We wanted to find a way to protect our new 2024 Toyota RAV Hybrid from the intense Idaho UV Sun & Weather. We also wanted to find a way to protect it from paint chipping that can occure while driving around. So we began researching to learn what our options might be. After googling & calling around, talking with many different shops & asking alot of questions, we decided that having it wrapped with PPF & having Ceramic coating applied was our best option. Out of all the places, we found that Indepth Detailing is we felt, the best one. From the 1st time we talked with them, they proved to us that their 1st & foremost core vale is HONESTY. Which is super important to us & so rare to find. They discussed all the potential options while showing us their shop & other vehicles in progress. They then walked all around our RAV sharing options about what we could do & what we did not need to do. They never made us feel pressured & always made us feel like they were walking around their own vehicle. We were "Wowed" by them from the very 1st moment! The other thing that we need to say is "these guys love military & veterans alot." We are Navy vets & they treated us like Royalty ! We were treated so well & the pricing was so reasonable that we decided that there was no one better to trust our new RAV Hybrid to except Indepth. They are super knowlegable, Professional, Very experienced & very easy to work with. They will not try to upsell you on things you do not need. And, again Super Honest in the way they do business. WOW! I was speechless seeing my car after Skyler detailed the interior. My car is mainly used to transport dogs, camp, rock climb and mountain bike. I used to just accept that it was an adventure car and let it be dirty but after having this detail, my car feels brand new! Cleaner than when I bought it gently used from a dealer! Skyler did a killer Job on my car. Had a lot of dog hair and was in pretty poor state. He made it look like brand new and the price was extremely fair. Awesome experience! This was my first time having a car detailed, and they were very friendly as they explained the process, pricing, etc. You can have them pick up your car and drop it off when it's done. My 20 year old car came back looking good as new! They were also very accommodating with my request to avoid strong scents, since that would likely give me a headache. We agreed to have them run their ozone deodorizer at the very end of the interior detail, and let everything air out before bringing it back - which worked perfectly for me. I would definitely do business with them again. Highly recommend!

100% pleased with the people and service. Chris (manager) met with us and took the time to answer all our questions about ppf and ceramic coatings. We decided to go with the ceramic coating Silver package to protect our brand new truck along with window tint. Absolutely love how slick the paint is now. So happy with it, that we went back with our 7-year old SUV to have it ceramic coated too. Carlos got out years of bug stains and even some rock chips (we provided the factory touchup paint and they filled the chips as part of the prep). Keeping it clean is so easy now and it looks brand new. Everyone was super professional and polite. Emily at the front desk returned our phone calls and texts promptly and got us scheduled at a time convenient for us. Highly recommend this place!

We left on a trip, dropped it off at the airport Dan Sherrer of Boise‘s best auto detail, picked it up and went to town on starting the process of having it detailed, but worked with Eric at car medic who came to his shop and took out all the door dings. Then Dan and his team buffed polished shined, detailed, cleaned every nook and cranny and underneath and on top of this vehicle, it smells wonderful. It looks absolutely shiny Everywhere, all of the leather conditioned and soft! They did not miss anything. They are so detailed, and I love that because being a perfectionist, you see all of the imperfections that they took care of! This was definitely a limousine white glove, hands-down experience of having a dropped off, cleaned, detailed not being left at the airport and then When we arrived and landed back in town, all cleaned up for us! What a fabulous idea because we were not Vehicle nor did both of us have to drive over leave a vehicle to be detailed and then both of us drive back to get it. However, if you don’t go to Boise’s auto detail, you’re at the wrong place! Dan Shear is on Century Way across from Costco in Boise Close to the airport and it is worth every bit of money you spend on having him work on your Vehicle! I highly recommend him. He’s definitely a five star, but 10 in my book and my opinion! All I can say is wow my husband was so excited to get up this Morning and go to his appointments in this nice clean vehicle! I was so excited to wake up and take pictures of it outside and not just in the garage from getting in late last night! What a beautiful job they did! I got my car detailed today and he did an amazing job. My car was borderline a nightmare, I bought it used. Drove it for months without cleaning it before I brought it in. AND power steering fluid spilt all over the floor in the back seat. When I saw the results I was shocked honestly, my car was almost unrecognizable. It looked brand new, and smelled amazing. He even tried is best to clean up the power steering fluid for me. Definitely worth the money and he'll be my go-to when I need a detail.

This is the only car wash i trust! My truck comes out clean every time and the staff is also great too. The areas to clean your car are always clean. The vacuums work great for the floorboards and those hard to reach places. I love the air nozzle to get the hard to reach crumbs out. The heated towels are great for those small missed spots and wiping your car down. There is also a space to wash your floor mats in a tub if they're oversized, or even a machine that will clean them for you. I recommend this location!

He worked meticulously to detail both the inside and outside, when he was done the car looked like new again. I wish I would have taken before and after pictures to show just how amazing of a job he did. There seems to be endless options for car washes in Meridian, many of which are very good. I have found Metro to be the absolute best. There are lots of wash options to meet any budget and need, and the staff are always top notch. I’ve really enjoyed their express detail which includes a snack or drink while you wait. The ownership has been washing cars in the valley for close to 40 years and they really know what they are doing. Love this location in South Meridian!

I did not know this, but if you go before 9:00 am it's $5 for a basic wash. The staff were friendly. The car came out clean. They have great vacuums there and also compressed air to spray out your vehicle. They offer clean towels at every other stall which is super nice. Would definitely go back to this location as well. And you could also stop right next door at Jackson's if you needed fuel or snacks. Looks like they also do oil changes at this location as well.

We liked it for the most part. Something happened getting onto the track and now we need to take the car in for an alignment. We really liked the free vacuum that comes with the wash - they really suck! (Pun very much intended). The car still had some bugs on the bumper and windshield, but it was light-years better than before. We drove in from out of state and our car really needed the wash - we were happy with the outcome. I paid for lifetime alignment at Firestone for this exact reason. The car looked like it drove through a wall of bugs before so again... Way better than before. The staff was super friendly as well. I'd say we'd go back but it's honestly not worth a 10 hour drive.

I pulled up and my car looked brand new. It is amazing how clean they get my car. I first used Elite a few years ago, when construction around our home blanketed every inch of my Explorer inside and out with a fine dust. . I was amazed at the phenomenal job that was done then I received so many compliments. I used to be a perfectionist and did my own detailing, Age has caught up to me and with weaker arthritic hands, its a challenge, so I just prefer to let James do it. I was contemplating attempting to do myself, as bills and grocery costs have taking a chunk out of our budget. I don’t normally write reviews especially bad ones. I took a newly purchased truck not even a full day off the lot and wanted to get it washed because it was little dirty. We pulled and the gentleman that helped us was very nice and helpful. We started going through the car wash and all well, we pulled out to dry and check my truck and to my shock top to bottom front to back scratches all over my truck on the passenger side. I was shocked to say the least I was pissed. When they finally got back to me about the damage they basically said since they had no other damages or malfunction to there equipment they are responsible. Even though the photo they provide clearly show the damage that occurred didn’t exist prior to entering. Do ever use Epic-shine again

I’ve been a loyal customer of Epic Shine Car Wash on Ten Mile for nearly five years with an annual membership, and overall, it’s been a great experience. The staff is always friendly, and I appreciate the convenience of the location. The car washes are thorough, and my car consistently looks great after each visit. The membership is definitely a good value, especially since I can wash my car as often as I need. My only reason for not giving a full 5 stars is that occasionally, there’s a bit of a wait during peak times, but it’s never been too problematic. Chris personally detailed my f150 xlt. I brought it to him with brand new... literally brand new bed rail caps. He ruined them with his buffing pad. My bed liner caps now have partial circle marks burned into the plastic. Mistakes happen we all know that. But the responsible thing is to own it. Chris completely denied the damage. The owner Chris and the team did an amazing job on my Pathfinder! The headlamps look brand new after they removed all the cloudy buildup, and my mommy car is shining. The “standard spruce-up”doesn’t include the nooks and crannies, so if you want a deep interior clean, make sure to book the “interior detail.” While I wish that had been included, the car still looked fantastic overall. The technician arrived on time as scheduled. Very friendly, courteous, and efficient. After he prepared the exterior, he did a paint correction, deionized the surface, and applied the ceramic coating. Now my 1988 Porsche 944S looks like it just rolled of the showroom floor. I've had 3 other automobiles ceramic coated in past years and Idaho Express Detail did the best job of all. Another feature is they came to my home so I didn't have to drop off the car and pick it up 2 days later.

So I'm gonna give epic shine 4 stars, Because they're not a 5 star Company. It seems like about every 3 to 4 times that I use the wash which I do almost daily. I pull into a stall in the vacuum doesn't work because it's clogged up. And their towels are awful. It's almost like they don't wash them with soap so I cannot tell you how many times I've had to turn around and go back through because I'll be wiping my car down and then all of a sudden realize that I got smears all over it from the dirty towel, which I just pulled out of the clean bin. It never takes off all of the soap on the rinse. It never dries my car. I realize that an automatic wash can only do so much, but they have so many employees running around doing nothing, That I truly feel they could be doing something to make the wash run a little bit better. And then they have the employee that will stand there and use their arms waving at you like they're a Crazy person, And I can't handle that I ended up honking at a couple of them, Because I react to other peoples emotions. I personally don't think I wanted to honk at them. It's just what happened because they were putting me into a frenzy. Anyways, I know that there's no such thing as a perfect automatic wash, and I am grateful that epic shine does have more than one locations That's why I gave them four stars. I think they're pricing is a little bit high, but then again, everything is right now, and everybody is jumping on the bandwagon to raise their prices.
