Posting on my husband’s account, but took my car to Doug and Prime Detailing today, our second trip. Doug is so great! There were scratches all over my car from the scraper side of the snow brush (no it was not me that scratched it LOL), but my car looks brand new! All scratches came out, you can see in the pictures just how amazing my car looks! It looks like a mirror. Doug did such a beautiful job! Thank you so much! Highly recommend this company!

I had my wife’s car detailed and ceramic coated! My wife and are so pleased. Doug explained the details beforehand and answered all of my questions professionally. The previous owner smoked and he explained how cleaning with enzymes would get rid of it instead of flavored smells just hiding the problem. They cleaned the trunk carpeting as well! Everything is so shiny and no smoke smell! We had the two-year ceramic coating applied so I will come back in two years to report the durability promised. The price was very reasonable too! I was finally able to get as close to my dream car as I could. I knew I wanted to protect my investment. Ceaser and Melissa helped me do that. The front end was PPF and the rest of the car ceramic coated. I am so unbelievably happy with the end result. She shines like she just had a fresh wash. Definitely worth the cost. WOW! My wife and I just picked up my car from CM3 Detailing Studio where I had paint protection film and ceramic coating installed to protect the finish from scratches and chips and repel water to look new without having to wax it. This picture doesn't do it justice. It looks way better than I imagined. It looks like a brand new paint job. Find the darkest red part in the picture and that is how the whole car looks. It is a deep, wet, glossy red and it looks AMAZING! Thanks to Cesar and Melissa, the owners who really care about the quality of their work. They want you happy and it shows. They are very friendly and easy to work with. I can't stop smiling!

My experience at D'Andrea was top-notch. I had a PPF applied to the entire car and ceramic coating applied on top. My car looks better than brand new. It shines so much, I get random compliments in traffic from people on the highway. Jaw-dropping, drool-inducing stares from friends, neighbors, everyone. This place is never open “track broken” “dryer is broken” Out of all the everwashes it’s the most beat up. Vacuums are always weak so is the car dryer. They are the worst everwash Hanover is way better and the one on 59 and north is even better than Hanover.

The quality of the washes are consistently bad. I've gone 5 tiems now and the last 4 washes left soap all over. They only rainx half the windows too they never make it to the passenger side or back and their tire shine doesn't even work. The first wash was good thats why I've been going back but after this 4th bad wash in a row I'll be going elsewhere.

My worst car wash experience. I went there for first time and I paid through my card through window to a person and before I could close the window. That man started spraying soap water without informing or seeing if window is closed or not. The soapy water chemical went into my eyes and he didn’t even stopped there. How ridiculous. After finishing car wash I went to him saying I am pregnant and regardless this was very careless or unprofessional. That employee replied, “it happens, what do you want me to do?” I am like is this how you respond? He said “I am sorry, what do you want me to do? We are all humans” I told him you talk like this or you would have reacted same way ? He showed me bad attitude and said what do you want me to do. WORST EMPLOYEE TO CHECK IN AND PRESOAK CAR . I will never go this place again!

My Credit Card was stolen by the workers. My monthly pass has expired and no longer wanted to renew. They offered to remove the barcode sticker on my windshield. Only to find out the next day that there’s a Mr Carwash Transaction without my approval. The worker who removed my barcode sticker re-used it for his own car. What a dishonest person and I wonder if the company is in on it. Mr Carwash, if you care, reply to this message and I will speak to you about it.

Let me start by saying I managed a car wash for 10 years with 7 years detailing experience. This is one of the best, if not THE beat car washes I've ever been to. It left my truck (which I hadn't properly washed in about a year) with a nice shine. And my little coupe shiny as ever. Car wash left no missed spots or water marks. Plus having the hand dry was a nice touch. Perfect amount of pressure on all its water nozzles and the wheels always come out CLEAN. Prices are more than affordable, and the actual wash is thorough from beginning with the attendant spraying the vehicle with a high pressure hose and scrubbing the rear. Brushes seem soft and well taken care off. And absolutely NO SWIRL MARKS! My new go to car wash for any of my cars. I highly recommend it.

I had spilled food on my passenger seat and was worried that the food would stain the cloth seats. The spill happened Friday night and I called Sunday morning and was able to get an appointment for Monday morning. I tried calling a few other places that were busy or didn’t have any openings for days. I’m glad I found detail lab pros. They were quick to answer the phone, provided great service, and my car looks brand new! The price was great and I would highly recommend this place. I’ve told my family and friends to come get a detail.

I will preface this by saying the main reason I went to H20 interior/exterior detail is because I had a dent in my door from a car opening their door into mine. I couldn't find a body shop to fix such a small dent, and couldn't find a detail shop close to me that would also fix dents/scratches. Also, the Itasca location does a nice job on their regular washes, but doesn't do body work. That being said...it was absolutely the best detail job I've ever seen. I have a black 2013 Jeep Patriot and it looks like it just drove off of a new car lot!!! They did not miss a single spot, in or out, and black shows everything!! They also fixed the dent to where you never knew it existed, and buffed-out a scratch with the same result! And Tony, who (I believe) is the manager there was fantastic to work with between my crazy schedule and annoying questions for him!!! ;) I'll be back in the Spring for another detail and going forward!!! We have the monthly plan that comes with an access sticker they place on the windshield. Pull up, scanner reads and let's you in for the plan you choose, and in you go. We'll worth the cost to be able to wash my vehicle whenever and as often as I like. Great place.

This is a great place and an outstanding value. The rustproofing here is done right at the best price around. I’ve priced a lot of places and this place wins hands down…quality is good too. They do so much more than just detail. I had a bumper that was all scratched up and looked terrible. The body shop down the street was a least twice the price.They painted it and repaired the dent and it looked outstanding. I had another small dent and they were able to take that out too. In terms of value and quality of the work,...great place. The wax they use is also really good. It really does create a protective coating on your car.

I just got my 2017 Mustang back from Priority Car Detailing and it looks amazing! I got the showroom special. It looks much better than when I bought it and drove it off the showroom floor. 30$ wasted. Date: 06/27/2024. Time: 12:30 pm Business it’s about people. Not money itself. When the owner is in the shop, job is done with a lot of enthusiasm. When the owner is absent, job not done at all. Been telling them to rewash wheel twice, I just give up, paid and left. Also there where trying to show me there attitude like little kids. It’s the worst costumer service I ever had. Do your job the right way and will not get any complaints. However it’s just a car wash, some people don’t even check work. I check, and even after that, it’s not done the right way.

I took my car here hoping for a decent wash, but it was a huge disappointment. Not only did they leave my car still dirty, but it actually looked worse than when I brought it in. There were visible scratches, dust left in spots they should have cleaned, and overall, it was just sloppy work. I expected a thorough clean, but they didn’t put in any effort. I won’t be coming back here and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for quality service.

We had a ceramic coating and paint correction applied to our new expedition max. The results are amazing and I'm impressed with the quality of the work and look of the car. It shines like a mirror! This car wash doesn't clean the best, nor is it particularly reliable, but it is conveniently located nearby, allowing me to drop by and usually get my car washed. Despite its convenient location, the car wash is out of order about 10% of the time, which can be frustrating. However, the convenience of being close to home means I can quickly stop in when it is operational. Overall, while the quality and reliability could be improved, the car wash's proximity makes it a practical choice for quick and accessible car cleaning.

So, uh, I tried the car wash... It did exacerbate some paint chipping on my license plate and a few other spots, but I can give that a pass because it was already peeling. But, I can confirm at least one new scratch on the drivers side door handles. The worst part is its not like I spent $7 to get a good cleaning but had some damages to my car. The cleaning did very little. All of the windows look the same, so I still have to clean those up myself. The rest of it isn't even clean either. It's like I spent $7 to have my car beat up a little. I really regret trusting this place with my car.

So disappointed with this place. Was stuck in a 5-car line of cars while a slow clerk sold a membership at a turtle's pace. 6min into the transaction I tried to back out of the line and couldn't get out. Pulled forward to the window and told the clerk that was the slowest transaction I'd ever witnessed. He responded "huh?" And I repeated my statement while holding out my credit card. He refused the card and said he wouldn't tolerate that. Tolerate what? Being told he's slow? Oh well. On to another... better... car wash. And cheaper too. Do better.

Came to this car wash because I thought I could used my membership at every Everclean car wash, turns out the Everclean in Elgin never activated my account. Thank God I came to this one because the Gentlemen who took the time to help me where awesome! Helped me find my account using my license plate and turns out the people who did it at the other Everclean car wash only put my license plate as my last name which is why they couldn’t find it in the first place ! Got a mid-range car wash yesterday to wash off something that was splashed on my car. Car wash couldn’t wash it off. When home and washed it off with warm water and dish soap. I suppose this place is good for a quick expensive rinse. You can get the same for $3 or $4 at Speedy Xtreme Wash a few miles away.

I love this car wash! Since it’s been under the new management with Arturo, I have seen a big difference in the service and quality of my car wash. He and his employees are always so kind and friendly. They are always ready to help with any issues. I had an issue with another patron that had blocked my car in while leaving the office to make a change on my account. As a result it escalated quickly because the other patron would not move his car. Arturo was able to de escalate my concern by returning my call and assuring me that he would have his employees enforce customers parking correctly to avoid alterations. Thank you Arturo for resolving my issue and assuring me a solution. Keep up the great work! You are doing an amazing job and I appreciate your problem solving skills. You deserve a raise! 👍

What I love is the service and the fact that there is no bracket where your wheel goes that pushes your car forward. It's flat and ideal for low cars. Mine is lower than some but not slammed and I've had no issues. I also like the free scents they have at the window. They smell so good. Everyone I've dealt with has been awesome and a pleasure.

I'm glad for people who got great service in this place. It wasn't up to me where to clean my car. Toyota dealership in St Charles gave me complementary wash. I know. I know! U gonna tell me: complementary is nothing. I agree. I didn't pay for service. But I didn't ask much: just clean my car (outside only). No interior. No detailing. Nothing special. Anyway. I had an extremely disappointing experience at this Car wash. My car’s wheel rim was severely cracked. Damage clearly occurred during their service. What made matters worse is that no staff member noticed or addressed the issue, leaving me to discover it myself after the wash. This lack of accountability is unacceptable. I expected better from a professional service, but instead, I now face costly repairs. I don’t recommend this car wash and advise others to think twice before trusting their vehicles here.

I’ll be honest. The brushes marred my paint and I have to get it professionally removed. If you have a nice car or respect your car, stay away. It’s ran by individuals who only care for money. Go there and you’ll find out the hard way. If Google wants me to remove this then I have 100% proof as the owner is in my community. Sad. Absolutely sad. I’ll get my car fixed with my own cash.
