I purchased the full service option for $30 today, which included both interior and exterior cleaning. However, the interior was not cleaned thoroughly, and my windshield was somehow damaged (I swear the crack wasn't there before). I only noticed these issues after I left. Overall, it wasn’t a good experience.

Justin was incredibly responsive, and took time to explain his recommended course of action. The paint was in really bad shape, and he was honest about what he could do. He worked with my budget, and absolutely killed it! I am floored by the results-looks 100 times better than the day I bought it. I'll be returning in the future to keep my truck looking great!

Above and beyond. Those are the words that best represent Lewis, the owner's, work ethic and quality. He did a PPF application for me and an interior detail. The work was top tier and justifies the phrase you get what you pay for. Lewis has been detailing for 18 years and the wealth of knowledge is apparent, as is the skill. Like many, I'm willing to drive from a long way away to get service. I'm not sure I could endorse this business more.

I have been a monthly pass subscriber for about a year now and have been very happy. The staff when needed is very helpful and generally pleasant. The facility is kept up well and all vacuums work well. For me the location is perfect, having to basically drive by on the way to work daily. Get there before 9AM and you usually have zero wait, it can often get pretty busy in the afternoon and weekends, but the lines move well, and staying in the members line usually helps. Overall I am very pleased with the car wash and the service.

Jet Brite is better than most, but I do have some issues. The back of my SUV never gets cleaned even if I run it through twice. I'm positive a lot of SUV owners can relate to this. The way to combat this is to have someone soap up the back just before it runs through the wash. Other businesses actually do this, Other than that, Jet Brite does a good job.

Place went to crap. Been a jetpass member for a couple years now for $20 a month. Then they raised it to $25 a month without any notice, and the carwash is worse now. Lower water pressure. ,rims never come out clean ,they installed a new brush at the beginning of the wash and now I have more scratches on my car than anything. Also leaves a soapy film on car sometimes 🤬. The one on Weber road is way better!!!!!

The absolute worst car wash ever! You'd think getting a carwash is one of the most simplest things in life. No, not here. I've had so many issues here within the last year and will never return. First, they had my account registered or connected to someone else named Scott. So every email and every time I went through, it'd say Hi "Scott". So instead of looking into the issue, the kid just gives me another pass which resulted in me being charged twice. Only a manager could fix the issue, but managers aren't always available. Then, every other time attempting to get a was using the fast pass, it doesn't work. For some reason or another. But my account sure is debited every month, faithfully. The kids that work there have no knowledge about anything. It's always 'let me get a manager'. I don't want to sit and wait for a manager after working 8 hours. I have a fast pass, want to get my car washed and go about my day. Even after it's been shown that the membership has been debited, they won't let you through. Even when the fast pass has been read and accepted by the reader they won't let you through. And most of the time a manger isn't available. This place is an absolute joke, waste of money and waste of time. I'll take my chances with the cars wash down the street.

TAS is truly like no other! I called them a couple hours before they closed with an emergency. I was in an automatic car wash and somehow my trunk got popped open and instantly flooded with water. I had no idea what to do and on such a short notice I had low expectations. However, they were more than happy to help and assured me they could take care of me. As soon as I arrived they welcomed me and got right to getting all the water out of the trunk. Even though they were closing soon, they did not rush and took their time with the process. You guys were truly life savers. I will 100% be coming back for a full detail and will send everyone their way! Thank You guys once again!

Brought a new minivan for our camping trip then was devastated to see all the dust from the outdoors and gravel roads we were driving on ALL OVER the inside of my vehicle, on the door panels, the dashboard, the inside of the windows, and all over the insides of the door and trunk frames. And there was a thick layer of bugs all over the front of the vehicle and mirrors that didn't come off even after running it through the car wash and I was worried about the paint. Based on the Yelp and Google reviews I took my car to TAS and Tim did not disappoint. He gave me an upfront estimate and the price was very competitive if not lower than some of the other places I have seen. Thanks to TAS my car looks just the same as it did when I drove it out of the dealership and I could not be more pleased! TAS will definitely be my go-to detailer after our next road trip! I had a fantastic experience with the guys at Pro Era! I was able to get my car in immediately after inquiry, and the work took maybe 7 hours (my car was pretty dirty on the inside) at a fair price. When I picked up the car, I was astonished by how clean it was. I really didn't think they would be able to get the stains out of the seat, but they were able to with no complaints! I would recommend anybody take their vehicle here. Their work is excellent. Side note: The dirt in my car from the after pictures is from my boots due to the nature of my work, not Pro Era.

First time visiting Chicago and needed a place to wash my car. I had heard of The Bays on YouTube and did not want to miss the opportunity to check the place out. Booked 2 hours on a Friday morning. Since I am from out of town and the visit was not planned, I had to buy a few things from the store before I could start the wash. Ended up spending a good half hour browsing and buying stuff. Everyone at the store was really helpful and they ended up moving my appointment forward by 45 minutes without me even asking which essentially gave me 2.25 hours in The Bay. I was even given the first hour for free since this was my first visit along with a discount on my purchases. My son and I had a lot of fun here and we really wish they open up one in my town. Keep it up. If I ever drive to Chicago again, I will make sure I bring a dirty car.

Outstanding facility with top notch equipment including hot water, high flow pressure washer, DI water for rinsing, wash buckets, compressed air, car dryer, etc. Just super convenient to use. Josh is a great guy and super friendly. Recommended without reservation. 1/21/2024 update Just a great facility with great people. I left a bottle of Carpro Lift last time I was there and they kept it for me until I returned.

Had my wife's Telluride fully detailed at Saza's shop recently. Exceptional work both inside and out. As many will say after having a car professionally detailed, it was cleaner and nicer than the day we bought it. Fantastic attention to detail, and on top of that, great communication during scheduling and when completed. Shop is clean and well stocked. Will be bringing my vehicle in for his services as well soon! Thanks again for the excellent job on the Telluride, can't wait to see my Charger looking better than new again! UPDATE: Now I had my black Charger fully detailed at Saza. David again did an amazing job! I even got the engine bay done and it also looks better than new. Interior is amazingly clean and his attention to detail yet again impresses. Car looks like a mirror on the outside. Nothing can beat a mirror finish on a black car. :)

I took my car for basic wash on 6/21/24 and this car wash cracked my windshield. When I told the staff they said they'd get back to me in 2 days. It's been one week and they finally called to let me know the crack was from "high temperatures and cold water used in the machine" despite the claim I filed clearly stating that both my passenger and I watched the front roller lift my windshield wiper abruptly and slam it back onto the glass causing this crack. They are now "sending my claim up the chain", and I'm sure it will be another week before they avoid taking accountability for their machine's error. The least they could do is give my five dollars for the wash back, but they should be fully reimbursing me for this windshield. STAY AWAY.

It's 10:15 pm your car wash behind my fence is still on. We have to listen to this noise all week, even on Sundays I can't rest in my own backyard. Customers also do not follow the rules regarding loud music. My windows are shaking every time. I think it's time to close the business here.

I brought my car in to be detailed, at $330 dollars for my Hyundai palisade…this was a Christmas gift to myself-and I was so excited for greatness! Side note: We go here frequently to use their top shelf interior and exterior quick wash-which has always been great. I was expecting my beige seats to be shampooed and scrubbed, it looked like they were vigorously wiped with a solution…still discolored with stains at pickup. They shrugged it off as if They couldn’t be bothered. As I further inspected the car I noticed large crumbs(goldfish crackers) in the track of the passenger seat, so I went back in to request they go over the tracks and cracks to check for missed spots. They took it back for 10 minutes and brought it out again. At final review, I noticed the third row had crusted food in the track under the seat. I easily scratched it off with my nail. When I asked if they could revisit that area, I was told they don’t have tools to clean that area….there were random areas that looked neglected as well. The rest of the car seemed optimal…but I wouldn’t plan to go back again with the lack of customer care. I was told they would send a free top shelf cleaning to my mobile number due to my obvious disappointment, and I still haven’t received.😔 If you know a good local detailer that is willing to take responsibility for a job well-done, please share!

I recently had my SUV detailed with the Showroom package and Engine Detail. My car interior was already very clean and not much was required inside. The exterior paint is a dark blue/black so dust, smudges, micro scratches and water sport easily show. Below are some of pro and cons of my inspection after pickup up my car. The total time was 2 hrs, much shorter than I was expecting. Cons: - bugs and dirty noticeable on grill/front fender (cleaned after I mentioned it) - Trunk door jam is still dirty, photo - Windshield cowl is still dirty, photo -Paint micro scratches are still very noticeable. Perhaps my expectation were too high for a single buff pass but still disappointed since I mentioned this was the most important part to me. -Truck underfloor storage area was not vacuumed, photo -Truck side storage compartment not cleaned, photo - window buttons still dirty - window edge still dirty -The stitching/seams of the leather were not brushed out so small amount of dirty could still be seen underneath -Glove box and center console still had very small bits of dirt, photo Pros: -The engine detail looks nice and most importantly no issue from the wet cleaning -No greasy product used as instructed -The staff are very friendly and good communicators I do not think this was "showroom" level detailing. This is less “detail kings” and more “car wash and wipe down kings”. Perhaps I should have gone with a lower detail package and saved myself a a few hundred bucks. But I was hoping the clay, buff and wax paint would pop and last. I wish they took the full 4 hours not just rush it in 2 hrs. It rained the evening after the detailing. Now the car looks exactly the same as it did before the detailing. This makes me think the clay, buffing, wax were minimal if at all applied. I thought the wax would last and make the water bead and run off. There are water spots and dried on dirt now . I feel like a sucker for paying so much when a regular car wash would have given the same results. I 100% regret paying for package.

Amazing shop! I've been coming to Detail Kings for a few years and they never cease to impress. The proof is in the pictures... I dropped off a very muddy Bronco this morning, and picked it up showroom clean this afternoon. Where not to go. Was very dissatisfied with the service. We've had positive results in the past with other vehicles, however not this time. The price quoted was $350 for a complete interior/exterior showroom detail. Upon vehicle being dropped off, it was made clear that brand new carpet was just installed along with only two front bucket seats. Very minimal work was needed for the interior. However when the vehicle was returned to our shop, it became clear that the rear hatch was never opened because it represented dirt and debris. We cleaned and detailed it ourselves accordingly. Thankfully we took the time to inspect the work. Reputation is the number one asset of any business. Your company just lost it. We will not be back nor recommend you to anyone else.

Everything went well for me today. Despite the other location being fully booked until Thursday, I managed to find an available slot at this one. David, who happened to be there, agreed to clean my car inside and out for a reasonable price, even though they were only working on retooling for the reopening. The car looked brand new when he finished, just like it did after the previous detailing session. I will definitely continue to be a loyal customer.

Customer service Top Notch. I went to get a wash I had a problem with my credit card but the manager John was so helpful and it was me I was putting the credit card in the wrong way. I clean my car multiple times a week and I am always trying to find the best car wash. This is my new favorite place . Vacuums work extremely strong . There is also a floor mat cleaner for free . Car wash does a great job . I bought the $6 standard wash . Very excellent job . Great staff also. The man showed me how to use the carpet cleaner this morning

Great experience at Steve's car wash. I called on a Sunday looking for a hand wash for my car. The staff were friendly over the phone and they were able to accommodate my last minute request. When I arrived I checked in with the attendants near the rear entrance of the car wash and they directed me to one of the hand wash bays. I met with Brian who washed my car to go over the wash needs for my car. Brian was friendly and professional and he did an excellent job with my car. I will definitely be returning customer.

HORRIBLE!!!!! DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU HAVE MATTE paint car. Horrible!!! I called multiple times and asked if they washed matte paint cars with safe matte paint soap and knew what they were doing. I was assured he had the right matte paint soap and it was fine. Next thing I know he fineshes washing the car and puts WAX on my matte paint car. Now matte paint is ruined and glossy due to being lied to and not knowing what they are doing. Horrible business!

Generally good experience with car wash, except my car never dries completely. Also, for the ‘better’ option wash dirt still stays on the inside rims of doors and wheel wells. Is it possible the sunroof glass break with the pressure of touchless car wash? When the jets hit the ceiling it sounds scary!

It is one of the better touchless ones around. I loved it when they were part of EverWash but they dumped that and are now delayed at the deployment of their new app/ system. Managed well as a car wash but not so able to manage digital technology or vendors I guess. Guys. You should have developed, tested, confirmed and deployed. You know that whole PDCA cycle of business and all ? They have however raised their prices. Fairly significantly. I would guess that their new monthly rate is going to also be much higher than before. When they get it going that is……It is apparently now January but I am skeptical. They must be much more profitable with the raise in prices and no monthly plan and I guess that the new app will be further delayed. It is a shame. But I will only use it in winter now. I will. Do at home in summer.
