Got my car done today, it’s cleaner than when I pulled off from the dealership. My husband got our kid out the back when I got home and he said “wow it smells really nice”. If you’re a parent of a toddler you understand the importance of that! The milk stains are completely gone even got the milk out of my speakers. I’m so impressed because they exceeded my expectations! Micheal was so accommodating, he was truly so nice. Great place! I’ll be sending my friends & family.

We asked them to clean the car but not to put anything in the seats just to vacuum them because they are white and I don’t want them messed up and they just vacuumed the whole car and washed the outside and left everything else . So disappointed!

This gentleman knows EXACTLY what he's doing. I have never seen my car look so good. He managed to remove more than a dozen stickers, surface level issues, and he was honest about what would be appropriate to do with the car for a ceramic coating. There's enough damage to my paint that what I thought would work would not be beneficial over time, so we changed it. The honesty is what truly spoke about this business. It's focused on the people and their needs and not the bottom line. There's empathy and care. While this might sound strange because it's an auto detailer, let me explain. I took my car there and did not intend on explaining why I had to remove all my stickers. It was so welcoming though that I felt safe explaining my journey and why I was getting the heck out of dodge. Thank you, Fox Valley Detailing. Brought my wife’s 13 year old black Infiniti for an exterior detail. They spent 4.5 hours washing, polishing, ceramic coat, tire shine, etc. It looks so much better as the scratches and swirl marks on the car are much less noticeable and the paint has a nice shine and reflection to it. They take pride in their work and they’re very honest and upfront.

Great Team, great work. These guys did a fantastic job on paint correction and paint less dent repair on my Alfa. The paint was really worn and oxidized but they brought it back wonderfully and protected it with a ceramic coat. Will definitely keep using these guys!

I bought a car wash subscription, and it was pretty nice, but decided to cancel it and go back to my old usual location in naperville. Here’s the picture of my mats after full service and that was a loss. I tried going for an oil change, was very unpleasant. The workers are trying to rip you off

If I could do a 3.5, I would. Not a bad car wash, but not a great one. In the past I have done the basic car wash, today it's been awhile so I thought I would do an upgrade which is twice the amount. I didn't see the brushes really contacting the sides and there was quite a bit of dirt still left on the truck. The front of the truck seemed to be done very well. I think I will go back to the basic car wash.

James did a great job detailing all 3 cars I own which are Kia k5 2024, a 2016 ford fusion, and a 2004 Toyota solara. Exterior and interior. All for a fair price! It’s nice and affordable, but i wish they would add another dryer cause it’s not totally dry like you have to wipe your car again cause of how soaking wet it is. But the crew here are nice and very accommodating.

I went through this car wash yesterday, and the dryers pulled up both of my windshield wipers way off the windshield. The dryers then ripped one of the wipers off, resulting in my windshield cracking when the metal part of the wiper fell back onto the windshield. The worker went back and found my windshield wiper, and they acknowledge it is their car wash that caused the damage. But they insist that this is not their fault and they will not cover repairs. Their sign that says what they don’t cover does not include damage from windshield wipers, and the manager acknowledged that as well. But despite this, he said the owners will not cover the damage. Beware! If this car wash damages your vehicle, they will refuse to make things right!

They recently upgraded their carwash and have lower jet blasters for a better wash especially during the winter months with getting the ice and snow off of vehicles effectively. This location is always very clean, the staff is always around to assist if needed, and they are always cleaning the trash areas and checking vacuums!

I had an awesome experience with Armor Gloss Detailing and Supply! I brought in my car, and they absolutely nailed it. The interior is spotless, the exterior is super shiny, and they even got rid of all the salt buildup from last winter that I thought was stuck there for good. What really stood out was their attention to detail. Every time I’ve taken my car to other places, they’d miss dirt and dust in the crevices or under the seats. Not these guys - they cleaned every corner and made the car look like new. They also didn’t just use one harsh chemical for everything like most places do. They used the right products for each part of the car, and you can tell they really care about doing it right. If you’re looking for professional, high quality detailing, I’d definitely recommend them. They’re super easy to work with, and the results speak for themselves!

This was a waste of money—so disappointing. I got the ultimate wash and paid extra for floor mats and asked for scuffs to be wipes off dash/seats/console, because we are going on a road trip, and wanted car to look extra nice. The first person said “no problem, we can do that!l When I went to get the car, the scuffs car Looked EXACTLY the same. Then had to have an awkward exchange with the “last person” who worked on the car and they kind of touched it up. Had to go home and do it myself anyway. Which BTW, i was able to get all those scuffs off with clean towels and windex. Should have gone to Fullers in Geneva, lesson learned. This was a terrible experience, save your money!

I had my car detailed here recently and it was an exceptional experience! I have the monthly car wash subscription and was given a 20% discount because of that. The total was $187 and change. I cannot begin to express how fabulous my car looked after detailing. I will 100% return to have this done again at least twice a year. The value for the money was superb, the efficiency of the service was excellent, and I am so glad I decided to have my car done here. I can’t recommend it enough.

Jairo at Detail Addicts did an incredible job to fix the paint on this brand new GV80. The vehicle came in looking like it lived at an automatic wash for years and left Detail Addicts looking absolutely spotless with a mirror finish. I cant recommend these guys enough! This place is the best! I had one of our work trucks that was absolutely demolished inside taken here for detailing. When it was done, it looked like it was off the showroom floor! I couldn't believe it. I now have an appointment for my car to get ceramic coated and my wife's SUV for a full detail. Again, this place is the BEST! Update 7/4/2022: Just got my personal car ceramic coated (wheels included), interior detailed, engine detailed, and calipers painted.....WOW!!! The paint has so much more depth and the car looks like it's just dripping wet! The calipers match the red accents perfectly and pop against the dark wheels. Awesome work! The interior looks like it's straight off a showroom floor and the engine looks like it was just installed. Not a speck of dust ANYWHERE!! Truly immaculate! This place takes serious care of your vehicle and it will come back cleaner than when new. Update 4/15/2024 Just got a custom Harley detailed and ceramic coated by Uriel. Awesome work. The paint just glistens and is butter smooth!
