I've had the opportunity of visiting this car. Wash more than once. I was treated very good. I loved the way my car. Looked for the service that they're providing today. I had a great conversation with Lisa Manager. And regards to the service that they are providing for the customers and making sure that they are happy. The Calumet City location is the worst I have ever seen in a car washing business. Their employees are rude and don't know what they are doing. I was with Fuller's Car Wash at that location for over 3 years, and I could tell that something had changed. They have 3 drive up lanes to enter the car wash and half the time 1 or 2 are closed, so you would have 1 lane for everyone to go through even people with the monthly pass like myself. But not any more, I canceled my monthly pass cause their business and employees are not professional at all. If you had any problems like I did, you would do the same. If you need an employee, knock on their employee door cause that's where they are always at. No, I will pass on this business. I will drive clean across town before I would use this car wash again.

If you want to wash 90% of your SUV come here just left this place and the back of my jeep is DRY pictures don't lie and as you can see. The rest of the vehicle looked ok, but the back, not good at all. Last time I come here.

Sam is a professional young man with a great work ethic. He was so willing to work with my schedule in order to get my van cleaned up. I have 3 kids and they all play sports. We use the van every day and have to eat on the run and carry messy sports equipment everywhere. Sam made my van look brand new again! Exterior is shining and interior is stain free and smells great! Took my car in for detailing, the person I purchased the car from was a smoker and in my own attempts I had not been able to remove the odor and staining. But they were able to clean it and remove the odor. It looks and smells like a brand new car, even though it's 5 years old. The outside wax that he did was awesome and you could tell they knew what they were doing. Not a detail was missed. Very happy with their work at a good price.

Amazing work by DroP ZonE Detailing!! I’ve had my car over 2 years and I’ve hauled a ton of stuff around and didn’t do a good job of keeping up with my car at all. This car looks cleaner than when I bought it!!!! Call and make your appointment and make sure you don’t try and rush the process. This looks so good, I wish I took “before” pics but I was embarrassed.

The machines do not clean the front of my vehicle well. I asked the attendant to prescrub the front the way they do the back and they refused. Talked to a manager and showed him the dirt on the front of my car and he agreed-next time ask for a front prescribed. I came back and the attendant (who also claimed to be a manager named Ron) refused. I explained that I had just had a conversation with another manager about this but Ron didn't care. I went through the wash and then showed Ron the from of my car and he essentially said "oh well, nothing I can do". We canceled our membership and we are now pursuing a refund

I was recently looking for a detail shop that I could trust with one of my new cars. I spoke to the owner, Aaron and the service manager, Mike. I made an appointment to come in and see what services they offered. I was looking for ceramic tinting and ceramic coating. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by Kelly and Mike, they were eager to answer all the question I had about their services. Mike took me on a tour of their facility, and right away I noticed how clean and well organized they are here. I opted for the full detail package. The results were nothing short of stunning! My car looked amazing! Their attention to detail was impressive. My car was meticulously cleaned and polished by their technician, Jim. Jim was very knowledgable and enthusiastic about his work. Kelly kept me updated with texts and photos throughout the whole process. My ceramic tints are exceptional. Overall, I was thoroughly impressed with my whole experience at Attention 2 Detail. The combination of exceptional customer service and impressive results has earned them a loyal customer. Excellent work! B&S Express hand car wash detail my entire suv and the price was so reasonable. Way better than those mobile car detailing companies with most only detail the interior. They not only detailed the whole vehicle inside and out but they did my engine as well, buffed and waxed my vehicle. $150.00! Go see my guys at B&S Hand Car Wash, they will treat you and your car better than good. Philip detailed my vehicle but I believe they are all good at what they do. Wish I had took pictures at the time they did the work. Next time!

On the inside of my car, I had dog pee, my own pee (don't ask), Orange Fanta and dirt spilled all over my floor and seats. Over the phone I asked Noel to shampoo the front and back seats (fabric) and to do the carpet. He did that, AND hose down my rubber mats, detailed in the buttons and the cup holders a little bit, and buffed out an old scrape on my fender with a little lacquer thinner. My car's interior smells and looks new. I was charged $50. Thank you again, Noel!!

I had my car detailed at H&K back in February 2019. I was not very happy with the service. When booking it over the phone, they told me it was going to be super clean and looking great. I feel like I paid $150 for a basic glorified car wash. I will not give them my business again and wouldn't recommend. There was still dirt all over the inside. The interior and seats are cream leather and all dirt is noticeable so it was surprise to see all the spots that were missed. When they came out to show me the car, there was dirt on the side of my leather seats that one of the cleaners casually wiped off with a very dirty towel he used to clean everything else. The tires were still all grimy and he tried to clean them all right in front of me after I asked him to. The mats were dirty so I ended up washing them myself at my house. The engine compartment did look clean and wiped down. ~ I really didn't care about that at all. Overall, not impressed.

My husband brought my suv there for detailing. They didn’t clean the tops of the windows.Looks like they didn’t do anything in the cargo area and I could still see the paw prints on my back seat. Not very happy with the job they did

Hubby and I were out running errands. His 2019 Subaru Outback was in need of an oil change. Instead of making an appointment at the Subaru dealership, he wanted to do things differently this time. Hubby had been eyeballing and contemplating this Drive & Shine location for his oil change. Well, this place DID NOT DISAPPOINT!! First off, our tech Riley Christ was totally awesome and informative. My husband completely appreciated how he was not being sold to. Riley explained what they would do and the cost, based on my husband's request. In addition to providing what my husband asked for, Riley checked other filters to make sure they did not need replacing. When Riley checked and said the filters can wait til a future visit to be replaced, that is when we both understood the integrity of this establishment. The complete transparency and honesty was refreshing! To add icing to the sweet cake, my hubby was given a free car wash for having received the oil change service. Well, since my husband is use to getting frequent membership carwashes, he was impressed with the service. Although this was hubby's first time at Drive & Shine #4, it's certainly not his last time. Great job Riley and Mike (owner)!

Not impressed with wash. Also way to expensive for me. Only saving Grace is the dude taking the money confused himself and gave me more change for my wash after already giving me my change. Karma I guess for the 1/2 a$$ed job. I tried to make him aware gently he had already gave me the change but I am sure he made up the prices anyway. So I kept it moving. Need real supervision versus the what seems to be homies managing. I was a little disappointed in the service considering I remember when the place was being built. Thought to myself this is a good thing. But after the service and less than professional atmosphere (I know it’s a Carwash but!). Just disappointed.

They did an excellent job on my Chevy Traverse. The interior had many stains from 4 kids. All of them were removed. The exterior polish made my vehicle shine like new. Would definitely recommend them.

I agree with one of the previous reviews. My car looks like what a porter would do at a dealership. I paid $187 for what looks like a car wash. It was suppose to be a exterior wax, polish and buff. They even left wax in script lettering on car. DO NOT GO HERE!!
