I pulled up and my car looked brand new. It is amazing how clean they get my car. I first used Elite a few years ago, when construction around our home blanketed every inch of my Explorer inside and out with a fine dust. . I was amazed at the phenomenal job that was done then I received so many compliments. I used to be a perfectionist and did my own detailing, Age has caught up to me and with weaker arthritic hands, its a challenge, so I just prefer to let James do it. I was contemplating attempting to do myself, as bills and grocery costs have taking a chunk out of our budget. I prayed, I could manage to get it done and right then, his text came through with the 175.00 special deal. James and his employees are so friendly, caring and thoughtful. They do impeccable work. I cannot recommend them enough. You will be beyond happy, when you see your car. Even on my best days, I could never do the kind of job they have done for me.

I have been waiting for months for my Lexus GX 550 Overtrail Plus and finally received it. I go into the mountains regularly and wanted a solution to minimize the Idaho Pinstripes. Check out the photos to see the setup. After lots of research - Rocklear was the obvious choice and Apex was the team. Wrapping my car in plastic (PPF) would be silly as every month I would be scratching it up and damaging to the point of having to replace it. Ceramic is pretty… but not protective against scratches. Rocklear is not bullet proof but I can get a fresh coat whenever I want for significantly less than a full PPF rewrap. My prior rig 2001 LX470 I kept for 23 years and plan on keeping the GX for 20+ years as well. With Rocklear and the Apex team my rig will continue to look stylish even after a decade or two of overlanding.

Cooper and Tony did a great job with my truck, there was dirt in every crevice that you can find. Truck came out brand new. Great work and great communication! I contacted them after finding them online and sending a message. They were Quick to get back to me and rather than push more than I wanted they quickly offered their different levels and base prices for the work I was looking to get done. Some scheduling changes happened but he was straight up with me and told me if it did not work for me we can leave it where it was. Thankfully I had the time to accommodate and was more than willing to do so! The paint is a lot better looking than it previously was! There are still some deep scratches when you look close but I knew that going into the detail and i had not paid for a full paint correction! Very happy with the results and the truck looks killer!!

Just bought a truck and dropped it off for a two stage exterior detail and wax. There was specs of asphalt stuck to the truck, which would have scratched the truck up if I took it through a regular wash.. David and his crew made it look like I got a fresh paint job!!! Incredibly impressed by the work done by the InDepth Detailing crew. Had my Bronco Heritage 2-Door wrapped in a full matte PPF followed by a ceramic coating. It looks amazing! Amazing work by the guys here at Indepth detailing. I bought this 2024 Golf R with only 6k miles and the previous owner had absolutely trashed the paint. I took the car in for full paint correction and window tints. I got the car back and it looked like a whole new car. Nearly all of the deep swirl marks and scratches were removed and the tints came out great as well! The guys definitely know their stuff and took the time to explain every step of the process and had great communication while my car was in the shop. Above all they are car enthusiasts and take pride in what they do. They also threw a few extras in at no charge to me to make the car look even more stunning. Ill be returning for any of my future needs for sure.

Awesome experience! This was my first time having a car detailed, and they were very friendly as they explained the process, pricing, etc. You can have them pick up your car and drop it off when it's done. My 20 year old car came back looking good as new! They were also very accommodating with my request to avoid strong scents, since that would likely give me a headache. We agreed to have them run their ozone deodorizer at the very end of the interior detail, and let everything air out before bringing it back - which worked perfectly for me. I would definitely do business with them again. Highly recommend!

I really don't like being harsh. Cody did an excellent job on my carpets. They look beautiful. I don't know if I could have done that myself but they were full of dog hair and some of my husband's long hair. I just couldn't clean it myself after losing my husband after 37 years I've increased it a star and thank you Cody for that. He did not even wax my car. The inside he was supposed to detail the leather . Put a protector on this leather. He did nothing. I have pictures. It's disgusting. For the amount of money that he charged, this is absolutely disgusting. Don't believe the five star reviews with 106 people. Cody did an excellent job on my carpets. They look beautiful. Cody, I have asked five different people if they feel the inside in the leather was cleaned and conditioned. Sorry to say I couldn't get one out of five.

We left on a trip, dropped it off at the airport Dan Sherrer of Boise‘s best auto detail, picked it up and went to town on starting the process of having it detailed, but worked with Eric at car medic who came to his shop and took out all the door dings. Then Dan and his team buffed polished shined, detailed, cleaned every nook and cranny and underneath and on top of this vehicle, it smells wonderful. It looks absolutely shiny Everywhere, all of the leather conditioned and soft! They did not miss anything. They are so detailed, and I love that because being a perfectionist, you see all of the imperfections that they took care of! This was definitely a limousine white glove, hands-down experience of having a dropped off, cleaned, detailed not being left at the airport and then When we arrived and landed back in town, all cleaned up for us! What a fabulous idea because we were not Vehicle nor did both of us have to drive over leave a vehicle to be detailed and then both of us drive back to get it. However, if you don’t go to Boise’s auto detail, you’re at the wrong place! Dan Shear is on Century Way across from Costco in Boise Close to the airport and it is worth every bit of money you spend on having him work on your Vehicle! I highly recommend him. He’s definitely a five star, but 10 in my book and my opinion! All I can say is wow my husband was so excited to get up this Morning and go to his appointments in this nice clean vehicle! I was so excited to wake up and take pictures of it outside and not just in the garage from getting in late last night! What a beautiful job they did! Muriel is amazing! She is excellent at her business “French Made Detailing.” She even drives to your place! She is a professional with an eye for detail, and quality work. Muriel is a pleasure to work with and to know. I had recently purchased a 2023 ZL1 Camaro and asked her to put a ceramic coat on my Radiant Red ride. I wanted to sell my car, but my 2005 Jeep Liberty was embarrassingly filthy, grubby, and gross when I took it to John. I had low expectations because of the condition I took it to him in, but when I came back to pick up the Jeep, I literally gasped. The car sparkled. It smelled amazing. It was as clean as the day I bought it from a dealership. When I drove the car home, my family freaked at how clean it was! My son, who had been driving the Jeep as a Boy Scout camp ranger, was especially shocked, because he had put it through a lot. We all agree that John performed WELL beyond beyond expectation. What's more, he charged me LESS for the inside AND the outside of the car than other car detailers wanted to service the inside alone. I told John he needs to charge more for his services, but he insists he does this to help others and because he likes to do it. I highly recommend John. Highly. In fact, I'll be back with more cars. Tell your friends! He is the best: Honest, hardworking, very reasonably priced, and pretty much the nicest, most authentic guy!

Won't be coming Back here. Me and my fiancée took my Car to this location. My Car was damaged and Ive been trying to reach out to get this issue resolved since 2/27. I was told that I would be receiving a call around 8:30pm that night of the incident but I never received one even though I gave them my phone number and email. Wouldn't suggest going here. They heavily lack in customer service. They also don't seem to responded to many reviews in a timely manner. As a General Manager at my own store I hope this place can turn around so other customers don't have the same experience as me and my fiancée did when we came here. Won't be coming Back here till this is hopefully resolved. All I want is just to see what they can do to fix my Blinker cover on my 1996 Lincoln Town Car. The picture on the left has the missing blinker cover while the one on the right has the blinker cover.

Just discontinued my membership with Mister because they don’t have multicar discounts and you have to buy towels. I stopped in here to see what their policy was and found that not only are they a little cheaper but offer a multicar discount and the towels are there for you to use for free. One of their employees Trivian who was very professional and friendly, gave me a free wash just to make sure that I liked it before signing up. I will definitely be bringing both of our cars over here for memberships.
