This place was amazing! I really wish that I'd taken before photos but to put it into perspective I have a white dog that sheds constantly, 3 teenagers, and a toddler. The last time my car was professionally detailed was probably 2014. They buffed out a lot of scuff marks in the paint, got ALL the dog hair, and my car looks amazing! Definitely worth the money!

The appointment was super easy to book, easy to choose what services I wanted. I received good notification / reminders of the appointment as it was coming up. Day of was easy, dropped the car off. I was notified when it was over - picked the car up and it looks great! Interior looks like it’s brand new again and exterior looks great as well. Really happy with everything and will be taking this and other vehicles in to get cleaned!

Fantastic job done. I got the heavy duty interior detail for my girlfriend’s car and she was stunned. Last detailing place she went to were not able to get the stains out of the cloth seats, but Mega Shine Mobile Detailing literally made this 10 year old car look brand new. They did an amazing job. I have a dog and cat that shed a LOT there fur is always everywhere in the car and there wasn’t a spec of fur left after they were done. They also got it done a lot quicker than I expected. Definitely using them more in the future.

If you are looking for the best option for a mobile detailer, this is the guy. Jared is awesome, very nice and professional. Came to do an interior detail on our Yukon Denali that had been absolutely ravaged by our kids, and it looks better than the day we bought it. Dried gum smeared on a window, candy stuck to kids seats, and dried food in the carpet and he got every bit of it cleaned up. Even got very tough makeup and marker stains out of the headliner. Will absolutely use again, and would recommend to everyone

I needed to have my son’s car detailed, his car was in extremely poor shape, especially the interior upholstery and carpeting. The service was recommended to me by a coworker. The brother team came to my residence and did an outstanding job both on the exterior and interior, the car literally looks brand new! The staff is usually helpful and it's nice they towel dry. It's an old location though. Lots of loose gravel around back. If you do the self wash I've had occasion when a piece of equipment didn't work right and I'm not sure any wax has ever come out. The monthly membership is cheap and a good deal but their hours weren't working for my schedule and sometimes they close to heat to let employees go home. It was frustrating to show up during normal hours to find they had closed. I'll still go occasionally for the touch up but not like I used to.

Matt at Top Tier Detailing is the BEST!! He is both knowledgeable and informative also a very pleasurable person to do business with which seem to be rare these days. Matt detailed my 1994 Corvette and gave it a ceramic coating.He had warned me that I would be pleased but pleased is an understatement. I am elated with the job. Could give 5 star cause attention to detail putting things back where they belong. Some trim part taken off and not put back, rear sit mat not place back way it was, papers ,wrappers found under passenger sit. Not what expected for a full service car wash. When you paying $40+ and tip. This one reason why had use this location in long time. Small things can mess upgood.

I paid for the gold package but didn't get the gold package. They didn't even let me know my car was finished. The kids just stood by my car talking and I had to walk and ask were the done. I noticed several spots that were missed and when I went to ask for help the group of kids had already walked away. Will not be back.

Fantastic detail. Arrived at the house on time with a crew of 2 people (later brought a third). Our vehicle is a Yukon XL that had seen a year of 3 kids, spilled drinks and a TON of dog hair. They took their time perfecting every section of the truck over 6-7 hours. Not a single strand of dog hair was left. Exterior was done phenomenally. Would highly recommend for anyone wanting a quality job.

I used to love this car wash, definitely thought more bang for your buck!!$ I will NEVER GO BACK~ paid $14 in bay 2 , said to enter, soap came on, 10 sec, then stopped, doors opened and said exit. I tried calling , emailing wanting money back. Crickets!!! Pffft… better places, cleaner, and free vacuums! Thanks!!! Really started my day great!!!

Car wash is junk! Scratched the wheels on my daughter’s brand new car. Owners won’t even call me back to take care of it. Brushes and dryers haven’t worked in the 5 months we have been going there with 4 vehicles. Definitely DO NOT recommend this car wash!

Quantity over quality. Terrible job done on cleaning my car. Multiple spots were missed. I have a dog and get every hair isn't gonna get picked up but found a large chunk behind the driver seat that wasn't even touched and clearly visible. They scratched the sunroof cover. They also took my mats out and didn't bother putting them all the way in right. The driver side wasn't snapped back into place. They also messed up my window trim on the outside. Use to be a good place but I would never return.

I spent $14 on the best touchless wash available. The machine had barely any soap dispensed and the cycle sprayed my car once from front to back. Then came the spotless rinse, and the wash was over. Clearly the other cleaning steps advertised with the best wash were not completed. I want a refund, but there is apparently no way to talk to someone about my complaint.

I HAD TO CALL THE POLICE!!! I drove into the automatic wash and both garage doors closed. The wash dumped thick soap all over my vehicle and then it shut down. The garage doors opened and the green GO light came on. Thinking it was a glitch, I did not drive forward. Then, both garage doors closed and I was trapped inside the automatic carwash bay. I used my app to pay for another wash, hoping the doors would open but they did not...no water or soap either. I called the phone number for the carwash but the voice mail was full. My next action was to call the police. I will NEVER come back.

Shout out to the staff that was working this morning, January 7th, 2025, for going above and beyond to spray the ice and grime off my vehicle post-snowstorm! Was initially good. I got a cracked windshield so I stopped going for a bit but kept the membership. When I finally had the windshield replaced, the new one was defective so I needed to wait for another. I could get car washes while waiting for the 2nd replacement, however. I went back, and the clerk at the drive up walked off without a word. The manager said I was accused of trying to get free washes without a membership (I still had my door jamb sticker, so this made no sense). She was extremely rude, even after I explained the windshield issue. I immediately cancelled, but the customer service people did NOT cancel me, and just switched me to a different plan. If you like rude managers and credit card fraud, get your washes here.

Darren did an amazing job cleaning the interior of my car. The inside is so incredibly clean, smells so nice and felt awesome when I sat down. I could tell he really took his time. He put all of the stuff he found in my car into a bag. I thought that was extremely helpful too. Not only did he clean the interior for me but he also made it more convenient for me to get my car to his business. He picked it up from where I work and dropped it back off. That was an extra step that he did not have to do and was very helpful for me. I will definitely be calling him again for my next car detailing.

I received a premium interior and exterior detail and added the headlight restoration. The cost was $403 before gratuity for 2013 GMC Terrain. The exterior looked great, nicely waxed. The headlights are still not perfect, but they are a lot better than they were. The interior is where they were lacking. My child lock button on my dash is now missing. They can't find it in the techs vacuum or know where it is. The leather on my steering wheel is torn at the seam now. They also left some dirt residue under the buttons on my dash, in my cup holder, and the outside of the center console is still all dirty and doesn't look touched. I tried to send pics and tell the manager this, to have them make it right, and they told me their texts have been doing this for 6+ years and have never had these kind of problems before. Basically, calling me a liar in a condescending text. My advice to you, if you use this service, is to take before and after pictures of all the pieces of your car, so it's not just your Word against theirs, and missing pieces or damage done during their service, can be proved. Otherwise, the techs won't be held accountable for it. Protect yourself, and your property! At the end of the day, I will replace the button myself and I will wipe the rest of the dirt off. I expect the owner or manager, to respond to this in a condescending, passive aggressive way as he did the text messages. & honestly, if he doesn't want to be a man about it, and correct the wronged areas, then it is what it is, I'm not going to argue with him, or anyone. You don't even have to believe my story, but if you use their service, take pictures, please! It will save you the headache as well as being gaslighted by some tight wad that can't hold his employees accountable for their less than great services.

My car always comes out looking super clean but both visits the wash has broken something on my car. It's clearly too rough. First it was a trim piece and now my back windshield wiper (which was off when I went thru the wash). Will not be going back again.

UPDATED REVIEW: they aren’t allowing people to have the sticker not on the windshield. Which defeats the purpose of the express lane. I’ve gone ahead and canceled. If you have windshield tint or don’t like unnecessary stickers on your glass, I recommend you go to sparkle wash instead Not impressed. Left water spots all over the car. Sparkle does a much better job. Also be aware they will stick a sticker on your windshield. I wasn’t really given a choice of where to place it. It was placed in there before I had a chance to tell them I didn’t want the sticker. My windshield is tinted so I had to immediately remove it before it stuck in there because I’d have to damage my $300 tint to get it off. Just for the fact that they require a sticker instead of just scanning your plate like sparkle does I think I’ll be canceling service. The water spotting just made it worse.

Found this business as a result of the owner offering a trade of auto interior detailing for something I was selling on Facebook Marketplace. I accepted the trade and added external detailing with the clay bar option. There was about a month delay for me to schedule, but once I was ready, Greg was quick to schedule and completed the work in 1 day. The results were fabulous! Highly recommend!
