Amazing work by the guys here at Indepth detailing. I bought this 2024 Golf R with only 6k miles and the previous owner had absolutely trashed the paint. I took the car in for full paint correction and window tints. I got the car back and it looked like a whole new car. Nearly all of the deep swirl marks and scratches were removed and the tints came out great as well! The guys definitely know their stuff and took the time to explain every step of the process and had great communication while my car was in the shop. Above all they are car enthusiasts and take pride in what they do. They also threw a few extras in at no charge to me to make the car look even more stunning. Ill be returning for any of my future needs for sure.

Awesome experience! This was my first time having a car detailed, and they were very friendly as they explained the process, pricing, etc. You can have them pick up your car and drop it off when it's done. My 20 year old car came back looking good as new! They were also very accommodating with my request to avoid strong scents, since that would likely give me a headache. We agreed to have them run their ozone deodorizer at the very end of the interior detail, and let everything air out before bringing it back - which worked perfectly for me. I would definitely do business with them again. Highly recommend!

We left on a trip, dropped it off at the airport Dan Sherrer of Boise‘s best auto detail, picked it up and went to town on starting the process of having it detailed, but worked with Eric at car medic who came to his shop and took out all the door dings. Then Dan and his team buffed polished shined, detailed, cleaned every nook and cranny and underneath and on top of this vehicle, it smells wonderful. It looks absolutely shiny Everywhere, all of the leather conditioned and soft! They did not miss anything. They are so detailed, and I love that because being a perfectionist, you see all of the imperfections that they took care of! This was definitely a limousine white glove, hands-down experience of having a dropped off, cleaned, detailed not being left at the airport and then When we arrived and landed back in town, all cleaned up for us! What a fabulous idea because we were not Vehicle nor did both of us have to drive over leave a vehicle to be detailed and then both of us drive back to get it. However, if you don’t go to Boise’s auto detail, you’re at the wrong place! Dan Shear is on Century Way across from Costco in Boise Close to the airport and it is worth every bit of money you spend on having him work on your Vehicle! I highly recommend him. He’s definitely a five star, but 10 in my book and my opinion! All I can say is wow my husband was so excited to get up this Morning and go to his appointments in this nice clean vehicle! I was so excited to wake up and take pictures of it outside and not just in the garage from getting in late last night! What a beautiful job they did! I really don't like being harsh. Cody did an excellent job on my carpets. They look beautiful. I don't know if I could have done that myself but they were full of dog hair and some of my husband's long hair. I just couldn't clean it myself after losing my husband after 37 years I've increased it a star and thank you Cody for that. He did not even wax my car. The inside he was supposed to detail the leather . Put a protector on this leather. He did nothing. I have pictures. It's disgusting. For the amount of money that he charged, this is absolutely disgusting. Don't believe the five star reviews with 106 people. Cody did an excellent job on my carpets. They look beautiful. Cody, I have asked five different people if they feel the inside in the leather was cleaned and conditioned. Sorry to say I couldn't get one out of five.

He worked meticulously to detail both the inside and outside, when he was done the car looked like new again. I wish I would have taken before and after pictures to show just how amazing of a job he did. I posted a couple “after”pictures, a “before” picture would have shown a car covered in dirt and grim inside and out. I highly recommend Cru and his team for any auto detailing job.

I have been waiting for months for my Lexus GX 550 Overtrail Plus and finally received it. I go into the mountains regularly and wanted a solution to minimize the Idaho Pinstripes. Check out the photos to see the setup. After lots of research - Rocklear was the obvious choice and Apex was the team. Wrapping my car in plastic (PPF) would be silly as every month I would be scratching it up and damaging to the point of having to replace it. Ceramic is pretty… but not protective against scratches. Rocklear is not bullet proof but I can get a fresh coat whenever I want for significantly less than a full PPF rewrap. My prior rig 2001 LX470 I kept for 23 years and plan on keeping the GX for 20+ years as well. With Rocklear and the Apex team my rig will continue to look stylish even after a decade or two of overlanding.

I got my car detailed today and he did an amazing job. My car was borderline a nightmare, I bought it used. Drove it for months without cleaning it before I brought it in. AND power steering fluid spilt all over the floor in the back seat. When I saw the results I was shocked honestly, my car was almost unrecognizable. It looked brand new, and smelled amazing. He even tried is best to clean up the power steering fluid for me. Definitely worth the money and he'll be my go-to when I need a detail.

I pulled up and my car looked brand new. It is amazing how clean they get my car. I first used Elite a few years ago, when construction around our home blanketed every inch of my Explorer inside and out with a fine dust. . I was amazed at the phenomenal job that was done then I received so many compliments. I used to be a perfectionist and did my own detailing, Age has caught up to me and with weaker arthritic hands, its a challenge, so I just prefer to let James do it. I was contemplating attempting to do myself, as bills and grocery costs have taking a chunk out of our budget. I prayed, I could manage to get it done and right then, his text came through with the 175.00 special deal. James and his employees are so friendly, caring and thoughtful. They do impeccable work. This is the only car wash i trust! My truck comes out clean every time and the staff is also great too. The areas to clean your car are always clean. The vacuums work great for the floorboards and those hard to reach places. I love the air nozzle to get the hard to reach crumbs out. The heated towels are great for those small missed spots and wiping your car down. There is also a space to wash your floor mats in a tub if they're oversized, or even a machine that will clean them for you. I recommend this location!

Wow! This place was amazing. Here for opening day and wished my kids were here to experience this. Everyone with smiles on their faces and running to greet me. Really well done and exciting facility. The air hoses and vacuums along with mat washers and towels provided. The bay that you went through was just a hoot and exhilarating. The colors, the lights, and fun washing equipment. My truck was fairly caked with bugs and they gave me an extra run through which took care of it. Highly recommend this wash for the value and the entertainment received.

Super expensive, and you don’t get much for your money. My car never looks like it gets fully clean, and the premium coatings and waxes for the higher end washes don’t seem to make very much difference. No, I don’t want to set up a subscription, please stop asking me. “It’s only $3 more” - no, you inflate your prices to make recurring subscriptions look like a better deal. The vacuum cleaners, towels, and mat washers are nice. They get a star for that.

The technician arrived on time as scheduled. Very friendly, courteous, and efficient. After he prepared the exterior, he did a paint correction, deionized the surface, and applied the ceramic coating. Now my 1988 Porsche 944S looks like it just rolled of the showroom floor. I've had 3 other automobiles ceramic coated in past years and Idaho Express Detail did the best job of all. Another feature is they came to my home so I didn't have to drop off the car and pick it up 2 days later.

Been slowly getting worse about getting my car clean. They use to be fantastic, not sure what's going on. Im a member and get my car washed twice a week. I drive a challenger so its not an unusual shape of a vehicle. Pictures are right after the wash and I previously got it wash earlier in the week The last picture I posted is after a second pass through the wash.. will probably be searching a new wash place soon

I don’t normally write reviews especially bad ones. I took a newly purchased truck not even a full day off the lot and wanted to get it washed because it was little dirty. We pulled and the gentleman that helped us was very nice and helpful. We started going through the car wash and all well, we pulled out to dry and check my truck and to my shock top to bottom front to back scratches all over my truck on the passenger side. I was shocked to say the least I was pissed. When they finally got back to me about the damage they basically said since they had no other damages or malfunction to there equipment they are responsible. Even though the photo they provide clearly show the damage that occurred didn’t exist prior to entering. Do ever use Epic-shine again

My wife has been an Epic Shine customer since we bought our home in Kuna 1.5 yrs ago. This past Veterans Day we received a text asking if we were interested in the Veterans Protect Plan for $25/month. They stated that this was good and there would not be an increase in the price. Since we are both Veterans I cancelled my membership with another car wash and took advantage of the price. This afternoon I went to run my car through the wash and I was having trouble getting the gate to rise. That is when a worker came over and said they made some changes and we would need a new windshield sticker. She asked what plan I was on and when I told her the Vet Protect Plan, she said that was being discontinued in three months and the new cost would be $37 per month. That is a huge difference in price and not worth it.
