Called in to get a spot cleaning in my perforated leather seats. The owner of the business said they only do the whole car and didn’t offer me anything less. Quoted me $200 for an interior only detail that I didn’t even need, so I went down to fullers car wash on elmhurst and asked them if they offer spot cleaning and they happily obliged got the stain out and so I got the exterior detailed since i was happy that they would accommodate the customer over making an extra dollar. To the owner of this business, start making meaningful relationships with customers and stop being so greedy and you will thrive.

Got the platinum plus wash, and it was worth every penny. I wanted a head-start on fully detailing my car and these folks did a great job. The exterior was cleaned perfectly, even the bug smash stuck to the leading edges of the hood. The interior got a good cleaning and disinfecting, with very little fine detail work left for me to complete. This team has been here a long time. You can have confidence that they will treat both you and your car right.

Came for an exterior detail, Robert took good care of me and my car and accommodated my requests for a hand wash and leaf removal from the cowl. The folks at Raceway also vacuumed the interior and cleaned the engine bay when they didn't have to. Very impressed with the professional & friendly service and the results I got.

This was my second time working with DPS Automotive, and once again, they exceeded expectations! After a great first experience installing my Uniden R8 radar detector, I went back for the installation of the CT Carbon Kit on my Audi RS7. The attention to detail and fitment were outstanding. Had a stealth hitch installed here. Install went very smooth and great communication. Pick up the car and go to plug my trailer into it and cannot get the light to work for the life of me. I grab another vehicle of mine with the same exact brand hitch (installed by another company) and voila lights turn on no problem! I call DPS and they are happy to take a look at it. After about 24 hours i get a call back saying it is ready for pick up and working great and I asked to make sure they test it and explained my issue and told I will get a call back in 1 hour. I did not hear back for an entire week until I reached out again to be told they tested it and everything is great. I pick up the car go and test my trailer and again NOTHING. You would think they would test it! I finally throw in the towel and come to another shop. Within 5 min of checking the car they plugged an adapter into the trailer light slot and shows multiple fails. no left or right turn and no reverse. Does not work at all. Huge bummer as I really liked DPS people and shop but they straight up lied to me now multiple times about work done on my vehicle. If you are getting anything wiring related done to ur vehicle I would not trust them unless you want to play a run around game with multiple shops. UPDATE New shop has discovered that they totally completely and utterly butchered my car! They spliced into the main power line effectively now voiding all my warranties. did not even hook up the reverse lights. They could not even simply follow a instruction manual on how to install. I am completely devastated as there is irreversible damage done to my 100k+ vehicle. I am COMPLETELY flustered DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE THEY DO NOT CARE. I will update again once i am fixed up to the best of the ability of this amazing shop i am currently at. Spent 700+ dollars to have my vehicle destroyed. You are the worst type of people DPS.

This car wash deserves more credit. The people working there should be working in the hospitality business, not at a car wash. They are excellent. Today, Greg not only did a quality check but also gave me a dash wipe and car deodorizer! Everyone who works at the establishment is friendly and they do a fantastic job. Luckily it says a free wash with a valid phone , no harm in trying , and yes its true , i got a text with a link, a free coupon code, still didnt believe , not until i went to the drive thru on the arlington heights location and 3 guys helped , one of them is Franco, ask my phone to scan the QI code for the free car wash at, AMAZING customer service , TRULLY ITS FREE , and ask about the unlimited wash offer, its 19.99 for unlimited wash per month thats even more Fantastic, ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️awesome customer service

Excellent new car wash that will replace Driven for my monthly subscription spot. The hours are more convenient (open until 10pm) and the wash wax and drying done for the ultimate level is perfection. None of this having to dry off manually after going thru garbage that Driven does now... which was not the case when I joined initially.

I was deceived here! I subscribed to car washes and used them for 2 months, then, two weeks before, as required, I informed the manager at the checkout that I wanted to cancel the subscription and gave my account details to him. They told me that everything was fine, your subscription was cancelled. But after a while they continued to withdraw money, and the meanness is that I believed them and they deceived me and I saw this autopayment only today! I have not been in the city for a long time and I cannot personally come to the cashier again!!!

We got their 10$ SUPER VIP automatic wash that included everything, wax, etc, and it only took like 3 minutes and did a BAD JOB. The car is still dusty, especially on the sides, see attached pic. And i can’t even tell if it actually applied wax or not, but it certainly doesn’t look like it. DO NOT RECOMMEND, at least the automated one. maybe manually is fine, idk

Lustr Detail did a fantastic job with the ceramic coating and window tint replacement on my car. Ivan was very thoughtful with his recommendations on what to do for my 2003 Porsche 911 Turbo based on my goals for the car. I was really impressed with how they made my old car shine, looked like a brand new car when they were done! When I picked up my car, Roman took his time to explain everything they did and instructed me on how to maintain the car. I have been a member of this car wash for almost a year if not more at this point. Recently I was driving through downtown Chicago and a group of people threw eggs at my car. I went to ever clean and the workers were so kind power washing and scrubbing the eggs off. They even flagged me down in the parking lot and offered me goo gone and some rags. Bernal is the best place to wash your high end toy (and not only) in the whole surrounding area. I have 3 cars and been going there for 7-8 years. He wash them the very same way I would wash. He is well known for taking care of all exotics in the area. Talking about lambos, ferrarris, mclarens, porsches, rollses, etc. Takes about 2 hours for a wash so I always leave my cars and come back later to pick up . If you took your $10k-$20k junk over there and planning to leave a review how expensive a $100 wash is (which is pretty much $50 an hour hard labor including his expenses) go somewhere else. In fact there is an automatic $3 car wash right behind his bays. Don't forget tipping! You'd leave 20% on a $100 bill at a mediocre restaurant for the waitress that only took your order ( considering they are having food runners and busboys) , but won't throw at least $20 for the guy who is doing all kinda physics for 2 hours... Seriously ?! Get the strap. Let's go.

Ivan did such an awesome job with my interior detail and even did a quick wash of the outside too! The car had never been detailed and there was a bunch of stubborn dog hair in the back seat but he did a great job and made it feel brand new inside! Super nice guy and easy to work with, his shop is a little off the beaten path but absolutely worth it! Great price for a fantastic job done, I choose him from all the google reviews and it was definitely a good pick. Would 10/10 go back and it’s always nice to support a local business!

I set up an appointment after reading all the great reviews. I dropped my car off to have the interior detailed and about an hour and a half later I couldn't believe how beautiful the inside of my 10 year old car looked! Ivan uses quality products and does an amazing job. I'll be back in the summer for the exterior! Gators across the street was a good place to eat and wait while he did his magic.

I usually don’t enjoy leaving bad reviews, but since I was constantly recommended Delta Sonic, I felt the need to share my experience to inform others before purchasing an Unlimited Plan or even a car wash here. I recently signed up for Delta Sonic’s unlimited wash plan, which normally starts at $44.99, but I got a discounted price of $19.99. The attendant who signed me up was great, and I don’t have any qualms or issues with the actual employees—they’ve all been friendly and helpful. My disappointment really comes down to the car wash itself and the services offered. After my first wash, I noticed an egregious amount of water spots left all over my car, even after choosing the optional hand drying. I thought they might have just missed a few spots and wiped it down myself. Unfortunately, after getting another wash a few days later, the same thing happened—my car was covered in water spots again. It’s incredibly disappointing to pay for what’s advertised as a top-tier wash, only to leave with my car looking just as dirty, if not worse, than when it went in. While this plan offers other services at a discounted price, I haven’t been able to get a reliable wash, so I don’t trust that I’ll get quality service from the other perks either. Because of this poor experience, I will be canceling my subscription. I’ve attached pictures showing the egregious amount of water spots left behind after the wash.

I have amended my review to 2 stars. We brought our first car in last week where they did a great job. They told us then if we gave them a 5 star Google review they would give us a $50 discount so I gave them a 5 star review and took the second car in yesterday. Unfortunately they did an extremely careless job. There are bird droppings that were not cleaned up outside and food crumbs inside the car that were never cleaned up. My husband was picking up the car end of the day when they were in a hurry to leave. I called this morning to complain about the fact that they had not cleaned up several issues with the car. The person on the phone was extremely rude and said the things should have been identified at pick up. He said I could have made a mess myself since last night and that’s why the car is dirty. He was extremely condescending. 5 stars for first car, 0 stars for the second one and negative stars for the rude customer service.

Best interior detail I've ever had. They completely removed stains on my fabric seats that other companies had told me were impossible to remove. Little things I've never had other companies clean, such as my overhead mirrors, were such a delight to discover had been washed. They were also so courteous and pleasant to communicate with. Booked a detailed cleaning of my car based on reviews. Paid $290.00 for package # 2. I totally regret it. I gave it a star because there is no option for none. I dropped the car at 8am and at 3pm got a call that the car was ready for pick up. I was surprised how fast they did it and now I was worried about the quality. Save yourself the money. The interior of my car is not looking better than a normal quick cleaning. Looks like they didn't even make an effort to vacuum thoroughly the carpets. All windows have wiping marks and I had to wipe them again. The rear view mirror has all over dry spray drops on it. We definitely have different understanding of "detail cleaning". The pictures speak for themselves. I would take a full refund if I could. Definitely not going back.

Eduardo and his crew did a spectacular job on a complete interior/exterior detailing today. There were deep dark stains embedded in the leather middle seats from my grandkids early diaper days. I didn't think the stains could be removed, but Eduardo was able to make the leather seats spotless. He was also able to polish out the scrapes and paint from a parking lot encounter with another vehicle. The entire car is perfectly clean and shiny now. Thanks for a great job. I'll be back!

Do not come to this place if you don't want to leave with scratches on your rims. Their system, which pushes your car through the tunnel, scratches the rims. Moreover, the staff who wipe your car are completely incompetent. They wipe the dirtiest parts first and then move on to the rest of the car, leaving scratches. When you approach the main manager with this issue, you won't prove anything to him — it's like talking to a wall. He will insist that it wasn't their fault. I love my car very much, so there are no scratches on it. I do not recommend this place — terrible customer service In the photo below, you can even see the quality of their rim cleaning. And for this, you pay $30. You leave not only with dirty rims but also with scratched ones.

I went to the car wash yesterday to wash my car. It's been 1 day since I bought my car and trusted them to wash it. Terrible car wash! Disgusting! The attitude is rude! They made a scratch on the wing of the car. And stood there arguing that they didn't do it. Terrible attitude towards the customer! I don't recommend this car wash even for a $1000 car! It would be better if this car wash closed.
