she just had a fresh wash. Definitely worth the cost. WOW! My wife and I just picked up my car from CM3 Detailing Studio where I had paint protection film and ceramic coating installed to protect the finish from scratches and chips and repel water to look new without having to wax it. This picture doesn't do it justice. It looks way better than I imagined. It looks like a brand new paint job. Find the darkest red part in the picture and that is how the whole car looks. It is a deep, wet, glossy red and it looks AMAZING! Thanks to Cesar and Melissa, the owners who really care about the quality of their work. They want you happy and it shows. Do NOT use this company! I dropped off my vehicle and it had an extra 40 miles on it when the service was complete. I was given the excuse that it had to be taken to Lombard from Bartlett to do the ceramic coating because “the lighting was better”!!? Owner, Doug, did not mention anything about taking it off site for cleaning. You don’t drive someone’s vehicle off site without permission and especially 40 miles!!! They were even given a little extra $$ up front to do the job right. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!! Update: I was told my truck was relocated due to bad lighting in the Bartlett shop and then the story changes to not enough room for a standard size pickup truck. If my vehicle had hard water stains, please explain how there only in a portion of the door jams and not throughout the entire vehicle? The door jams cleaned up easily after I used a little run of the mill auto cleaner on them. Check out the foggy windows as well. For a professional detail shop, shouldn’t the windows at least be clean? Not hard to please here, just don’t appreciate being taken advantage of by a company not willing to accept accountability.

Posting on my husband’s account, but took my car to Doug and Prime Detailing today, our second trip. Doug is so great! There were scratches all over my car from the scraper side of the snow brush (no it was not me that scratched it LOL), but my car looks brand new! I had spilled food on my passenger seat and was worried that the food would stain the cloth seats. The spill happened Friday night and I called Sunday morning and was able to get an appointment for Monday morning. I tried calling a few other places that were busy or didn’t have any openings for days. I’m glad I found detail lab pros. The new owners are horrible business people. They are very short-term focus and not customer friendly at all. They refuse to honor the packages bought under the previous owners. I had to explain to them that when they buy a business, they buy the entire book of business including debts and obligations. Safe to say I will no longer go to this car wash and neither should you.

I had previously taken a 12 yr. old Honda sedan to Jimmy's and was very pleased with the work, recently took a 2010 CRV there for the 170$ package. The car (which between dogs and my daughter's Dunkin' runs was in need of a good cleaning) came out looking brand new! That deserves a 5 star review but what really impressed me involved a tip I had left. I had been to bank and the bills were brand new & the 20$ bill I had intended to give had a $50 'stuck' to it. I had not realized that yet but the owner (Jimmy's wife?) called me to inform me of my error and let me know when I could pick up the excess - i was so impressed by the honesty, friendliness and professionalism of this business I will always take my cars there.

A business is supposed to deliver high quality service so that a customer can leave happy. Instead, I left the parking lot with damp seats, several areas of the car still dirty, my original appointment cancelled by them, & it wasn't a regular detail shop. Read further as I elaborate. I purchased a Groupon thinking I purchased a great deal which the place labeled as (top level service). BUYER BEWARE. I called for an appointment last week only for it to be cancelled because the guy had an emergency trip to Detriot. Figured it was an inconve incentive for me but wasn't a big deal to me at the time. So I rescheduled for last Monday but I had to cancel that and reschedule for Wednesday Sept 21. I was told over the phone that I maybe charged an extra $45 if the seats were dirty. I thought that was odd since this is a hidden fee not on Groupon. He reassured me that it probably aren't that dirty. From there, it's already 2 strikes but decided to proceed anyway. I get a notification from Groupon asking how my service with them was. Odd, it is only Tuesday and ai haven't recieved the service. My Groupon was redeemed before I was at the location to click the redeem button.Remember this paragraph because I will elaborate further in another paragraph when I pick up my car afterwards. I dropped off my car at 1pm and recied a text message about 6p to picked up my car 658pm when it is about to close at 7p. I inspected the rest of the car and other areas of the cat was still dirty. The backseat was still dirty, which he did explain before I picked up the car that will be an extra $45. I was already annoyed at this point. I spoke to the employee after a few minutes until I requested to speak to the boss. He explained the car was really dirty and the $45 was not for the dirty seats but for the extra fee because it is a SUV. After a few minutes, he finally gave me thr keys and I didn't pay the extra $45. The purpose of a detail service is to clean dirty cars. My fault anyway because I should've read the only review from Groopom from a customer who recieved the similar complaint. I should've just went to my trusted We Wash in Chicago. I took plenty of after photos. I'll post a few.

If I could give -10 stars I would. I just went here for the first, and last time with my new vehicle. My parents have gone to this place for years with smaller vehicles and have had no complaints, as well as older vehicles so they probably couldn’t see the damage that was being done. My vehicle had no marks/scratches prior to getting my car washed here, and now has multiple scratches on both sides of the vehicle, as well as on the headlights. Majority of the car looks like it wasn’t even cleaned. If you have any care for your vehicle, I would take your car literally anywhere else unless you want it to look like your car has been keyed. I regularly check my vehicle for scratch and dents, and never have I been more surprised to see my car littered with scratches after what was supposed to be a nice clean vehicle. Keep in mind this is a normal sized SUV. I don’t think their equipment is sized properly for a car produced within the last 10 years. Hopefully this helps anyone wanting to use this as a regular car wash, to find somewhere else.

Rainstorms stealing from their Customers!!!! As a business owner in town, I use local products and services when I can.  For 11 years I’ve been going to this car wash.  Rainstorm I think purchased this location 2 years ago.  Since then, there’s been nothing but issues.  Normally it’s the vacuums having no suction, or the dryer not drying the car forcing you to towel dry your own car.  No real big deal.  But now it’s “PAYING” for a service that’s not delivered. Because I deliver brides their dresses to their home locations, my car always needs to be clean or look clean.  I use Rainstorm twice a week totaling eight times a month, spending $12.00 a wash, which totals $96.00.  When you take that total and multiply it by 12 months in a year the yearly total, I spend with that location, is $1,152.00.  Now I’ve been going to this location for 11 years, that total, is $12,672.00! For the past few months, I’ve noticed I’ve paid for “Tire Shine”, but I don’t always get “Tire Shine”, which is why I have to pay $12.00, instead of $8.00.  Last week I checked to see if I got everything I paid for and once again the “Tire Shine”, said I was getting the service, but no shine.  In fact, the tires didn’t even look that clean.  I went up to the guys working the “Gate”, and said for the past month I’m paying for a service that’s not being delivered… why?  The looks I got from the 3 were frightful.  All 3 told me it’s “out of their control”, and blamed the Maintenance Department.  They told me that maintenance had to handle that... and just stood there.  As if they were done with me.  I got back in my car and left… but then I thought if I treaded a bride like that my days in business would be over and I turned around to inquire who the General Manager or even Manager was.  The guy inside which was one of the guys from outside said “Look I told you it’s a maintenance issue”.  I responded, “I heard you the first 4 times but you never said what was the follow-up process or what you were truly going to do about Customers paying for a service that for at least a month has not been delivered? And this isn't the first month I've noticed this.  The other times I just brushed it off.  Dead silence.  Not, I’M SORRY THIS HAS HAPPENED!, and we’re sorry for people paying for something they ARN’T getting!  Here’s what's happening friends…  Companies like RainStorm are hiring “bodies” to fill space.  Whether it be space on a schedule or physically being in a space... and I get that… But when you're paying for something you're not getting who do you talk to?  At Rainstorm it’s 3 guys at the gate.  I'm taking all of my business to Fuller's Car Wash at 2285 Randall Rd, Carpentersville, IL.  It's out of my way but it's the principle.  NO ONE WANTS TO SPEND MONEY FOR A SERVICE THEY WON'T GET!

HIGHLY do not recommend this location ! It ended up damaging my husband’s van. We NEVER heard from they're owner but they're manager in which was no help whatsoever. The manager claimed that the owner said the damage was “due to the van having rust and being a 18 year old vehicle. it does not qualify to being covered under them”PLEASE consider another car wash as this one does not take accountability to its customers damages .

Brought my jeep in on Fri & they did a great job. BUT the customer service was horrible. When I called & scheduled, they said 3-4 hours & when I called at 3..they were still not done until about 4:30 & I dropped off at 8am. No one called to tell me they were running late. When I picked up I literally panicked & thought my jeep was missing. The young girl had no idea where it was. She tried giving my keys that weren't mine twice..I told her those are not my keys. Finally she located my jeep but was not done yet. I liked the job & reasonable price but probably not going back again. Would recommend if you don't need your car for an entire day.

Me and my daughter came to get both our cars washed and were very disappointed. We paid 36$ for a wash each and tipped our guys 20$ and when I look at my vehicle they did not clean my dashboard properly and then they tell me doors are not included or seats. You guys are literally robbing people. I have got a full service wash in Chicago for 40 with everything included literally. They didn’t even vacuum the cars properly. I would rather drive 45 min to Chicago then ever take my vehicle there again.

Spent 179$ on a detail, they barely cleaned it, there's still crumbs and stains all over, all they did was vacuum and wipe it down. Not to mention they stole my aux cord.
