My Toyota Rave had never had a detail. There were stains in the seats and needed some tender care. Nacho was professional and laid back. Did the interior it looks better then when I bought it. Reasonable price. My next trip will be an exterior job. He even washed my front window and side mirror.

For $45, the mini detail is outstanding. They are quick and the customer service is great. I’m a Mom and a Realtor so my car gets put through it…might have to do this on a monthly basis! I think I’d opt for this over a car wash monthly membership.

Ty did an awesome job on our van. It was seriously awful... the kids and I have been really ruff on it. He picked it up and took it to his shop for me. He spent extra time on it but it looked better than I imagined anyone could get it when he dropped it back off at my house. I know he can do some on site jobs which he planned to do for us but the condition needed specialty attention at Tys shop. A+++ thanks for going above and beyond Ty!

Honest, open and transparent communication which gives it a positive value I appreciated, and the highest quality workmanship when it comes to car detailing. I don't think I've ever had to take my car thru twice. The car wash does a good job, and i like the wax and rainex. The dash wipes are great and the air fresheners too! The staff is stellar. Just the nicest young people, so friendly and helpful! LOVE THIS PLACE

Oh my gosh! Tommy’s is top-notch! We started coming here when they opened and it’s always been a great place to vacuum, clean mats, and wash the car. Today; however, they demonstrated what amazing employees they have. I was vacuuming my car when I saw my diamond earring get sucked into the vacuum! I froze. How did it get there? Why was it there? Is there snowball’s chance in hell that I’ll be able to get it back? I had to ask if they would at least look. Not only did Michaela and Nicole look, they found it! ❤️ They were so willing to look through the vacuum, dump it out, and even put a brush through the hose. Thank you for finding my earring! Thank you for even trying! Excellent employees. My heart is so thrilled right now.

The overall wash is decent. Friendly service but a little to friendly and intrusive at times. I've been snuck from behind from attendants being required to chat about my wash experience only to get spooked and irritated. (Ownership needs to take note, this is a carwash people are here to get in and out and for most part not be bothered.) I sure as heck am not chatty when I'm in the middle of vacuuming/cleaning my car intensively! Also the vacuums and the attachments are some of the worst I have experienced considering I'm paying upwards of $40 a month here. Lastly maybe consider playing something more mainstream than country music 24/7.

I went through Rocket while back to have my car washed and it broke down while I was in it and I had to drive out. They gave me a free pass with the best wash to come back at my convenience which I appreciated. I used it today and the bottom of the drivers door was still dirty and part of the passenger door wasn't even touched. I went to run it back through and the guy said that makes sense the brushes are not working right on the passenger side. I read a review from 3 months ago and same issue. At least three months and the issue has not been fixed and they are taking people's money knowing their car wash isn't working right. Tommy's here I come.

My Favorite Touchless wash in Twin Falls. Rarely any wait times, and it's conveniently located. Bring towels to dry your car, as I've never been to a wash that actually dries them, but this one does a great job at cleaning and preventing any damage. They have a Drive through wash and 2 self clean washes as well as vaccumes. Probably the best prices on a car wash in the Valley

He always does the best job and ALWAYS makes sure that the wash gets everything, if it doesn’t he has no problem sending us back through as long as WE have the time to go back. The workers here care about what you want done and get it done. They let you check you check on it and even suggest you do. I had them do my engine bay and pointed out a couple touch ups, they had no problem doing so. It was a greasy mess before and now it looks practically new and will keep the internal temperature down. The service was amazing. There was only one person working, and I had salt on my truck from New York all the way to Idaho going through the storms and I came out with no salt left on my truck! They always have a dog treat for my dog, which seems small, but to some of us that’s big!

The owner introduced me to this system last year. After some explanation on what it does he encouraged me to wash my show car with it (90,000 dollar car.) My car is black and it was a hot sunny day. Not only did this system not leave a spot on my car which I thought was impossible, it left it immaculately clean. I now own one and use it to wash all of my vehicles, garage floors, side walks and home! I've washed over ten vehicles in one shot and still had water left in the tank for more. This system has done nothing less then impressed me and my fellow car friends on every use! I have tried multiple car wash soaps and still never been disappointed with the outcome. I had 2 vehicles ceramic coated. Both turned out looking like a brand new paint job. My black truck had a lot of swirl marks and scratches in the clear coat. When I picked the truck up it looked awesome. Swirls gone and looked bright and shiny. The best part now is when the paint gets wet the water completely beads up and totally runs off. Easy washing and drying! They totally worked with my schedule and made it an awesome experience.

I’ve had Bob Moses ceramic coat my boat and two vehicles. I’m amazed at the results! We had a great boating season and barely had to wipe off our boat after coming out of the water. I took my 2013 VW Jetta TDI in to be services and have the time belt and waterproof replaced. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They provided outstanding service. Very reasonable with the rates. Which was less than the bid I received from the local dealership. Surprisingly, they even provided me with a loaner car for the day. I’ve always heard of the Tint Lady, but never had a vehicle that needed services from her. When I called, the gentleman on the phone was super polite, quoted me and set me up with an appointment quick! Brought my pickup in today and it only took 20 mins. That’s check in, wait and pay!
