The employee had to chase me down to give it to me. Grateful that he did! I understand that sometimes plates get bent but mine came off entirely.

Recently had my brakes powder coated here. I had nothing but a great experience here. Turn around time was amazing and the results speak for themselves, I couldn't be any happier. I had a small leak during installation which after diagnosing, it turned out that it wasn't due to their work. Even so, Danny went above and beyond and went out of his way to take care of me and got everything fixed. The customer service here is top notch and you will not find anything like this anywhere else. I will not hesitate taking any of my future items here and will be doing so in the near future!

I had my first appointment at Excalabur Detailing today, and I couldn't be more impressed! Joe, the owner, did an amazing job with both the exterior and interior of my car. 4.5/5 stars for me, but google wont let me do half so I rounded down. I bought a very old and used 2011 Toyota prius which needed some cleaning. I went in with very high expectations based on the google reviews (like pie in the sky sort of miracle that they could get the interior roof stains out without me mentioning it). Booked for 10am, and they called back around 2pm. They made me check the car before I paid which is nice. First glance, it looks pristine and smelled cleaner than before, so I felt all was good and in order. When I got home and could check each nook and cranny at my own pace and found some missed spots. Interior detail: Con: -Rear passenger seatbelt had a stain and still felt greasy. (Not sure if this is covered in this service package tho.) -dashboard air vent still has dust on one side -the gear lever's crevice still has dust. (Was really wishing i didnt have to do this myself bc i dont have specialized tools for this nook&cranny) -cup/keyholder (?) still has a small splotch. -interior roof has 2 main stains. It is still there after the detailing. (I'm not sure if the roof is covered in this service, but i assume it is since it is an interior panel.) -that lever you have to press to open the elbow compartment didn't look clean. -that foot ledge thing (doorstep? Carstep?) when you open the car door still had the old grime. Pro: +almost all stains gone +++cloth seats look like brand new +steering wheel felt easier to turn +rearview mirror's streaks are gone +seats were wet, but they put a complimentary plastic cover for the driver seat +they found my tire pressure pen & didnt keep it for themselves Exterior wash: Pro: +tires look shiny +the layer of dust at the rear was gone +little to no streaks Possible Con: -seeds still stuck in the car edge/trim (idk proper term. it's like a roof gutter, but for the car. I dont know if this is covered in this service.) -plastic tail of car looks splotchy. (I dont know if this part was included in the service, or if the stain is permanent and cant be cleaned) Small con: -a small speck of birdpoop still stuck on the sunroof. And sometimes, the customer is not always right, so here's what I could've done better. It's on me for not being thorough at the sign off, and maybe I should have pointed out the misc stains I was particular about during the appointment. I shouldn't have assumed they'll see it, or that it can be cleaned off. I should've done a checklist of sorts beforehand. My apologies for that/ I will try to remember to do that for next time! Overall, I'm grateful for what they could do in that quick turnaround time (4ish hours). They will get you 95% of the way there, which is still very good! The other 5% you will have to do yourself. I think I'd still recommend this place to others.

Highly recommend DECON. The service is mobile so you don't need to go anywhere and wait in a lobby, drinking bad coffee for several hours while waiting for your car. The service is brought to your home. The business owner brings all required supplies and equipment. You just need to provide an outlet....We have a 12 year old vehicle that is used to transport three dogs. We had significant amounts of dog hair woven into the carpet and other mud and slobber stains on the seats. The car looked nearly new when DECON finished. Very impressed... Business owner has exceptionally personable disposition and high integrity. He'll give you an honest assessment of the level of service necessary to meet your requirement. There were no surprises from what we had discussed on our original phone call... I would never bring my car into a detailing shop again, knowing there is a high-quality service that will come to me. Will definately use DECON again.

I am slightly disappointed with the service I got an express detail and shampooing service. The shampooing was great but the detail was not satisfactory as they didn’t pay attention to detail and did not really vaccum. This is after I asked them to vaccum in some of the parts I noticed.

Recently had my 2005 Silverado painted and wanted to keep it protected from the elements. Chris got me setup with a paint correction, 5 year ceramic coating, and lined my rocker panels, lower doors/bedsides with Xpel paint protection He Knocked it out of the park! Quality is second to none and will continue to use him for all things from washing to full paint corrections. Very satisfied with the results

I was referred to Chris through two friends who are real car people. I had just bought a new car and wanted it wrapped and some vinyl details. Chris went over the options and we went with the full wrap and ceramic coating to protect the car and a vinyl detail for our GT4. He also suggested changing the side lights and it made a huge difference. What makes Chris the best is that he is meticulous and works on every detail himself. We had debated doing the matte finish, but he put on both to try it and we went with the gloss and it looks perfect. I am so glad we found him, he is our car guy.

Went to this car wash to get a quick wash. This car wash is extremely slow. Way too many people working on one car. It literally took my car 45min to get washed and it was only 2 cars ahead of me. They do however clean your vehicle very well but for the wait time it’s not worth it. I won’t be back at all.

Hugo did an incredible detail job on the inside AND outside of my car. Like night and day, I have been soooo happy to get in my car ever since he cleaned it. He even dropped me off at the Starbucks down the street so I could wait the 4 hours for him to clean it. Great price too!!! I can’t say enough what a great experience it was, better than going to a commercial big car cleaning business. So nice too. Great guy, quiet but honorable and trustworthy.

Hugo and his team did a great job with my 04 TL that I bought a week earlier. The steering wheel, the dashboard, the floor carpets and mats etc everything was cleaned and restored. Even the exterior was cleaned very nicely. Its so pleasant to drive it now. The appointment booking was straightforward but the only hiccup I had was finding the location. Definitely recommended and worth the money.

This car wash is really nice. I appreciate how clean and shiny my car is after. I get the second option. I feel the third is not needed. The staff is super helpful and even inserts my card so I don’t have to reach. Chloe is super friendly and helpful. She braves the cold.

left with soap all over my car,...looks like my car is covered with salt before the first real snow. went for a basic wash this time, last time I upgraded to wax, was left with globs that I am still scraping off. for a $7 basic wash, I expect my car to look better coming out than it did going in. that is strike two, and I doubt the third time will be the charm. done..

My experience at D'Andrea was top-notch. I had a PPF applied to the entire car and ceramic coating applied on top. My car looks better than brand new. It shines so much, I get random compliments in traffic from people on the highway. Jaw-dropping, drool-inducing stares from friends, neighbors, everyone. Mike was super polite and kept me informed of progress too, taking videos I could show off. I also appreciated all of the follow-up. Very pleased with the exceptional customer service and all around detail cleaning by Scotty’s! I had the dreaded kid’s vomit incident and way too many crumbs and the team helped clean up my car! They also explained the preference to maintain the integrity of the materials (ie a delicate headliner) and further spot treatment when we discussed my car. I lfelt more informed in how to care for my care between deep cleans. The customer service and fair price will certainly have me coming back in the future!

Louie did a fantastic job on our GTI. The detailing and opti coat took him longer than expected (paint correction on a brand new car was not expected, so that took some extra time), but this is not something you want someone to rush through just to get done on time. In the end the car looks amazing, and I will definitely be bringing my other cars to him in the future.

30$ wasted. Date: 06/27/2024. Time: 12:30 pm Business it’s about people. Not money itself. When the owner is in the shop, job is done with a lot of enthusiasm. When the owner is absent, job not done at all. Been telling them to rewash wheel twice, I just give up, paid and left. Also there where trying to show me there attitude like little kids. It’s the worst costumer service I ever had. Do your job the right way and will not get any complaints. However it’s just a car wash, some people don’t even check work. I check, and even after that, it’s not done the right way.

I took my car here hoping for a decent wash, but it was a huge disappointment. Not only did they leave my car still dirty, but it actually looked worse than when I brought it in. There were visible scratches, dust left in spots they should have cleaned, and overall, it was just sloppy work. I expected a thorough clean, but they didn’t put in any effort. I won’t be coming back here and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for quality service.

Three different cars, five stars for each one. This detail shop is an hour from my home, and is by far the best one I’ve ever experienced. Most of my vehicles are black and that’s a difficult color to polish up without swirls or streaks. From the professional, friendly service, fair pricing, and top-notch job the shop has it all. Amazing service from Taso. The employees at this company seemed happy from the first time I walked into their shop area. That's how I knew I was on the right place. I arrived at 755, 5 minutes before opening, and the workers were already waiting and Taso walked right up and greeted me. Very professional. Just looking at the cars inside I knew I was in the right spot for quality. Took my 2020 Chevy Silverado for ceramic tinting and they did it in 3 hours. Looked clean the second I was dropped off to pick up my boy blue. Very happy with the results. Now my shop wants to go here and get either tint out a full blown ceramic coating. Definitely quality work

Fantastic job. Took my truck in with stubborn hard water stains from taking it to a different car wash that had etched into the truck’s finish. Jon did a fantastic job walking me through and explaining each step and did it with two goals in mind: keep the paint as untouched as possible and avoiding unnecessary spending. I couldn’t be happier with the results. My truck went from looking perpetually dirty to looking fantastic. Highly recommend.

Brought my vehicle through on 10/2. About 20 minutes after the wash, I checked the vehicle to see how thorough it was. They scratched the living piss out of my hood. Scratches running up and down and horizontally across the hood. They did not come close to cleaning the bird droppings off the hood either. I paid $22 for them to damage my paint and not even get bird poop off the car. Tried calling to make them aware and you can't understand anything they're saying on the phone. AVOID AVOID AVOID

My wife went there to buy car wash passes for a Christmas gift. They said she can only buy passes if she gets her car washed today. This is a scam and I’ve never heard of a business requiring you to buy their service to purchase a gift for someone else. You really need to revisit your business practices. We’ll never spend another dollar here, don’t even care if the wash is any good.

I don't review companies generally. However, this was such an exceptional experience that I had to share it. Dan and his team did a phenomenal job from start to finish. From the consultation to the quote to the drop off to the pick up. Every step of the process was communicated well, and expectations were set properly. These guys got all my holograming in the paint out and a great amount of other surface scratches out. The paint looks like glass. Thank you Chicago Auto Pros, truly a fantastic job.

My husband quit smoking a few months ago, and he's been talking about having his car detailed to get the smell out. This has been a big year in other ways, too, so I decided to treat him to a full internal and external detailing of his car. We couldn't be happier with Vic and his work. When I explained to Vic about the smoking, he recommended including the "odor bomb" service -- something that none of the other shops mentioned. Vic was very responsive and helpful with all of my questions, and he accommodated some last minute requests, which I greatly appreciated. His attention to detail is superb and well worth the money. I appreciate that he charges based on the service, not the time, so you know the price up front. His prices are very fair, he does not nickel and dime you. He also gave us good recommendations for maintaining the car to get the most out of the detailing. My husband LOVES how it turned out.

Hands down the best detailing and buffing company in Dallas! If you want the BEST of the best in detailing - Wilson and Dallas Detailing and Buffing are the way to go! I came to them to get a scratch and some buildup removed near my rear emblem (both are not easy tasks!!!). My car is a dark color, so I didn’t have much hope. When I saw the end result, I could not believe it. Check out the before and after photo. I am blown away!! Wilson was so careful and understanding of how I care for my vehicle. He exudes the upmost professionalism and kindness. You cannot ask for better a customer service experience, or a higher quality end result! It is obvious Wilson and his crew are masters of this trade. He even took the time to educate me on what had built up around my emblem. This place is almost 5 stars for a reason. Reviews are usually right. Definitely get the premium package; they give it a top-to-bottom, spotless clean. It's one of the best car detailing deals around. Pull up, drop off your car, come back in about 3-4 hrs, and you won't recognize your car.

Probably my favorite car washes in the area. There are two GEM locations. One in Bensenville and one in Elmhurst. Both are equally as great. I have the unlimited package so I’ll go to one of them every single day to get my car washed. They do such a good job that my car attracts complements from strangers every day. I’ve been going here for years. I believe it is family owned and operated and the staff truly go above and beyond and go the extra mile to help their customers. You can tell they care about their customers and their cars as if they were their own. In the winter when cars are dirtier than ever, they come out looking nice and sparkly. The unlimited package includes one car wash per day. I got back from vacation the day before, took it through the car wash once, but not all of the mud came off. The gentleman offered to let me go through a second time free of charge to get the rest of the mud off. I also had a rubber floor mat that was covered in dirt that I couldn’t get off. Between customers, he took it and gave it the scrubbing and cleaning of a lifetime. Over the years, they’ve done a ton of little extra things to help me out. Small gestures like this insure customer loyalty. I always recommend them to friends and family. Their prices have always been fair. It seems like an honest business. Disgrace!! U either leave with straches or dents but never a clean car. Brought my truck here and heard a big bang against my door from the wraparound brushes. Luckily my truck is silver and can't really see the scratches. My dad also has the same truck as I do and the same thing happened to him except his entire passenger side of the truck got dented. Probably over 7000 in damages.

SCRATCHES from the roof brushes on the drivers side. Until now this was my go to carwash. Bad Bad permanent scratches as wide as the individual fabric used for rotor brush. I mean bad. I can't take the chance of going back until there is a sign out front saying all the brushes have been replaced.
