I’ve taken our 2010 Honda Fit and 2012 MINI Cooper Countryman to Pristine Automotive Detailing both for a complete interior and exterior detail. For a great price, they did an amazing job which included a detail of the engine bay and headlight restoration. I also opted for the 3-year ceramic coating for the MINI. I would recommend Nick and others who work at Pristine Automotive Detailing. In the future I will come back for any detailing needs.

Zeo’s Car Detailing really went above and beyond in exceeding my expectations. I needed to get my car detailed because of some throw up in my backseat… it smelt like beer and vomit. I never thought my car was going to smell the same again. When I originally called on Saturday, they couldn’t find me an appointment until the following week, so I didn’t book it (I needed something ASAP), but I got a call back within 10 minutes saying they could fit me in on Monday at 7 am. It was very obvious from the start that they were trying to work with my situation and cared! Upon pick up, I was AMAZED. My interior looked brand new and was glowing. The smell was completely gone and even old stains from my seat that were there when I bought my car were gone. They even took the time to wipe down the exterior and make her shine! I had a lot of rain/dirt buildup where my trunk opens and they cleaned it spotless which put the biggest smile on my face (it’s the little things that matter!) The best car rental service in the islands! We were taken care of above and beyond. We had booked a blue, beautiful Lamborghini. We bought a used van that hadn’t been cleaned in a while…. The carpet had many mystery stains. So we decided to detail our Toyota Sienna inside and out. These guys did a remarkable job! Detail BLVD brought my tired Jeep back to life! Brought my Jeep back from the mainland 4 years ago and the sun/ water spots really got to it over the years. It was looking super faded and nothing I could do could get the water spots off the side, which got nailed by a sprinkler a couple years back. They got all the spots off and rehydrated all the faded parts to make my car look nice and shiny black again! Did the exterior detail for $300 and it was worth every penny. Will definitely go back for wash and recoat in a few months.

Took my 2021 Honda Ridgeline in and got the Shipping package. The team went above and beyond expectations. They said they would try and get the watermarks out best they can, take the stains out best they can, and try and restore the black trim on the outside best they can. They did their best, watermarks gone, stains gone, the black trim and engine look like the day I bought it. If your PCSing and don’t want to leave it to chance that the VPC will deny it. I recommend you come here.

I scheduled an appointment to get my car clean for POV shipping to the mainland since i’m ETSing. Justin was the technician. He showed up 30 minutes early and was very thorough. Took him 8 hours to get the job done. When I got to the port for my appointment, I was out of there in 30 minutes. People cars were getting sent away and couldn’t be shipped because it wasn’t clean to the high standards they have. I’ve been getting asked about when I got a new vehicle? I cannot recommend this spot enough. I called midday to see they could fit me in for an exterior wash and interior vacuum. You absolutely get what you pay for. I can confirm they did a far superior job to a couple fan favorite spots nearby. They also did a better job removing the EXTENSIVE amount of my husky’s dog hair and sand than a ~$400 detail job. If you’ve got a pet like this, you can understand how much of this hair is seemingly impossible to remove. I’d folded up the dog “hammock” for the back seat to move it out of their way, but they went above and beyond opening it up and cleaning it of the sand, dirt, and dog hair. It can be a bit confusing when you first pull up about where to park and look for someone, but just pull in to a “stall” next to Mark’s garage, awkwardly wait next to your car like I did, and they’ll come rescue you. I’m so impressed with the quality for the price, and highly suggest checking them out.

I visited this car wash today for a touchless wash, and while I appreciated the efficiency, I was disappointed with the results. After paying $30.31, and tipped the workers $10. my car still had a significant amount of dust and dirt left on the front hood, which I didn’t expect. I understand that touchless washes may not be as thorough as other methods, but I did anticipate a cleaner finish, especially for the price. The process was quick and convenient, but I hoped for a better outcome in terms of cleanliness."

I purposely waited two months to write this review to see how everything turned out and I’m happy to say it’s all as perfect as the day it was installed. I knew I was in good hands after I asked my 50th question about tint percents, ceramic coating, and PPF and Sheldon was still responding despite it being 10 pm, 8 am, lunchtime, and happy hour. Sheldon’s customer service impeccable, he’s responsive at all hours on Yelp messages and is knowledgeable about his craft. Ultimately I went with Infinite for the customer service and because his shop did tint/PPF/ceramics. If you want all of these things, there aren’t many places that do it. I drive a Kia EV9 and I was a bit skeptical of all the shops because the car is in its first year and therefore nobody would have any experience. Sheldon knew this and recognized it and asked to keep the car longer than he normally would to make sure everything looked perfect. I think many shops would just try to get cars in and out without that kind of care. Also, the day I showed up to pick up my car , Sheldon said he had re done the tint on two of my windows because it wasn’t to his liking, no prompting at all from me, which showed me his level of precision and perfection. I will mention two other things, not to air dirt, but to try and show that Sheldon has great customer service: - I found a tear on the interior of the frunk. I inquired with Sheldon and he said he would look into it and talk about it with his team. Instead of just saying it wasn’t there, it was my fault, etc, he actually took the time to hear the concern. Ultimately we concluded it was likely there prior to delivering the services and not caused by them. - We also did our Nissan Leaf at the same time. A few days after we got the vehicle back we noticed small bubbles on two windows. He immediately scheduled us to have them redone with no questions asked. These things happen and it’s great that they stand by their work. I was impressed by Infinite’s services and have already recommended them to friends. I have no doubt I’ll being my future needs to Sheldon as well.

Background of my 1992 Sierra Truck that was in storage in a friends yard under a tent for more than 2 1/2 years, covered with dirt, dust, webs from top to bottom. The windshield had caked on dirt and dust with what looked like water markings in them, the wheels had grass cuttings in between the spokes and up under the fenders etc., it was a mess. You could not tell what color the truck was. When I brought the truck home, I didn't know what could be done if anything, it was well...My daughter introduced me to Paul who did this kind of restoration. After talking with him, I really had no expectation, but at the same time I had nothing to lose, by having him work on it, it would look way better than what was in from of me. I was thankful he was able to come to the house daily at the same time for a week to work it until it was done. He was able to bring my windows back to clear not water spot markings of caked on anything, under the hood was amazingly clean, my wheels looked brand new shining, and the pain on the truck? I could see myself in it and everything else I had in my garage, a mirror is what it looked like. Paul went over and beyond any thoughts or hope I had in my mind, of just clean? It was BEAUTIFUL beyond words. Professional, Quality, Detail Oriented, Hardworking, Diligent and very friendly. THANK YOU!

Would give ZERO stars if I could! I spoke with a guy named Adam and scheduled an appointment and was told that someone would be at the lot at drop-off time and to call the number if not. No one was at the lot, and when we called the number, no one answered. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. He was also very rude on previous calls. He had told me on the first call: "We don't pick up when you call cause that's not how it works. You don't call us. We call YOU." After reading other customer reviews, it makes sense since they apparently never learned basic manners and are prejudiced against Asian women. Even if you're not an Asian woman, save yourself plenty of time and headache and go elsewhere for car detailing. I'm sure they would have done a HORRIBLE job on the car even if they were present. They shouldn't even be allowed to call themselves "Hawaiian Island" because they clearly lack any aloha spirit.

Turned in two cars for detailing. The newer car’s exterior looked great but the inside was ok. The older car looked and smelled better but it wasn’t a perfect job. Returned the car to have the interior redone. Still wasn’t totally satisfied. I understand that it’s hard to detail an older car. I get it. But I wasn’t blown away. I think these guys are great for newer cars. Not so much for older cars. In the attached photo, you can see a zoomed in version of before and after with the water spots.

These guys went above and beyond. Attention to detail on even the smallest things, like the dust and dirt that collects in the corners of the raised lettering on the bottom of the doors. They even cleaned out the engine compartment under the hood where there was a lot of dust, soot, and leaves. They did a great job washing and waxing the exterior as well and made the tires shiny. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ‼️ To much for $ 75 + tip 😖 and they do not wash car well 😖. Dry stains from water were left all over the car and windows, they don’t vacuumed good inside car, still left dirt everywhere inside, and more. Very expensive for surface washing machines. And I don't know how they didn't see such big sticks that they left for me, thank you! Very bed job, I had to finish clean my car at home 😖😔.
