From the beginning this shop complained about the job they were requested to do. They tried to push it on me like I didn’t want to pay them. I never once intimated that I wasn’t willing to pay for the cleaning. I knew my kids car was messy. If a car is brought to your DETAIL shop and it’s going cost extra, just be upfront with your estimate and do the job. If you don’t want to do the job then say that up front!

This review is long over due. Last summer I had a road hazard issue that got fresh road tar on my 17 f150. I was traveling at the time and could barely see out the front window. They got my truck right in and did an AMAZING job with it, looked awesome when they were done. Thanks guys

I went through this car wash and when they were done drying my car, I had scratches on my hood, deep scratches. I even noticed how dirty the towels looked when they were done drying my car because my car was still filthy. So they used dirty towels to dry and the dirt left on the car proceeded to scratch it. When I spoke to the"top guy", maybe the manager, who knows he didn't introduce himself, instead he argued how there is "no way" they scratched my car. He made every excuse why my car wasn't clean. I drive a brand new traverse and refuse to go to any car wash but touchless in the hopes that my car will be free from scratches. He told me to go through the car wash again to get it clean, but denied the scratches, saying the way the scratches looked on the hood that it isn't possible they did it. I told him to watch the cameras. He said he did and that it wasn't them. It is such a lie. In the warmer months, I hand wash my car I know what my paint looks like and pro clean car Wash absolutely scratched my car!!!! I am completely appalled at how this facility took no responsibility and the only thing they wanted to do was rewash my car because it was still filthy. Screw this place. They charge you almost $20 to get a car wash, yet your car comes out looking dirty and then they proceed to dry it and scratch it. So unprofessional! I'm curious to know how many other cars come out looking filthy and scratched from the way they dry on a dirty car.

I have used this car wash for three years without issue and it was great until it wasn't. I had an issue with the car wash where there was a malfunction which caused the carwash to completely shut down, and my car was damaged severely. The employee had me file an incident report and assured me I would be contacted the next day by the manager and apologized for the damage that occurred and told me that they would take care of it. I waited the until the next day and did not a receive a call so I reached out and was told that it would take a couple days. After waiting a couple days and not receiving a call I reached out again and happened to catch the manager. I was given a very generic answer, and it became apparent that the issue was never looked into and even though they claimed they reviewed the footage they obviously did not. Things happen. I understand that. If they would have shown me the decency of giving a call back or looking into my concern or did anything to try and remedy the obvious damage to my car, I would have been happy to continue my business there. I will loudly advise anyone that doesn't want to see their car damaged to go somewhere else. I have submitted them to the Better Business Bureau and if this rant keeps even one person's car from this business, then at least I helped someone.

Not happy at all with this car wash! As you can see in the pictures it took our leà rear bumper partially off. It actually has a pushed in dent also by something hitting into it, along with scapes. Also not happy with the cleanliness for $20! Really hoping they will help us out with these damages, but I'm not holding my breath! Well as I thought, they are telling me that this damage was not done in their car wash. I'm very confused because I don't know where this damage could have been done other than at Car Wash Express! I will never ever use this car was again and I would recommend that no one else does either! You say that my vehicle was scanned by 9 HD cameras before entering the car wash. And that tells the story. My vehicle had NO damage until after exiting your car wash. So I'm not sure why you are saying it was damaged before entering your car wash. Also the auto body shop where the repair was done said that they have heard a lot of complaints about your car wash. That tells the story!

I had a soda explode in my car after accidentally leaving it in there. It was all over the ceiling and back seat. La Bella was one of only place I found that cleaned the ceiling. They did an amazing job and went beyond my expectations and cleaned the outside as well. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to get their car detailed.

I had my old vehicle detailed at La Bella for $300. Upon drop off It was cleaned out with the exception of upholstery stains and pet fur. When I picked up the car it had puddles in all of the cupholders, visible pet hair in the cracks, and dirty visors and roof upholstery. The car window wouldn't roll up either. As it happened, the water temporarily shorted the window, but I was treated like I knowingly brought a defective vehicle in to try and scam the owner into paying for a repair. It was hard to ask for the dirty upholstery that was missed to be cleaned after this, but I did and it looked really nice the second time around. This is not a place for older cars with sensors.

So disappointed. This use to be my favorite car wash. Each time it seems to be something- the card readers never work or take forever to scan, the vacuum had no suction, the soap seems to be empty.... I guess its time to call it quites.

Pony Express did a decent job washing our car. There were some bugs still left over on the windshield and front bumper of our car. At least all of the dirt was washed off. The vacuums were very strong compared to other car wash vacuums around the area. I also really enjoyed the towels you could use to wipe and dry off your car. There was no line so we were in and out quickly. This car wash was much needed especially for this part of town.

Love this place. Very convenient. Lots of road salt and pumice needs to get cleaned off the car often in the winter to help prevent erosion. Roughly $30/mo for unlimited washes. I use it a lot. Staff is friendly and helpful. Love supporting a local business.

I pay for a $40 membership per month at this place and it has gradually gone downhill. Seems like every other time I try to use the car wash, something is wrong with it. It’s either out of certain soaps, so it does not give me the full wash I pay for, the bug spray is just straight up water, the brushes left out front for scrubbing are just soaked in a bucket of dirty water full of bugs and mud that never gets switched out, or the car wash is not working at all. 4/5 times that I visit the wash, I made the drive there for no reason other than wasting my gas. It’s so unfortunate that it has to be this way because of poor management as this is one of the only touch-less car washes in town and almost all customers come here for that reason. I hope they get things in order quickly as i notice they are less busy every day by losing returning customers rapidly.

Kinda more expensive than I am used to, but that's not that big a deal, especially if things always work and you're able to do what you need to do. I have been able to use pretty much everything they have as far as washing your car. There have been a couple of times when I wasn't able to get change because the machine was out. But it's not a huge deal. The only issue I have really noticed is that the vaccumes don't have a very strong suction and the vending machine hasn't been working or has been out of things needed to clean the inside or windows or air fresheners either. Overall, it's a pretty good place as far as I'm concerned.

so we received a free coupon to get a $30 car wash at tidal wave we used it today and came out with our paint chipped and scraped off all the way around our vehicle upon showing it to the clerk. She said that she will show it to her manager and decide if or what they will do for us so much for a free car wash. Don’t go to this car wash!!! We will never visit them again..

I just tried this car wash! It did a pretty good job, but I noticed that it left spots in a few places. They do have nice towels over by the vacuums though, so I used one to finish drying the spots...and that worked great! Other than that....my car looked awesome! And their price packages are pretty reasonable too!

Please DO NOT take your car here. My month old car, which has only been taken through a car wash TWICE by me (the 2nd time being this experience), was HEAVILY scratched right down to the metal when I went through this car wash. We went in to talk to management about it and they said there is nothing they can do. They stated that their car wash usually only makes “straight” scratches on cars. That’s comforting. Obviously this is a common issue. The lobby also REEKS of weed (as well as the workers) and they were very careless & lazy. TAKE YOUR CAR TO PONY EXPRESS INSTEAD and save yourself the heartache.

I'd definitely recommend this shop for any paint and body work! Very friendly, communicative, and solid work. A coworker backed into my car at work, but left her information thankfully. She had Farmers insurance and Superior Paint and Body are a Farmers certified shop, so that made the process smoother than I imagine a non-certified shop! They took pictures of my car and wrote up an estimate. Then it was in Farmers hands. Once Farmers approved the repair I took my car down, they gave me a ride over to Enterprise for a rental, I was kept up to date on what stage my car was at in repair as well as an estimated finish date. It was done in 5 business days, so I was pleasantly surprised on how quick it was done! The car looks brand new, getting in had that fresh new smell as well, I received a warranty booklet for the reapplication of the clear bra, as well as a little thing of Paint Touch up and a paint matched hot wheels car as a souvenir! All in all a great experience!

I'm a return customer! I'll always come here. They've take great care of my car. My latest, someone at the grocery store side swiped me pulling out. I took it to Superior for dent repair and a quarter sticker. Upon further investigation, they discovered that the decals that were on there, weren't decals at all, rather some sort of undercoating material pretending to be decals. They scraped the pretend decals off with a pile of effort, and not only fixed and paint matched the dent, but applied the correct decals. I hope, it's a awhile before I need ya'll again, but I will be back if the need arises. I thank you, and my car does too!

I went to this place to get my car detailed. I got a package done. Thats an interior and exterior cleaning. I went and got my car after they closed because i had work. I got there and looked it over and noticed things had been missed. I sent the owner a texted about things being missed and got no response. I called and left a voicemail as well and still no answer. I paid 295 for my service to have things missed. Both of my seats looked like that and there was a couple other marks on my paint as well. My car wasn’t very dirty to start with. Very disappointing.

Great Experience the last two times i have gone in. But this visit Summer was exceptional! She was so kind and made me feel very welcomed. When i walked into the lobby to wait she was mopping the floor so i kind of moved around to stay out of her way and she apologized and stated someone had spilled a soda so she decided to just clean the whole floor.
