I went to this place to get my car detailed. I got a package done. Thats an interior and exterior cleaning. I went and got my car after they closed because i had work. I got there and looked it over and noticed things had been missed. I sent the owner a texted about things being missed and got no response. I called and left a voicemail as well and still no answer. I paid 295 for my service to have things missed. Both of my seats looked like that and there was a couple other marks on my paint as well. My car wasn’t very dirty to start with. Very disappointing.

Found a mouse had gotten into our folded third row and started pulling the seat stuffing up and leaving a nasty little trail. Absolute Auto got us in asap for a deep clean and an ozone treatment. They were so great to work with!

Best service by far!. Came in for a tint job & it come out AMAZING. Ez went above my expectations with the job! I never knew the difference between normal tint & ceramic tint! Best detailing job ever! Logan does such a great job and always returns my vehicle looking like a brand new car! That’s saying a lot since I have three kids and we are in my car all the time. We have to drive an hour and a half for grocery shopping so I let the kids eat in the car. Logan made it look like they’ve never spilled anything! It seriously feels brand new. And Logan is so fairly priced! I get my car detailed every year and I will always go to Thomas Timeless Detailing, no question! My pictures are after the kids were in the car a couple times, but you can see how clean it is! Also he got every last dog hair out from the back- I was shocked. 10/10 I highly recommend!!

My dad taught me that if I didn't do anything else, keep my cars clean and change the oil regularly. Having recently relocated to Idaho Falls, I was looking for a place to get my vehicles detailed and luckily I found High Caliber Cleaning. I rarely write reviews and only do so for excellent service and good value. The owner of High Caliber Cleaning, Logan, did an excellent job and my nearly 13-yr-old truck looks like new. Logan is not only and knowledgeable about vehicle detailing, he is also very personable and friendly. He has an amazing attention to detail and was able to easily correct a mistake that someone else made while treating my truck's headlights, leaving a residue that I hadn't been able to remove from the surrounding paint. An added bonus was pickup/delivery, making it very convenient for me. I was so impressed with the detail job on my truck that I also had High Caliber Cleaning detail my Audi. Like the truck, the Audi came out amazing. He even managed to remove some minor surface scratches--I can't even tell where they were. I highly recommend High Caliber Cleaning for all your auto detailing needs. I will certainly have my cars detailed there again!

My 2004 pickup came out of the detail shop looking new. The interior was cleaned up in all the nooks and corners. The fabric seats and carpeted floor both felt and looked very clean. The exterior was cleaned up to match a side that had been repaired at an auto body shop. The pickup is beautiful! Thank you for using your experience with cleaning automobiles to give my pickup a second chance at the new look and feel even though it is 20 years old.

Stopped in just to ask some questions and get an estimate for some work to be done. The owner of the shop was busy but stopped and took time and focused on all of my questions and concerns and gave good advice and a plan to move forward to get my, all be it a Ford, truck looking its best. No high-pressure sales, just a man that i could tell really cared for his craft and had my best interests in mind. My daughter left a Diet Coke in my car and it exploded all over my ceiling and on my seats. It was terrible, and there was no way I could get it out, or wanted to get it out. I called these guys and they told me no problem and booked me fast. I called on Friday and they got me in Monday. I dropped my car off Sunday night and by Monday at 2 it was done. They did a fantastic job. There is no Diet Coke anywhere and my car looks cleaner than it did when I bought it brand new. I would highly recommend these guys, and will be going back. I hate cleaning my car so this works perfect. Their prices are great as well, which is a plus. Highly recommend!

5 stars all the way. I can’t say enough about the service I receive. Integrity has detailed 5 of our vehicles. Possibly the best detail shop in South East Idaho. Very friendly staff and the work they do is outstanding, just perfect, cars/trucks look brand new. Integrity goes above our expectations. Extremely detail oriented and intricate on every cleaning. I got the full detail package that includes a Diamond grade car wash, carpet shampooing, and acid washing the rims. It starts at 85$ and mine only cost $95. It takes a couple hours, however when I got back and inspected it, I was impressed. It's cleaner than when I bought it a couple years ago. All the dust, pet hair, tree debris, gone. Would go again. I came here a few years back with a car I had been using on dirt roads during potato harvest and that super fine dust gets into everything and they made it disappear.

I had 2 vehicles ceramic coated. Both turned out looking like a brand new paint job. My black truck had a lot of swirl marks and scratches in the clear coat. When I picked the truck up it looked awesome. Swirls gone and looked bright and shiny. The best part now is when the paint gets wet the water completely beads up and totally runs off. Easy washing and drying! They totally worked with my schedule and made it an awesome experience.

Our service here in Idaho Falls on 12/4/24 was wonderful. The technician Fabian was very helpful with us signing up for our monthly pass, and even willingly removed 2 old car wash stickers that I had on the inside of my windshield from two other car wash companies from other States when I asked him if he could scrape them off. Very satisfied customer.

I will say I do not like automatic car washes but I really needed it before I went out of town because my car was filthy and I was offered to use my phone number to get a free wash and figured why not. When I pulled through three guys hopped on the car spraying suds and scrubbing off bugs and dirt before the wash which always makes for an excellent result. I am actually very surprised at how much cleaner my car was able to get considering the paint job needs to be redone so I'm very grateful for the free wash service thank you!

Took the offer for a free top end car wash (big kahuna). Normally $16.99 at the time I used the free trial. I had just driven from California to Idaho and my car was covered in bugs on the front. Upon going I let them know about the bugs and asked them if I could go through a few times free of charge if the bugs didn’t come off. They said yes, which I was happy about. And then they went above and beyond and made sure to hand wash the front before I went into the auto wash and by the time I got out, not a single bug in sight on the body of my car! I’m truly impressed with the service. Will come back.

I hate to post my comments because will now have to wait in line. I love this place! The employees are amazing, very helpful, and so kind. This is by far the best carwash in town, I don't have to worry about my vehicle coming out with dirt streaks or a dirty undercarriage. I have no idea what makes the difference in the washing process from other local competitors, but there is a definite difference. The location is a little bit stressful to get to, but the more you visit, the better you navigate through the traffic and road to the driveway. It is very easy to drive in and out of the car wash and to the vacuum ports. There are always plenty of microfiber cloths to wipe your vehicle down, as well as a spray bottle for spot cleaning in and out of your vehicle. The vacuums are very powerful but not as noisy as others. Just make sure you have everything worth saving put away or you will lose it. I had no idea that the rubber liners in my console and doors didn't snap in but just sit in there, we'll they used to sit there. Now they are part of the landfill or wherever the vacuum trash goes. I like how their mat-cleaning machine is set back in a covered area, and there are several microfiber cloths and cleaners readily available. This is the only place I will go to wash our vehicles.

I love that they are a mobile detailing company and came to my house so I didn’t have to load up the kids which is a must. Save your time and money by going somewhere else. We even tried switching bays but everything is in such poor condition that it was impossible to get our vehicle actually clean. Edit to add more info: We used the middle 11'6" bay first only to realize the nozzle on the sprayer had a broken guard that got in the way of the spray portion. That was $4 wasted. We presoaked the van anyway, then moved to the outter 12'6 bay.. just to pay again. On that one, the screen is black, so you have no idea how much time is left. The brush was clearly worn out and about usesles. It literally wouldn't remove bugs.. even after a presoak. It wouldn't even remove basic dirt from the back after 2 passes.. all while paying for the time it is taking and it all being presoaked. I've been traveling the US for almost 6 years and this is one of the worst car washes we've seen. Run down and clearly not cared for. Sad really. Reply to owner: We went to the one this review is for, which is located on Broadway.

It's very easy to use everything, I bought 10 passes to use throughout the year, I bought it on Thanksgiving Day, and it was quite economical, I have used it 9 times, and I am very satisfied and happy to have made this purchase. I had had bad experiences with other car washes, but this one exceeded my expectations positively. This place is awesome with your car!!

Wanted to get a wash out. Decided to get the whole truck done the works. Very. Sorry I did. After waiting more than two hours in line, There was only one truck ahead of me. The Workers are obviously paid by the hour, And have a game that how much they can disappear. I was in the wash bay for more than an hour and forty five minutes I gave it two stars. The washout was completely worthless.$49 dollars to get the floor wet . Could not even get the plastic door seals washed out truck .They missed the quarter fenders on the truck. Bugs on the hood windshield and Roof. Missed the fuel tanks. Very unhappy. The trailer looks nice though...To be fair , the manager came out and tried to correct it with a garden hose and a brush. But after spending so much time there I had to go load. .. The blue Beacon may not be perfect. But for the money I spent , $195.00. I just expected more. the time that I spent wasting for this halfway wash job.Was not worth it.

Wonderful car wash. It does a great job, our car is spotless, and it needed no touch up after the wash. Their vacuums have great suction. Clean towels ( small and thin red ones) are provided for drying as well as a floor mat cleaning station. Friendly attendants. They even have a 24 hour clean guarantee. Unlimited wash packages are available. We highly recommended this location!

First time tried. Rubber not reaching every exterior points of your vehicle such as rear windscreen, fog lights part of both bumpers which I don’t have modifications on my SUV. So you need to hand wipe or clean. Some tougher dirts are still on your vehicle such as bird 🦜 mess or mud Mat washing machine is so helpful for rubber or carpet mats. Smart idea. Two different types of vacuuming heads available for hoover. Air pray gun idea is amazing. Air refresher is great too as well as dashboard wipes Faster cleaning compare other car wash companies. Exceptional price for monthly fee I tried again today and explained to Br.. and other member. He saw the top (bird mess) , back and rear windscreen of my SUV not cleaned up again . I went to tunnel again washed up more but results are still not good. I wiped - cleaned with wet clothes in the end. I really don’t know why not working but I’m feeling ok with your rest of service. I Appreciated. Thank you 🙏
