My 2004 pickup came out of the detail shop looking new. The interior was cleaned up in all the nooks and corners. The fabric seats and carpeted floor both felt and looked very clean. The exterior was cleaned up to match a side that had been repaired at an auto body shop. The pickup is beautiful! Best detailing job ever! Logan does such a great job and always returns my vehicle looking like a brand new car! That’s saying a lot since I have three kids and we are in my car all the time. We have to drive an hour and a half for grocery shopping so I let the kids eat in the car. Logan made it look like they’ve never spilled anything! It seriously feels brand new. And Logan is so fairly priced! I get my car detailed every year and I will always go to Thomas Timeless Detailing, no question! My pictures are after the kids were in the car a couple times, but you can see how clean it is! Also he got every last dog hair out from the back- I was shocked. 10/10 I highly recommend!!

Im absolutely in love with the results of my car! I have a dog that sheds very badly and his fur was ridiculously stuck to the carpet. They were able to get ALL the dog hair out! I have no idea how they did it, but it’s just AMAZING! I never thought my car could look like this again 😭 They also accommodated a pick up and drop off so that I could be at work while they worked as well, all while being super responsive. Highly recommend. Good communication & quality work. Also extra points for honesty and integrity. They damaged a small speaker on my car when doing the tint. The damage was not visible and did not impact the functionally of the speaker. I never would have known if they didn’t tell me. They ordered a replacement without me asking, called me the second it came in, and replaced it. A little bit of a hassle taking my car back in, but super impressed they were so honest and transparent. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Had these guys tint my wife's Chevy Cruze and it looked really good so I took my 04 silverado in and had them tint it as well. The silverado was done very poorly. The front window strip was not cut professionally (had a bunch of jagged edges and didn't follow the windshield lines well), the driver and passenger doors have bubbles in them, and the extended cab windows started to peel off after a few months. I called them and asked about the warranty and they said they would look at it. They replaced the windshield strip and I thought they did the side windows but looking at it lately I don't think they did. And now I've noticed my wifes car is starting to bubble on the windows. For how much it cost I expected a quality product, but I live two hours away and the drive almost dosen't seem worth it for properly tinted windows.

Oh my gosh, Ruger and his team are amazing. He cleaned a truck that belongs to my husband. It was a work truck that probably hadn’t been washed in years. I’m not kidding! Thick with mud and grime & every inch of it a mess and he cleaned it spotless & made it look brand new …even took apart the seats to get everywhere! And I have a beautiful BMW that my Collie sheds hair in… and Ruger just made her look brand spanking new, and I’m happy to report, I found a pet seat cover so that Ruger and his team don’t tell me no in the future! LOL HA Seriously…attention to detail is where it’s at and to make a car look brand new when it isn’t, that is hard to find but these guys nail it! ❤️ I’d give 10 stars if it was possible.

I will say I do not like automatic car washes but I really needed it before I went out of town because my car was filthy and I was offered to use my phone number to get a free wash and figured why not. When I pulled through three guys hopped on the car spraying suds and scrubbing off bugs and dirt before the wash which always makes for an excellent result. I am actually very surprised at how much cleaner my car was able to get considering the paint job needs to be redone so I'm very grateful for the free wash service thank you!

Took the offer for a free top end car wash (big kahuna). Normally $16.99 at the time I used the free trial. I had just driven from California to Idaho and my car was covered in bugs on the front. Upon going I let them know about the bugs and asked them if I could go through a few times free of charge if the bugs didn’t come off. They said yes, which I was happy about. And then they went above and beyond and made sure to hand wash the front before I went into the auto wash and by the time I got out, not a single bug in sight on the body of my car! I’m truly impressed with the service. Will come back.

I got the full detail package that includes a Diamond grade car wash, carpet shampooing, and acid washing the rims. It starts at 85$ and mine only cost $95. It takes a couple hours, however when I got back and inspected it, I was impressed. It's cleaner than when I bought it a couple years ago. All the dust, pet hair, tree debris, gone. Would go again. I came here a few years back with a car I had been using on dirt roads during potato harvest and that super fine dust gets into everything and they made it disappear.

I love Firehouse car wash! I feel like they do a much better job cleaning my vehicle than the other two completion car washes in town. No matter what wash you buy, they always spray my truck down and I get a much better wash. They are always super friendly as well! The air freshener and towels with spray cleaner are a plus! I feel like I got ripped off, you put your card through, but it doesn’t show what the charges are. $15 for my Honda civic, I washed my Subaru Forester in Twin for $8.00 and spent way more time than this. I gave 2 stars because everything actually worked. 15 February, definitely got charged $15. Wow!

I can not believe it was $30.00 to wash the truck! The price is outrageous and no prices posted any where for the self serve. What a joke could have gone through a drive through car wash at least twice for the price I paid to hand scub my vehicle!! Will never be back! Wanted to get a wash out. Decided to get the whole truck done the works. Very. Sorry I did. After waiting more than two hours in line, There was only one truck ahead of me. The Workers are obviously paid by the hour, And have a game that how much they can disappear. I was in the wash bay for more than an hour and forty five minutes I gave it two stars. The washout was completely worthless.$49 dollars to get the floor wet . Could not even get the plastic door seals washed out truck .They missed the quarter fenders on the truck. Bugs on the hood windshield and Roof. Missed the fuel tanks. Very unhappy. The trailer looks nice though...To be fair , the manager came out and tried to correct it with a garden hose and a brush. But after spending so much time there I had to go load. .. The blue Beacon may not be perfect. But for the money I spent , $195.00. I just expected more. the time that I spent wasting for this halfway wash job.Was not worth it.

This place is absolutely wonderful! I'm gonna keep going here as I love the ultimate package I have. Also to go with it this place is the only car wash I can trust to wash my car without taking something off. Pony express has ripped of my antennas or stickers. The rubber ducky down near the river took off my mirror. So this rubber ducky is the only one I trust to keep washing my car. On top of it the staff are great and welcoming. The ones I like the best are Damon and Vance. Also there's another one he's a teen that wears glasses. They're all terrific and very hospitality is great. They're willing to answer any questions or get down to any service. They help make my experience here alot better, I'll happily keep coming here to give my business. The wash does absolutely well for my Yukon also with the vacuums, towels, and mat washer.

If you value your car, I wouldn’t recommend going to Rubber Ducky Car Wash. I owned a membership at Rubber Ducky, and had been using their car wash exclusively since I bought my car. My car, a Kia Sportage, sustained clear coat damage on the hood and roof. I visited the manufacturer’s body shop and they said that there wasn’t a recall or anything for that year and model of car for clear coat issues, and there’s a probability it was caused by a car wash, and the quote to repair was $3,025 in December 2024! I was ultimately referred to the general manager, Casey, who was quite dismissive and immediately said that the car has been painted recently, and I told him, no it hadn’t, and this is the original custom color. He asked me a few questions to ascertain if my car met the criteria under their guarantee, which it did. He then suggested that I parked my car under trees (we have no trees at our house or where I park), or that I washed my car at a different location, which I haven’t. At that point he said that the damage has “nothing to do with us,” and that he’s “been in the business 25 years and washed hundreds of cars.” He suggested that I get it buffed, and I told him that I already went to a body shop, and also Teton Toyota, and both told me that buffing won’t solve the problem because the clear coat has been damaged, and that buffing would only be a band-aid fix as I would be back again in 6 months. Casey then told me to go to Night Owl as “they would do a good job.” I went to Night Owl, and the person I spoke to there couldn’t believe that Casey referred me to him because they specialize in window tinting. He said they can buff it, but then echoed what the other shops said, that it won’t fix the problem. I then sent not 1, but 2 emails to the owner, Matt Cardin, since December and haven’t received any reply. In addition, the representatives of the Northgate and 25th Street branches said that they would text/call Matt regarding my issue and unanswered emails, and I still received no response. That speaks volumes to me about how little they care about your vehicle. I wouldn’t recommend Rubber Ducky Car Wash even if their car washes were free.

If you want to keep your car scratch-free and free of damage, this is your place. It's very easy to use everything, I bought 10 passes to use throughout the year, I bought it on Thanksgiving Day, and it was quite economical, I have used it 9 times, and I am very satisfied and happy to have made this purchase. I had had bad experiences with other car washes, but this one exceeded my expectations positively. This place is awesome with your car!!

I’ve been here before and it was AMAZING!! This time not so much. I scrubbed my car before heading into the “touchless” portion of the car wash. After coming out, it’s still dirty☹️ And the water pressure is a little too pressured…my windshield broke

Not a bad place to wash your car. It gets the job done and is pretty easy and cheap, if you have a lot of quarters. I can usually get my car done with one round of quarters but gotta move pretty quickly. For the most part all the equipment is up and running without any issues. Can look a little rundown, especially with all the other new car washes in town, but overall not a bad place. They've been around forever.

I quit going to the Pony/Duck carwashes because of wheel damage. Using the brush does a decent job, but today I tried the 2nd and 3rd bays from the street side and neither took my card. I tried two cards without any luck. Might want to check those. I left with a dirty car. Maybe next time.
