I did not receive a service at this location. I went in with the intent of spending $150 on detailing and left with out any service. No one was behind the counter at the register and there were not options for full or express detailing at the drive up. This was a big let down. I will not be back and will attempt to find a different near by detailing service.

I spilled boba inside of my car for two times and they cleaned my car like new. + the owner was so nice! Actually, I got my another car detailed from them around 3 years ago but everything was too slippery and I could smell something like cleaning product so every time I drive my car I had a headache. This time, they did an awesome job and if I spilled boba again, I’ll definitely visit them again.

I just got my car's paint protected by RestorFX in Buffalo Grove, and wow, they did a fantastic job! From the moment I walked in, Sandra at the reception was super friendly. Victor, who runs the place, explained everything in detail and really knew his stuff. Now, my car's paint looks amazing—so shiny and glossy. I have amended my review to 2 stars. We brought our first car in last week where they did a great job. They told us then if we gave them a 5 star Google review they would give us a $50 discount so I gave them a 5 star review and took the second car in yesterday. Unfortunately they did an extremely careless job. There are bird droppings that were not cleaned up outside and food crumbs inside the car that were never cleaned up. My husband was picking up the car end of the day when they were in a hurry to leave. I called this morning to complain about the fact that they had not cleaned up several issues with the car. The person on the phone was extremely rude and said the things should have been identified at pick up. He said I could have made a mess myself since last night and that’s why the car is dirty. He was extremely condescending. 5 stars for first car, 0 stars for the second one and negative stars for the rude customer service.

Best interior detail I've ever had. They completely removed stains on my fabric seats that other companies had told me were impossible to remove. Little things I've never had other companies clean, such as my overhead mirrors, were such a delight to discover had been washed. They were also so courteous and pleasant to communicate with. I'll definitely be coming back.

I have been using Exotic window tint for years! They’ve done all my cars (and throughout the years, I’ve had quite a bit!). I have zero complaints. Staff is awesome! Work is great! I have followed them to all their locations, and even now, though still fairly local to me, worth the extra driving minutes! Because when you find something good, you don’t steer away! I previously had my two cars tinted there and they did an amazing job. They do more than just tinting, so I had them do my chrome delete and was not disappointed. It took a day or so longer, but I was ok with it because they were in constant contact with me about the progress. I received pictures of how the project was going and the final product was amazing! Great team, great communication, and amazing attention to detail. They treat your car like it’s one of their own. Would recommend to anyone even if it’s a small project like tints.UPDATE: Went back to finish the project Justin and I started. After doing the chrome delete, the last step was to get the rims powder coated. No words for how they turned my vision into reality and left me speechless. Once again their attention to detail is next level and they re did one of the rims because they didn’t like how it looked. The fact that they treat the cars and projects like their own is something that can’t be underestimated and is hard to find nowadays. Would recommend to anyone

No lottery sold here,convenience store very small,station doesn't have air pump for customers with flat tire. (Had to drive to another gas station to fill up air in the tire) car wash after renovation is low quality wash,weak dryers leave spots on car,compared to previous car wash here that was touchless and pretty decent, this one is no good and higher price than the previous wash.

One of the only hands free car washes in the area. They do a pretty decent job, and although prices have gone up a few times since new ownership has taken over about a year ago, it’s worth while knowing your vehicle is being cleaned properly. They could expand on opening hours and pay a little more attention to the details (bugs) and smudges on the glass and interiors, but other than that, they’re still a go to place for several family vehicles.

Ivan did such an awesome job with my interior detail and even did a quick wash of the outside too! The car had never been detailed and there was a bunch of stubborn dog hair in the back seat but he did a great job and made it feel brand new inside! Super nice guy and easy to work with, his shop is a little off the beaten path but absolutely worth it! Great price for a fantastic job done, I choose him from all the google reviews and it was definitely a good pick. Would 10/10 go back and it’s always nice to support a local business!

I set up an appointment after reading all the great reviews. I dropped my car off to have the interior detailed and about an hour and a half later I couldn't believe how beautiful the inside of my 10 year old car looked! Ivan uses quality products and does an amazing job. I'll be back in the summer for the exterior! Gators across the street was a good place to eat and wait while he did his magic.

Came for an exterior detail, Robert took good care of me and my car and accommodated my requests for a hand wash and leaf removal from the cowl. The folks at Raceway also vacuumed the interior and cleaned the engine bay when they didn't have to. Very impressed with the professional & friendly service and the results I got.

High quality materials and services are provided here. I really don't think anyone can go wrong with this young gentleman. This is an individual-run business, while the owner may lack marketing skills to grab our attention, compared to corporates, the result delivered is through his heart, not money-driven mind of regular businesses. Johnny is a very polite, honest, and easygoing gentleman to work with. He offers either mobile/on-site service. I was very impressed by the quality of work he offered on my three year old car with a full detail coming with a reasonable price. I am actually a very picky person on car care, but Johnny even fully cleaned the hard-to-see areas like the flooring behind pedals, no mentioning shampoo/steam the whole interior, and applied protectants on different interior trims. And his secret wax that expels water like ceramic coating is really impressive as well. There are more other out-of-expectation areas of Johnny's work to talk about, and I won't hesitate to recommend him for anyone who needs a detailing.

I am slightly disappointed with the service I got an express detail and shampooing service. The shampooing was great but the detail was not satisfactory as they didn’t pay attention to detail and did not really vaccum. This is after I asked them to vaccum in some of the parts I noticed.

I usually don’t enjoy leaving bad reviews, but since I was constantly recommended Delta Sonic, I felt the need to share my experience to inform others before purchasing an Unlimited Plan or even a car wash here. I recently signed up for Delta Sonic’s unlimited wash plan, which normally starts at $44.99, but I got a discounted price of $19.99. The attendant who signed me up was great, and I don’t have any qualms or issues with the actual employees—they’ve all been friendly and helpful. My disappointment really comes down to the car wash itself and the services offered. After my first wash, I noticed an egregious amount of water spots left all over my car, even after choosing the optional hand drying. I thought they might have just missed a few spots and wiped it down myself. Unfortunately, after getting another wash a few days later, the same thing happened—my car was covered in water spots again. It’s incredibly disappointing to pay for what’s advertised as a top-tier wash, only to leave with my car looking just as dirty, if not worse, than when it went in. While this plan offers other services at a discounted price, I haven’t been able to get a reliable wash, so I don’t trust that I’ll get quality service from the other perks either. Because of this poor experience, I will be canceling my subscription. I’ve attached pictures showing the egregious amount of water spots left behind after the wash.

Had a stealth hitch installed here. Install went very smooth and great communication. Pick up the car and go to plug my trailer into it and cannot get the light to work for the life of me. I grab another vehicle of mine with the same exact brand hitch (installed by another company) and voila lights turn on no problem! I call DPS and they are happy to take a look at it. After about 24 hours i get a call back saying it is ready for pick up and working great and I asked to make sure they test it and explained my issue and told I will get a call back in 1 hour. I did not hear back for an entire week until I reached out again to be told they tested it and everything is great. I pick up the car go and test my trailer and again NOTHING. You would think they would test it! I finally throw in the towel and come to another shop. Within 5 min of checking the car they plugged an adapter into the trailer light slot and shows multiple fails. no left or right turn and no reverse. Does not work at all. Huge bummer as I really liked DPS people and shop but they straight up lied to me now multiple times about work done on my vehicle. If you are getting anything wiring related done to ur vehicle I would not trust them unless you want to play a run around game with multiple shops. UPDATE New shop has discovered that they totally completely and utterly butchered my car! They spliced into the main power line effectively now voiding all my warranties. did not even hook up the reverse lights. They could not even simply follow a instruction manual on how to install. I am completely devastated as there is irreversible damage done to my 100k+ vehicle. I am COMPLETELY flustered DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE THEY DO NOT CARE. I will update again once i am fixed up to the best of the ability of this amazing shop i am currently at. Spent 700+ dollars to have my vehicle destroyed. You are the worst type of people DPS.

Do not come to this place if you don't want to leave with scratches on your rims. Their system, which pushes your car through the tunnel, scratches the rims. Moreover, the staff who wipe your car are completely incompetent. They wipe the dirtiest parts first and then move on to the rest of the car, leaving scratches. When you approach the main manager with this issue, you won't prove anything to him — it's like talking to a wall. He will insist that it wasn't their fault. I love my car very much, so there are no scratches on it. I do not recommend this place — terrible customer service In the photo below, you can even see the quality of their rim cleaning. And for this, you pay $30. You leave not only with dirty rims but also with scratched ones.

I went to the car wash yesterday to wash my car. It's been 1 day since I bought my car and trusted them to wash it. Terrible car wash! Disgusting! The attitude is rude! They made a scratch on the wing of the car. And stood there arguing that they didn't do it. Terrible attitude towards the customer! I don't recommend this car wash even for a $1000 car! It would be better if this car wash closed.
