@The workers seemed friendly at first appearance but after getting my car washed, there was a cloudy residue left on my windows that would not come off, more specifically the driver side view window. See picture attached with the residue around the edge. I took my car back to have them clean this residue off, but the detailer could not remove the film with any of the products that he used. He insinuated that I brought the car with the residue already there. They didn’t seem to know how to rectify the situation nor did they provide me with the information of the owner (they seemed to want to keep it concealed). I now have to come out of pocket for a new mirror. Disappointed/disatidfied.

This place is awful. Bunch of crooks try to charge 180.00 to wash a car. When I questioned it they kept going down all the way to 65.00. After he was finished the inside looked like it had never been touched. When i complained he said I was to picky and did nothing to fix the issue. I will never be back.

This business charged me for the reoccurring subscription when I just wanted the one time car wash. I moved from Valdosta 3 days later and wasn't back to the car wash since, why would I pay for the reoccurring charge? When I called to get refunded they said they wouldn't since it had already been charged. Be careful they will charge you month after month even after they say they cancelled the subscription you didn't ask for in the first place

Most consistently reliable GOOD car wash in town. Before sending my truck through the tunnel, they powerspray the wheel wells, running boards, & clean both the windshield & back windows. Similar places in town are very hit or miss on quality.

I've been to this location 4 times. First time was awesome, two ladies brushed the front and back of my Yukon and hit all 4 wheels before driving into the car wash. Last three times, were absolutely bogus. My second visit, the two workers with brushes hit the front, barely touched the back and didn't touch the tires. The last two visits, one being today (9/14) around 3:30-3:45 PM, there was only one worker who walked out well after the gate arm raised. Barely touched the front of the Yukon, and directed me into the car wash, while holding his phone the whole time. Highly dissatisfied after receiving such a great experience my first visit. I do have a membership and will update this review accordingly. Update 9/21/24- 5th visit was much better. There were two attendants with brushes and an attendant at the pay booth. Attendants spend an adequate amount of time brushing off the front and back of vehicle, as well as all 4 tires. Much better experience this time. Final Update: has been two or three visits since last update. I have been provided with excellent service and the care I received my first visit. Maybe I hit a bad couple of weeks, but I am satisfied with what I get for the price I pay. I am keeping my monthly subscription and sticking with Goo Goo for my car wash needs.

My car actually looks worse than it did before I went through the Valdosta location. There's a glob of detergent on the hood and the existing dirt is now smeared all over the entire vehicle. Employees were extremely unprofessional, with one wearing pajama pants and a T-shirt with a handwritten message sharing his "love for hos". For $22.00, you bet I'll be reaching out for a refund.

Man this has got to be one of the best car washes ever, my boi Sean told me about the place and man did i need it, he helped me out when I was in need, and is stuck a good friend, the wah was dope, cool lights and decent quality. Would come again and get the pass, the place can get busy but they go through them fast. Honestly this wash changed my life, it enlightened me to realize how nice it is to have a clean truck, and I am forever great full. Good job to Sean and the whole crew, but mainly Sean. The quality of the wash is decent. The placement can cause some logistic issues (getting in and out), but beyond that, the service is friendly, but not *too* involved. They maintain the machinery for after-wash care well, and have helpful amenities like towels and glass cleaner on-site for use. Overall, a pretty good experience. Could do with getting rid of the politically-charged wash-head right at the front of the wash, but I think they just haven't gotten around to that yet, since the establishment changed hands fairly recently. Decent wash. The price for the memberships is good for it being able to be used as often as it is. Will change review to five stars when I don't have "MURICA" in my face every time we go to wash our truck. Would be four and a half but this doesn't work that way.

AMAZING!!! Tim is a dream. I was waiting on the delivery of my Highlander and due to the holidays, the delivery date was pushed back on 4 different occasions. I was scheduled to get a ceramic coat and full tint!!! Not only did he reschedule my appointments with enthusiasm 3 different times, he coordinated my tint appointment and rescheduled that for me also. I just got to say, Captivate does absolutely incredible work. Tim is a car guy to the core, which means he understands what car freaks like myself are looking for. Communication throughout the process was spot and on. From the very beginning, it was communicated exactly what I could expect, and what the final product would be. Dropped my car off at noon and picked it up at 3:15. Somewhere between then my back window was shattered and no one knows how it happened. And the only guy who was there at the time, Lee, isn’t helping me get in contact with the person in charge so we can figure this out.

Lee was awesome! He helped my son whose car overheated on his way to Florida. He handled the emergency repair that was needed and didn’t tell us it was something more expensive and didn’t try to gouge us. He was very communicative throughout the whole ordeal and even helped me find a tow company to get the car to his shop. I would highly recommend to anyone needing auto repair services.

Amazing Amazing!!!! We recently got a brand new car and on our way home from Gainesville, Fl it was a bad storm in the area so I pulled into a Walmart parking lot in Live Oak, Fl to let the storm pass over. With wind speeds over 40 mph I’m thinking I’m in a secure spot away from everything.. Then suddenly a shopping cart comes flying into the side of our drivers door. I was devastated because we only had the car five weeks and now it has a big ding on the side of the door. After looking at the damage, the paint was still intact, but it had this dimple in the door and I didn’t want to go to a body shop because they would probably try to repaint the car door and the paint is was going to be ruined because it was not going to match. So I googled dent repair and came upon All Pro Dent removal. When I seen the 4.9 ⭐️ stars and the reviews, I said well I have to give them give a shot. When Devan finished the job, we was amazed like it was magic Amazing! Amazing! 10⭐️!!!!

I like this car wash because there is plenty of vaccumes and wash bays. Its open 24 hours so you can wash your car whenever the urge strikes. Also very well lit at night, not scary at all. But the very best thing about this car wash is there DOGWASH! Its a seperate little area you can put your dog in a stepin bathtub so to speak. And it has a automated spray nozzle like the car wash that has wash, rinse and dry also. Very , very cool idea!! My dog Zeus LOVES IT!! VERY CLEAN TOO!!
