Had heard about the ministry auto detailing from my neighborhood website. Had been wanting this done, so timing was great. Scheduled an appt. Was met by Michael, who described services. He was kind enough to show me where I could wait, and that there was an attached gift shop.The gentleman working the front desk was very nice. Once the detailing was completed, I met Max, who described the work that was done. Both Michael & Max were extremely courteous & respectful. My vehicle looked like it had just come off the showroom floor, it looked brand new!! I am thrilled that I found this facility, the price was amazing, the attention to detail was superb. Alex does an amazing job! I had them add a Ceramic coat to my Audi and it turned out simply breathtaking! It really brightened up the paint. My mother has been here a few times and she says these guys always do a great job on her truck. She's got dogs so they really put effort into it to make it look great again. I tried to get my car cleaned up too but the logistics just didn't work on my end BUT they were very responsive and tried to work with me and my schedule. I appreciate that!

I called them to setup a detailing on my vehicle. I spoke with Mr. Delgado. He asked for a $80 deposit to hold my reservation, which i sent to his wife Virginia Delgado by Zelle. Should of been my first red flag. Later that day, Mr. Delgado texted and asked me if I could send more money, because his car broke down and he had no where to turn. I told him I didn't feel comfortable sending additional funds and also wanted to cancel my reservation, as this didn't seem right. I ask him to return the funds sent to Virginia about 2 hours earlier. They never return the funds. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD HAVE!!!

Great Team, great work. These guys did a fantastic job on paint correction and paint less dent repair on my Alfa. The paint was really worn and oxidized but they brought it back wonderfully and protected it with a ceramic coat. Will definitely keep using these guys!

Jairo at Detail Addicts did an incredible job to fix the paint on this brand new GV80. The vehicle came in looking like it lived at an automatic wash for years and left Detail Addicts looking absolutely spotless with a mirror finish. I cant recommend these guys enough! If I could do a 3.5, I would. Not a bad car wash, but not a great one. In the past I have done the basic car wash, today it's been awhile so I thought I would do an upgrade which is twice the amount. I didn't see the brushes really contacting the sides and there was quite a bit of dirt still left on the truck. The front of the truck seemed to be done very well. I think I will go back to the basic car wash.

The worst experience ever! Purchased $15 car wash. Three tires went completely flat during the washing process because their equipment broke the tire steam valve. The manager claimed they were not responsible and refused to offer any assistance. Very irresponsible person, he should not be in a manager position. The guys at the repair center help by lifting the car, removing the tires, inflating them, and balancing them. We spent four hours in that place. Paid $50 for the work.

The car wash claimed that my vehicle was already damaged before their machine caused further harm, seemingly to avoid taking responsibility. While I’m not upset, it’s funny that they chose to lie rather than address their own issue lesson learned don’t go to cheap car wash

They recently upgraded their carwash and have lower jet blasters for a better wash especially during the winter months with getting the ice and snow off of vehicles effectively. This location is always very clean, the staff is always around to assist if needed, and they are always cleaning the trash areas and checking vacuums!

I had my car detailed here recently and it was an exceptional experience! I have the monthly car wash subscription and was given a 20% discount because of that. The total was $187 and change. I cannot begin to express how fabulous my car looked after detailing. I will 100% return to have this done again at least twice a year. The value for the money was superb, the efficiency of the service was excellent, and I am so glad I decided to have my car done here. I can’t recommend it enough.

This was a waste of money—so disappointing. I got the ultimate wash and paid extra for floor mats and asked for scuffs to be wipes off dash/seats/console, because we are going on a road trip, and wanted car to look extra nice. The first person said “no problem, we can do that!l When I went to get the car, the scuffs car Looked EXACTLY the same. Then had to have an awkward exchange with the “last person” who worked on the car and they kind of touched it up. Had to go home and do it myself anyway. Which BTW, i was able to get all those scuffs off with clean towels and windex. Should have gone to Fullers in Geneva, lesson learned. This was a terrible experience, save your money!

Mariah came to the house with only a week heads up, and did an amazing job detailing my car. I've had my car detailed every year by different companies, and she did the most thorough job out of all. Additionally, she seems really enthusiastic about what she does, which is also a great thing to see from a customer service perspective. I'd definitely recommend her!

I recently had my car detailed at prestige mobile service and I must say I was thoroughly impressed with their service. The staff were very friendly and professional and they took the time to listen my concerns and need for my car . The detailing process was very thorough starting with a thorough wash and dry of the exterior. They then proceeded to clean the wheel, tire and rims and ally a protective coatings to ensue they remained clean for longer.

I had an awesome experience with Armor Gloss Detailing and Supply! I brought in my car, and they absolutely nailed it. The interior is spotless, the exterior is super shiny, and they even got rid of all the salt buildup from last winter that I thought was stuck there for good. What really stood out was their attention to detail. Every time I’ve taken my car to other places, they’d miss dirt and dust in the crevices or under the seats. Not these guys - they cleaned every corner and made the car look like new. They also didn’t just use one harsh chemical for everything like most places do. They used the right products for each part of the car, and you can tell they really care about doing it right. If you’re looking for professional, high quality detailing, I’d definitely recommend them. They’re super easy to work with, and the results speak for themselves!

I went through this car wash yesterday, and the dryers pulled up both of my windshield wipers way off the windshield. The dryers then ripped one of the wipers off, resulting in my windshield cracking when the metal part of the wiper fell back onto the windshield. The worker went back and found my windshield wiper, and they acknowledge it is their car wash that caused the damage. But they insist that this is not their fault and they will not cover repairs. Their sign that says what they don’t cover does not include damage from windshield wipers, and the manager acknowledged that as well. But despite this, he said the owners will not cover the damage. Beware! If this car wash damages your vehicle, they will refuse to make things right!

Not fast, but only because they were working hard to get my car clean. They exceeded my expectations. I’ve had three kids climbing around my with boots all winter and was ready for an interior (and exterior) clean. I went on a Thursday afternoon when it was not super busy and got some work done in the spacious waiting area while they worked magic on my car. Total process took almost an hour but it was worth the time and cost.
