I rarely leave reviews unless I am genuinely impressed with a place. I had been wanting to visit this establishment for quite some time, and today presented the perfect opportunity. I am delighted that I decided to stop by. My initial impression upon entering was that of a welcoming and friendly environment. While waiting, customers have the option of ordering a beverage and utilizing the space to work on their laptops which worked out perfect for me since I had to finish up some work. 💪 . Anyway they did a great job on my car , my car was so dirty and now it looks brand new ! I highly recommend this place.

I needed my car interior detailed prior to installing a carseat for a new baby, and they did an INCREDIBLE job. My car was in really bad shape since it's just never had a deep clean and it's a 2009, and they made it look completely brand new on the inside. I highly recommend this service. This is a residential business, so be prepared to either walk down the block to Starbucks to wait for the service or have it scheduled on a nice day so that you can sit in the yard. I didn't know this as I was 38 weeks pregnant and scheduled the service on a 95 degree day, but they were kind enough to drive me and my husband to Starbucks a block or so away so that we could wait in air conditioning. They really went above and beyond for us, and we appreciated it so much. The service was also reasonably priced for what we got in return. Thanks R&R! :)

First time using Thompsons touch. My vehicle got very dirty and buggy From a road trip. I was very short on time and needed to get my vehicle cleaned up before some car shows lined up for the weekend the car is a part of. They were prompt and on time and ensured I was happy with the finished service before taking off for the next customer. Brilliant idea by coming to your home to do the work. Ian came prepared with everything he needed. I respect the hustle, this isn’t easy work. quick service, they’re on a rush, car in front and behind me were very close they should leave a bigger gap just to give enough time to finish the drying time at the end of the carwash, left with water marks everywhere that later dried and left spots from the outside.

I have been here for years. I came to get gas. It gives you the option of purchasing a car wash. Before you'd be able to buy it and it reduced your price by 10 cents. That was nice because you kill two birds with one stone with a deal. Now it cues you to go to speak to the attendant. I went to speak to him. He gave me a lot of attitude. Refused to answer any Qs. He simply said, "That's how it is now, if you want to get your car washed buy it separately". He was tall, has locks, heavy set, with a pyramid tattoo on his right arm. Worst customer service I've received for a simple question. There was no line behind me. Never coming back here again.

I came in to get a wash for an SUV. The owner greeted me at the bay door. He was very friendly and accommodating. The workers inside the shop did an excellent job cleaning the inside and outside of the SUV. Also, there is a really pretty shop cat named Pinta that hangs out here. I highly recommend giving this little local shop a try!

My car was in bad need of a cleaning on the inside, and I decided to make an appointment to get it detailed. When I called he was very flexible with me on when I could bring it in. He literally took only an hour and half and when I seen the inside of my car I thought I was just getting from the dealership, he cleaned my car so good I was amazed. I would definitely recommend taking your car here if you want an excellent cleaning. He was very professional and he does great work

(It was sitting for 5 years and I bought it dirt cheap) — so to be absolutely honest I wanted an interior detail, but knew that I had to set my expectations low because of how dirty the car was. BUT I’m telling you, this dude exceeded those expectations by far! The pics speak for themselves. Scott was available immediately and his pricing was very fair for the amount of work. (I called 4 other detail spots in area and they were either not available for awhile or WAY too pricey) I would highly recommend him to anybody who needs a detail. He works out of a car wash in Summit, renting out one of the bays. He’s super professional and very communicative. He accepts both cash or zelle.

I got my car detailed inside and out today! I bought my car in October 2020 and haven’t really gotten it professionally cleaned since then. My dad came here a few weeks ago to get his car detailed. I have 3 pets so there was a lot of hair inside. I also had a bunch of sticker decal residue from the past few years. I am extremely happy with the result :)

My car was stolen and recovered a complete mess. Dirt from the windows left down at the impound at times of lots of rain made my car inside look like a dessert. DPL made it look brand new with no signs of its journey back to me. Definitely impressed and will come back knowing the quality of work that they put into my car.

I have been using car wash the past few years and usually purchase the #4 option which a more detail option. Never had an issue until my last 2 visits. The level detail in the service wasn’t there. A lot spots were missed inside and outside of the car. Did complain to the manager and he offered to take a look at it however I declined since I took a rag and took care of it myself. Hope this get addressed or I will looking for a new car wash.

I had been putting off detailing my car for a couple years because it's not cheap. After some research I landed on Chicago Mobile Detailing Experts. What drew my attention to this business was that they travel to you to detail your car. I'm sure many folks can relate to the convenience of not having to drop your car off somewhere for 4 hours. It was incredibly convenient to have someone come to me and detail my car while I work. This is the first time I've had my car detailed but I've seen others' work on friends' cars. I am incredibly satisfied with Eddie and Elijah's work and they offer a ton of different packages for all sorts of different needs. My car was mildly neglected and I hadn't washed it in months. I chose a Full Detail for $375 which took about 3.5 hours to complete. They brought their own water and only requested access to a power outlet. Their services range from quicker interior details, to more extensive paint correction, all the way to show room details. They really cover a broad selection of services. Eddie and Elijah were professional, friendly and got the job done quickly. Nothing was neglected and areas that others typically miss, were spotless. My car looks cleaner than the day I got it. Nothing but praise for Chicago Mobile Detailing Experts! I am a huge advocate for "you get what you pay for." Eddie and Elijah exceeded all of my expectations, and they'll get my business every time, as well as plenty of referrals.

I had Chicago Mobile Detailing Experts out to clean the interior of my 2010 Corolla. I've had it for many years and never cleaned it and it was in rough shape with lots of dust, grime, and cat hair. I booked the Gold package and they were out right away and got to work. In about two hours they had cleaned everything from food stains to the little pieces of gunk around the parking brake. I was very impressed with their work and would hire them again!

I have never had a car detailed before, but I had some tar marks that were going to ruin the paint, so my auto body shop guys recommended Sansone before the paint was ruined. I talked to Andrew and made a prompt appointment. He came and got my car for a small charge and brought it back in outstanding shape! Now if I could just keep my grandkids out of it. Smooth service. I had a nice time taking my SUV here. Management evaluated the type of service required for my truck and provided a cost before they would even take my keys. Once we agreed on a price, Management provided a estimated tile of completion, which was met according to plan. The end result was impressive. Very clean and honest work. Before taking my car I was offered a review and also the opportunity to final touch anything I would considered unacceptable. I didn’t not have anything to change or complain about. I was very pleased with the experience. Would definitely recommend.

I was surprised at how well the automatic wash cleaned up my windows. I didn't even have to wipe the car down afterward (my old car wouldn't be worth that effort, anyway). Six bucks for a basic wash was a pretty OK, and you cannot beat the hours (24).

No I don't like it,the basic car wash is $8 with dry, $7 without dry and $1 for vacuum everything is separate for me is too expensive in other places include the vacuum and the car doesn't look clean.

I reviewed this location a few years age when I had an older vehicle detailed. They did an amazing job, and the 20 year old SUV looked new. I come here often for a full wash, inside and out that’s $30 plus tip. These guys do an amazing job, every time. I let them know they didn’t have to clean the rear “trunk” area bc I had fire wood in there. These guys vacuumed around the wood and cleaned the inside of the hatch and outside. I’ll always come here for great service and a very clean older SUV. Edit: Drive around back to the entrance, anyone with half a brain can figure that out, but that was a 1 Star review. Really? Couldn’t find the entrance with a big sign saying pull around back?

If you are looking to get your car cleaned inside out- I would highly recommend them. I am very meticulous about my vehicle. I had my Audi S4 Quattro in for a full body wash and interior clean and the results were AMAZING! absolutely love the shine gloss finish. It was like getting a brand new car. Brought my car here twice and neither times have a been disappointed. My car is always spotless afterwards. It is always as clean as it was when i drove it off the lot. My goodness, where do I begin? I stumbled upon A Plus Auto Detail during a frantic search for a reputable detailer to fix another shop's HORRIBLE excuse for a paint correction. I initially went to Detail Doctor up north to fix holograms a body shop put all over my black Wrangler and this detailer returned my Jeep with even worse holograms! Art took time during the initial consult to walk around my Jeep with LED lighting and point out all the swirls/ scratches still in my paint that you can't see in the sun; it looked even worse than I thought. I sent the initial detailer video of this and immediately received a refund because he knew he didn't do a proper paint correction. When I brought my Jeep back to Art and his team, they took time to skillfully remove not only the holograms but literally MOST of the swirls/ scratches in my paint. If you know anything about black paint, that is not an easy task. And to top it off, he did this at an extremely reasonable price. I am so grateful; I literally smile every time I see my Jeep and get compliments about how shiny it looks. Art remedied an extremely stressful situation and taught me so much about paint correction and maintenance in the process. I plan to bring my Jeep back not only for paint concerns but all my audio needs as well. Highly recommend!

It was suppose to be a Pick up and drop off service, that didn’t happen. I called them over five hundred times to pick me back up from work I got hung up on, they stole my DJ sluggo mix tape and my car was not detailed, they said nothing about fixing the problem so rude and heartless , this is how they left my truck and on top of that they turned on my engine used my gas and heat to dry my sets not kool I spent $200 I don’t have money to burn nor give away

My fiancé’s car was neglected and in need of a good wash and vacuum. I went for the top-tier, $20 wash and the front of the car came out looking exactly how it went in.The vacuums were good and there’s air guns at every station, but the wash itself was bad quality for the price. I would drive a little further and go to Buddy Bear instead.
